We were booked with Bellport Country Club for about 2.5 years and from the moment we booked to wedding day, they had exceeded our expectations. We worked with all the managers but mostly Theo who was extremely efficient in his communication and made sure we received answers to all our questions. He made happen anything we asked for without hesitation. My bridal party, family and I were tended to the second we got to the venue and they made sure that everyone was eating, drinking and having fun with no stress.
Our guests are still almost 3 weeks later raving about the food. The waitstaff offered seconds to the guests and that is something we have not seen before.
We chose to have our rehearsal dinner there the night before and it was also amazing from the food to the bartender to the environment.
I would recommend Bellport Country Club to anyone for any event, but especially a wedding. -

If you are considering Bellport Country Club for any event, but especially your wedding, it will be the best choice you could possibly make. There is no wedding venue that goes so above and beyond for you like they do, while providing such a high quality of service and food. The wait staff was so professional. My Matre’d, Theo, and bridal attendant, Kayla, were the best, and everyone there made sure our day was perfect. All of my guests were highly impressed by the food. Venue and staff:
My husband and I felt so welcomed by the staff at Bellport from our very first visit. Every time we visited for showcases (which were free for engaged couples), they always remembered us. Throughout our two year planning process, I emailed their staff about 50 times and was always met with prompt responses, even late at night. They provided so much support, and even assisted with seating chart planning and coming up with my itinerary. Theo gets a special shoutout, because he assisted with all of that, remade name cards when I had to change tables for people, and was the best Matre’d. Come wedding day, it felt like he was our good friend who was assisting us all day. The day of the wedding, he did a phenomenal job at making sure our day ran perfectly. He was always easy to find, and if we asked for something it was taken care of in seconds. Kayla was my bridal attendant and I just loved her so much. She made sure my bustle was always pinned up once it broke (very early on) and she kept my husband and I hydrated all day. We were also greeted in the bridal suite with plenty of refreshments including fruits, cheeses, water, beer, and a build your own mimosa bar. The bridal party loved it, especially since it was a daytime wedding. She was also always easy to find, and we had moments where we were just chatting too.
Food:
The food was truly phenomenal. We opted to upgrade our pasta station to include chefs, which was a big hit amongst our guests. Everyone found the cocktail hour to be highly impressive and our guests appreciated being able to be inside and outside on the patio during cocktail hour. Our Matre’d had set up a private cocktail hour for my husband and I in the bridal suite for us to enjoy together, and my bridal attendant ensured we were able to try everything, and wrapped up our food to take home. My husband and I were given the option to have samples of multiple meal options for our plates, and everyone was also offered seconds of plates, which highly impressed guests. My favorite dish was the duck with berries, and my husband’s was the chicken cordon bleu. For dessert, we added the international coffee bar and the chocolate fountain. Since we had extra dessert options, cake was served with the dessert rather than to each table, which my guests really enjoyed. They also loved having chocolate covered strawberries served to their table. Bellport was accommodating to my dietary restrictions and made sure I had oat milk for coffee, and even requested if I had a favorite brand. We used the Rolling Pin Bakery for cake, which is their in house baker, and the cake was really good. To top it all off, Bellport added a to-go station since used their vendor bundle. We had the pretzels and cheese sauce, and it was served with coffee, tea, and hot apple cider by request. My guests really enjoyed how the food never stopped.

Bellport Country Club was an absolute DREAM to work with!! From the moment we visited the venue, we knew it was the one. My husband said to me as we were leaving, "I can picture us getting married here." and our vision came to life!! The owners were so welcoming, and accommodating with everything. They really cared about our vision, and about us as human beings. They made the whole planning experience so personable and easy. Taylor and Theo are absolute sweethearts and were SO helpful throughout the whole planning process. They answered all our crazy questions with a smile on their faces. They made our wedding dream vision come true with their amazing decorating skills. Everything was PERFECT, and the things that weren't perfect - they made perfect. It truly was the most magical day of our life!! We wish we could relive our wedding day here every year!!!! -

Perfect & dream wedding venue!!!! I fell in love with Bellport Country Club as soon as I walked in. I loved how it was simple, elegant, and had this beautiful charm to it. The entire team at Bellport Country Club was absolutely phenomenal to work with and if I had to do it all over again I would pick them. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND choosing Bellport Country Club if you want outstanding service, AMAZING food for both cocktail hour and reception (that guests still rave about), a beautiful country club picturesque background, a spacious bridal suite, an after party option upstairs, and a team who does everything in their power to make sure your wedding day is executed to perfection. A huge perk was that it was fully weatherproof too! The entire back deck for cocktail hour is COMPLETELY covered even if it does rain on your big day! They are a team of professionals and know what they are doing! I was so impressed when we were taking our pictures outside, Theo came with a bottle of water and a straw for me. Those little things stood out to me all day! Guests were beyond impressed with the entirety of the day and can not stop talking about how amazing of a wedding it was! I was the happiest bride throughout the entire planning process because of how easy everything was at Bellport. I have a million more amazing things I can say, but the last thing I will say is to get the RAW BAR BOAT! I don’t think guests will ever forget it, it was such a big hit! -

Top notch service.. beginning to end
My son had his wedding/ reception here on 5/19/24. From the start to the very end it was an all around magnificent experience. The whole staff was amazing, so professional. Led by Ted the matre ‘D. Every one was so accommodating. The cocktail hour was amazing.. and the main course dishes were five star quality. We could not have asked for a better night .., hats off to all at the Bellport Country Club. Job well done . I recommend this place a hundred times over! -

I recently had a baby shower for my sister at the Bellport country club and I can’t recommend this venue enough! It was very easy to communicate with the wonderful team about what we needed for the day! The day of ran very smoothly. We got so many compliments about the food. The space was perfect. The staff was very flexible helping us move things around the space as needed. Highly recommend the Bellport country club!! -

Bellport deserves 10+ stars if I could give them that. From the time we booked our date (18 months before), to picking up our tons of decor afterward, working with everyone at Bellport Country Club was beyond incredible. We worked with Theodore and Taylor most as we got close to our date, and I can tell you without a doubt that they are why our day was pure magic. It started with Theodore answering our countless questions during the food tasting. His sincere enthusiasm as well as his sometimes silly personality made us feel right at ease. We were accommodated for us (the bride and groom) and our few guests in the bridal suite for an incredible selection of Bellport's delicious food. Any question I had moving forward (no matter how random or relentless), I was reassured....even in late night emails!! Both Taylor and Theodore were immensely helpful when we had to have multiple phone calls and meetings to discuss our specific details. When it came time to discuss and bring in our final decor/payment, Taylor became my personal wedding fairy. She took my boxes of ridiculously detailed labeled decorations, signs, lantern centerpieces, and sentimental childhood Disney trinkets in stride. Taylor took notes of my rambling as we went through everything; and with a simple smile and an, "I got you" took all of my anxiety away. We went in days early to set up the chuppah (Jewish wedding arch) which we were so grateful to be able to set up in advance. Then came wedding day. Every minute I was there, Taylor was somewhere in my sight. She was on her game in making sure everyone was good to go. In the bridal suite, there were curling irons and other tools which was amazing for me on the humid almost rainy day. My fiance had a great time with his groomsmen upstairs in the pub while I was in the bridal suite getting ready. I got to meet my bridal attendant, Elizabeth, who made sure not just we but our parents always had drinks in hand and had just what we needed in that moment. She even helped my photographer take incredible photos of my veil!! Elizabeth explained our food choices to us and made sure we had all that we needed both in food and drinks during cocktail hour and dinner. Before walking down the aisle, Taylor worked with our bridal party to make sure they were comfortable with their order of walking and where they would go. She explained everything, even delicately to our nervous 5-year-old flower girl. Taylor was the final person to wish me luck as I was about to go down the aisle, and the first person to congratulate me after my ceremony. When we had our first look in the ballroom we were absolutely blown away. Our centerpieces were perfect and exactly as I had dreamed. Taylor had even helped us out with many last-minute situations I totally thought we had already accounted for. She helped during our SOS emergencies of seating chart sheets needing to be printed (I forgot them at home) and 1 centerpiece also being forgotten- she totally reconfigured everything in a way my guests never would have realized the difference. I was freaking out when she quickly was on it and saved the day. During our entrance and first dances, Taylor quickly took my tiny poodle in his stroller to make sure he was away from the hullabaloo. When we did our cake cutting, Taylor was right there with us making sure we knew how to cut it correctly. I truly felt like Taylor was a close friend all throughout the evening and planning process too. I am so grateful for our frequent communication. This goes for Theodore as well, who helped at our wedding even though it was his day off!!! My guests have not stopped telling us how incredible the food was during cocktail hour and the wedding overall. I am so thankful for each and every moment spent planning with and celebrating at Bellport Country Club. They made my wedding an incredible night that I will remember forever. -

Thank you for our perfect day!
Every single person that works at Bellport is amazing, especially Taylor, who helped us in every step of our planning from the moment we signed the contract to the moment we picked up our stuff weeks after our celebration.
We went to my cousins’ wedding here, and she encouraged us to look here for ourselves. Bellport offers so many little add ons that make you feel special. We added on a coffee bar at the end of the night, and because we used some of the house vendors, they gave us another station free of charge. They offered seconds for entrees at dinner. We, along with my family, did a tasting in which they let us sample lots of different options of the food. In short, their food is amazing!
In general, any request I had they were more than happy to help with anything, from allowing us to have three signature drinks, to displaying my nick nacks perfectly around the venue for the night, to playing an electronic collage of my family’s wedding pictures. This place is a hidden gem with a fantastic team. My bridal assistant must have pinned my dress at least three times as it fell throughout the night! She got Mike and I sample platters during the cocktail hour for us to enjoy in the bridal suite in private as well as at dinner; they got us a little bit of every entree! They made sure we had drinks and food all night. Losing my grandpa a few days before our wedding, this team was understanding and made sure our day was as smooth as possible.
I would recommend any future couple to trust this staff to make sure your day is perfect and memorable! -

September Wedding 2022
A perfect day, at a perfect venue with my perfect wife. I could not be happier with the scenery, the staff, the Maître d’, bridal attendant, the food, and the rest of the wedding. Everything went so smoothly and Bellport Country Club did everything to accommodate our special day. The bridal attendant brought us food and drinks whenever we needed it and was so attentive to whatever we needed. It was a beautiful day. The rose garden set up outside was so beautiful and made the ceremony setting picture perfect! -

Incredible venue!
There are not enough words to describe just how PERFECT our wedding day was at the Bellport Country Club. From the moment we walked into the BCC we were so impressed with the venue and the gentlemen who run it!
After we booked our wedding for 4/23/22 Mike, Robert, Taylor (also our maitre'D -she is great!), and Theodore were incredibly responsive to any question we had. When planning our menu for the evening we could not believe HOW MUCH FOOD our guests would experience. Everyone was so impressed. They were so helpful and we knew we were in good hands for our special day.
Ours was the first outdoor wedding of the season and we are so grateful for how it all turned out! Our bridal attendant, Mila was amazing. She was very attentive and made sure both my husband and I were taken care of the entire day.
Overall, I could not recommend this venue enough. My husband and I wish we could do it all over again! -

IN AWE, Incredible everything
Still in awe at the beautiful magic the team at Bellport CC worked to help our day run so smoothly! The staff was so kind, they made our wedding feel like it meant just as much to them as it did us. The perfect day!
Worth the wait! My husband and I originally booked Bellport Country Club in late 2019 for a Fall 2020 wedding. We ended up postponing to 2021 like so many other couples. We are so happy we did! Bellport was incredible throughout every step of the wedding planning process. Their staff are incredibly kind and patient. Our wedding day was amazing! We were blown away by the service. The food was exceptional. So many of our guests kindly remarked about how fantastic everything was. Highly recommend Bellport Country Club. -

We had our reception at Bellport on 5/15/21. We originally were booked for 2020, but COVID happened. From the day we first visited and met Theodore, through our first round of planning, through the changes a month before our original date, and through our second round of planning when the NYS restrictions seemed to change every single day, the team at Bellport was phenomenally communicative and helpful. We had a very specific vision for our wedding and Bellport brought it to life. They customized our food&bev menu, placed our decor beautifully so that the whole room felt personalized, and were in lock step with us the whole way. The grounds are gorgeous. Everybody there is wonderful. Robert & Michael answered my emails almost immediately and always had a solution when COVID made it seem like things wouldn't be what we wanted. Mila made sure we ate and spent time together on the busiest (but most beautiful) day of our lives. And most of all Theodore...maitre'd extraordinaire. You guys made what could have been the most stressful experience of our lives almost effortless. GET MARRIED AT BELLPORT COUNTRY CLUB! You will not regret it. -

Perfect Day
I know PERFECT doesn't typically sound like someone who got married in 2020 would describe their wedding day but honestly thanks to Bellport it was. They went above and beyond to ensure we had the best day despite the ever changing circumstances surrounding COVID. We heard HORROR stories about how some other couples were treated by other venues and are so grateful we went with Bellport. The food was amazing, the bar tender made a specialty drink for us (we didn't decide on one) watermelon sangrias'. Because our wedding was so small we were able to enjoy our guests and our meal! Bellport was absolutely amazing and we love that they have different avenues for us (catering, restaurants) for us to enjoy them in the future. -

Excellent Service! Best Day Ever!
My husband and I got married on October 31, 2020. It was the BEST DAY ever thanks to Robert, Michael and their staff! The Bellport Country Club helped us organize our wedding in less than 2 months. We had our ceremony at the Bellport Country Club and then had our reception in our backyard. Robert, Michael and their staff did such an amazing job catering our wedding. Everything was so well organized from the ceremony to the reception. Prior to the wedding, Robert told me that we would not have to do a thing and that they would take care of everything. Our day came and it was exactly as he had said. The staff were so friendly and our guest were so happy with the service that they received. The food was delicious!! Thank you so much for making our day so special and memorable! -

We held our “micro wedding” at BPCC on 10/25/2020 and cannot express how incredible of a day it was for us! One week before our big day, we were scrambling to replan our wedding after things didn’t work out with our original venue due to COVID and we then decided against our backyard wedding plans. We spoke with Theo on the phone and instantly felt relief knowing he was ready to pull things together quickly for us. We visited BPCC the following day and knew it was the place for us. Theo made everything seamless for us to replan our wedding in less than a week. Our guests had the best time, the food was absolutely delicious, and the service was beyond our expectations. BPCC wasn’t our original venue but we are SO happy it ended up being where we held our most special day. If we could go back in time we definitely would’ve booked them from the start. We highly recommend BPCC and can’t wait to go back! Thank you for saving our wedding day during this crazy time! -

We got married at Bellport Country Club on 9/6/20 and the entire staff was nothing short of wonderful! I would highly recommend using Bellport Country Club for any event especially a wedding. Michael, Robert and Taylor were an absolute dream to work with. Alexis our bridal attendant went above and beyond for my husband and I which we really appreciated. Incredible Wedding Venue!
We had our wedding November 2nd, 2019 at the Bellport Country Club. We looked at a number of different wedding venues on Long Island to accommodate our 230 guests, but after meeting with Michael from the wonderful Bellport staff and seeing the classic elegance of the venue, we knew this was the right place for us! Michael, Robert, Taylor, and Theodore were incredibly responsive throughout our entire planning process and were so pleasant to work with. Mike and Taylor were quick to accommodate our every request, meet with us, and suggest ways to help coordinate all the little day of details and special touches that we loved.
Our experience on the day of our wedding started when we arrived at their beach to take pictures, Theodore met us at the beach to ensure we had everything we needed and to help me navigate the sand in my dress! The pictures from the beach were truly stunning and are our favorites. From the second we arrived at the country club, our amazing bridal attendant, Mila, could not have been more helpful and attentive. She truly went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed and to make us feel special on our day, as well as bustling my dress. Our cocktail hour was incredible – our guests could not stop raving about the food and everything looked amazing! The ballroom was beautifully decorated for dinner and the food was the best I’ve ever had at a wedding venue. Mila even prepared a special plate for us so we could taste each of the seven entrees and made sure we took more home! The service throughout the entire evening, from the bartenders to the wait staff, was outstanding. Bellport included an hour-long afterparty but we chose to extend it to 3 hours, with more food, which was the perfect way to end the night! Taylor ensured that everything ran beyond smoothly, from coordinating with our band and photographer to helping us with our cake cutting and making sure we got all our belongings packed to pick up the next day. We could not possibly overstate how wonderful Taylor and Mila were, and how beautiful everything turned out.
The entire experience with Bellport was better than anything we could have imagined: our wedding day was the best day of our lives and Bellport was a big reason why!

October 25, 2019 wedding
I'll start by saying if we could give Bellport Country Club 100 stars we would. From the very first day we walked in to discuss potentially having our wedding there we knew it was the right place. As soon as we left we called and told them to hold the date for us. We met with Robert initially and then continued to discuss most of the details with him throughout the planning process. The professionalism from Robert as well as every single person we dealt with at BCC was nothing short of stellar. Our food tasting with both sets of parents was amazing and we knew then how great the food would be on the wedding day. I've had numerous people come up to me after the wedding and tell me it was the best food that they've ever had at a wedding before. We had a few vegans among our guests and they had plenty of options to choose from and were also thrilled with the food. The day of we had Mila as our bridal attendant who was absolutely amazing. She made sure every single one of us was taken care of the whole time. I swear I would think of something in my head and there Mila would appear with it without even being asked. She's clearly done this a thousand times and she does her job so well and with a comforting smile on her face. Theodore was just as helpful the days leading up to the wedding when we dropped stuff off and talked about how we wanted it set up as well as the day of the wedding. I can't say enough great things about both Theodore and Mila, I had zero stress about the wedding reception and that was solely due to how well BCC runs. I have already recommended BCC to several people and cannot wait to go back as a guest to a wedding! The grounds were beautiful for pictures, the cocktail hour was amazing (both indoor & outdoor with heaters, even at the end of October it was lovely to be able to enjoy the outdoors), and the ballroom was perfect. 100 stars for Bellport Country Club! -

I love this venue and highly recommend it for your wedding or any other special event. It was a pleasure working with the staff in planning this extraordinay day. They walked us through every step to personalize our daughters wedding. We were able to enjoy the wedding day without any stress because we knew that Bellport Country Club had taken care of everything. The entire day was wonderful. Beautiful venue, great food, fabulous music and a wonderful photographer. All our guests raved about the wedding. The venue offered our guests seconds after dinner, snacks to go after reception and the after party in the on site pub which were all welcome additions to an otherwise spectacular day. -

We had our wedding here this past weekend and Taylor and Theodore helped us from the second we walked in to the minute we picked up our things from the venue. They were so wonderful to work with. They were responsive, informative and on top of every detail. The venue was recently renovated and looks amazing. The wait staff was wonderful. The food was delicious. Everyone said it was the best wedding they have ever been to! I never eat dinner at weddings and I could not get enough of the chicken vienna and the pork chop! I would recommend them in a heartbeat! -

My fiancé and I had a tight budget since we paid for our wedding by ourselves. We still wanted a quality venue that would provide excellent service and food! My fiancé's family used to own a restaurant and know a lot about Portuguese and Italian food - so it we had a hard time choosing a venue. Many of the venues in our price range had mediocre food. Bellport Country Club has EXCELLENT food! During our tasting, we were blown away and decided to book with them right after. They have excellent service and respond to emails within hours of sending questions through email. I had tons of questions during our 2.5 years of planning, and Bellport (Mike, Rob, and Theodore) always squashed any fears and provided all the answers to my questions. During my wedding, everyone was impressed by the food and open bar. While Mila (my bridal attendant) tried to get me to eat, I was too busy on the dance floor, but I did not hear of any complaints from my guests about food or service. If you want excellent food and service (even if you are on a budget), choose Bellport! (By the way, they include an ice sculpture of your choice, amazing cocktail hour, and afterparty room for no additional charge). -

BCC is a hidden gem on Long Island! I found them after a lot of internet searching and at first I was drawn in by their great prices so I scheduled a tour. When we got to the venue, we fell in love! I really loved how small the venue is because 1. It’s only one event at a time and 2. It feels like you have your own personal little mansion for your wedding day! We wanted a cozy, at home yet still sophisticated feel for our wedding and BCC matched this perfectly. One of my favorite moments I remember from our day is looking out at the huge windows behind the sweetheart table and watching deer leap into the sunset, it was so beautiful! The people who work there are amazing as well! Taylor, Theodore, Michael, and everyone we came in contact with were super nice and willing to do anything to help. The food was also amazing and they’re so accommodating that they’re willing to make any recipe that you bring to them! Again BCC is a hidden treasure, I have no complaints, and I would absolutely get married there again! -

From the beginning, everyone at Bellport was amazing and so nice. The wedding day went off without a hitch. Robert, Taylor, Mike- everyone we interacted with at BCC was so nice and accommodating.
Mila our bridal attendant was 100% on top of everything. She made sure we ate and drank water when we kept getting dragged away for pictures. She was a pro at bustling my dress and having my change of heels on hand. Theodore the maitre'd was great and professional even when the majority of the party was late for the rehearsal. So many people have told us that this was the best wedding they've ever been to. The food was outstanding and they decorated exactly to my specifications and even went above and beyond. 10/10 would recommend. -

No need to look any further!! BOOK THIS VENUE!! You will NOT be disappointed. If I could give them 10 stars, I would! We had our wedding at the Bellport Country Club on 11/11/18 and it was hands down, the best day of our lives - in VERY large part to Bellport. We knew from the very beginning that this was the place that was going to make our dreams come true. We had the pleasure of working with Mike from the very start - he made us feel like family! No request was too big or too small. He made sure to make us feel at ease throughout and that everything was going to be taken care of. And believe me, everything was taken care of and more! He answered every question I had (and there were many!) and made the whole process so enjoyable. Mike is a true professional and so good at what he does! We were so lucky to be able to work with him - he went above and beyond for us! He ensured that everything ran smoothly and was perfectly executed the day of our wedding. We had our ceremony in their beautiful rose garden on the most perfect, crisp fall day - they even set up heaters for our guests to make them more comfortable. We were lucky to have Mila as our bridal attendant and Theodore as our Maitre D'. Talk about a dream team! Everything at Bellport runs like a well oiled machine - no detail is too big or too small. Nothing is overlooked! Mila was an angel sent from above - from making sure that we had hot drinks while we took our pictures outside, to bringing us in EVERY appetizer during cocktail hour to the bridal suite so that we could have some time to ourselves, to managing my bustle and veil like a pro, to making sure that we sat down to eat dinner (she gave us a sample of EVERY dinner!), to keeping our glasses (as well as our family's) full the WHOLE night, and ensuring that we felt like the most special people in the world - the night would not have been the same without her. And Theodore! We never had to worry or think about a single thing, because he already had it covered. He was truly one step ahead of everything! The night ran SO smoothly, in very large part to him! He is the nicest person and just an absolute pleasure to be around. A true professional! So grateful that we had Mike, Mila, and Theodore, as well as the rest of the amazing staff to take care of us that night. We've never felt so special! And last, but certainly not least, THE FOOD. Oh my goodness. I cannot rave about the food enough! From the amazing cocktail hour to the amazing choices for dinner. Our guests are still talking about it! Everyone kept saying that they felt like they were out at a 5 star restaurant and not a wedding! They also bring out seconds so you can try another dish if you'd like! You or your guests will NOT go home hungry. We wish that we could have our wedding here over and over again. You will be surrounded by the most amazing people in the business! Let me not forget to mention the rest of the wait staff and the bartenders - the most wonderful and delightful people. I hope I'm not forgetting anything - I could go on for days about Bellport CC! Our guests said it was the best wedding they've ever been to, and I couldn't agree more. Forever grateful to Mike, Mila, and Theodore, along with the rest of the staff that worked with us that night. Emily Sent on 07/25/2018We got married on June 30, 2018 and have nothing but the BEST things to say about BCC. The staff, the attentiveness, care, and quality of presentation, food, and aesthetics were all OUTSTANDING. During planing, Michael and Theodore were incredible in helping us meet every request, and soothe our stress. We were the 1st of our friends to get married had a ton of questions. All of our emails were answered quickly and with so much care and patience, we always felt as though we were in the best hands.
Even with a big guest count of 234, the space was perfect and decorated and the food was unbelievably amazing. We are gigantic foodies and we even had some specific requests for cocktail hour that were executed perfectly. For decor, BCC not only set up everything we provided, but added candles, signs, small tables, and other little knick knacks that made it all come together beautifully. This is where we truly felt the personal, one wedding at a time, all attention and hands on us aspect of BCC. We can’t imagine any other venues, if any at all, taking the time to do this.
On our wedding day, Mila was our bridal attendant and Taylor was our maitre d. They were INCREDIBLE. Our drinks were constantly full, every second we turned around they had food to offer us at cocktail hour, Em’s dress was busseled perfectly and they were so attentive to not just us but our whole families. And again, being the foodies that we are we felt like royalty. Mila made us a “sampler platter” of cocktail hour food for us to eat in the bridal suite before the reception, we had one of each entree for dinner, and they even made sure we got seconds of exactly what we wanted. Mila/Taylor worked seamlessly with our band, The Metropolitan Players, and our photo/video team, Artistic Images (highly recommend both!) so well that we truly felt as if we were guests ENJOYING our day, eating, drinking, and dancing worry free. We cannot thank the entire staff of Bellport enough! BEST DAY EVER! -

Kaitlin Sent on 07/23/2018I know that people rave about their own weddings but my husband and I are in prime wedding age right now and we have been bridesmaid & groomsmen & guests to over 15 venues on Long Island. I realize I'm partial to saying Bellport is the best because it was my wedding, but here is a specific list of why:
THE FOOD!!!!!!!! Speaks for itself - WOWWW
1. The whole place is yours (one event at a time). We were able to decorate the entrance with family photos, have our guests outside and inside, and had our after party upstairs!
2. The staff is unreal. THEODORE. I cannot put into words how amazing he was. EVERYTHING that I mentioned to him (which was at least 5 things every week for months that I was emailing him ideas) came to fruition without me needing to ask twice. I wasn't feeling great the day of the wedding (stomach ache) and he got me 3 types of medicine! Kerryann was my bridal attendant and she was the sweetest most attentive person ever! She was a pro at helping me with my dress and was SO attentive to my family and me.
4. Attention to detail - no matter how big or small they made any detail we wanted a priority.
Examples of bigger details: My mom made seersucker table runners for the tables and they gave us all of the information on table measurements and everything was beautifully displayed, an ice sculpture of my dog, the type of alcohol I wanted in my signature drinks. Examples of smaller details: My mom is a SUPER picky eater. She legit has the appetite of a 5 year old. Anyway, we asked if they could save the carved turkey from the cocktail hour and serve her turkey, mashed potatoes, and cranberry and again - without needing to follow up - it was done. lso, my niece who was my flower girl is only 2 so we had someone who was leaving with her at 8:30 PM and we asked for a dinner to go for her - then the night of my niece was getting very sleepy so they ended up leaving earlier - and on short notice they still got her dinner to go on time!

Rachel Sent on 03/11/2018During our wedding planning process, my husband and I must have visited almost every wedding venue from Queens to the Hamptons, but it wasn't until we walked into the Bellport Country Club that we experienced that "wow factor" we knew we wanted for our wedding. From the start, everyone at the Bellport Country Club could not have been more responsive and helpful. Even as we got closer to our date and I felt like I was asking a hundred questions weekly, Robert and Mike were always approachable and understanding, and made sure that every detail was taken care of.
The venue itself is extremely beautiful and impeccably kept. We packed a lot of décor for the day of (maybe too much…), and when we arrived everything was set up exactly where it was supposed to be. In fact, I hardly had to think about a thing during the party because the staff was on top of everything from communicating with our vendors to making sure we were sticking to our timeline. Most importantly, especially for my family, the food was unbelievable, not only in portion size but in quality. Our guests are known to be big eaters, but as the waiters came around the tables with seconds, yes SECONDS, even our families were having trouble eating more, especially after one of the most amazing cocktail hour set ups I have ever seen. In addition, we booked the bar upstairs for our afterparty and couldn't recommend it more.
Overall, booking with the Bellport Country Club guarantees an attentive, friendly staff, a beautiful venue, and extremely delicious food. We could not have imagined we would have such a perfect wedding day, and a large part of that is because of the amazing staff at Bellport Country Club!

We had our wedding here in August and from the first time we stepped in there, we knew this was the place we wanted to celebrate! We mostly worked with Michael while ironing out the details in the months leading up, and it could not have been a more pleasant experience. I hope that every bride gets to work with someone like MIchael, because I truly had no worries about anything. When I dropped all of my props/favors/etc off the day before the wedding, he carefully took note of where I wanted everything. I was extremely confident that everything was going to run smoothly, and it truly did! Michael and his staff went FAR above and beyond to make our day so special. They accommodated our every request. The food was amazing, the service was great, the atmosphere of the room was perfect. Overall, the value of what you get here can't be matched anywhere else. I could go on and on about it. Our experience with Bellport can be described as nothing short of amazing from our very fist time touring the venue all the way through our wedding day! Taylor and Michael were able to answer any and all questions that we had, on any day of the week and any time of day. From the beginning, Christopher and I knew that our wedding would go off without a hitch. We had the pleasure of having Mila as our Bridal Attendant and Taylor as our Maitre'D for our big day. They were both so incredibly attentive to both Christopher and I, along with our bridal party and immediate family - almost 25 people! I often hear that brides and grooms do not get the chance to eat much at their wedding but that was certainly not the case with us - Mila and Taylor made sure that we, along with our party, were able to try all of the food that we wanted and also made sure that we all had a drink in our hand when we wanted one. It was so fun to have both Taylor and Mila be a part of our day! Almost two months later, our guests still make comments that our wedding was the best wedding they have been to and that the food was delicious. We recently got all of our wedding photos back and it's been so fun to relive the absolute best day of our lives, truly made possible by the Bellport staff. I would highly recommend Bellport Country club to any couple who is looking for a venue with beautiful scenery, plenty of delicious food and exceptional white glove service from all of the staff. We honestly cannot imagine more impressive service than what was provided by Taylor, Mike, Robert, and the rest of the BCC staff. From start to finish, this was the best experience we could have asked for. Every single question we had during the planning process was answered promptly and thoroughly. No question was too silly or too insane for the BCC staff!! Things could not have gone more smoothly the night of the wedding. Everything was perfect. Every little piece of decor was placed exactly where it was supposed to be. Their attention to detail and commitment to our vision was remarkable. Taylor was our maître d' for the evening and was so on top of everything. Vanessa was our bridal attendant and made sure we ate and had everything we needed. Throughout the night, several guests came up to us to let us know how excellent the service was. Our guests are still telling us how it was the best wedding they have been to; we know BCC is largely to thank for that. We can't imagine a more perfect evening and are so incredibly happy we chose BCC as our venue. They create such a warm and personable experience and any engaged couple would be lucky to have their wedding here! -

It rained the day of the wedding but they did whatever they could to make it work. They moved the ceremony to inside and it was still perfect. The food was amazing and in abundance. They even went around with seconds for everyone if they wanted to try a different dinner option. I could go on and on about them, but to sum it up, it was even better than I imagined it would be. -

I will probably be forever known to Michael as the bride with the longest list of "musts" for the day of! : ) Throughout our process, we dealt with Michael who was such a dream. He was very responsive to e-mails and always got back to us right away. Everytime we went to Bellport was such a pleasure and we were always greeted with a smile. The day of was a breeze, EVERYTHING was set up exactly as I imagined. When I walked into the reception room with my husband for the first time I sobbed because it was everything I pictured after two very long and stressful years of planning. Our guests are still talking about the food and the service they received that night. Thank you Bellport for everything!
