We had such a great experience with Mo and his team! Our vision for our wedding was executed and we could not be more pleased with the results. Mo was professional and answered all of our questions and concerns that we had during the wedding planning process. Our guests were super impressed and gave us tons of compliments on floral and decor. My wife and I are so happy that we chose Belle Fiore for our wedding! -

I am a pretty laid-back person, but I will admit that I was probably the most "bridezilla" when it came to the flower arrangements because I love flowers. I showed Mo a pic of my dream centerpieces off of Pinterest, and he recreated it and based my bouquet off of it perfectly! I was obsessed with the centerpieces, bouquets, and sweetheart table arrangements and got my bouquet preserved as a forever keepsake. He also surprised me with peonies in mine and my 9 bridesmaids' bouquets the day of the wedding, which was such a generous and beautiful addition. -

Great Work!
Belle Fiore did an amazing job with the flowers at my wedding. The whole process was very pleasant! Getting closer to the day Nadia was texting me with any questions she or I had which was sooooo helpful during that busy time. When we arrived at the venue Mo and Nadia were both there working with their team to make the room exactly as I imagined it. -

Late to wedding and as result had to pay $460 to extend limousine rental time. My wedding party missed the entirety of the cocktail hour and could not eat then. We lost valuable time and opportunities for photo/videography. The whole wedding was rushed.
They said they were late because of weather/traffic accidents. Its unfortunate if there were accidents and I hope those people are ok, but I had guests traveling from the Philippines, Hawaii, California and across the US. My guests traveled through the same traffic conditions and from much farther places and they were not late to the wedding. In fact many guests were early by half an hour. The floral shop is only 20-30 min from the church. They should have set up 1 hour before wedding early by 8:30am actually and should have accounted for traffic. I honestly think they forgot my wedding. When we called they said they thought it was Sunday not Saturday. Overall I really feel bad for the parents, wedding party and guests. Everyone was really disappointed in our wedding. It was absolutely ruined. Dont get me wrong the flowers looked fine, centerpieces and all. They were just really late. I did not even get a sorry/apology at the very least. -

DO NOT hire Belle Fiore. I had high hopes given the Instagram pictures and their initial interaction, but I was shocked to realize how rude and unprofessional they are. A few days after our wedding, my husband and I listed out in an email everything that they did wrong or didn't deliver what we agreed on. Mo denied responsibility and then preemptively blocked me on Instagram. ALL my other vendors did not like working with them and were also shocked with their behavior. In fact, a few vendors told me details of what Mo and his team did that I wasn't even aware of at the time. I don't want any bride to go through what we did with these people.
We had a Hindu wedding. I hired Belle Fiore to do decor for both the ceremony and reception. We didn't do a traditional mandap setup for our ceremony and chose instead to do a stage with a backdrop. It should have been an easy job. Mo and Nadia came to the venue on Friday afternoon to setup for the Saturday morning ceremony. At 5pm (a few hours before my welcome party/sangeet), we were told that they didn't have a stage cover...even though I hired them to decorate the stage. My wedding planner tried to handle it herself, but after Mo and Nadia became defensive and rude, my husband and I went down to the hotel ballroom. I was confused how this was possible given that we talked about the stage decor, size, I told Nadia I wanted a white covering, etc. Mo kept kicking an attitude and yelling that it wasn't his responsibility and blamed the venue and my planner as he claimed the decorator doesn't bring the stage cover (we talked to many people in the industry and hotel staff afterwards and they unanimously said it's always the decorator's responsibility to bring a stage cover). He then tried to tell me that for $500 he can tape the aisle runner across the stage. It looked hideous. We ended up sending a friend to Home Depot to get astroturf carpet since we were doing a garden theme. Our friend made sure to buy extra rolls of the carpet so there was more than enough. Mo and his team still didn't complete the job as the whole back portion of the stage was exposed despite there being plenty of carpet leftover. My planner had to push him to cover it and he kept saying that the sofa will cover it. My planner and the hotel staff had to cover up the steps that they missed. You would think when hiring to decorate the stage, ALL of the stage would be considered.
A few hours before the ceremony on Saturday morning, my husband went to check on the decor. The black stage was still not fully covered in the back and instead of a sofa (that was in our contract and we paid $650 for) there were two chivari chairs. When my planner confronted them about this, they had the audacity to LIE to her and say that the sofa was only for the reception. We have ALWAYS talked about the sofa for the ceremony and it's in the contract as such. Plus, Mo had said the night before that the sofa would cover the exposed stage. Nadia started to say that the contract was a TYPO and then when my planner called her out on it, she was running around cursing and continuously saying that "the sofa was going to look so f-ing ugly!". Not only is that extremely unprofessional, but if the sofa is so "f-ing ugly", why would I even want that for the reception?? This is all happening literally a few hours before I was supposed to walk down the aisle. Two of my bridesmaids had to go talk to them and let them know that I was pissed and that there will be issues if the sofa isn't out by the time the ceremony starts. FINALLY they delivered the sofa at 11am (ceremony was to start at 11:45am). No bride should have to deal with this moments before they're supposed to walk down the aisle.
There were other things that I noticed as I walked down the aisle-- our flower garlands (that we paid $550 for) were made fully out of carnations (I asked for red roses) and the wire was exposed, the "huge trees" and candelabras that we discussed and were in the contract looked nothing like the inspirational photos or what they described they would do.
Now, for the reception...we paid to rent table linens. Our planner and the hotel staff informed us that Mo brought dirty linens for our tables. There were food stains all over multiple tablecloths and when they informed Mo he didn't care and said he would cover it up with the decor. Disgusting.
As soon as we came into the reception hall, we noticed that the window full of candles behind the stage looked NOTHING like the picture we showed them (from a previous wedding at the same venue). We discussed having 200 floating candles in assorted vases to fill all the windowsills. It looked pretty bare in comparison and the whole top row didn't have any candles. We later found out from the hotel staff and my planner that Mo's team apparently forgot all the candles and went to the dollar store to get whatever they could. My planner and I counted around 90 candles (not floating...not in assorted vases). We were also told that they started to light the candles around 4pm (when the reception didn't start until 8pm). My planner said something to them but they ignored it and by the time we walked in the candles were halfway burnt.
Nadia also told us she would have a sweetheart table for us and it wasn't there. We had to go eat in the hallway. The stage also looked nothing like the inspiration photos or what we discussed and some of the centerpieces looked like a cheap version of what they showed me during our walkthrough months ago. We received the raw images from our wedding and I hate seeing some of the pictures because the decor looks horrible. I can't believe the audacity of these people and how they responded to all these concerns, especially afterwards. Save yourself from the stress and do not hire them! I'm also including pictures for proof that show comparison photos of what we agreed on and what they delivered as well as proof of stained linens.

Our experience with Belle Fiore started off wonderful. The level of communication was great and we had such a positive working relationship during the planning stages. I felt like Nadia really understood the look that we were going for and we were so excited to see the florals. When they showed up the morning of our wedding (at around 11:15am), they were stunning. Our bridesmaids came in and gushed and I was so happy with how they turned out – exactly as I had hoped! They even helped put in all of our extra special touches (pins and charms) which we really appreciated. I do want to say that the overall aesthetic was gorgeous and I’m very grateful for the hard work put into our florals.
From then on, I have to say that we were a bit disappointed with the product. I will try to be as concise as possible, but want to be honest for those considering working with Belle Fiore.
1. By the time we were taking bridal party photos at around 3pm, a bunch of the flowers were already falling off of the bridal bouquet and the boutonnieres were looking worse for wear. When we brought this up to Nadia after the wedding, she blamed the weather and the early delivery. My response to this is that she knew what time our ceremony was and did not plan for these flowers to be kept alive throughout the day. In previous weddings I’ve been in, flowers are kept in water throughout the day and taken out only for pictures and then for good when the bridal party is ready to walk down the aisle. The flowers were left out in our getting ready room from 11:15am on, without any water or instruction on how to keep them fresh.
2. The corsages were the most glaring disappiontment for us. We ordered 6 corsages and when it came time for the moms and grandmas to put them on, it was clear that they were hot glued on to these uncomfortable plastic bands that seemed like thicker zip ties. There was no instruction on how to put them on so it took the bridal party and the coordinators a little bit to get the groove of them. We also noticed that some were glued on with the hook facing up and some with the hook facing down, so for those glued upside down, it was even more uncomfortable. As proof of the uncomfortability of these, out of the 6, 1 was never even worn because it fell apart before the ceremony, 4 were taken off immediately after the ceremony because they were so uncomfortable, and only 1 was kept on the entire night, which the MOB admitted was purely for vanity reasons in that she liked having it on but was in pain the entire time. When we reached out to Nadia, her explanation was that these bands were “industry standard.” Between myself and my MOH, we have been in 15+ weddings over the past 2 years and not one of them has had this type of band for the corsages and instead other floral shops used the stretchy bands or even a more elegant stretchy pearl band. Nadia also mentioned that if we were having issues, we should have told her – as if we were supposed to know that she was still on location hours after these were dropped off. Our venue coordinators were well aware that we were having issues and if they knew she was on site, we would have expected them to communicate that. Nadia further provided photo & video “evidence” (which we found odd that she needs to video tape her procedures - assuming she’s run into these types of issues in the past) that they were all put on the same way and in the photos (see attached photo) & video, you can clearly see that some are glued upside down.
3. As mentioned above, the boutonnieres were dying early into the day. They further were HUGE and only had small pins to affix them to the groomsmen and fathers’ jackets. For this reason, they were both toppling over and unable to stay pinned. Our coordinators had to apply multiple additional heavier pins to get them to stay on and they looked droopy regardless the whole night. Additionally, the green floral tape was showing as it was not covered up with ribbon or anything else and was very sloppily applied so they just looked very poorly put together. Every single one required edits by our coordinators.
4. The bridal bouquet was meant to be a cascade, but it seems as if the cascade was arranged upside down. If I held it with the cascade down, the bouquet pulled away from me and didn’t rest comfortably against me. It would only rest comfortably if the cascade was pointed upward. The only way it felt somewhat comfortable was if I held it diagnally, which looked somewhat alright, but definitely was not the visual I was expecting. When we brought this up to Nadia, she blamed unrealistic expectations from Pinterest, which confused us since a cascade bouquet is one of the classic bouquet types and was not brought on along with Pinterest…
5. What I truly want to convey here was that we reached out to Nadia with these concerns post-wedding, in NO way looking for any returned compensation, which we made perfectly clear and explicit in our communication. We instead were hoping for an apology and some ownership and instead we received excuses and it felt like she was blaming us for these issues. We felt that she was rude and combative. We truly got the sense that since our floral budget was lower than she probably is used to (about $3k, so not chump change to us!), she did not put in the time and effort and did not care about our feedback. We just want other brides with “lower” floral budgets to consider utilizing a florist that will put in the same effort as they would any client.

I had my wedding on July 14 of this year and the only good thing that this vendor did was my chuppah and aisle flowers. My corsages, boutonnieres, boutique/bridesmaids flowers were all wilted and brown! I was supposed to have 150 roses in each of my centerpieces and the vase was barely filled, the vases were dirty, had fingerprints all over it and the centerpiece was nothing like what we had discussed in the final meeting. I was beyond disappointed, not only were the flowers a huge letdown but the jewels on my bridal bouquet were hot glued by what looked like a two year old, and there was two jewels missing and there was excess glue coming out of the sides, I spent $11,000 that I might as well have flushed down the toilet, DO NOT BOOK THIS VENDOR!!!!!!!! -

Shaana Sent on 07/09/2018The absolute WORST experience ever. Stay away. They DO NOT give you what they promise. They are stuck up and not pleasant to work with. By far the worst experience ever. The reviews on here are surprising. Do not believe it like I did. Pictures to back up my complaint are attached! The last pic is what they promised us. That was THEIR SAMPLE of our centerpiece during our SAMPLE VIEWING. That picture was taken at THEIR OFFICE!!! We paid for that!! And that is not what we got at all!!!! - The other pics is what they actually gave us the day of!!!!!!! And this isn't even all of my complaints! They jipped me on many other things! Out of all my wedding Vendors, they were by far THE WORST!
If anyone would like to know in detail everything I went through with them. I'd be happy to tell you everything!
I am truly so upset that this is what they did to me ON MY WEDDING DAY. I would hate it to happen to someone else.
