    Great 10/10

    Very helpful and friendly staff. Beautiful selection of dresses. Haley was super nice and patient with me. She found the perfect dress for me and at a great price. 10/10 would recommend.

    Wonderful boutique

    They found my dream dress in my budget! We had picked several dresses, and it was the first one I tried on as it usually goes that caught my eye. Haley said let me just pull one for you to see if you like it. So, I ended up taking the last one home!

    Store never fails to have the most beautiful dresses to be worn.

    Haley alone was awesome and super helpful not including the rest of the very polite staff.

    Paid me attention

    I found my dream dress at Belles and Beaus! The girls working there were so attentive and listened to exactly whY I was looking for. They clearly know how to find a beautiful dress for a bride because my perfect dress was only the second one I tried on. Even though it was just myself and my fiance, the girls working there made me feel special like we had been friends forever. The boutique was clean and attractive with a large selection of dresses!

    Excellent Service & Experience

    I am so thankful that we chose Belles & Beaus! Not only are the dresses beautiful & affordable, the experience there is above average. I felt understood and important the whole time I was there. Haley was an amazing help and so kind.

    It was a wonderful experience. The ladies were very helpful.

    Belles and Beaus is the place any bride needs to go to get "the dress." They have all kinds of different styles and colors. The ladies were very nice and professional. I will definitely recommend everyone looking for a dress to go see them.

    Excellent!!!

    I was made to feel like it was my world and everyone just lived in it! She made me feel so special and let me know we were in no hurry, that I had time to pick my perfect dress for my big day. All the dresses were gorgeous and exactly what I asked for. I will forever be great full for Belles and Beaus. Will return for any dress/ tux needs!

    Memorable & Fun

    The ladies here made my bridal shopping experience one to remember. They help me feel comfortable and asked me what I wanted, never pressuring me into something I didn't want. They were so helpful & sweet!

    Outstanding Service

    Where do I start! I loved visiting this small town shop. Staff was so attentive. I had had contacted the store for a particular designer and was promptly set up an appointment by the manager. She also had arranged to pull a rack of dresses based off my feedback to have upon my arrival. I found the perfect dress that day. I look forward to returning with my groom and getting him set up for the big day.

    Wonderful Experience

    I had a great experience at Belles & Beaus! They have wonderful customer service and are so kind. After learning I was planning a beach wedding, Haley pulled tons of dresses that were exactly what I had envisioned and a few she thought I should try. I actually ended up picking the first dress I tried on, which Haley recommended as her favorite!

    Couldn't ask for better!

    Handled my over excited family with patience and respect. Was very kind to let me retry on my dress for a late guest with no complaint! Let me choose my style but supplied alternative options just in case. Very frienxly and receptive to what I wanted!

    Dream Dress

    Shelby was a DREAM to work with and she did such a phenomenal job asking what I was looking for. She literally spent less than 5 minutes with me before pulling my dream dress 😍 I felt like a princess & my dress was so unique! We had a destination wedding and she (nor anyone else) put their visions for me on me (like they did at EVERY OTHER BRIDAL STORE I went into) they made it all about me. They were so patient, and they helped me find the perfect bridesmaids dresses too. 10/10 recommend.

    Stress Free Dress Shopping

    All of the staff at Belles and Beaus is wonderful! I had a clear vision of what I wanted my dress to look like.. until I started trying them on. After trying on a ton of dresses and changing my mind several times, I ended up with the exact dress I had originally wanted (which they totally called, by the way) Through all of this I never felt rushed or stressed and everyone made me feel comfortable. Our entire wedding party was dressed in Belles and Beaus and looked perfect!

    Wedding Dress Nightmare

    Currently having a nightmare of an experience dealing with them and have been told by several people that I was completely taken advantage of. I’m never one to leave bad reviews and I’m really a pushover when it comes to most things, but this is very upsetting. I have absolutely regretted choosing to buy a wedding dress from them. I try to support small businesses as much as I can but I would expect better than what I have received. This review is lengthy but I have had to make 5 extra trips out there and I feel like the details will save another bride.

    So long story short I go to pick up my wedding dress after dealing with alterations and there were black stains on the bottom (which definitely shouldn’t have been there since it was literally just altered...) and bright orange stains on the outside and inside of my white wedding dress. I never wore makeup either time I tried the dress on, so I know it wasn’t from me and I can’t find the bright orange stain on the thigh area in any of the pictures from the day I bought it. I called to check on it and the girl on the phone told me it looked brand new again. I get there and you can still see the stains (they did get almost all the black out of the bottom and the others weren’t quite as bright but still visible). They, in their words, “cleaned it for me for free.” Like that’s not what should have been done? And I was told, “Well you can barely see them.” I paid over $1000 (taxes included) for this dress... there shouldn’t be a stain on it. They also can’t tell me where my veil is that I asked about Wednesday of last week and by Saturday they still never contacted the company to ask. I have to contact Monday to see if they called.

    Dealing with alterations was a whole different headache. My appointment was forgot (no biggie), never received a call about my dress being done until the day of asking me, “Hey are you going to come pick up your dress today?”, I was told they closed at 5 so I had to scramble and rearrange my day just to get there at 4:09 to locked doors. The owner opened the door to tell me they were closed and the alterations girl came to the front to say she’d be there Wednesday or Saturday. I went to work late to get there at 11 Wednesday and she wasn’t there. I had to come back and that’s when I asked about the stains on my dress. She told me she noticed them and tried to get them out with Shout but couldn’t. She also said to wait until the week of the wedding and they could probably get them out when they steamed the dress. I take the dress, get halfway to work then realize I didn’t have my veil. I pulled over to look in my bag and that’s when I saw the black stains. I called and they told me to get my dress there ASAP so I turned around. Just in that one day I had to make three trips there.

Your wedding day is one of the biggest days of your life and should be considered as such. I can assure you that we are still working to present your dress to you in new condition once again, and I apologize that it was offered back to you without being fully restored. As you mentioned in your review, we are working diligently with the supplier to have your veil shipped to us immediately. That being said, I have spoken with the store owner, personally, and would like to offer a reimbursement of the fees paid for your special order veil, as well as a reimbursement for the gas spent on your many trips to our location. Please, be aware that this situation is my top priority, and I will do what I can to make sure your wedding daydreams have been restored to their full magic. I will be in touch, shortly, to speak with you, privately, about further proceedings. Thank you for your patronage. - Belles & Beaus Management
