Use Belle of the Ball!

Belle of the Ball did such an amazing job with the florals for our wedding! She was so easy to work with and captured what I wanted even better then I envisioned.
Our flowers and greenery were GORGEOUS and so thoughtfully put together. All of our guests made comments about different pieces. I cannot recommend Belle of the Ball enough!

Jen & her entire team are absolutely incredible! I can say without a doubt that she made my dreams come true that day. From the flowers to the decor, she went above and beyond my expectations, all while keeping within my budget and vision! She was extremely professional throughout the entire process and extremely talented in knowing what looks good and what works! She gave me a Pintrest wedding with each and every detail! Belle of the Ball Designs did an INCREDIBLE job on our wedding. They made everything so easy for us in a very stressful process. We got mock ups beforehand to make sure the flowers would fit our vision. Everything was stunning. And even better, our wedding day happened to be the hottest day of the year - 104 degrees for an outdoor ceremony. Belle of the Ball managed to make an entire flower arch in that heat and keep everything looking fresh the entire time despite the crazy weather. We received so many compliments on the flowers (especially my bouquet). I am so glad we picked them!!

I can't tell you how AMAZING Belle of the Ball Designs is. My husband and I chose them as our florist for our October wedding and everything was lovely. Jen was so easy to communicate with and they nailed exactly how I wanted our ceremony and reception to look. I also had some changes I needed to make and they were incredibly flexible. I can't express in words how breathtaking everything was.

I was referred to Jen by my wedding planner and she was absolutely amazing. I planned my wedding from out-of-state so most of our communication was via email. She was incredibly responsive and detail oriented, even with all of my last minute requests. The flowers on the day of turned out to be beautiful and exactly what I was picturing. Both Jens and their team were absolutely wonderful to work with throughout our planning process. They are very attentive, patient and will work with you to create exactly what you envision for your day. During our initial meeting I felt that they understood my vision and were able to provide a picture of what I imagined and I immediately felt confident in our choice to work with them. These ladies are incredibly talented and create such beautiful designs. They use high quality products, are very detail oriented and work hard to ensure your flowers look perfect (i.e. in re to heat, etc) on your day. They have beautiful rental items for decorations, bar signs, frames, lanterns, table numbers, lovely seating sets, etc. as well. Our wedding was beyond beautiful and we are so grateful that we had the opportunity to work with the Belle of the Ball Designs team! It was the day I dreamed of, thank you!

I could not be more happy with the way my wedding flowers turned out! Jen worked with me the whole way to make sure my dream became a reality. We even did a full change of direction after the mock-up and the results were breathtaking. I feel like she was in my head and saw exactly what I wanted. From my all-Peony bouquet to the bridesmaid bouquets, centerpieces, Persian sofreh and my sweetheart table garland, she hit it out of the park. All my guests were so impressed with the flowers and were talking about them all night...I also rented a love seat for my sweet heart table and it looked beautiful.

Her warehouse/work space is seriously a bridal fantasy. Just walking around the room will give you so many great ideas...Thank you so much, Jen, for everything you did!!!!

Jen helped us create an absolutely magical setting for our ceremony and reception at Calamigos Ranch. She even set up a unique guest book idea that I made up. Her flowers were just gorgeous and the rentals also really helped bring the decor up a notch. Thank you so much for making our day extra beautiful!

Belle of the Ball Designs is amazing! After our initial consultation with Jen R., we knew we had to work with her for our August 2015 wedding. Jen is sweet and professional, and she has a collection of rentals that will make you swoon. On top of that, she is simply a brilliant artist. We gave Jen a few sample images, our colors, and a general description of our style . . . and she gave us a more beautiful event than we could ever have dreamed of. From the centerpieces to the bouquets, from the boutonnières to the ceremony florals (which were repurposed for the sweetheart table), we trusted Jen completely, and she nailed our vision. She and her team were a dream to work with--kind, considerate, and professional as can be. I can't say enough great things about them. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!

Jennifer was absolutely AMAZING!!!! My flowers were perfect in every way, from the bouquets to centerpieces to aisle pieces, and even a last minute chuppah and heart for it!! She worked with me on my budget and still allowed me to fulfill my dream of certain flowers. Honestly, I could not be more pleased with the work from Jen and her team at Belle of the ball designs!! After sitting down for a meeting, I was confident Jen would complete my perfect image with her beautiful work. She exceeded my expectations and everything was more beautiful than I ever could have pictured. She also allowed me to rent a chuppah the week of and add a heart-wreath for the corner, and let me tell you she pulled it off!!! Everything was gorgeous, I was so thrilled with everything, and everyone commented on the flowers. If you choose belle of the ball designs, you will not be disappointed!!

We absolutely loved working with Jen and her team! As a bride who has not always "dreamt of my wedding since I was a little girl", I had a vague idea of what I wanted when I went in for our initial consultation. Jen is a true artist with some really amazing decor pieces. I went for a vintage tea party style and she had the teapots to put centerpieces in and a full on vintage living room that she set up outdoors in the garden for us. Belle of the Ball is fabulous!

Jennifer from Belle of The Ball Designs is phenomenal! She and her team absolutely brought my floral dreams to life, and they were kind, caring, communicative and professional every step of the way. Jen never got overwhelmed or annoyed by ALL of my “example” photos, and she was able to pinpoint exactly what I wanted even when I knew I wasn’t describing it well. She was completely open to all of my ideas and wishes and really wanted to know what was going to make me happy, and offered alternatives and guidance when needed, but always outlined all of the options available so that everything was my choice. Belle of The Ball also has a warehouse of rentals that will make you swoon—but they certainly don’t thrust anything upon you. It’s there if you need it, and it’s okay if you don’t. This is the type of vendor that makes you want to get married a million times, and Jen is truly as beautiful as her flowers. I interviewed several florists, and she was easily the best value, the most talent and she is just the kindest person ever. Thank you for florals that previously only lived in my dreams!!

Jennifer was great to work with. She regularly answered questions via email, and was able to update the contract regularly as plans changed (our ceremony moved from outdoors to indoors, so that definitely changed our order). We ordered our flowers, an escort card display, signage, and drapery from Belle of the Ball Designs, and everything was beautiful. Our whole theme was "Thank you for being a part of our story" and when I told her that, she suggested using a book display for the escort cards. I love that she cared enough to ask questions and make suggestions based on our theme and color choices. When she went to order the flowers, she emailed me photos of 5 different calla lillies and asked which one I preferred...I didn't even know there were 5 different purple calla lillies. Her attention to detail makes the big picture beautiful, and we're very appreciative of the amount of care she put into our wedding.

It's not easy to plan your Malibu wedding from San Francisco, but Belle of the Ball Designs certainly made it 100x better! I knew I had found my flower soulmate just by looking at Jennifer's past work, and I was right!

From the very beginning, Belle of the Ball Designs was a dream to work with -- very responsive, great ideas, respectful of budget and obviously beautiful flowers. When planning, it seemed like the words were continually being taken right out my own mouth -- they almost knew my vision better than I did!

Plus, with their extensive warehouse full of wedding frames/furniture/decor, I was able to rent plenty of items from them (rather than buy on my own and then have it lying around in our 500 sq ft apartment for years). Plus they came to collect everything from the venue, so I just blissfully left the venue without a care in the world.

Jennifer and her team at Belle of the Ball Designs are absolutely amazing! I looked at her website and fell in love with her creations, and after II met with her, I knew I didn't want to even bother with getting quotes from other florists.

Jennifer made the most beautiful arrangements for our wedding, from the bouquets to boutineers to table arrangements to the stunning canopy she made for the alter. I came at her with all kinds of ideas but really didn't have a clear vision of what I wanted. She was able to see into my heart and she brought to life the things I couldn't even verbalize. I've had so many compliments about the flowers and decor and canopy at our wedding, She transformed an already breathtaking event space into something truly magical.

When I first met with her and walked through her design studio (actually it's more like a warehouse!) I wanted her to come live with me and make everything beautiful. She's the best florist in California hands down, but she also has all these lovely chairs and couches and vintage touches that you will totally fall in love with. She can design your whole event and will take it from fabulous to absolutely unbelievable.

In addition to all that talent, she and her team are also just the nicest people you'll ever work with. For example, when I was standing just outside the venue about to walk down the aisle, I was so emotional I couldn't stop crying, and I didn't want to ruin my makeup.... she and her staff were the sweetest angels.... One person held my train, while one held my bouquet, another got me some water, and the fourth kept talking to me and asking me really benign questions, like "what's on your grocery list?" so that I'd focus on something safe and not become overwhelmed and cry off all my make up. I can't tell you what that meant to me. It was really touching to have their support - they totally kept me from falling apart!

Jennifer and her team at Belle of the Ball Designs provided flowers and rentals for my June 21st wedding at Walnut Grove. Jennifer and her team are professional and efficient and have wonderful ideas to contribute to your wedding. They draped yellow fabric in the trees at our venue and hung a beautiful chandelier adorned in flowers. They hung flowers in silver pails down the aisle and created stunning centerpieces for each of our tables. We rented a large glass door from Belle of the Ball, and Jennifer and her team wrote our guests names and assigned table numbers. It worked perfectly with our venue. We received so many compliments about how beautiful our flowers looked and we could not be more thankful for their help in making our wedding day so special.

If you want photos of your wedding pinned to a million people's "Dream Wedding" board on Pinterest, use Belle of the Ball designs. As our florist, she did gorgeous flowers at reasonable prices. She was personally at the wedding, putting boutonnieres on the gentlemen and supervising the details of set up (and, knowing, her, probably doing much of setting up herself). You might be considering several florists, but there is NOBODY else who will make your event as beautiful as Belle of the Ball will. Jen's sense of style is impeccable, and she will help you find ways to accent your flowers to create the atmosphere you're dreaming of. Simple little additions like stylized table numbers or paper poofs/pinwheels can inexpensively make your wedding look like it belongs on a blog. She has a warehouse full of every type of decor you could imagine. She has spent years collecting vintage couches, suitcases, typewriters, desks, chandeliers, etc so you can take any venue and create the atmosphere you're imagining. These rental items are less expensive than you'd think (the most expensive items are probably the couches, and they were ~$250). Even if you don't have a clear vision of what you want, you can describe the 'vibe' you'd like and she'll guide you towards options that capture your idea perfectly. A few of the basic facts you'd want to know: SUPER nice, doesn't pressure/upsell, organized.

Belle of the Ball Designs made our Wedding Day feel like a fairy tale. I need that flowers/decor was going to be a big chunk of the budget. Seeing Belle of the Ball's masterpieces of floral and décor (online) I knew I couldn't go wrong. I never got to physically see the decor/or floral samples (being a destination wedding) and Jennifer had this vision and direction that I felt encompassed exactly what I was looking for! Jenn was so flexible with meetings via phone, or email communication. Jennifer and her team captured all my wants and needs while keeping my budget in mind. They did not fail-I was blown away by my floral (my bouquet was to die for!), centerpieces, and décor that was utilized. I have gotten so many compliments from guests and from those that have seen our wedding photos (which photos don’t do it justice). Thanks for making our special day unique having Belle of the Ball Designs gave our wedding that “fairy tale/magical” touch.

Jen is such a visionary and her work is beautiful and flawless. She made the absolute best bouquet I have ever seen for me and her touches of vintage doors, furniture and draping enhanced my wedding onto a whole new level. I got tons of compliments on how beautiful my hookah bar, popcorn bar, cigar bar, ceremony site, reception area and cocktail area were gorgeous and inventive. Where do I begin, Jen thank you for making my daughter and I feel so calm the first day we met you!!! It was the start of a wonderful journey that finally happened 2 weeks ago! At Maravilla Gardens . My daughter wanted a rustic wedding. The flowers were very important to her ,she told Jen she wanted it to look whimsical as if the flowers were were already there . Jen did just that and more!!!! I wish there were more stars available to give Jen and her team. Together, they made the wedding of my dreams a reality. I have received TONS of compliments since our wedding on how beautiful the flowers and decor were, and as much as I would like to take credit for it, it should all go to her. Jen was fabulous during each step of the process and event went so far as to answer my phone calls/texts of panic at midnight (this woman has the patience of a saint!) She created a Wonderland for my guests, my husband, and I that will never be forgotten.

The team from Belle of the Ball Designs was exceptionally easy to work with and able to transform our concept and colors into beautiful floral arrangements. We walked into the pre-showing to see the mock ups and were out 10 minutes later because she had exactly created what we were looking for. The actual floral arrangements at the wedding were even more spectacular. The colors mixed perfectly at the venue, not taking center stage but adding to the overall ambiance. We also got several rentals (table numbers, chalkboards, fabric draping) from Belle of the Ball. Their selection is amazing and impressed us even more with their capabilities. If you are looking for a “one-stop shop” that can get it right on the first try, Jen at Belle of the Ball is the one to choose.

Sure, I cried when I saw everything for the first time, but they were joyful, happy tears because I had never seen such a classy set-up. Our guests loved the centerpieces, decor, and attention to detail. (and it goes without saying that we did as well) I wouldn't have hired anyone else, and if you're in the area, I would suggest you don't either. My dream of a perfect wedding would not have come true without Belle of the Ball...so thank you!

One of the reasons we chose our venue (aside from its natural beauty) was the great floral work we saw in photographs of previous weddings. One word comes to mind when describing Belle of the Ball Designs : PERFECT. Literally every single detail was so perfect it was unbelievable. The quality and designs of the floral displays were incredible and flawless. The vintage design that we asked of Jen was carried out better than we could have ever imagined. Where do I begin.... Jennifer is an amazing person to work with. She is so creative and inspiring, and was a joy to have as part of our wedding team. She takes the time to really figure out what the bride and groom want for their special day. We spent hours with her through emails, on the phone, and in-person meetings getting each and every detail figured out. She oh so beautifully melded together a barn wedding with an upscale, fancy ballroom wedding and created the most beautiful setting inside a barn that we had ever seen. AMAZING!!!

When we were at a loss for an idea, she ALWAYS was ready with creative suggestions, and she was willing to work with us to personalize it for what we wanted. She has an amazing vision of how everything goes together to create the scene for our wedding. And, oh my goodness, did it turn out AMAZING!!! We could not have asked for more. Jennifer, you made all our dreams, hopes, wishes, and even things we had never thought of before, come true!! The wedding was an event to remember for a lifetime.

We will be recommending Jennifer to everyone we know who is having a wedding or any event - she is THE BEST!!!

Jennifer did the flowers for our wedding at the Four Seasons in Santa Barbara and they were just amazing! We hit it off with Jennifer at our first meeting with her. We felt she understood us and the vision we wanted for our wedding. Our wedding centerpieces, corsages and bouquets were the most beautiful flowers I had ever seen. They were beautiful and so fragrant! All my guests commented on how they were the most beautiful centerpieces they had ever seen at a wedding. I wanted peonies for our wedding and being October, everyone said there was no way to get them. But Jennifer went above and beyond and found me peonies! I can't say enough good things about Jennifer and her team and I would recommend her to everyone!

Oh my goodness! Words can not describe how wonderful Jen at Belle of the Ball is! Not only is she a sweet person who is easy to work with and very patient and flexible on her designs, she is very creative and has a unique ability to help you figure out what you want before you can even put into words what you want. She is so incredibly talented. The finished product so far exceeded my hopes and expectations and mental picture of what our wedding day would look like. She is much more than a florist as she was responsible for my flowers of course which were fantastic but she also was in charge of all most of the decor including sitting areas, the entire ceremony location, name card display, gift reception, and even my entire dessert display which was a sight to be seen!!! I absolutely lovvvved my flowers!!!! I really dont know anything about flowers and wanted to go with candles but im soooo glad i didnt! jennifer from belle of the ball was absolutley amazing and pretty much told me what would work and what wouldnt! also about a month before i wanted to change my centerpieces and i was so worried to upset her but she responded back asap and was glad to do it. Jennifer and her team were amazing and not only did they just handle my flower but they did everything else to my special day...for example- they put all my seating cards together and re fluffed all my tissue balls. thanks to them my wedding was gorgeous and i loved everything they did!!!! best flower and decor company ever and i was soooo lucky to have them for my wedding!!!! would hire them again in a heartbeat! also i loved my centerpieces so much i went out and bpught the same flowers but fake and recreated them!!!!!

Jennifer was amazing. My guests raved about the roses and crystals that she hung over the ceremony site and they were all fighting over her gorgeous centerpieces. When I showed her pictures of specific decorations I wanted she exactly duplicated them and when I was stumped on other areas she had endless great ideas. And when I changed my mind on something a couple weeks before the wedding she had no problem adjusting it. Not only was she a great and friendly person to deal with but she made our wedding and reception look even more beautiful than I had imagined.

My husband and I went to several florists to try and find what we wanted. None of them were able to provided the flowers and folage that we wanted(scabiosa pods, billy balls, succulants and Lisanthias). One vendor told us that he could not get billy balls cause they were not in season and using Lisanthias would not look good. We were very discouraged to say the least. A co-worker recom. Belle of the Ball Designs because thats what they used for her daughters wedding. We met with Jen and Were thrilled that her books were full of bouquets that had the flowers we wanted! She was very use to using all our flowers and promised they would look beautiful! They did!!!!! They are very helpful too! We missed counted on the groomsmens boutonnieres they made an extra out of the left over flowers they had on our wedding day. I would recommened them to every bride!

I was so lucky to find Jennifer after another florist flaked out. She stepped in and made everything so easy for me! She was helpful with ideas and she took my vision and made it come to life. She worked with me on the budget and gave me options of ways to bring down the cost. She was on time, professional and made the whole situation stress free. She was down to earth and didn't pull any wedding diva b.s. when it came to the flowers...and I really appreciated that!

She even was really helpful when I was having a "moment" because I saw that my red roses had stained my dress before the ceremony...and she was there to get it out with club soda in a jiffy!!!
Jen was fantastic and really a great vendor to have on your side on your big day!!!

Gorgeous florals that made our wedding

I am SO happy we decided to go with Belle of the Ball Designs for our wedding - they were the perfect fit! Their floral arrangements are truly top-notch - I don't think I've ever seen more beautiful florals in my life, and the team is supremely professional and responsive.

I had a very specific vision for my wedding and the Belle of the Ball team executed it FLAWLESSLY. They took the time to listen to what I was looking for while also offering amazing suggestions. They tweaked and retweaked my proposal (and the demo arrangements) until we were 100% happy with every aspect - from the candles down the aisle to the bridal bouquets and sweetheart table arrangements and all of the details in between.

They paid such amazing attention to detail and were so willing to go above and beyond in order to create the wedding of my dreams. The florals transformed my venue into a magical fairytale and I'm STILL getting compliments about how beautiful everything was. Belle of the Ball is amazing and I would highly recommend them for your wedding!

Working with Bell of the Ball was a wondrful experience. I Had no family members helping me. My fiance was gone during this process and Jennifer stepped up and made everything more then what I could ask for. I had guest asking to meet her on my day because she made it so Beautiful. Belle of the Ball Designs was perfect for my wedding! Jennifer and her team made my venue beautiful and accented me and family with gorgeous flowers to complete the look. She understood the look I was trying to go for and brought it to life. We got married on a green lawn, so the pedals and arrangements made it the beautiful site it was. I loved that she had her storage room right in the back of her office so I could see everything in person what I would be getting. I rented linens, napkins, votives, a cupcake stand, and pillows for my deck furniture. It was great to get all of that in one place from a trusted source. She also build a beautiful arbor for my ceremony and it came out exactly as I described it. I got so many compliments on how gorgeous everything was and it was all due to their team! I would have given 5 out of 5, but sometimes it took a few days to get a response on certain details, but it is only because she is a very good florist and busy. I would recommend them to any future bride!

Absolutely LOVED how all the flowers turned out (specifically my bridal bouquet). Only critique/suggestion would be for an easier to read document to display info (ie: lists of family members, wedding party- names and titles kind of ran together like one big run on sentence making it hard to follow at times). Jennifer at Belle of the Ball absolutely brought to life my vision for the colors I wanted for my wedding flowers as well as decorated the most beautiful ceremony site I've ever seen with gorgeous hanging roses. My husband and I were married at Hartley Botanica in August 2015 and I couldn't have asked for more beautiful centerpieces and flowers. The candles were amazing and Jennifer incorporated several different heights and holders into the centerpieces. It was amazing. My cake was decorated in beautiful flowers as well. I know I wasn't the easiest bride because I completely changed my colors and desires after the mock-up, but Jennifer brought everything I wanted to life. Several of our guests took pictures under the hanging flowers and petal lined aisle. It was amazing.

Jen did a beautiful job with the flowers at our wedding - they were everything I dreamed they could be and more. She did our ceremony decor as well as bouquets, boutonnieres, and corsages. We did not have her do our centerpieces as it was out of our personal price range - however I don't feel that Belle of the Ball is off the mark with their prices - her quote to me was the same as other florists I looked at. Jen had a great aesthetic and eye and after our initial meeting I was excited to work with her. I did email her several times throughout the process in regards to payments or questions and she did not write back the same day, but she did get back to me within a week of sending any email.

As our date approached we did have one little hiccup - we requests live hops to be in our boutonnieres and Jen originally telling us that was not a problem then received only dried hops from her vendors. She worked hard to wrtie the wrong ordering from several places, but fresh hops were just not available at our time of year. In the end she ended up using the dried pieces to make whole cones and it came out perfectly. No one had any idea. She really came through for us to make everything look great - and she worked hard for us - even though we were just a small event with a small budget.

I appreciate so much the hard work and would recommend Belle of the Ball to anyone!

Jen and Belle of the Ball Designs did a fantastic job with all of the flowers and decor at the wedding. Even before the wedding, I appreciated that Jen took the time to meet with us and helped me identify what I liked and really create a vision. I was so thrilled to see that vision come together so beautifully. With Belle of the Ball, you won't have to worry about anything and can be confident that they will be on time and deliver gorgeous flowers and decor.
The only minor thing that I less than loved was that our proposal and contract were done within an email. I would have liked a separate document and a more organized/polished format for that. But Belle of the Ball Designs does amazing work and I totally recommend them to anyone!!

I already knew that Jennifer had all the rustic furniture and style of floral arrangement for my rustic/vintage wedding by researching some of her work so it wasn't a surprise, but her delivery on the day exceeded our expectations! I just wanted simple garden flowers for the reception area, but the combination of what she did with garden roses and mason jars deserved all the complements we got from our guests.
What touched me the most was when I totally forgot to order boutinerres for the dads and she offered to make them last minute. Her whole staff is really nice and easy to work with. :)

Jennifer Rothfield of Belle of the Ball Designs did a great job decorating our wedding. She provided ceremony flowers, centerpieces, candles, bouquets, corsages, etc., and they looked so amazing on the day of the wedding! I only wish that the hydrangeas were not so blue-colored because I had wanted more of a lavender/pink palette, but they still looked good! Jennifer was EXTREMELY patient with me throughout the whole planning process because I had changed my mind about 5 times before deciding on colors and flowers. I kept going back and forth and couldn't make up my mind! But she was extremely accommodating and reassuring. Such a sweet lady! I highly recommend Belle of the Ball Designs, however, she is expensive. I would have hoped for better quality flowers for the price I paid, but her helpfulness and professionalism made up for that.

Belle of the Ball was great to work with and the flowers on my big day were beautiful. However, I feel they could have done a better job keeping track of the vision, specific personal requests, and specifics to the wedding. I wanted the flowers to really match my venue, Walnut Grove, with lots of greenery and some white thrown in to bring it together. My only specific for the flowers was absolutely NO roses. And of course almost my entire bouquet was roses. I also felt that my bouquet looked very out of place compared with all my bridesmaids bouquets and the other floral arrangements. Where there were no roses! I wanted my bouquet to be a cascade style very loose, organic, and almost vertical. I even sent picture examples of this for reference, but it just ended up being extremely large traditional style, and not what I imagined at all. I also mentioned early on that we would be having 150 people, but only 9 tables. Seeing as they are very familiar with the venue, I feel they should have known that this is not enough tables to seat that many people. We were doing very long king size tables, I know now that I should have been more clear. But it didn't cross my mind that the size of tables would affect flowers. We didn't find out that we actually needed DOUBLE the amount of centerpieces until 2 weeks before the wedding, and by that time most of the money was spent. Jen did a great job calming me down and letting me know it would all work out, but it just wasn't what I had in mind. Like I said, they were great to work with and they did a really great job. My only advice to future brides/grooms, is to be very clear and specific and don't be afraid to repeat yourself!
