She's the best! Highly recommend!

Angela was amazing and worth every penny! She went above and beyond in so many ways and took a personal interest in us and in our wedding. When 0% chance of rain turned into rain on our wedding day, she seamlessly and quickly moved our ceremony indoors and it turned out just beautiful. It was almost like it had been planned that way from the start! Her creativity, resourcefulness, calm and reassuring demeanor, attention to detail, kindness, and organizational skills are incredible and exactly what we needed. We received so many compliments on our wedding (thank you, Angela!). Our wedding party, guests and families raved about Angela, too. We love her and highly recommend!

There will never be enough kind words to describe Angela Miller.

I have worked with Ivory Grace Events for the past 3 years and it has been nothing short of remarkable. Angela, is an incredible teacher. She is creative with her work and so poise. She puts her heart into her work to ensure that the couple will have the most perfect day that THEY envisioned. I, without a doubt would trust her with one of the most important days of my life. She cares for each family that she meets and puts numerous hours into making them feel prepared for this big day. She ALWAYS keeps her calm and is so professional on and off the job. She always has a solution for every problem before you ever have time to panic. Angela is truly inspiring. She is an incredible person and planner. I am the Catering Sales Manager at the Galt House Hotel in Louisville, Kentucky, and I specialize in weddings and social events. I had the pleasure to work with Angela and her team on a 3-day Indian wedding that was BEAUTIFUL. Angela made my job incredibly easy (and the bride and groom's) by having everything lined out perfectly for our convenience. I worked alongside Ivory Grace Events for an entire year for my daughter’s wedding. I can positively say I COULD NOT HAVE DONE IT WITHOUT ANGELA’S AND IGE’S Help !!! The help and support I received throughout the year was beyond my expectations. I would definitely recommend IGE to everyone who is planning a wedding and needs help. I’m very pleased.

The day of the wedding a mother of the bride wants to spend every minute with her daughter and the bridal party, but how is this possible with so many last minute details to attend to? From contacting all vendors, coordinating the rehearsal, being there the day of the wedding, and much more. Words cannot begin to describe my gratitude and love for Angela Miller! I interviewed 4 different wedding planners/ coordinators and I swear, we were destined to have her as our planner! Not only was she local to our venue but she had coordinated a wedding there before. She had the most competitive fee as a planner and has her own facility for rentals (from linens to the final chalkboard sign). She had an intimate knowledge of the area, vendors and was always seeking out the best "bang for our buck" if you will. Aside from her immense professionalism as a planner and coordinator, she is an incredible human being. She was supportive through out the wedding-planning process, helped with crisis management and was available in ways more than my own family members. I can honestly say, without reservation or exaggeration, I could not have had the wedding of my dreams without Angela Miller and the entire team at Ivory Grace Events. The wedding day itself went off without a hitch! Guests are still celebrating the joy and ease of the day, the beautiful details and the way the entire day seemed to capture my husband and I perfectly! Brandon and I both feel like Angela and her family are now part of our new family! We are forever grateful to her and cannot recommend her more for any wedding in the KY/TN area!! Angela was the difference between our wedding having everything we wanted and not. She managed the time extremely well and was able to restock supplies that we ran out of early. We are extremely grateful for having her there the day of and helping with the details in advance.

My husband and I agree that Angela and her team were worth every penny spent and potentially the most worthwhile investment in our big day. We planned a 150-person destination wedding at a bourbon distillery in Kentucky (we currently live in Chicago) and we COULD NOT have pulled it off without her. She provided an amazing timeline that we both were able to edit and update as plans were in place. Living in Chicago, we looked to her first and foremost for referrals. She made excellent recommendations and best of all-- she was honest, straightforward and pragmatic with every decision, question/answer and detail. IGEP also set up our reception room by dropping tablecloths, placing centerpieces, flowers, table assignments, gift/card table, guestbook table, beverage station, etc. The room was perfection! We welcomed her executive decisions while trusting she would honor all the details that were important to us. She really took the time to get to know us so she was better able to coordinate. Angela held the reigns while we sat back and enjoyed the once-in-a-lifetime party we planned. Our day went by seamlessly- a beautiful dizzy memory of laughter, smiles and love (and bourbon).

She has been an amazing wedding coordinator for all the weddings I have photographed over the years. She is diligent, arrives early to start setting up, and always great with communication. She always accommodates the bridal parties, keeps the bride calm and happy. She makes sure everything stays on schedule, keeps in contact with all of the vendors and extremely professional. I would recommend Ivory Grace to anyone even thinking about getting married. Angela was absolutely wonderful- she was so knowledgeable of everything including vendors, caterers, entertainers, and photography. Ivory Grace Event Planning is an AMAZING event planning company! Angela was better than I could have ever imagined! At the beginning of my wedding planning journey, I was only in the market for a day of coordinator due to the requirement from my venue. After meeting with Angela and two other planners, I decided to go with Angela for full event planning due to her professionalism and personable personality. After booking her for my wedding, she promptly began diving in to our budget and finding us vendors. She also met with me once a month, driving all the way from Bowling Green, KY to Nashville, TN, to review the wedding timeline and any updates she had for our big day! She handled all communication with each and every vendor for the wedding, making sure to schedule specific load in and load out times for the day of the wedding- leaving me to not worry about a thing. Angela helped us save tons of money by finding the best deals on all of our vendors. Angela was so sweet and supportive and, as a bride, took SO MUCH stress off me- especially the month of and day of the wedding. Anytime there was a mishap during the planning process, Angela immediately fixed the problem and made sure everything was okay. Angela will text/call you at any hour of the day no matter what your question or concern is! She made sure that everything looked PERFECT for our ceremony and reception and also made everything run smoother than I could have ever imagined the night of the wedding. Angela was the best money we spent during the whole wedding process and I will always remember her and everything she did to help make our big day as special as possible!

My husband and I got married May 21 and thanks to Angela with Ivory Grace Events my fairytale wedding became a reality! Without Angela this would not have been possible! She helped us plan everything and made my dream wedding come true. Angela Miller, of Ivory Grace Event Planning is worth her weight in gold. I could not have asked for a better wedding planner for our special day. She had (wonderful) ideas but at the same time really LISTENS to what you want. She really represents you and makes your vision come to life.
For example, at my venue they only allowed white chairs (they said that was the ONLY option). Our reception was in the middle of the woods, so I really wanted a natural look with brown chairs. Angela made calls, pulled strings with her connections, and she negotiated until she made it happen!
This is her only job (she doesn't do it as a side job) and it is obvious that she puts EVERYthing into it. She thought of so many details/ideas that I had not even considered and would not have without her.
I can not say enough good things about Angela. Our day went off without a hitch and it is all because of her. Surprisingly, she charged less than other planners that I called (I don't know why) and I would have paid double what we did for her; she is literally one-in-a-million!

Angela was great! From our first meeting she was punctual, responsive, a great communicator and a terrific organizer. She was just what we needed since we were 2 hours away from our venue and couldn't get down there all the time. Her experience in the industry showed and her contacts and knowledge for local vendors in Bowling Green helped out tremendously. My wife and I breathed a sigh of relief when we found her and throughout the whole process she did not disappoint. Everything just became easy to plan with her because she was flexible and helped us come up with ideas for the wedding. Often she was able to get things done ahead of schedule. And when talking with some of my friends who recently married we learned that her pricing was very competitive if not better than most. Overall 5/5, no complaints whatsoever, couldn't be happier with everything she provided. Book her!

Ivory Grace did an outstanding job of managing ALL the detail and keeping us on timeline. Angela's communication was matched by her out of the box think and do whatever it takes attitude to fulfill our needs. She was calm and collected during the event itself providing outstanding customer service to not only the wedding party but to all guests.
From planning, venue & catering identification to decoration and event management, she handled it all.

Angela & IGEP helped us in countless ways while planning our out of state wedding. Her connections with the florist allowed us to have unique live plant centerpieces that guests couldn't wait to take home. She coordinated with our venue, caterers, & baker leaving us only the fun decisions & none of the stress. She thinks of everything- including turning her hotel room into a chilled flower preservation room so they arrived in great condition on site! I highly recommend Angela to any bride; your whole wedding will be a well oiled machine that you & your family can relax & enjoy!

As a hair stylist, wedding season is always so busy for me. My husband asked me to marry him in February, and I always knew I didn't want a long engagement. So we sat down and picked a weekend that I wasn't already booked for someone else's big day. We chose the upcoming June (exactly 4 months to the date). I had a booking for a wedding for every weekend from April to my date, except for 2 weekends!! I knew I wouldn't have the sanity or the time to plan my own wedding, so I hired Ivory Grace, she was AMAZING!! The entire planning process was so easy for me, I left everything up to her. We would meet and finalize plans of what she had created. I could not have been more stress free through out the entire process. She was there every step of the way, and even when I got a butterfly filled stomach, she was there to remind me to breathe. I can't thank Ivory Grace enough for all that was done for us. We had everything we ever wanted, a beautifully decorated venue, a celebration, and lots of fun. She is great with working on a budget, and very effective in her work. The more responsibility you leave her, the less stress you will have, it's totally worth it!! We love you Ivory Grace!!!!

Wonderful!!! From the beginning, Angela went above and beyond to help us plan our wedding. She was willing to drive over an hour to Nashville, TN to meet with me at the venue and even subsequent times to iron out the small and big details with our caterer, etc. She was very easy to work with and always made sure we covered off on the details that my mom and I hadn't thought of. Having a professional for the day of our wedding gave us peace of mind and let us enjoy the day with our friends and family. With our venue being a business and visited by many tourists daily, we were limited on our set up time for the ceremony and reception locations, but Angela helped pull it together amazingly including hanging draping, setting tables and working with the vendors in a limited timeframe. Also, we had a small thunderstorm pop up an hour before our outdoor ceremony and Angela reacted quickly to get everything set up again for our guests. We were very pleased and highly recommend Ivory Grace Event Planning!

I was the photographer for this wedding, and Angela was a dream to work with! A lot of details had to be changed for the day due to weather and Angela handled it calmly with a smile on her face. She not only catered to the bride, groom, and guests, but she was equally as kind and attentive to every single vendor, which says a lot about her. I hope I work with Angela again at other weddings!

Angela is organized and very personable. You can talk to her about anything and everything wedding! She's thick skinned and won't be offended by any criticisms the bride may have about her ideas or decor. Angela has a very simple and classy style that she executes at 100%. Not only was Angela spot on with her wedding planning but she was there to take care of me, the bride, all day as well. She single handedly made sure that the wedding ran smoothly from beginning to end and she worked tirelessly to make sure I was as least stressed as possible on my wedding day. I really appreciate her and would definitely use her again to coordinate other events in my future.

The investment into Angela's services were priceless. I asked the owner of a plant/ flower nursery who would they have do their daughters flower arrangements and bouquets and was referred to Angela "Hands down" by this person. She was simply amazing. She went beyond my expectations and with her expertise and guidance our Wedding was magical. Most importantly, on the day of the wedding she handled all of the coordination of the venders and ran the show letting us truly experience the day! Every Bride should have an Angela!

Angela helped me more than I can begin to say. She did so much more than we asked her to and it lifted me tremendously and took so much burden off my shoulders. Our event was definitely more amazing because of her help and her wonderful staff. Mcouldnt recommend her more!

If you literally want to sit back and relax and enjoy your event then you need Ivory Grace Event Planning. Angela has a timing schedule for everything from the beginning to the very end and will stay and see it through. Usually the first one to arrive and the last one to leave, making sure the caterer, Band, DJ,etc are all lined out and on time!!! Will definitely use this company for all future events.

We've performed at literally hundreds of weddings. Ivory Grace put together a top notch event that was elegant, yet had all the intimacy of a down home family event. Everything was perfect, and its because Angela pays attention to detail. She cares, and treats each event like its her own. Wonderful person, and very easy to work with.

Angela was truly a gem we found and I really don't think we could have pulled this off without her and her awesome husband. She took charge but was never bossy. Our rehearsal was smooth and on time and on the day of, she kept me calm and collected and everything went like clockwork! I am not sure I will ever get to just hang out with her again but she is someone I will always call friend for helping to give me a beautiful and unforgettable wedding. If you are lucky enough to snag her, you will be thrilled with what she can do!

I got engaged in June of 2013. I went back and forth at first on if I wanted a wedding planner or not. I didn't really know how wedding planners worked or what they did fully but I knew I wanted to be hands on as well with planning. So I sat down with Angela at Ivory Grace Events on afternoon and went over everything involved in wedding planning and what she does. The amount of detail and knowledge she had on weddings blew my mind. It also overwhelmed me in the amount if things I would have never even thought of nor did I even know about. Working with Angela over the last year was amazing! She saved me more money and stress of wedding planning than I could have ever imagined. She was very professional and organized with everything. She kept track of all my vendors information, what and when they needed to do things, and what I owed them. My family started coming in the Thursday before the wedding, many from out of state and even out of country. Without Angela and her amazing team I would have spent those days not with our family but running around setting up decor and last minute items. She took care of EVERYTHING for me. There is no way I could have pulled off such an amazing and beautiful wedding without the help of Ivory Grace, I absolutely loved them!!

I can't say enough about Ivory Grace Event Planning & Angela Miller! As the parents of the Groom (who live 5 hrs away from the venue), she was so helpful in every aspect of this wonderful weekend. Once I selected the venue, she helped with the table decorations and as a go-between with the caterer. Angela turned the wedding venue which was a lovely barn into a magical place!! People are still talking about it!! Just love Angela - everything went so smoothly because of her!!!

Any one in need of a wedding planner will not go wrong selecting Angela @ Ivory Grace Events. She made all the phone calls, coordinated all the details & made excellent suggestions to plan and execute a DREAM wedding for our Son and his Bride at our home. We really could not of imagined how beautiful she was able to make it and the amount of stress she spared us! We watched her work so hard to make it just perfect for our kids. Angela is very professional, sweet, caring, and creative! Not sure what I would have done without her help and organization on our wedding day. She is full of creative/affordable ideas,is very flexible, and empathetic. Above all, she is really hard working and true to her commitment. Our daughter's wedding was going to be in Kentucky and we all live in Pittsburgh. Ivory Grace took care of all the local details for us and I never even visited the site until the day before the wedding! (My daughter and her fiancee did visit several months before and loved it). Angela Miller provided us with a binder of planning materials including vendor evaluation guidelines, timelines, checklists, and tracking tools. Any time we had questions, she was quick to respond via phone or email. I had never been involved with wedding planning previously, except my own which was VERY
small (all I did was order a cake and clean my dining room!). Angela knows about all the parts of the big moving machine that is the Wedding. She met with vendors and provided us with options to choose from, advised us on all questions we had, and guided us through the entire planning process. On the day of the wedding, she made sure that everything ran smoothly and any emerging bumps were smoothed out quickly. I could really relax and enjoy the wedding knowing that Angela was orchestrating the event, letting people know where they had to be and when, facilitating all the set-up and tear-down, and making sure the details were just right. What a pleasure to work with Ivory Grace Event Planning and Angela Miller.

I don't even know where to start to express our satisfaction and how grateful we are to have worked with Angela Miller. From day 1 she was professional but light hearted, stern and honest when you needed her to bring you back down to reality, and a friend and mentor to lend a ear when you just needed to vent to someone who understands where you are coming from. She coordinated and planned our wedding to perfection all while being 500 miles away. She called and texted me back no matter what time of night or that she was doing, EVERY TIME! Everyone told me they thought I would be a bridezilla, but was shocked at how calm and easy going I was on my wedding day. I TRULY believe its all because of ANGELA!!! I trust her so much and valued her opinion that I didn't need to know what she was doing or care to know every detail because I fully trusted 100% she knew EXACTLY my vision, taste, and personality. I always think of her as the" Olivia Pope of Weddings", because "IT'S HANDLED", ( and Olivia always wears white) :)
Angela from day one made me feel like every decision was mine, almost to the point that I would beg her opinion for me because I couldn't decide! I was amazed that she would remember things I would tell her I wanted 6 months, even on the day of, she remembered details I told her from our first conversations! Even I forgot I told her about some things! People are still talking about my wedding, and tell me it's the best wedding they've ever been to!

Ivory Grace provided great service during the wedding ceremonies and associated events from start to finish. Angela Miller and her team - Breona and Sarah - were stellar in their preparation for a mixed cultural marriage with two weddings and a number of dinners and receptions over a two day period.

Angela did a fantastic job at ensuring all our I's were dotted and T's crossed beforehand, and then made sure the day went just as planned. She spotted opportunities that my bride and I would not have seen to fulfill our wedding day checklist accordingly. She was very organized and gave us much more insight on creating a successful wedding than any website we read. She also brings with her so many contacts that she basically paid for herself with the savings we had by using vendors she knew vs what we had been finding. Best of all, our big day at the cave went flawlessly! I couldn't be any happier with my wedding and she definitely contributed to ensuring that happiness.
