beautiful flowers / reasonable pricing / extremely professional

Rebecca is an excellent choice for floral design. She is able to work with you and customize your package according to your desired budget. As someone who wasn't completely sure of what I wanted, she was able to talk with me about my colors and what sort of flowers would be in bloom on my wedding day. We ordered boquets, boutinierres and a bunch of bulk flowers for the tables, which came dethorned and ready for our vase centerpieces. Everything was ready to go--we picked them up the morning of the wedding and the flowers looked perfect! There was also an option for her to deliver. We lived nearby, so pick-up was easier for us. My photos won't be back for a little while, but once they are I will make sure to post them on here. The flowers were stunning and made our wedding celebration look SO beautiful. My husband's boutonniere was beautiful! It looked so great on his suit and just gave the final touch that was needed for a coordinated bridal party look. I didn't realize how much flowers would make a difference, they totally do! We did not have our groomsmen wear suits, nor did we have our bridesmaids wear the same dress. We had a more laid-back casual look for our bridal party, but the flowers helped coordinate our party and really add a level of style/beauty we did not anticipate. We were thrilled how great everyone looked! Most of all, I LOVED my bridal bouquet which was a cascading style bouquet. I can't wait to see how the photos turned out :) Rebecca is a no-brainer choice for flowers. She is great at what she does, her pricing is straightforward and reasonable, and she communicates with you to create the package that you need! We were so lucky to find her and I am so grateful for the amazing work she did for our wedding day.

A beautiful florist!

Rebecca was recommended by a family friend and I am so glad we went with Belle Fleur. I knew after my first conversation with Rebecca that she would execute our vision perfectly - and she did just that. She is not only an incredibly talented florist, she is also very kind. We had to change many of our plans due to COVID and Rebecca was flexible, helpful and did everything to make sure our wedding day would truly be the most beautiful day ever.

Above and beyond on all levels!

Rebecca went above and beyond for our wedding. She is hands down one of the sweetest people we had the pleasure to work with and her floral work was incredible! I could not be happier with how our wedding turned out!

Beautiful and Elegant Floral Arrangements

Rebecca did an amazing job at putting together all the floral arrangements for our wedding. They were elegant and gorgeous and perfectly fit the vision that I had in mind for the wedding. We got a lot of compliments from our guests.
Rebecca was very flexible and easy to work with. I sent her a lot of pictures of the kind of floral design arrangements that I wanted for the center pieces, arch, bridal bouquets and mantle decorations. She worked off the pictures and brought them to life so beautifully. She is very knowledgeable when it comes to the variety of flowers and their availability during the current season.
All in all, she made the process stress free (which I really appreciated) and she was an absolute pleasure to work with.

Fantastic flowers!

My fiance and I decided on a very small wedding about a month before we got married. Rebecca was kind enough to do our flowers in this time frame--and right before Mother's Day weekend! I love Rebecca's design style (check out her Instagram, @bellefleur503) and she was able to work her magic with a combination of flowers and succulents as we requested. The process for setting up the order was easy and straightforward, which I greatly appreciated. It didn't matter that we were a small order, we still felt like we were treated as VIPs.

Our flowers were absolutely lovely! My husband, who isn't really a flower person, even loved them--particularly his boutonniere.

As an aside, I went to another, much larger (300+ person) wedding where Rebecca did the flowers. The flowers there were also stunning! It doesn't matter if you are having a smaller wedding, like me, or something much larger. Rebecca can and will deliver fantastic floral designs.

Beautiful flowers!

Rebecca was wonderful to work with! Her knowledge of flowers made it easy to make decisions from day one. She took my vision and expanded it in a way I didn't even realize was possible! Simply fantastic!

If you're looking for a florist for anything, don't hesitate to contact Rebecca. When I first contacted her, I had a decent idea of what I wanted but what she created was perfect beyond my wildest dreams. She is open to your ideas, feedback, and willing to work with your budget. To top it off, she is absolutely the kindest person and is a true joy to work with. My flowers were stunning and arranged with exceptional care, right down to the perfect spray roses on my flower crown. Each piece was truly a work of art. Excellent Quality flowers and exactly what I had hoped for

We loved working with Rebecca for our wedding! As soon as we met her, we knew she was the perfect fit for us. She immediately understood our vision and we left our consultation fully confident that she would bring it to life. Rebecca was amazing to work with. During our consultation my daughter had a few ideas what she wanted but Rebecca was great at showing us pictures of all the different flowers available during July and offering suggestions on what would look great with out changing the idea she had in her mind . The day of the wedding all the flowers were fresh and absolutely beautiful. The flowers were a great mix of roses, hydrangeas, dahlias, greens and twigs which added height where we needed it. Everything was stunning and I highly recommend if you are looking for a florists that cares and has your best interest for your special day, Rebecca is it. You will not be disappointed!

Rebecca was an absolute dream to work with! So kind and so responsive to emails, it was amazing! She made this part of wedding planning a breeze and a weight off of our shoulders. She was so gracious with accommodating any changes I made to the order, even last minute changes that I felt so guilty dropping on her, she handled without batting an eye. She was also so flexible and was able to work with our budget to help my flower dreams come true! She had a detailed breakdown with inspiration photos of what all was included in the cost and took the time to go over it all with me which was so nice.
All of the flowers were phenomenal! She made all of the bouquets, boutonnières/corsages, flower girl flower crown, swag for the arbor, all table arrangements, and decorated our cake.
If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Stop your search for a florist now because Rebecca is the lady for you! My husband and I still talk about how kind Rebecca was throughout the whole planning process. We will recommend her to anyone we know in need of flowers without hesitation. Rebecca did a fantastic job for my daughter's wedding. She was responsive and any additions or deletions to the order were made correctly. During our initial meeting she did an excellent job finding out what my daughter envisioned for wedding flowers. I never once worried about the flowers, I knew they would be perfect.
Our guests commented that the flowers were "spectacular." Not only are her arrangements and bouquets unique and beautiful she is a wonderful person to work with. I hire her again without any reservations.

Rebecca was so wonderful to work with and she captured just what I wanted/needed for my wedding. She was amazing help on my wedding day and even delivered my flowers and set up the garland (I think thats what it is called) for the arch that was the backdrop for our ceremony. The flowers lasted wonderfully on the day of! She also was able to adapt when I last minute decided I wanted some extra flowers for the centerpieces. I felt so taken care of and I would pick her over and over again!

Rebecca was the greatest, we were so happy with our flowers! We met in her beautiful home and discussed flower options and she was so knowledgeable but most importantly, she was honest about the different prices of flowers and provided similar options to accommodate pricing. She was my only vendor that made sure to reach out to me throughout the planning process and weeks before the wedding to finalize details and delivery. She arrived on time with vases for the bouquets and the flowers were so beautiful. I never felt stressed about flowers because I knew we were in great hands. I would recommend to every bride!

Rebecca did an absolutely beautiful job with the flowers for our wedding. Our consultation was easy and Rebecca was able to recommend flowers that worked with our budget and the look we were going for. She did a good job explaining the process and was incredibly flexible when our number of tables changed (twice). She was also very accommodating to specific requests (like magnetic boutonnieres).

When our wedding day arrived the arrangements that Rebecca put together completely exceeded expectations. She chose beautiful flowers that were in season and the colors were fabulous. Our wedding coordinators, who have worked with many florists, could not stop raving about her work.

Some of our favorite pictures include the swag (giant floral bouquets) that she put together for the arbor we were married under because the flowers are so beautiful. If you are looking for a florist and Rebecca is in your area, you should definitely give her a call!

We were so lucky to find Rebecca through a mutual connection! She is so kind and was really able to create just what we wanted for our day! We initially met and talked through our ideas for the day and what colors we were planning on incorporating for flowers. She was so good at painting a picture of what everything would look like, that we were never concerned throughout the entire process. We even had a late addition of flowers needed for the centerpieces and she was so accommodating! She personally delivered the flowers and bouquets to the venue and attached the greenery and flowers to the arch for the ceremony. We are so happy with Rebecca's work :)

Rebecca was the BEST to work with! My pinterest page was going in a million directions, but with her help, we directed my vision and I cannot stress enough how pleased I was with the final result! She is so easy and flexible to work with, and even was able to adapt last minute when we had a few changes.

She was also one of the most cost-effective florists I came across, offered re-purposing arrangements from the ceremony to reception, and had some incredible ideas to offer us. I honestly can't say enough how amazed our guests were with the florals. She made our whimsical woodsy wonderland come true and was a complete joy to work with.

The flowers for my wedding were exactly what I dreamed of! When I first contacted Rebecca she asked me to send her ideas of what I was wanting. She then emailed me a very organized and detailed quote with pictures! On my wedding day her assistant came to deliver the flowers and she placed flowers on my cake! All the beautiful details we discussed were accomplished by Rebecca I loved ALL of the flowers! My bouquet was absolutely gorgeous. She was able to mix in all the pictures I sent to her into one perfect bouquet! She also has great prices! Book Belle Fleur if you want beautiful floral arrangement for great prices!

Rebecca was absolutely wonderful to work with. I sent her a photo of my floral print wedding dress and asked her to draw inspiration from the dress for our flowers. All day long I heard nothing but enthusiastic compliments about how perfectly the bouquet looked like the dress had come to life. Rebecca was professional, responsive and reasonably priced. Rebecca was truly amazing! My husband and I went very minimal with decorations for our wedding, so finding the perfect florist was incredibly important to us. After just one consultation meeting, we knew the florals for our wedding would be absolutely stunning. Rebecca took the time to look at all of our inspirations and asked questions about each image in order to get a better understanding of what we were most drawn to. She was honest about flowers that would be out of season or too costly and provided suggestions for similar flowers and greenery that would be more cost effective, which was incredibly appreciated when keeping to our budget.

I am still in awe of the magnificent work she produced for our big day! From the gorgeous bouquets and six LARGE arrangements for our ceremony backdrop, to the cascading table arrangements and marvelous welcome table bouquet, every detail was absolutely flawless. My daughter and I made arrangements to meet with Rebecca and she was great. My daughter had photos of what she wanted for her wedding and some things she wasn't too sure she wanted. Rebecca had some great ideas which we went with. She is very professional and she delivered all the flowers on time and they were beautiful. Her prices are very reasonable and her work is great.

Rebecca is wonderful! I hired her to do my wedding 5 years ago... I was so pleased with her that we decided to hire her again for my sister's wedding just last month. Rebecca was wonderful! I showed her a few pictures I liked from Pinterest and she worked some magic! When I had changes to my order she didn't hesitate to make them. She made me a very happy bride! I knew what colors I wanted and that I wanted something beautiful but I had no idea how to start picking which flowers to use. Rebecca helped me find pictures that I liked and when she put the flowers together they were just what I had come to picture and they were, indeed beautiful. Flowers are pricy but I really couldn't get around going ahead and paying an average price for flowers unless I wanted to do the work arranging them myself. It was worth paying for someone qualified to do it and Rebecca was good at finding flowers within our budget even for a winter wedding when flower choices are scarce.

Rebecca is fantastic to work with! She really has a gift for floral design and aesthetics in general. Everything was beautiful and she came in under budget while delivering a high end gorgeous array of bouquets, table decor and hair decoration pieces for our wedding. Rebecca provided us with some amazing bouquets and centerpieces! We were coming from afar, so all of our consultations were over the phone, but she still executed our vision very well. We wanted something a little more unusual, and included thistles and fern curls (her suggestion) and it looked just fabulous. I'd highly recommend her for another wedding.

Rebecca of Belle Flour is a delightful and caring woman who did everything possible to match our desires. The planning was more than for most in that we were planning the wedding for our son who was on assignment with the State Department on the other side of the world, with his bride in yet another country. Rebecca communicated, as did we, with our son's bride to try to match her desires for florals as much as possible. Rebecca totally nailed it. The colors, the types of flowers, everything was perfect. We were all so pleased with the arrangements and Rebecca. We would recomment her to anyone needing floral arrangements, weddings or otherwise.

Belle Fleur was our favorite vendor to work with. Rebecca is more than just a florist. Because she listened to what we wanted, not just for our floral design, but out of the entire day; she was able to give us tips, tricks, and ideas on how to fill the space artfully based on my simple design. She was able to do all of this, while remaining extremely respectful of our budget. I would highly recommend Belle Fleur Floral Design to future brides, and plan on personally returning.

Rebecca more than excited our floral expectations. She was such a dream to work with! Once we talked about the colors I had in mind, sent pictures of the location and how I was putting together my centerpieces, Rebecca let her imagination take over and had a vision for my wedding flowers. I did not see any pictures of my flowers until just before I walked down the aisle and walked into the reception space. When I saw my flowers I cried with happiness. Rebecca's vision was more than I had imagined for my flowers and truly transformed the space. She is truly amazing. She is the definition of 5 star service.

Belle Fleur was provided photo after photo of different flower arrangements I was hoping for for my wedding. When we met with Rebecca prior to the event she asked a lot of questions. She wanted a clear understanding of my daughter's wedding vision. She also asked for photo ideas. What she created from these ideas was simply lovely. They met and exceeded the vision.

Rebecca is incredibly talented ! She went above and beyond! I so desperately wanted peonies for my bouquet and she had them flown in from South America because they were not in season. Also, she called me a week before and said... "I don't know if these blooms will be perfection" we should have a back up plan so you aren't disappointed. So we ordered garden roses too. In the end, I had flowers for two bouquets and the peonies turned out perfect! Thank you Rebecca! You work so hard to blow people out of the water!

All I can say is fabulous!! Rebecca did a great job working with me and my budget. She helped to bring my "vision" to a reality. And of the day of the wedding I was very nearly floored when I say everything. The arrangements, centerpieces, bouquets, corsages, etc were all so gorgeous. All of it was perfect!! She's so nice too. Very easy to work with. She went far past my expectations and I am still blown away to this day when I look at the photos. She made my dream a reality! Uniquely beautiful. I had several comments on how amazing they looked and smelled. Some guests even suggested I submit photos of our bouquets to a website like Style Me Pretty. I awarded a 4.9 simply because the colors of the flowers and the structure of the cascading bouquet were not exactly as I had envisioned, but once I adjusted my thinking I realized that those differences actually improved the overall appearance. The shape of the cascading bouquet was slightly awkward to hold, but it looked amazing.

Rebecca Butler of Belle Fleur is a flower GENIUS! We planned our wedding in Oregon while living in Hawaii which was difficult for many reasons but I am SO thankful that Rebecca was up to doing our florals because they were insanely gorgeous. I honestly just gave her some general ideas of the type of thing I wanted and put my trust in her... she was so flexible with our limited budget and delivered beyond my expectations. Literally through my whole wedding I couldn't stop talking about the florals... not only were the flowers amazing, but Rebecca and her team set everything up, and even went so far as to add some arrangements in places that I hadn't ordered and didn't know I needed but made the venue look so put together and outstanding. The thing that impressed me the most was even on the hot summer day, all the flowers stayed healthy and fresh all night... and through the following day too! I've been to many weddings where the flowers look wilted by the first dance, so this was a really big deal for me. I really can't say enough good things about my experience with Belle Fleur! Thank you so much Rebecca, your beautiful floral creations made my romantic wedding dreams come true!

Overall did pretty well. Flowers were a little wilted on the edges and a few of the boutonnière's fell apart before the reception.
