    An Unforgettable Wedding at The Belvedere

    We could not have imagined a more perfect wedding day than the one we had at The Belvedere. From start to finish, everything was truly exceptional. The ballrooms are absolutely stunning. They are grand, elegant, and full of historic charm that made our celebration feel so special. Our guests are still raving about how incredible the food was. Serving crab cakes in Baltimore is no small feat, and they absolutely nailed it!

    A huge thank you to Olivia, who made the entire planning process so much easier. She was knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely invested in bringing our vision to life. And we can’t say enough good things about Harmony, our wedding day coordinator. She kept everything running smoothly and anticipated our needs before we even knew we had them.

    The entire staff went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect. One of the most thoughtful gestures was when someone discreetly ran across the street to pick up my husband’s exact drink of choice without us even asking. Just one of many examples of how attentive and caring the team was throughout the day.

    If you are looking for a venue with beautiful spaces, incredible food, and a truly dedicated staff, look no further than The Belvedere. They made our wedding unforgettable.

    Gorgeous venue, incredible service!

    The Belvedere made my dream wedding come true. It's an incredibly beautiful space that boasts of class and elegance without feeling at all stuffy or "too formal", and the staff are so supportive and helpful. They were always quick to communicate with my husband and I as we planned, they were clear on expectations and very accommodating to our wishes, and on our big day they made us feel (and look) like royalty! They provided everything we needed which made planning a lot simpler, and they made our wedding day an easy and joyful experience for us!

    My Dream Wedding!

    My husband and I just had our dream wedding at The Belvedere in Baltimore, MD! Our dream night went off without a hitch! The staff was absolutely amazing - special shout outs to Brooke, Lizzy, Lindsay and Laura - all of who made our night the absolute best. Communication was great, all my requests were met, and the venue is absolutely gorgeous. Food is top notch as well as the bar. We received five-star service here at The Belvedere and we highly recommend it for your event! I am still beaming about my wedding days later!!

    Timeless!!

    The Belvedere was all my dreams come true for our wedding day. The 13th floor was perfect for the amount of people we had (200). Everyone complimented the food and service. The team was attentive and the day went off without a hitch! I planned the wedding myself so the day of coordinator was huge for us as well as all of the assistance leading up until the big day. I cannot recommend this venue enough! A true Baltimore icon for an iconic day!!

    The perfect wedding venue in Baltimore.

    Taylor and the team at the Belvedere were incredible to work with. We initially thought we would have a wedding of 150+ guests, but due to COVID uncertainty and financial reasons, decided to cut the guest list in half to 80. Not only was Taylor quick to adjust our estimate for the cost of the venue and catering, but she was quick to find us the perfect location as well; instead of having our ceremony and reception in one of the ballrooms as initially planned, we had our ceremony and cocktail hour in the Platinum Ballroom, and the reception on the 13th floor. From the moment we reached out to tour the venue, the team at the Belvedere was organized, dedicated to making our vision come to life, and genuinely seemed to care about our wedding day from the very beginning. We never needed to worry about when payments were due, when we were supposed to choose our menu, etc.--Taylor was always on top of it and made sure we knew if we should schedule a meeting, if we had any decisions to finalize, etc. Honestly could not have asked for a better experience or wedding day. The Belvedere was the perfect venue for us.

    Above and Beyond! 1920s Glam for the Ages!

    Searching for a wedding venue is TOUGH! Couple typical marriage frustrations with the overwhelming desire to find "the perfect one", and it's almost too much to bear. We're here to tell you to look no further. Seriously. The Belvedere & Co. Team went absolutely above and beyond to ensure our day was everything we hoped it could be and more. Lindsay, Brooke, and Taylor were incredibly communicative, organized, and accommodating. From our initial tour, to our calm and very personal Tasting Day, to the day of our wedding, we felt taken care of in every sense of the way.

    Some specific amazing things of note that were truly "above and beyond":
    - Ability to drop off any personal wedding decorations on the Thursday before our Saturday wedding. This allowed me the time to truly enjoy the morning of my Bridesmaids Luncheon and Rehearsal / Rehearsal Dinner the day before the Wedding.
    - Seamless Rehearsal and Rehearsal Dinner. You'd think we had spent just as much time planning our Rehearsal and our Rehearsal Dinner. We didn't plan a thing! The Belvedere & Co. Team once again knocked it out of the park with a beautiful arrangement on the 13th floor and a quick and easy rehearsal in the Charles Ballroom.
    - Immediately following the Ceremony and after photos, Taylor and Brooke ushered my husband and I back to the bridal suite for a few private moments alone where we enjoyed the passed hor d'oeuvres from the Cocktail Hour. These 10 minutes were so special to us. We had a moment to take a deep breath, realize that we had just gotten married, and relish in our happiness. For this special moment, we cannot thank you enough.
    - Reception decor and special Reception "First Look". Taylor timed everything in coordination with our photographers so that we were able to do a special personal first look at the Reception decorations. They turned out even better than we could have hoped for!

    Friday the 13th with Belvedere and Co. Events

    Couldn’t be happier with picking this venue. Our event coordinator, Brooke Stiner was absolutely the best. She was attentive, kind, and really made our day spectacular. Everything from the rehearsal , food, flower arrangements and special personal touches went smoothly and perfect.

    Nothing Short of Amazing!!

    From start to finish, the Team at Belvedere and Co. Events were nothing short of amazing. They are extremely responsive, helpful and you can tell they truly care. I could never have imagined our wedding running more smoothly than it did and Taylor, our day of Coordinator seemed to be in multiple places at once!! We received so many compliments from our guests on the level of service provided. I cannot recommend this venue and this team enough. You will not be disappointed!!

    Highly Recommend!!

    The Belvedere is a dream venue and we couldn’t of imagined having our wedding anywhere else! Each room at the Belvedere has its unique characteristics and details which make it a beautiful spot all on its own. The planning process with Lindsay was seamless from viewing the space, to deciding on what package and details, to the day of. At no point of the process, was I stressed or overwhelmed with the Belvedere as a vendor, as they made everything easy and straightforward. Lindsay and her team were great a communicating and answers any questions we had. Taylor was our day of coordinator and she did an amazing job as well. She was so accommodating and was constantly checking on things to make sure everything was running smoothly. I truly felt so taken care of that night and could not have asked for a better venue!

    The Most Perfect & Flawless Day!

    We could not have asked for a better venue or a better staff to help us celebrate our special day. From the very beginning of the wedding planning process, the Belvedere team was attentive, professional, very accommodating and just outright sweet. As a bride, I had no worries or concerns leading up to our wedding as well as our wedding day. It was absolutely magical and I would do it all over again! Oh.. and the food was amazing!

    Well worth it! You won't be disappointed. A special thanks to our coordinator, Taylor Stone! You rock girl!

    Great venue and helpful staff

    Our planner (Erika) was very responsive and helped us tremendously. She worked really well with our vendors. We didn't have to worry about logistics during our wedding because so many things were handled for us. Our guests loved the venue and the food.

    Beautiful location, amazing service!

    The grand ballroom was a perfect setting for the classic, elegant wedding we wanted! Beyond gorgeous! Our after party took place on the 13th floor and it was great way to keep the party going with a beautiful view of the city! We also cannot say enough great things about our wedding coordinator, Taylor Stone! She was so incredibly helpful. From the very beginning Taylor made us feel so comfortable, was able to help guide us and answer all our questions and always got back to us so quickly. Furthermore, the day of the wedding she was there to help with anything we needed and really put our minds at ease. Cannot say enough about Taylor and how much we appreciate everything she did for us! Beautiful venue and amazing service.

    SO glad I went with the Belvedere!!

    I booked at the Belvedere in June 2019- fell in love with the Grand ballroom, the fact that it had quiet spots to slip away for those who wished to during the reception, and a great value with all services and needs taken care of. We had to postpone twice due to COVID- the whole team was clear, responsive, fair, professional, and understanding throughout. With our wedding day approaching, the Delta variant hit and we suddenly had a lot of guests pulling out at the last minute. With our count suddenly so far below our guarantee, the team basically threw in brunch on the 13th floor when one of our other vendors fell through the week before the reception. Plus, our coordinator Brooke was the only one who could figure out how to bustle my train!! She kept everything running smoothly and frequently went above and beyond in the days and weeks leading up to our wedding, as did the rest of the team. I am so grateful that I worked with them and can't imagine doing it any other way- I'd choose them again in a heartbeat.

    Better Than I Could Have Possibly Expected

    Our wedding at the Belvedere was a complete dream — half because of how beautiful the building is (inside and out) and half because of the professionalism and service we received. We had our ceremony and reception in the John Eager Howard Ballroom and our cocktail hour in the Palm Ballroom. Both were beautiful and perfect for our size (85 people, but would be fine with 10 more or less).

    I am not a huge planner and I haven’t been to a lot of weddings, so I went into the process without much knowledge or vision. Taylor and the rest of the team were so helpful as they guided us through every step of the way. They knew exactly what to do and made the wedding day stress free. I felt like I had no responsibilities the day of my wedding, aside from showing up! And that’s exactly how it should be. Highly, highly recommend!

    A beautiful wedding that could not have been better

    This wedding venue is the real deal and the price was such a value! We loved working with Taylor in the wedding planning office because she took into account every detail in the months and weeks coming up to the wedding and on the wedding day she was in charge and made sure that everything went over without a single problem! I would recommend this venue for her help alone! The pricing is not the cheapest in town but they help every dollar go a mile and a half and for the price we paid you would have assumed we paid twice as much for the food, drink, space, and planning. A terrific value and I have no regrets. I would recommend any friend or family member to get married here.

    Dream Venue!!!!

    Almost immediately after getting engaged, my fiance and I knew we were interested in the Belvedere. We had met across the street at Brewer's Art, frequented the Owl Bar for date nights, and loved the charm and elegance of the historic building. After one tour, we knew we had made up our minds. The Grand and Platinum ballrooms on the 12th Floor were breathtaking, offered amazing views of the city, and privacy for the duration of our event. Through two Covid postponements, Lindsey and her team were absolutely AMAZING- flexible, reassuring and understanding. Brooke, our coordinator, made every aspect, from the tasting to getting the final guest onto the elevator, an absolute DREAM. When one of our vendors was late arriving, she did not stop trying to get in contact, and ensured that the small snafu did not disrupt the day in any way. The entire staff was attentive and friendly throughout the night, and the food was absolutely out of this world- our guests had only wonderful things to say! My grandmother, it turns out, attended her senior prom in the exact same ballroom in 1956. She said that she doesn't remember having that much fun since that night! Thank you to Lindsey, Brooke and the rest of the team at the Belvedere for ensuring we had our dream and long awaited for special day!

    Amazing Venue & Staff!

    Wow! I wish I could give them 10 stars. If you’ve ever been to The Belvedere, you already know it is an absolutely gorgeous, elegant, timeless, and historic venue. There are so many beautiful rooms available and the best part is you can book as many as you want to meet the needs of your wedding. We had our rehearsal dinner at the Owl Bar, ceremony in the Grand, cocktail hour as John Eager Howard, reception in the Charles, and after party on the 13th Floor Lounge. Every single room was perfectly set for our event and our guests really enjoyed having everything in a single location. Everyone commented on how beautiful the venue was and how it was one of the nicest weddings they’ve been to.

    Planning with them was a breeze. They were always available via e-mail, quick to reply, transparent with pricing, and both professional and friendly. They worked well with our vendors and everything went smoothly and as planned. Taylor was our day of coordinator and we truly owe her everything. She made sure we were prepared with everything, helped us stay on timeline, made sure everyone was where they were supposed to be, and talked us through everything the day of to make sure the nerves didn’t get the best of us (re: how do you even cut a wedding cake?). I think I’m the only bride who actually ate and drank at her wedding because Taylor was there, following us with appetizers while we took pictures and handing me gin and lemonades all night! The food was really good; I don’t really like seafood but I ended up eating the salmon because it was so delicious.

    Wedding planning can be stressful- the Belvedere crew made it easy. If you’re considering booking with them, just do it!

    Made our dream wedding come true!

    I truly cannot express how wonderful our experience was working with Belvedere and Co. Events. They continuously went above and beyond in all areas to make sure we were prepared and were planning the wedding of our dreams. We were supposed to be married in July 2020 but had to postpone due to COVID. Belvedere and Co. allowed us to simply choose a new date in July 2021 and move our wedding, no extra fees or questions asked. They provided so much peace of mind during a difficult year and made the postponing process extremely easy. They arranged for us to have a second menu tasting since a year had passed and always responded to emails and questions promptly. We loved our experience so much that we changed some original plans we had for a rehearsal dinner in order to have it on the 13th Floor, and what a great decision that was! From the rehearsal dinner through our reception, our guests kept commenting on how beautiful the spaces were, how delicious the food was, and how kind and attentive the servers were. I truly cannot recommend them enough! In addition to all of that, we were also so lucky to have Brooke as our event coordinator. She also went above and beyond and was attentive and ready from the rehearsal dinner through the end of the reception! She kept our worries and stresses at ease and allowed for the truly perfect wedding to occur. She event set up a private cocktail hour in the bridal parlor for my fiance' and I to take a moment and soak everything in after the ceremony. If you are looking for a uniquely Baltimore wedding with absolutely amazing service and a great team of event planners, look no further than the Belvedere!

    Absolutely Amazing!

    We had our Bridal Shower on the 13th floor of the Belvedere on 06/13/2021! We would not have changed a single thing about the whole experience and event. Taylor was amazing to work with and she provided us with one of a kind ideas for the shower. Communication was great between her, myself, and my maid of honor (who lives all the way in Boston!) and she was extremely efficient in answer all of our questions in a timely manner even though we were not located close to the venue! The bartenders and wait staff went above and beyond with what they needed to do. Everyone was extremely respectful and even helped clean up at the end. We received a ton of compliments about the venue, food, and staff! We highly recommend booking your event with the Belvedere!

    Beautiful Experience

    Our micro-wedding at the Belvedere & Co. was nothing short of amazing. We chose the venue because it has so much elegance and style. Our coordinator Taylor, was every couples dream to work with. She was so helpful, pleasant and professional. The food was delicious and the staff were so attentive and kind. We’re so glad we chose the Belvedere & Co. for our special day!

    Simply Magical

    This team had made a COVID wedding so seamless and it felt absolutely perfect. Brooke was amazing handling this anxious bride and making it easy as possible. The food was fabulous and our family and friends will be raving about the wedding for a long time to come!

    Great Microwedding Package

    I booked my micro wedding with The Belvedere. Our wedding was everything we hoped for and more. Every vision, request and question was fulfilled by the planners. The vendors they hired were outstanding - the photographer, florist, baker for cake, and waitstaff. Everyone went above and beyond. Also, we got many compliments on how beautiful and intimate the venue was.

    The best!!

    Getting married at the Belvedere was an absolute dream! With COVID everything was up in the air for a while, but Lindsay and Brooke made sure to keep the lines of communication open and made sure we had the day we had been envisioning *with some COVID tweaks of course* THANK YOU to Brooke, Lindsay, and all the Belvedere staff for making our day so memorable. We cannot wait to have our anniversary party to celebrate with all our loved ones in October 2021

    Exceptional Experience

    From the moment we reserved our date until the last song of the after party - the Belvedere & Co team made our experience unforgettable! Not only is the venue pristine with immaculate beauty, but the staff truly care about the couples they are working with. Lindsay and Brooke were very transparent from the moment the pandemic began up until our wedding day in regards to local mandates and restrictions due to Covid-19. The staff was able to successfully enforce 6-feet social distancing and require guests and staff to wear masks.

    Enjoyable experience in difficult times

    The team was wonderful to work with during the entire planning process. They sent reminder emails for scheduling and during the tasting we were able to go over most of the details. This helped me out to know the things we needed to plan such as if we were going to have framed pictures and any signs. The custom table layout really helped me to envision how our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception would be able to be done all in the same room (John Eager Howard room). We were married at the Belvedere 8/8/2020. Despite the pandemic, the Belvedere team was able to adapt and made our small wedding very special. Instead of appetizer table displays during cocktail hour, it was individually portioned and passed. The food was outstanding. Our guests raved about it. The team had many safety protocols, masks, santizer, small tables, in place due to the pandemic. The level of professionalism was excellent. We and our guests felt very safe and had a truly memorable experience. Our on-site coordinator even helped my Matron of Honor bustle my dress after the ceremony.

    Beautiful, Romantic Venue and Amazing Service

    We were so lucky to have our February wedding at the Belvedere. The ceremony was in the Platinum Ballroom and the reception was on the Thirteenth Floor. it was a pleasure working with the team at the Belvedere. Bernadette, in particular, was outstanding. She paid attention to the details so that everything was perfect on our wedding day. I loved our reception on the Thirteenth Floor with the beautiful views across the city and the intimate feel of the smaller space. Bernadette made sure that on our wedding day we didn't have to think about anything but enjoying ourselves--which we did. I highly recommend Belvedere & Company Events.

    Belvedere Makes It All Easy

    From our first tour until the Big Day, the Belvedere staff made things easy and organized. They kept us on a timeline, provided us with a list of vetted vendors (but were open to others), and fielded our thousands of questions. At the rehearsal and especially on the wedding day, they were positive, helpful, flexible, and reassuring. They handled an extra guest at the reception with great diplomacy, and somehow managed to serve all the meals cooked to perfection and at the perfect temperature. Thank you, Belvedere!

    The Most Elegant, Beautiful Wedding Setting In the Heart of Baltimore!

    My younger daughter wanted a Valentine's Day themed wedding in an elegant, gracious setting. The Belvedere was the first of several venues we visited, and honestly, we both fell in love with the grandeur of The Belvedere at first site. It has a uniquely Parisian/European/Old World charm that is so rarely found today. The staff was an absolute delight with whom to work, especially on the day of the wedding itself. We chose to take over the entire floor, and it was absolutely breathtaking1 I cannot recommend The Belvedere highly enough in terms of elegance, professionalism of its staff, excellent food and Old World charm in Charm City! My daughter looked perfectly at home in her French princess gown as she walked down the aisle in the Belvedere's stunning ballroom...thank you for making her happiest day absolutely PERFECT!

    Even more perfect then we could have imagined

    Everything at the Belvedere surpassed our wildest expectations. Everything was even more perfect then I could have imagined and all the staff were amazing. They were extremely kind and attentive. The 13th floor and all the ballrooms are beautiful and the food was wonderful. All our guests said it was one of the most unique venues they've ever been to and one of the most beautiful wedding they have attended.

    Gorgeous wedding venue with even more amazing event coordinators and staff

    I could not have imagined a more beautiful place to get married. Living in the neighborhood, I thought I would only be able to dream of getting married here and it really is amazing how this dream came true. Their event planning style was perfect for us. Venue, catering, event coordinators and a planning guide all included together which made every step of the process a breeze. The organization among all of the event coordinators was incredible. They all really made us feel like family from the moment we first toured until we packed up our final things at the end of the reception. One ongoing perk we will surely take advantage of is the lifetime VIB discount at the Owl Bar!

    Incredibly professional and an organization that really knows what they are doing. Would love to do it all over again!

    Wonderful experience!

    We had such a great experience from start to finish getting married at the Belvedere! Jennifer and her team are responsive and helpful with everything you need throughout the entire process. Our guests had a wonderful time and we have had nothing but compliments from everyone about our venue. This was the first venue we saw and we knew we wanted to get married here - and are so happy we stuck with that decision.

    Magical Rehearsal Dinner at the 13th Floor of the Belvedere!

    We had a magical Rehearsal Dinner at the 13th Floor of the Belvedere! We had the entire floor so even though it was a large group of family and friends, it felt intimate and flowed easily. There is a gorgeous, long dark wood bar where the bartender expertly served drinks to our guests. As the parents of the groom, we made all of the arrangements with the Belvedere's professional and responsive team. The Wedding Reception was held the next day in the Belvedere's magnificent first floor Ballrooms so the staff ensured that all of the delicious hors d'oeurves and entrees were unique to each occasion. The Table Software they provided was so easy to use to assign guests to their tables and to arrange the room to our specifications. We are so grateful to staff members for making this important event so memorable and beautiful!

    We could not have been happier with our choice of reception venue. I knew as soon as I walked into this venue and met with Kat and the other ladies working here that they were top notch and eased all my bridal nerves. The Charles ballroom is breathtaking and the most beautiful ballroom I have ever been in. The service team and Ms. Vanessa were spot on with the timeline and catered to our every need. Our wedding day was the best day of our lives and the Belvedere made it all possible with their wedding expertise.

    It took me a few months to review this venue but definitely not because I was unhappy. I could've not been happier with the team, the venue and the set up. The team was very flexible and accommodating throughout this journey, even when we started planning our wedding 4 months before the big day. Their view of the day and creative ideas made our day beautiful! We had a non-traditional ceremony, it was a standing - brief ceremony and I really had to put all of my trust on Jennifer and her team's view of the set up. It was perfect, and exactly what we wanted. From the moment we arrived to the Belvedere, we felt like we were the only clients they had because of their attention to details and to us (there were 4 weddings going on that day). Every team member working with us was very professional, attentive and on their A game. Our ceremony was in the Platinum Room and our reception was in the 13th Floor

    We had an amazing wedding reception at Belvedere. We had cocktail hour in John Edgar room and reception in Charles Ballroom. Everyone we worked with at Belvedere were very helpful and professional from the day that we booked our event until the end of the event. All the staff members listened to us and tried to accommodate in shaping our vision into a reality. Their staff members made us feel relaxed and made sure that everything was taken care of both before the event and on the day of the event. The food was amazing. All of our guests had a great time at our reception at Belvedere. We would highly recommend Belvedere & Co. venue to all the couples planning their wedding.

    I was born and raised in Baltimore and had always dreamt of having my wedding in the Belvedere. Jennifer and her team went above and beyond to make that dream a perfect reality. I had to plan our wedding remotely as we now live in New Jersey, so a majority of the decisions were made over email or on the phone. Jennifer kept me on track, she helped my mom with a TON of details, worked beautifully with our coordinators and all of our vendors. The Belvedere Team will do everything. They took such good care of our whole family and we will never be able to thank them enough for all they did to make our day incredible. They have wedding planning down to a science, it is seriously impressive.
    The food was SO good. It was as good if not better than when we did our tasting, our guests were full and happy.
    They are all SO organized! They literally gave us everything we wanted and more. It's an incredible venue, if a ballroom wedding is what you're looking for this is the spot!

    We had our wedding on March 16th 5pm 2018. Everything was perfect. Food was fantastic. Rooms were beautiful. Staff was top notch. D.j and limo company on there recommended list did a great job, lots of compliments on everything. Had some issues at the end of the night with bridesmaids and I was very stressed, staff handled it very professionally. Thank you so much. You made all my wedding dreams come true, even tho I came into the reception upset and left upset because of those two individual's. All my guests had a great time, said they loved everything tons of compliment' s about the venue. Worth every penny I scrapped together. Would so do it again!

    And we were blown away by the amazing help throughout the process. We loved working with Jennifer! She was so willing respond to all of my emails and calls-- as a Type-A bride...
    She ensured that things went off without a hitch and was there on the wedding day to follow through. Our other day-of help (Taylor) was perfect on the night of (she checked in with us, brought us anything we needed, helped me upstairs when I needed it, etc). We couldn't have asked for better service or a smoother flow to the evening.
    The Belvedere even completely handled and orchestrated our dessert order from an outside bakery!

    We are so happy we chose the Belvedere for our wedding reception! The Belvedere staff is TOP notch. Jennifer and team are so helpful and accommodating throughout the entire process. They will really make you feel like your wedding is the most important (even though we know they have multiple weddings per weekend)! The Belvedere wedding team played a big part in helping me plan my actual wedding...The timeline they provide you for the day-of will make your life so much easier! They do a great job at staying on-top of things and making sure to help where they can with your outside vendors. I felt like I was in such great hands w/ Jennifer and her team. And OMG, Vanessa - the lady who was basically assigned to me on my wedding night was just amazing. She made sure my husband and I had a drink in our hand, food on our plate, and anything else we needed all night. I couldn't be happy w/ how our wedding turned out. Great location, great food, amazing staff... and great value! If we had to do it all over again, we'd still pick the Belvedere!

    The Belvedere was an amazing place to get married! The venue is stunning which is the first thing you notice but the staff is fantastic and the food is delicious which is just as important! Jennifer was absolutely amazing to work with and so helpful throughout the entire wedding planning process. They also have additional day of coordinators who are also fantastic. Within the space they give you lots of opportunity to make it yours but its also such a gorgeous space you do not need to do a lot. I cannot say enough positive things about the Belvedere. We got married on the 12th floor and if I could do it all over again I would!

    The day of coordination team works seamlessly and tirelessly to make sure you do not have to worry about anything and can just enjoy your day! They were often one step ahead of us when we requested something, including having our meals to us right away after our first dance so we had more time to meet and greet with guests! We were skeptical about the fact that you start off with one person, then meet a second, and a third..and then you do not meet the day of coordinator until the rehearsal, but in the end, everything was perfect! Alison in particular (day of coordinator) went above and beyond what we expected and cannot thank her enough for all she did for us to make the day extra special! All of the coordinators are extremely professional and thorough. Everyone is still continuing to rave about the space, food, and wonderful event!

    We just had our wedding reception at the Belvedere and it was absolutely amazing from start to finish! We primarily worked with Jennifer and she was outstanding!! She was very responsive to my many e-mails and she made sure I was not forgetting anything. Any concerns we had during the planning process, she put us at ease! On our wedding day, the entire staff of the Belvedere was unbelievable!!! Vanessa made sure that my husband and I were fed and if we needed anything during the entire reception. She was even there to bustle my dress and remove my veil! Across the board, the Belvedere staff, food, and location were awesome!!

    Fantastic venue with early 20th century charm. Very ornate, almost out of The Great Gatsby. The best feature of this place are the staff! The 2 most important aspects of a wedding are planning and execution and The Belvedere is amazing in both categories. The wedding planner/advisor, Kat, was an absolute pleasure to work with. She is very professional and her bubbly personality is infectious. Taylor - our day-of general - did a great job of keeping everyone and everything moving smoothly. All other staff were friendly, helpful, courteous, and made us feel like our wedding was the most important one they'd ever done.

    We had an intimate affair on the 13th Floor for our wedding. Our guests loved it! So many compliments on the venue, the food. Staff was ready to answer any questions leading to the wedding. I was a bit untraditional: we didn't have a lot of big wedding details; we kept it simple. We did not have a DJ; a friend plugged in her iPhone. It worked out perfectly. Having the bar nearby was great, no guest disappeared to another room for services. Very pleased.

    My Husband and I fell in love with this venue the moment we saw it, as did my parents! It is absolutely breathtaking. We had our wedding reception on the 12th floor, it was so beautiful and romantic. A special shout out to Kat and Jennifer for being so incredibly helpful! Would definitely recommend this venue.

    The Belvedere was a dream to work with and an absolute beauty for us to host both our ceremony and reception at. Kat and Jen could not have gone any more above and beyond to ensure our big day would run smoothly and be beautiful. We had our ceremony and reception in the Charles Ballroom, with our cocktail hour in the John Eager Ballroom across the hall; they turned the room quickly and flawlessly. The Charles Ballroom is just absolutely breathtaking with a lot of beautiful natural lighting and gold accents. Our day of coordinators, Mariana & Taylor, helped keep us sane through out the day and refused to let us have a worry in the world - Taylor was right around the corner at all times and seemed to have thought of everything I may need before I even had to ask. Our day was care-free for us as the bride and groom and that was much, much appreciated. Food catered by Truffles Catering was also incredible - this is one of the few venues that will let you have a duet entree featuring two protein dishes on one plate; so many of our guests raved about being able to get the best of both worlds and how delicious the food was. I would recommend The Belvedere over and over again!

    I definitely recommend the Belvedere! Lindsay was great to work with- we were planning our wedding from Colorado and she was super flexible in working with us to squeeze things in when we were in town. The day of went perfectly thanks to Lindsay, Vanessa, and Team. We worked on an itinerary together and they executed it exactly! We also did our after party on the 13th floor which was a great way to extend the party in the same location. All in all very pleased :)

    I cannot say enough wonderful things about the Belvedere. Not only is the venue gorgeous and the food amazing, but the whole experience made everything go so smoothly. Kat and Jennifer were so great to work with. Very responsive and so nice. They made me feel very comfortable that everything on my wedding day would be perfect. We received so many compliments on how beautiful the venue was and how good the food was. I would recommend the venue to all newly engaged couples!

    I cannot say enough wonderful things about getting married at The Belvedere! The entire team made me feel welcomed and that our wedding was special. They were extremely accommodating with our high number of specialty meals, last minute request to extend time in the bridal suite, and even helped us pick respective places to get ready. My husband and I live in Baltimore and wanted to get married in the city where we live. We wanted something timeless, historic, and not dependent on the ever changing weather. While we looked at multiple venues online, we were one and done in person. Upon meeting Kat (the most amazing wedding planner/coordinator/person) and seeing the rooms, we were sold. Planning was a breeze and they helped coordinate all parts of the big day. We originally had anticipated at least 110 guests, probably closer to 145. We signed our contract for 110 and ended up with only 93 (a perfect amount!). They helped us strategically use our extra funds and were able to cover all our specialty meals, despite the fact that almost 20% of our meals were specialty. Our day of coordinator, Lori, was wonderful and our attendant, Vanessa, was the best wedding coach/support person on our big day. Our guests commented on the food (which was super delicious and boxed up for me since my dress was a tad more fitted than I anticipated) and the grandeur of the venue. We had minimal decor besides flowers and found it was perfect. I cannot recommend this venue highly enough!

    My best friend got married here last year! The staff and team was SO helpful in coordinating details prior to the big day -- and especially day of. The food was amazing too! The "Owl Bar" in the venue is also a great post-wedding locale!

    We absolutely love The Belvedere. I will write more once we get married, but so far it is the most beautiful venue. I'm so excited for 3 more months! Go figures this is the place that 4 of my family members also got married at! Can't wait and Kat is awesome! Edit 5/14/17: Our wedding was so gorgeous thanks to the belvedere! I am dying to see our photos (but I do have a few because some friends took some) and it was the most amazing night. Vanessa in the bridal suite was absolutely amazing! Funny thing was our cantor knew her (small world)! Thank you to the Belvedere for a memory of a lifetime! <3

    We were thrilled to have our wedding reception at The Belvedere, it truly was our dream venue. The food was very delicious and there was a great selection, we definitely recommend the Steak Diane. All the guests loved the food and drinks. The historic rooms were stunning and the linen choice was excellent. The staff was very helpful both during the wedding and with the wedding planning. The staff was also very flexible with us allowing our wedding to be very unique. We highly recommend The Belvedere, it is the best venue in Baltimore.

    We are planning our daughters wedding here and we've had the best experience. Being from NY trying to plan a wedding in MD could be challenging however the staff at The Belvedere is making this process easy and enjoyable.

    The Belvedere! What can we say...no seriously, we are still at a loss for words on the right things to say. They are incredible, every single person on their staff is amazing! They literally blew us away at the time and energy they spent with us from the moment we booked them as our venue with Kat, to the moment Lori, Ms Vanessa and Truffles Catering took over. We could not have had our dream wedding without them all. Their staff was having fun while politely serving our guests. You know your venue does good when the entire staff smiles the whole way through your event and takes incredible care of you, on your biggest day, but with your guests and family as well. All of our vendors commented on how amazing and easy it was to work with Lori, Ms Vanessa and their teams. We would and will be recommending The Belvedere to any and all of our friends who get engaged in the future.     The Belvedere 13th Floor was an incredible space to host a private event. Lauren was our event planner and was absolutely amazing! She worked with me to create a fantastic menu and a memorable evening.

    The Belvedere was the best choice for us to hold our ceremony and reception. Not only is it a very historic and unique place, everything on our day was truly amazing all because of the workers at the Belvedere. The wedding planners and banquet managers were very attentive, quickly responded to any communication, understood our vision for the day and made sure not only us, but our guests had a great and memorable night. Our musician choices fell through and although the Belvedere was not at fault, they worked hard in providing talented musicians that ultimately were a better choice.

    If you’re looking for a place that provides delicious food (with many options), excellent bar options, a wedding planner that will make sure you day goes smoothly, the option to get ready in the bridal parlor, and host an after glow at the Owl Bar, all in the heart of Baltimore, the Belvedere is it.

    Our wedding at the Belvedere was perfect! Kat and Lori brought our vision to life. They were extremely easy to work with, responded quickly to emails, and most importantly, gave me the confidence that they would take care of everything on the day of so I could focus on having the best night ever.
    All of my vendors also told me that they love working at the Belvedere (Teresa from Floral Impressions and Nick Griner, our photographer) so we knew it was going to be fantastic.
    Can't recommend this place enough - if you want a beautiful ballroom wedding with amazing food, this is the place! Our guests are still raving about the crab cakes and the crab dip :)

    We had our rehearsal dinner and wedding reception at the 13th floor and the Belvedere, respectively. Jennifer and Kat were extremely easy to work with and made the planning process a breeze. I would recommend this venue to anyone who's looking to have the best Baltimore wedding in town!

    We just had our wedding here and everything was perfect! Jennifer K. (the event coordinator) was wonderful and really organized. The 13th floor used to be open as a restaurant/bar, but it is now for private events only. We also had our ceremony up there and everything went off with no issues! Our guests could not believe how beautiful the venue was and we got a ton of compliments! I definitely recommend if you are looking for a more night life/city vibe vs. the typical ballroom. The day of we were assigned a bridal attendant (Ms. Vanessa) and she was incredible!! She was there for our rehearsal as well and made sure to get everyone where they needed to be and I could not have been in better hands. Thanks Jennifer, Ms. Vanessa, and the entire staff of the Belvedere that made our day perfect!!

    Wow, what a venue! I'm still in awe that we had our wedding at the Belvedere. This place is absolutely gorgeous and more than I had ever dreamed for my wedding. The staff was pretty amazing too. Kat and Lori were a pleasure to work with, they were very helpful and made sure everything was in place and ran smoothly. We also adored our bridal attendant, Vanessa. From the rehearsal to being by our side during the wedding day, Vanessa was extremely calming and thoughtful, helping us in anyway that she could. My only complaint is that the day flew by too quickly, I'd love to relive it over and over!

    I can not say enough good things about our wedding at The Belvedere earlier this month !!! Kat, and Lori made every step of the way so easy and fun, that I didn't have to worry about anything except showing up on time. The food was delicious, all of our guests were raving about it, and the ice cream bar which was awesome! We got to have a sneak peek before our guests entered, and it was just amazing how they made it look exactly how I had envisioned it in my head. All of our friends and family were telling us how it was the best wedding they had ever been too. We could not have had a better wedding without all of them!! #BestDayEVER

    Our July wedding at the Belvedere was spectacular! We were impressed with the organization and detail orientedness of the staff throughout the planning process and especially on the day of our wedding. It is a beautiful space; very comfortable for guests and doing our ceremony and reception there allowed us to really enjoy the day without being bogged down with coordinating a lot of logistics on our own. Overall, we would definitely recommend this venue!

    We recently had our wedding reception at the 13th Floor and we were beyond happy with how everything turned out. The ambiance of the 13th Floor is very unique, more like a jazz club feel than a typical ballroom. It very much fit our style and what we were going for. The service was also exceptional. I (the bride) worked with Jennifer, who was fantastic. She was incredibly helpful (even suggested some cool ideas that I ended up using), super attentive during the entire process, and always made me feel relaxed and not crazy, even by the end when I was emailing her random questions as they popped into my mind in the middle of the night. She told me that for the day of, just enjoy it, they would take care of everything. And that's exactly what happened. My guests and I were able to have a great time and not worry about a thing. The only criticism I have is that the bartenders wouldn't give out shots to my guests when they asked (including to my dad). I wasn't told of this policy, and to be fair, I never thought to ask about it. Other than that, I have only great things to say about this venue and the people who work there to make everything run so smoothly.

    I don't know which was better, the staff or the venue! I am so happy we chose the Palm Room for our ceremony, and the 13th floor for our reception. The venue is modern and swank, and the view is beyond amazing. Our guests were so impressed and have not stopped gushing about our event, including the drinks and food. We had the pleasure of working with Jennifer, and she made all our dreams come true! She is so upbeat and positive, as well as prompt with all emails and info. She worked with us on every particular request we made, and she even had some surprises for us on the big day. Jennifer went above and beyond to make our day everything we hoped it could be, and then some! The rest of the staff made us feel so welcome, even though we had numerous questions and popped-by their office incessantly. Everyone there is so sweet and makes you feel like part of the Belvedere family. From the planners to the bartenders, I can't say enough good things about the staff. Choosing the Belvedere was one of the easiest and best decisions we made!

    Belvedere & Co. Events and Truffles Catering were absolutely wonderful to work with for our wedding! After looking online at many venues in Baltimore City, when we came across The Belvedere, we knew immediately we wanted to get married there! The entire planning process was so easy thanks to Kat and everyone else who was part of the event coordination group at The Belvedere. They give you a checklist which keeps you organized and on track, they bend over backwards for anything you needed, and the venue itself is UNBELIEVABLE! So many people were telling my parents and me what an absolute beautiful venue it was, and everything ran so smoothly the day of thanks to our day of planner. Literally when it was over, everything was packed up, and ready to go. They have everything down to a science there, and it really shows. There was nothing we would have changed about our wedding day, and that is in large part to how wonderful The Belvedere was! I can't thank them enough, and just as a side note, we had a couple who attended our wedding who were currently in the wedding venue search. They told us that they were "judging" (in a nice way) everything about our wedding, and not a week later, they booked their wedding at The Belvedere because they were so impressed with our wedding! I really can't say enough great things about The Belvedere! We highly recommend them!!

    My sister and I hosted our 30th birthday at the 13th floor. It was a total hit!! We worked with Jennifer, who was AMAZING. We couldn't have asked for a better planner or a better venue. The 13th floor is a modern, ultra chic, and BEAUTIFUL place!! If we had to do it all over again, we wouldn't change a thing :) Thanks to everyone at the Belvedere for making our 30th birthday one to remember.

    We had a wonderful experience with Belvedere & Co. The staff walked us through the planning of the rehearsal dinner, wedding and reception. We really did not have to worry about a single thing! The ballrooms are all beautiful on their own and do not need elaborate decorations and flowers. Our bridal attendant was great and was there to walk us through the logistics of the day so that all we had to worry about was enjoying it all! The food was excellent and they were able to meet the dietary restrictions of some of our guests. Many of our guests have told us that our wedding was the best wedding they had ever been to. We whole heartedly recommend Belvedere & Co. Events!

    The Belvedere was the perfect place for our wedding. The 12th floor ballroom is absolutely stunning, it was the perfect size for our wedding of 200 (with a large dance floor), and the food was delicious. The Belvedere staff was very useful in helping us to select vendors too, telling us about others who had done a good job there in the past, and they were great at working with our wedding planner. Since they do so many weddings, some might see them as a bit of a "wedding factory," but in truth, their experience means that they really know how to put on a wedding! Many people in attendance at our wedding told us during and after the event that it was the best wedding they had ever attended.

    Belvedere & Co. Events and Truffles Catering were absolutely wonderful to work with for my wedding! From the moment I saw pictures of the beautiful ballrooms on http://www.belvedereandcoevents.com/, I knew The Belvedere was the wedding reception venue for me! The entire planning process was made easier thanks to the super friendly (and organized!) Event Coordinator and staff at The Belvedere. Truffles Catering offered several food and beverage "plan" options to choose from, and the options for appetizers, salads, and dinner entrees were not just your ordinary wedding menu options. It was very hard to narrow down a choice for our appetizers, salads, and dinner entrees because everything was just so darn good! (Not to mention, our guests were raving about the food too!) Another thing I loved about The Belvedere was the fact that the tables, Chiavari chairs, linens (which I chose from a wide variety of options), votives, and up-lighting were all included. The day of the wedding was not stressful whatsoever thanks to the very attentive staff, banquet manager, and personal attendant (who attended to just my husband and I). My husband and I, along with all of our 130 guests, had the most wonderful time celebrating our wedding at The Belvedere! I highly recommend this reception venue to brides-to-be in the Baltimore area!

    We were thrilled with the food, the service, the atmosphere... but in the interest of writing a review that is useful to you as a bride-to-be... here is what you need to know to help make your decision : The Belvedere has an amazing staff who take care of just about everything for you!! I really think this was a huge asset that I underestimated when we were first looking at venues. I really appreciated it since we were planning our wedding from far away. Kat handled most of the details for our wedding and was incredibly easy to work with. Kat and her co-workers are extremely organized and this means that they also make you, the bride, extremely organized. Kat was extremely helpful with giving vendor recommendations and helping us to flesh out the schedule for the day. I felt great having Kat as a resource, because I knew that nothing would slip through the cracks. There are a ton of details leading up to the wedding and it is nice to know that I did not need to worry about something small like the way the guest book would be set up.

    All of our guests had an amazing time at our wedding and so did we :-) Thank you again to the Belvedere and Kat!!

    Side note - we also had our after-party there at the Owl Bar which was a great option!

    The staff at Belvedere & Co is absolutely AMAZING! I believe that you can find good service anywhere, but to find a team that makes you feel like they truly care about you, your wedding, your likes/dislikes is rare. Never once, did I feel like my wedding was just another job for them. I honestly felt like Katie was my matron of honor. From the moment I walked in the door, until our sendoff after the reception, she made sure that I had everything together! I absolutely love her. She has a sincere, gracious spirit that makes everyone feel comfortable and at ease. I planned my wedding in 8 weeks, so there was A LOT to be done in a short amount of time. Katie had a way of getting everything she needed from me without ever making me feel overwhelmed or pressured. My bridal attendant, Vanessa...she is just a beautiful person. My guests raved about her! Countless people told me that she was extremely accommodating, which was so surprising because I felt like she was by my side the entire time. My 12-year-old son thanked her himself for being so kind to his family! Everyone that worked our wedding was superior...Lindsay, Val, the waiters & bartenders on the 13th floor! It seems that Belvedere & Co. only hires caring people that know how to get the job done. Last, but not least, you will not find a more picturesque venue than The Belvedere.

    Where to I begin to say how perfect the Belvedere was for our wedding venue! From the moment we set foot in the place I knew it was the one. In every aspect the Belvedere goes above and beyond to make your fairytale wedding come true. Kat was my fairy godmother during planning. She helped with every little detail of the wedding, recommending vendors, keeping us on schedule, suggesting ideas, and most importantly keeping the whole thing organized. There was no question or concern of mine that she couldn’t address and get an answer to! Her vision and enthusiasm for weddings and the Belvedere is evident the moment you meet her! I was working full time, going to graduate school part time, and planning a wedding with as little stress imaginable all because of Kat! The day of the wedding everything was perfect and just as I’d imagined! I had Vanessa as my bridal attendant and she was amazing! She was there the whole night to keep things on schedule, make sure I was OK, and help with just about anything needed! I was really able to enjoy my wedding and not worry about a thing because of her!
    The food was amazing (as I knew it would be after the most delicious tasting!) and everyone was served right away while the food was still hot! The service at the Belvedere makes you feel like you are at the Ritz!
    The venue is so large we fit 150 guests comfortably and still had a huge dance floor and plenty of space to mingle! They kept the temperature of the room comfortable all night so that people on the dance floor were sweating to death! Having a December wedding, I was so thankful to find a venue that I could have the ceremony and reception in! It was so nice having the guest rotate through 3 different rooms so that you never saw any of the behind the scenes preparations!
    I am so thankful to this day that such a perfect venue was within our budget! People still gush about how gorgeous of a venue and how fun of a wedding we had! Thanks Belvedere and team!!!!!

    The goal for my wedding was to have a small gathering of family and closest friends for a really great meal, time and space to just hang out and spend time with one another, and oh, by the way, have a short wedding ceremony somewhere along the way. The 13th floor at the Belvedere provided exactly what I wanted. The space is stunning, the food was delicious, the staff was professional and friendly. I really could not have asked for anything more. We had cocktail hour first, had our ceremony right on the dance floor, and then our seated dinner. Nothing was rushed. We had time after dinner to still enjoy the ambiance and the company. Overall exactly what I wanted for my wedding.

    The Belvedere was an amazingly beautiful perfect place to get married. There is nothing I would change! All of our events took place on the first floor, ceremony in the Palm room, cocktails in the John Edgar Howard room, and reception in the Charles room! Going into this process, I had my heart set on The Belvedere, but after meeting Kat the Event Coordinator of Belvedere & Co. Events, she sealed the deal. Kat is just too amazing to put into words. She is so friendly, knowledgeable about the venue and vendors, and was so helpful every step of the way. She really saw our vision for the wedding and went above and beyond to make our day just perfect. Kat is invaluable and I don’t think our wedding would have been as amazing without her expertise. The food is outstanding, as well as the staff. Our bridal attendant on the day of made the day go smoothly, even when my dress was stepped on, she brought us pins to pin it up! I just love everyone that works there. I wish I could have an event there every year because they have such amazing staff.

    Aside from being the most beautiful place to get married the staff at the Belevedere/Truffles catering is beyond fabulous! Kat was our coordinator, our Bridal attendant and banquet manager were both working for the rehearsal and the ceremony and they were so attentive and amazing my bridal party is still talking about how wonderful they were Valerie and Vanessa my day couldn't have been so perfect without them. The food was delicious the entire staff was wonderful and our cake from Baltimore caker was so delicious!! I feel like family to all these wonderful people. And I'm incredibly great fun to Sandra Goad the owner who helped me make my dreams come true!!

    This past winter, I was fortunate to use the 13th Floor Restaurant as the venue to propose to my fiance. My experience there was fantastic. After contacting the restaurant to see if they would be available, I was contacted within the same day by an event coordinator who was very receptive to my unorthodox request (this was light years faster than any other venue I contacted during the same time frame). She double checked with their team and was able to set up the venue exactly as I requested. They were in constant contact with me, ensuring all the details were perfect for the big moment. We had the restaurant to ourselves for an hour, and I was able to set up a private music performance for her. Following the proposal, my fiance and I were able to enjoy the spectacular views privately and celebrate the moment between the two of us. The restaurant even provided two glasses of champagne to make sure the moment was perfect. Overall, I would highly recommend considering 13th Floor for any events in the future.

    The Belvedere and Co. Events made my wedding dreams come true! This venue speaks for itself, a historic landmark in Mt. Vernon, the breathtaking ballrooms. The venue was perfect, but it was the staff that was so incredible. From the minute my husband, mother and I met Kat, we knew this was a perfect fit. I have read many reviews from past Belvedere brides, and most of them say the same thing, a piece to a wonderful wedding puzzle that is so invaluable, Kat has this ability to make you feel like you the only bride, and yours is the only wedding she is helping to coordinate. My engagement was 22 months long, and for 22 months Kat responded to the million emails I sent, she gave me EVERY single vendor recommendation, and helped me to create a DREAM TEAM!

    The majority of our guests were from out of town, and it was very important to me that we showcase the heart of Baltimore, and what I find so beautiful about the city. The Belvedere did just that and more! Our friends, and my husband's family are still talking about how perfect our wedding was, and they never knew how cool Baltimore was.

    Thank you doesn't feel like enough, but you gave my husband, and me the greatest gift, a beautiful wedding, and everlasting memories.

    Sondra, Kat and her team are the most professional, responsive, and accommodating of vendors that you could possibly work with. We were planning our wedding out of state, and could not have pulled it off without them. The venue is absolutely gorgeous, historic and tastefully decorated. We had so many people comment to us that they had never had better food at a wedding--their catering is absolutely top notch, and everything is done on site! We had numerous comments about how delicious our wedding cake was as well. Kat Philgreen, our wedding planner, is truly a friend and one of the most amazing people we have ever met. Our day of coordinator, Vanessa, made the day seamless and kept our wedding running like a well oiled machine. Kat's vendor recommendations were top notch, and met our budget and taste needs. We have had so many comments on how beautiful and fun our wedding was, and we couldn't have done it without Belvedere & Co! They are the best venue you could possibly have in Baltimore.

    Belvedere & Co. were amazing! We used the 13th Floor lounge for our cocktail hour and reception, and the Palm Ballroom for the ceremony. Our event specialist was Logan Paris, and all we can say is that she couldn't have been any more helpful and professional. She walked us through all the details, and was very responsive to our questions. She also was very flexible and accommodating of our requests. The day of the event, everyone was on top of all the details, which were executed perfectly. All of our guests raved about the beauty of the spaces and the wonderful food, which was provided by the Belvedere's catering company, Truffles. We would definitely recommend the Belvedere to anyone thinking about a wedding location that will make an impact!
