    Very happy with my fiance's ring, and the service at Bellomarc. I've been trying to think of a negative to working with Bellomarc. Only thing I can find is that they don't have a brick-and-mortar store in Philadelphia.

    My fiance loves her black titanium ring. Most places only have 6, 8, and 10 mm widths in black titanium - it's rare to find this material in a 4 mm width. (Isn't that womens' standard?) But bellomarc had just the thing. It turned out that the ring I wanted was posted to the website in B&W and had an error in the stone type, so I emailed Bellomarc, and received an answer very quickly. That B&W photo hid the fact that the ring was rainbbow colored inside the groove, so Bellomarc quickly fixed my order to have natural titanium, as intended. The ring came in exaclty as ordered. After a few days it became apparent that it was just a bit big. Comfortable, but slipped off easily. No one's fault, finger got smaller since being sized last. In the process of returning it to be resized now, and still very happy with the service and product.

    I had some issues with the jewelry, however they have been corrected.

    The Triton tungsten ring we ordered through bellomarc.com for my husband fell apart in 10 days of him wearing it. We were married on 8/2 and since wearing it, the entire top portion of the ring fell off, and bellomarc.com said I can return if in new condition and tags are on, after I explained the issue to them. I responded that it was broken with pictures and have yet to receive a response!! I can see if it was months later, but we aren't even talking 2 weeks. This ring was obviously poorly crafted, and now I can't get a response from bellomarc.com!!!

    After further communication with the reviewer that made clear the warranty policies of both BelloMarc and the manufacturer of the ring, as well as sending our warranty return form to her, BelloMarc.com was able to resolve the reviewer's complaint satisfactorily, and is now processing the warranty claim to provide a new ring to the reviewer.

    Do not buy your jewellery from this company. If you try and return something because it doesn't fit or you don't like it they will give you a huge hassle, charge restocking fees etc. Huge regret. I lost $$$ and wasted tons of time.

You can try on the rings and still return them as long as they are in brand new unworn condition with original tags attached. This serves as a protection to our customers who have faith in us to sell grade A quality merchandise. It would not be fair for us to resell a worn ring to another buyer.
