    Great service!

    We rented a few items for our wedding from Bellingham Wedding and Event Rentals. They delivered and picked up the items from the venue for an extra fee and it was worth it! Everything was beautiful and clean and the service was great!

    Bellingham Events Rentals were very helpful and responsive as we adjusted our order in the months leading up to the event to add more items, change items, request info about items, etc. The delivery was on time and the pick-up was actually early which meant we had to return a few items by hand but they were very understanding. I would recommend them for events.

    We are renting our linens and glassware from this company and we have used them in the past during other events and weddings. The linens are an incredible quality and they have plenty of swatches to choose from for table cloths, runners, and napkins which was awesome because I had a very specific color in mind. They seemed to be a little expensive and we had considered just buying all of our linens and reselling them after the wedding, but I didn't want to deal with the hassle of it. Our catering is Market Street Catering and they partner with Bellingham Event Rentals which made the entire process quite easy because I did it all at once. They also make pick-up/drop-off quite easy as well.

    Rachel was very helpful and didn't try to sell us everything. She ensured that we didn't rent too many champagne glasses, because a lot of ppl don't like champagne. It was very easy to go online and add more items to our rental. I would use them again!

    Wedding planning wasn't my strong suit, and I had no idea what I wanted early on. Rachel was very helpful in store and paid attention to the few things I did know I wanted (keeping it simple). Throughout the planning process she was responsive to questions and changes.

    Bellingham Event Rentals is my go to for tables, linens and chairs! As the Event Coordinator at the Chrysalis Inn & Spa, I will use them almost every weekend in the summer. Rachel is a pleasure to work with. Her staff is very quick and always does a professional job. They are always punctual and are very flexible with setup/break down times. Love them!

    Bellingham Event Rentals was a wonderful place to get ideas and suggestions on glassware, linens, napkins, cutlery, candy bars, decor, and more. Rachel helped me multiple times (and on the phone) to fine-tune my wedding needs without complaint! They were professional and very very reasonably priced. I appreciated them so much for making my wedding planning and wedding day even more stress-less! Use them! They're really good!

    Bellingham Wedding & Event Rentals did a fantastic job! Always professional and responsive from the initial telephone screen, business visit, ongoing update to the order through pick-up of the rental equipment the day after the wedding. Equipment was clean and in working order and the guys delivering it were very helpful and quick. Excellent value. Would use them again in a flash and refer friends without hesitation. They clearly have the market on customer service. A pleasure to work with Bellingham Wedding & Event Rentals.

    I loved the services that this vendor provided. Rachel and Alex provided affordable and excellent services for our wedding. They offer delivery and pick up for a very reasonable fee. They had many options and great customer service! I called other rental places in Bellingham and their prices were either much higher or poor customer service on the phone. Highly recommend Bellingham Wedding & Event Rentals!

    As I said in my review of Cornwall Church, I did not know my table count or what I would need for the reception tables until a week and a half before the wedding. They were very professional, worked with me to make my wedding day stress free and in the process didn't even charge me a fee for the short notification time. We rented the arbor and our table cloths from them and they delivered the arbor in a timely fashion and had the table cloths ready and ironed for us when they opened on our set up day morning. They are a family run and locally owned business and I loved working with them.

    I made LOTS of changes from the time I initially placed an order to a week before the wedding, and Rachel was extremely accommodating. She has good taste and is super practical, so I really appreciated her help in making some of the rental-related decisions. Her stuff is great quality and a great value. If I ever need rental items for a big or small event in the future, I will go to her!

    I was originally recommended to Bellingham Wedding and Event Rentals through a friend. I set up an online appointment to go and meet with the owner. I made my appointment for 1st thing on a Saturday morning - while I was ten minutes early for my appointment, she drove up right at appt. time, I had showered and dressed professionally, she appeared to have just rolled out of bed - while I was excited about getting linens and clueless about what to ask...she was condescending, bitter and negative about my questions, comments, concerns and she treated me that way. I remember saying “I am trying to make it look vintage/rustic without spending too much money and doing it as inexpensively as possible”...she rudely replied with "Well 'as inexpensively as possible' would be asking your guests to bring blankets and having them sit on the ground...." - she didn't laugh or act like it was supposed to be funny; I am a very sarcastic person and still found her reply offensive. There were a few more comments from her that shocked me and came off rude and offensive - as well as condescending. At that point I really was not interested in working with the company any more, but as I went on to check different vendors and prices and selections (I even looked into purchasing my own linens) I realized that she had some of the best prices and selection. I went back and kept our next appointment short and sweet (beneficial for me). I ordered napkins, table clothes and a few runners - she told me I could come back up to two weeks before the wedding and change the order which was very nice and flexible. I got very nice and clean linens in all the colors that I wanted; the quality and value was excellent, I picked them up on Friday and returned them dirty on Monday. Although my overall experience could have been SO much better if the customer service and professionalism had been better...I still got the items I wanted and had no hiccups with the product or times for pick up/drop off.

    Oh no! I'm so sorry you didn't like my sense of humor. You really have to have one working in this industry. As for not physically looking good for you on a Saturday morning, I have kids that make weekend mornings quite crazy. We don't judge people by their appearances, sometimes I forget that other people do. I am glad we got you everything you needed and saved you money - that's what we are here for!

    Pretty decent website, but a lack luster "show room," if you can call it that. I simply rented chair sashes from here. They were of good quality and we're available to pick up when scheduled. I wish however that they could have been more flexible on the return date, as we did a weekend destination wedding, and we had to pick them up no sooner than Friday and have them back by Monday. With all the other stuff going on, more flexibility would have been appreciated.

    We ordered several tableclothes in white, but many of them were several shades of off-white, making them inconsistent in color. We also were given several round table cloths instead of the regular ones we ordered.

    Our banquet drape linens have rounded corners to avoid pooling of fabric on the ground. People mistake these for rounds a lot. We cleared it up after the client returned them and I showed them that they received the right linens.

    Awful! Rachel who runs it is a space cadet! We ordered a sample of ivory lace tablecloth and it was perfect when we got it. I wanted the sample exactly. Day we pick up, the tablecloths are bleach white. She said she thought I wanted to contrast even when I told her what I wanted. The Shepard hooks were spray painted about ten minutes before we picked them up and we had black all over our hands and grass was sticking to them!! Really expected more from a rental place because that's what they do! Never use them!

    We definitely made a mistake with the color of the linens - mistakes will happen. But any attempt to rectify the situation was prevented with staff being insulted and hung up on. Then the client decided to dye our linens, essentially ruining them. Even with that, the client was still fully refunded. Our hundreds of very satisfied and return customers are what drives our passion for what we do, and no unreasonable and malicious person will change that.
