Belmont Country Club Review
My husband and I got married at Belmont Country Club in October 2025 and we cannot say enough positive things about our experience with the venue and staff! We worked closely with the Rhonda and Avery who both made the wedding planning process less stressful, especially since we were planning the wedding from out of state. They were both very responsive, professional, and organized. The catering was great; we received lots of compliments on the food and reception staff. Overall, we had an amazing wedding and cannot thank the Belmont team enough! -

We had the best experience at Belmont Country Club!! The staff was attentive, responsive and helpful. We searched for a venue that was budget friendly and beautiful, Belmont was the best fit. The wedding guests raved about the food!! We had everything we needed on our wedding day. From the getting ready to the end of the reception. Rhonda and Avery were great! We recently hosted our wedding weekend at Belmont Country Club, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience. We had multiple events spread across two days with over 200 guests, and everything ran seamlessly from start to finish.
From the very beginning, Rhonda, our venue coordinator, was absolutely fantastic. She was professional, organized, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire planning process. We had several meetings leading up to the event, and she made sure every detail was covered so that nothing was left to chance.
The staff at Belmont were equally impressive they worked quickly and efficiently to set up and break down each space between events, making the transitions completely painless for us and our guests. The venue itself is beautiful, and it provided the perfect backdrop for both our ceremony and receptions.
We couldn’t have asked for a smoother experience or a better team to bring our vision to life. Belmont Country Club and Rhonda truly went above and beyond to make our wedding a success, and we highly recommend them to anyone looking for a stunning venue with top-notch service.Belmont Country Club's reply:

Our experience with Belmont Country Club was nothing short of amazing. The venue is gorgeous inside and out. We could not have asked for a nicer staff Rhonda, Avery and Elizabeth were wonderful to work with. I have received so many compliments from our guest on how perfect the day was. We had the most AMAZING wedding here and the team at Belmont, Rhonda, Avery, and Elizabeth, were phenomenal throughout the whole process. They were very organized and ensured everything ran smoothly and was set up perfectly. They brought our vision to life and I could not be more thankful! They were always flexible and quick to respond to any questions and emails. They were always super helpful and knowledgeable. The venue itself is also beautiful and very spacious. The bridal and groom suite had so much room to get ready in and the grooms suite even has a pool table! All of our guests said this was one of the best wedding venues they have seen. The manor house is on the other side of the country club so it felt like its own venue and separate. The food is also amazing and great quality! All our guests were very impressed with all the food and said it was the best wedding food they have had! We had everything from hors d'oeuvres to late night snacks (definitely get the pizza!!). It's about average pricing to other similar venues in the area. You will not regret booking this venue!Belmont Country Club's reply:

My sister got married in Belmont in 2017 and had a pleasant experience so when it was my time to get married, this was a no brainer. Nonetheless, I was blown away by the amazing service the team provides. Rhonda, Avery & Elizabeth were extremely helpful from the moment we toured the venue to the moment the wedding was happening. The team was extremely flexible and was always ensuring that you had the most magical day while ensuring you were on time for everything. I can't say enough good things from the food, drinks and staff.
Would totally recommend Belmont for future brides/grooms!

I had my wedding at Belmont Country Club and absolutely loved it! The entire staff there was amazing, and it made the planning process so easy. Margaret worked with us from the beginning and really walked us through all of the planning steps, which helped immensely in making the process feel seamless. The actual wedding day was executed perfectly, with Margaret at the helm, which made the entire experience very special. I couldn't have asked for a more perfect venue - the scenery was beautiful, inside and out. The space was used so well, and I heard from many of my guests that they were struck by how beautiful everything was! I'd definitely recommend it to family and friends! -

Perfect reception!
Margaret and Kady at Belmont were so great to work with. They were so responsive and answered all of our questions. The venue itself is beautiful. The bride’s and groom’s suites fit our morning needs perfectly and were spacious enough for everyone, plus hair and makeup. The front of the house and garden were perfect locations for formal photos. The manor house area was perfect for cocktail hour and guests enjoyed the history behind it. The ballroom comfortably fit our 170 guests with a large dance floor area. The outdoor patio was great for our guests to enjoy the beautiful spring weather and sunset. Overall, we had the best reception and are so thankful to the Belmont Country Club staff for helping us bring our wedding day vision to life! -

Margaret and Julia were great throughout the whole process of our wedding. We were so thankful for their attention to detail and they helped us keep on schedule and organized the day of.
The whole space, from the ceremony site to the manor house was so naturally beautiful we didn't feel the need to add any of our own decorations. The newly renovated ballroom was perfect for a group of our size and we made sure to take up all of the space on the huge dance floor.
The food was also excellent and we appreciated the customization we were able to do with the whole menu. -

Review from parents of the bride: "We were fortunate to have three of our daughters married at the Belmont Country Club in 2013, 2021, and 2022. We worked with Rhonda, Kellyn, and most recently with Kady Mundon. Each of our experiences was wonderful and working recently with Kady was great. Kady is extremely knowledgeable in event planning and has a very calming presence. She offered up some different scenarios for setting things up during cocktail hour and they worked out wonderfully. The Belmont is a gorgeous venue and it was really hard to check out other venues because each of our experiences there was so great. The food is awesome and cocktail hour is located in a historic section at the Belmont with different rooms for guests to mingle. As the reception approaches you leave that area, head up the winding stair case (there is an elevator if you need one) and arrive in the main dining room. Kady stayed with us through the event and organized the timeline of the night and was there handing out optic wands to the guests at the send off. It was a pleasure working with Kady. She is quick to respond to questions and was available during the event. Belmont is a great venue and I am glad my girls will have that similar memory they can share in years to come." -

From start to finish, Kady and Margaret helped me with every step regarding the venue preparing for my daughter's wedding. We only had 4 months to plan and it was wonderful not having to worry about the venue which really would have been 75% of the stress. Friends and family raved about the food and venue and continue to talk about it. We had no issues and Belmont Country Club met our expectations and then some. Compared to the cost of other local venues, Belmont was the best in cost and value. We highly recommend them! Thanks for making my daughter's wedding even more memorable. -

Belmont Country Club Wedding
Belmont is a wonderful place for weddings and huge events. It was our top choice after looking at several venues. The historic manor house is exactly our style. The Bridal suite is amazing and I had the best time getting ready with my bridesmaids. We really loved the initial tour and the food tasting was incredible. The English Garden is my favorite part and was perfect for our first look. It has a fancy ballroom on the second floor for the reception. We had a great experience with our wedding coordinator Kady Munden as she did a fantastic job with organizing everything to our liking. She also made sure we follow a perfect timeline to enjoy every moment of our special day without any stress. I definitely recommend choosing Belmont for your important events to make the best memories!!! -

What can I say... WOW! My wife and I got married at the Belmont Country Club last month and it was the most perfect venue in the world. The staff, food, drinks, and venue made our wedding perfect down to the last detail. You will not find a better place to get married that includes your food, ceremony, drinks, and reception. I cannot recommend this venue enough! -

Wonderful, smooth wedding experience
Belmont was absolutely wonderful to work with. We ended up working with several different events directors due to job changes/maternity leave, and I was seriously impressed that there were no dropped ball during the changes. They always did a great job with the information handover!
Kady was our event manager during our wedding day. She was unflappable and really on top of everything, we didn't run into any issues at all. Katie assisted and she did a marvelous job carefully packing everything up for us at the end of the night - she even individually wrapped the vases we provided for centerpieces.
The venue is beautiful, and the food was really delicious. They were pretty accommodating of dietary restrictions too. The Social Tables site they use for seating charts is very useful, although it can take a bit of time to figure out.
Overall, they made our wedding experience so easy and I'm very grateful for their hard work. -

Excellent wedding venue with mix of old and new (Historic Manor House used for reception) and newer Country Club (Ballroom used for dinner/dancing). Staff was always extremely helpful, but most of all very flexible with a can-do, accommodating attitude. Kellyn and staff at the Belmont CC were the best! Our wedding guests were very impressed and complimentary of the event and facilities. The Belmont CC reserves the venue for the entire day, where most venues limit you to 5-6 hours use and/or schedule other events the same day - Belmont Country Club only schedules your event and gives you exclusive access all day. Finally, the food, service, value and friendliness of the professional staff was exceptional. Highly recommend the Belmont Country Club for a wedding!

Having our wedding at the Belmont was the best decision we made. We looked at multiple venues in Northern VA, but after meeting the event coordinators at the Belmont we were sold. Both, Kellyn and Mary were patient with us through the entire process. No questions went unanswered and their guidance was appreciated. Belmont is such a magical place for a wedding. Having the ceremony and reception on site made our day smooth. Bride and Grooms, all you need to do is show up and the crew at the Belmont will handle the rest. We would get married 10x over. My finance actually picked this place on our first visit and so happy he did. They were very flexible throughout the whole process and especially during COVID. The package makes your life so much easier as a bride with the day of coordinator and large space to take advantage of. It was so great to have everything at 1 stop and our quests were very impressed. They kept saying how fancy everything was and I was happy to have not paid a crazy amount. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone, especially if you will have many out of town guests coming thru Dulles like we did. -

WOW. We couldn’t have asked for a better reception venue to book during COVID. Kellyn is the most creative event planner that I have ever met. Every curveball that was thrown at us, Kellyn easily found a fantastic solution. A week before our wedding Governor Northam enforced a 10 person social gathering cap but Kellyn met the challenge with ease and helped us plan a totally new wedding in less than a week. She was so kind and checked in with us many times. The staff was extremely accommodating and kind. Not to mention the venue’s architecture and history itself. The manor house is beautiful and the ballroom looks out over the mountains! There is a terrace with chairs you can go out on to look at the scenery. We were married a week before Christmas and they had all of their Christmas decorations up and we barely needed any decorations for the reception. Belmont is also very affordable and the food is to die for. I have never been to wedding where I really liked the food, but this food was better than restaurant food. Belmont Country Club is a hidden gem in Northern Virginia and I cannot recommend them enoughBelmont Country Club's reply:

We are a "COVID couple" with our original wedding date being right as the pandemic hit and having no idea what the next few months held and Kellyn & team were absolutely amazing to work with and incredibly flexible. We ended up having 3 wedding dates but they always made us felt at easy when talking to them and worked with us through all the unknown. The wedding coordinator makes the event run smoothly. Kellyn, was patient and explained everything in great detail. She was highly responsive to every question and request. The historic aspect of the venue adds so much to the cocktail hour and the grounds are perfect for photos. The staff was five stars plus on service and friendliness. We fell in love with Belmont Country Club when we took the tour and chose this to be our wedding venue. At the time, Rhonda was our day of coordinator and she was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. When Rhonda left and Kellyn took over, we were initially concerned as we had been working and discussing our wedding with Rhonda for almost a year, however Kellyn put our fears to rest early on. Kellyn was so patient and understanding when we went through a cycle of canceling-rescheduling our wedding. We ultimately made the difficult decision not to have our wedding reception at Belmont as they could not accommodate our large guest list with COVID-19, however Kellyn went above and beyond for us and helped us set up a small ceremony at Belmont. The bridal room is absolutely stunning! She spent time helping us line up for the procession and even helped us drive the golf carts!Belmont Country Club's reply:

We had the most beautiful wedding at Belmont Country Club. The staff at Belmont Country Club is amazing! Specially Kellyn! From the very first day I met Kellyn, to the day of she made sure everything went smoothly. She was quick to respond to all of my emails and so patient. Planning a wedding during COVID was not easy, but thanks to Kellyn I was able to get it all together. She is the best wedding coordinator any bride could ask for. I took every suggestion from Kellyn, and I am so glad I did. Kellyn had our day run so smoothly. She made sure I felt like a bride and I had everything I needed. She was an absolute lifesaver throughout the entire wedding planning process. Love her!
The venue itself is so beautiful! All our guests were blown away with the beauty in every room, ballroom, and the beautiful views. The food was AMAZING! All our guests reached out to say how much they loved the food and how great the staff was.
Our photographer was so happy with all the beautiful spots for pictures.
My husband and I are already talking about renewing our vows in a few years, we wouldn't dream of any other place to have it. We would choose this place over and over again!

Having a wedding during a pandemic was not ideal. However, after our May wedding was postponed till September, Kellyn and Club Corp did an amazing job at Belmont. It was very stress free as Kellyn had the day run so smoothly. She was very responsive and made sure I felt like a bride. We just hosted our wedding at the belmont and had a wonderful experience. They were very responsive during the whole wedding experience, even when the role of wedding coordinator changed. Our new coordinator Kellyn was amazing and a great help leading to the big day. She always had great suggestions when we were going over details. Her experience was greatly appreciated!
The venue was so accommodating during covid-19. We were supposed to get married in May and we moved it to September. We also cut our guest list to 25 and the belmont worked with us to ensure that our scaled down wedding still felt fun, beautiful, and exactly what we wanted.
I highly recommend this venue. They happened to be the best priced venue that we looked at and our favorite one out of the bunch!Belmont Country Club's reply:

Unforgettable Wedding
My husband and I had our wedding ceremony and reception here on 11/1/19. Rhonda and her staff were so helpful and inviting. Our guests fell in love with the manor house as well as the ballroom. The food and drinks were delicious. Our photographer was able to take so many beautiful pictures inside and around the manor house. I’m so pleased that we chose this venue. I highly recommend this venue to any couple looking for a beautiful place for their big day. -

The venue itself is simply beautiful (def explore the 3D tour on weddingwire!) and doesn't need much explanation... but the #1 you should absolutely book Belmont is because of their AMAZING coordinator, RHONDA!! She is sweet, very honest, responsive, and such a joy to work with. Furthermore, she is simply a pro and knows everything there is to know about weddings in her sleep. I seriously didn't know how I would pull a wedding off since I'm not much of a planner. However, every time we meet with Rhonda, she would put our minds at ease by providing very detailed answers to all our questions. Rhonda is insanely organized and will set up many deadlines for you to make sure you are on track.
My wedding day was very stress free because Rhonda and her team took care of everything. I was worried that I didn't give specific enough explanation on where I want to put certain decor but rest assure, the staff here knows what they're doing and will make your wedding look beautiful regardless. Rhonda made sure everything was running on schedule throughout the day and gave us instructions on what to do so we never felt clueless or lost. We were so lucky that this beautiful venue had such an amazing staff team to go along with it - I would highly recommend Belmont to anyone getting married! -

Dreamy and Classy Wedding at Beautiful location with the most supportive staff!
My husband and I had every dream and wish come true with our historic and classy Belmont wedding. We are both lovers of history and we were looking for some place unique and affordable. We found that and more in the Manor House at Belmont! It is a historic home, which we played up and shared historic facts with signs and history in each room. In addition to the history, the Belmont was the most beautiful venue in the area with picturesque rose gardens, a great ballroom, views of the mountains, a gorgeous bridal suite, and sunset over the golf course. We even changed the "normal" direction of the ceremony to show off the house, but the other option was gorgeous mountain. And, to top it off, it was the most affordable (Rhonda and team even worked with me to come up with solutions to cut costs!). I had a great deal of help and flexibility from Rhonda and her team - we had lost of last minute changes (bridesmaids dropping out, a rainstorm 5 minutes before walking down the aisle, no air conditioning, last minute speeches, etc.), and I really appreciated Rhonda's flexibility, acceptance of change, and direction. She helped with accommodations for the air, made the speeches happen, dried all the chairs and held my dress to make the outdoor wedding in front of the Manor House happen. As for decorations, I brought in boxes (seriously, like 15 for tables, signs, center pieces, etc.) of things the week before, and did not have to worry about anything. Once my wedding day got here, Belmont set up everything for our wedding ceremony reception and it was PERFECT! I provided a pamphlet with all of the information (they actually provided a brochure with things that I hadn't thought about that I was able to think about!), descriptions of my vision, and they executed it. They did an amazing job, more than I could have ever asked for! FOOD! Can't forget about that - everyone is still talking about the filet, lamb chops, and the raspberry brie. Our guests at the wedding had a wonderful time. When I see people who came to the wedding they still tell me how beautiful Belmont was and how we picked a great place. Our guest are still talking about our wedding. I definitely recommend Belmont to anyone getting married! You'll be doing yourself a favor! -

Perfect Day!
We had held our wedding at Belmont Country Club and we couldn't have chosen a better place. They made everything easy for us so we could just enjoy our day. Our guest loved the venue and food. Maddie was more than helpful the day of my big day. So thankful that we booked this place . Both Rhonda and Maddie worked to meet our budget and our vision.

Judy Sent on 08/24/2018Rhonda and her team were spectacular!! Both my husband and I have previous event planning experience, and we recognize the dedication and attention to detail that Rhonda and her entire team put into our event (ceremony and reception) on 8/18/18.
Rhonda and Ashley were super easy to work with, and they made sure that every single detail of our wedding was executed flawlessly, even the ones we were responsible for! When my husband almost forgot a key wedding announcement, Rhonda quietly reminded him. When we had two guests showed up unexpectedly, she seated them as if they were the first ones on the RSVP list. When a surprise rainbow popped up, she immediately got us outside for some very special pictures. And, when we got to the hotel that night, Rhonda had secreted away a few slices of cake for us to enjoy at the hotel.
In short, Rhonda thought of everything and was absolutely perfect. Oh...and the venue is gorgeous also. Most of our guests commented how beautiful the venue was and how much they would remember our wedding.
For us, the real beauty was Rhonda herself. Words can’t express how blessed we were to have found her. Go with Rhonda and the Belmont, you won’t be disappointed!!

Everyone at Belmont was professional, responsive and amazing from the very first walk-through of the venue. Rhonda set everything up and was very detailed in what we were getting and what we needed to do. She arranged the tasting (the food was delicious!). She was poised, carried herself very well and told us like it is (which is what we needed!). Ashley was our Go-To-Coordinator for everything leading up to our big day. She handled our final meeting, she stored our belongings for the big day, she responded to a countless number of emails, she ran us through our rehearsal and was our right-hand woman on our wedding day! She was there all day/night and was so helpful with every thing. She was professional, she calmed me down right before I had to walk out to the ceremony, she made sure we had every thing we needed when we needed it. Her staff was great! We think Ashley deserves a promotion/raise. She was great! The food was delicious. Our vendors (some of whom they recommended) were awesome. We really loved our day and we would recommend Belmont as a venue and country club to everyone! We were blessed to have found a great venue and great people to work with for our special day. They made it worth it and so much more! Thank you Rhonda and Ashley! -

Maggie Sent on 04/10/2018We could not have had a better wedding day! The staff at Belmont Country Club is amazing! They think of every detail and go above and beyond to make everything run smoothly. Before the planning process I had thought about getting a wedding planner because I had so many other things in life happening, but they made it so easy that there was absolutely no need. They made our whole vision come to life perfectly. The food was delicious, breakfast, lunch, hors d'oeuvres, dinner, everything! Everything is provided for you so you literally have nothing to worry about while getting ready, or during the fun. Everyone raved about how beautiful everything was. It was just perfect! Can’t thank them enough.
