I was in a unique experience. Due to a family medical issue, I had to cancel my wedding 1 month prior to scheduling. In the contract it was clear that any cancelation at this late date would result in loss of downpayment. Kelsey, was kind enough to work with me on my reschedule which was 8 months later. They already had 2 weddings booked for the new date I had chosen but were willing and able to work around this and provide excellent services.
Mitzy did an excellent job with hair. I did not have the hair I originally intended due to making the personal choice to basically shave it in support of a family member. When she started my hair I had no clue what to do with it. Originally, I told her I wanted bangs and that was a terrible fail and I hated it. She was under a time crunch with another wedding for the day but never lost her cool and made it look amazing. Originally, I had hair to the center of my back and with 8 months of grow out she was able to still make it look great! I appreciate her greatly! She did an amazing job with the others as well.
Bella came in next to do make up. She has an amazing personality and did a terrific job for a bride who has never had a professional do her makeup and was clueless about what she wanted.
This was a destination wedding so getting the trial runs was not an option, but both these girls did a wonderful job and I cannot be more thankful for them! -

I had such a great experience not only on my trial day of makeup but on the day of as well. The makeup turned out beautiful and lasted all day. It was quality work with fun but professional people! Great experience all around! -

Beautifully Done!
The team did such a good job with the hair and makeup for myself and my wedding party!! They were prompt with replies and made me feel so confident on my special day. The hair and makeup lasted all day… through dinner and dancing too! -

Professional, kind, and well priced!
Kelsey was my hairstylist for my wedding. She really worked well with me through the process
from our two hair trials and day of styling. We found what worked for my longer/thicker hair. She was able to make it work, making it beautiful. She has great customer service skills, and her pricing is extremely fair. I can't wait for her beauty shop to open in Springfield! Thank you again Kelsey! -

What can I say 🤷♀️ they did a AMAZING JOB on me my mom and my 3 bridesmaids 💜💜 because of them I felt beautiful and it lasted all day without any problems 💜 even went on a 50mph boat right and my tiara didn’t move!! Now that impressing! BOOK THEM 💜 -

Kelsey was spectacular!
Kelsey was spectacular! The sweetest human and 10/10 recommend the airbrush makeup - it lasted all day in June with not so much as a smudge! I also had a spot on my neck that my spray tan was being weird, and she was able to fix that also. You won’t regret working with KKD! -

Having a destination wedding can be stressful especially when you know none of your vendors. I reached out to KKD after several recommendations and was pleased to hear they had an opening. Not only did I not have to try and squeeze in time to drive to them, but they came directly to me with absolutely everything she might possibly need. Kelsey did my hair and makeup right in my villa and I was beyond thrilled with the outcome. My hair and makeup lasted all day and I feel like she listened to me and delivered exactly what I wanted. I highly recommend KKD for any of your hair and makeup needs. -

What a perfect experience!
I got to have my incredible cheer coach from 7th grade do my hair and make up for the happiest day of my life! Kelsey inspired me in 7th grade and she inspired me again on my wedding day! I laughed all morning and had the best time, it wasn't just great artistry, but a great experience and I wouldn't have chosen anyone else. My hair and makeup was perfect and exactly how I have always imagined it would be. Thank you soo much to KKD Beauty Cafe! -

KKD was a pleasure to work with. Having her do makeup at my wedding was one of the first (and best!) decisions I made while wedding planning. Makeup was one thing I knew I didn’t want to worry about on the day of the wedding, and it came out wonderfully. Kelsey is a true professional, and has a passion for her work. If you’re thinking about hiring her, do it! My airbrush was flawless and remained that way the entire night. Kelsey and her team did 4 of my bridesmaids hair and each of them had something to fit them perfectly. You can really see the time and hard work she puts into all of her clients. I can not thank her enough for making me feel so beautiful on my big day. -

Amazing Work!!!
I had the best experience with Kelsey and Tessi! They both arrived on time and we stayed ahead of schedule, which made me relax a little since I was worried about time. They were very professional but still so fun and Kelsey knew just what to say to calm me down with my pre-wedding jitters, even leading up to the day. She was able to take all my hair ideas and combine them into something beautiful! Tessi made all my girls absolutely gorgeous and our makeup lasted the entire day! I had no idea what to even request for my makeup but Kelsey made me feel like such a queen! But not too much that I wasn't "me." Their work is flawless and I would recommend their team to anyone who wants to feel gorgeous on their wedding day -

Fantastic Work!
Kelsey did my engagement airbrush makeup session, and made me look A-mazing!! It was subtle but edgy enough to make me feel so beautiful in my engagement photos. Tessi did my wedding day airbrush makeup and she made me look like a QUEEN!! I gave her my inspiration photos and she worked her magic. Not only did her work look absolutely flawless, she made me feel like a bride right out of a magazine. I couldn't say enough good things about KKD Beauty! If you use them, you won't be disappointed. -

My wedding day was my first time to use airbrush and I was a little nervous about my decision because I didn’t want to look ‘fake.’ However, Kelsey is so experienced and talented that it looked flawless and natural.
