I recently got married on 10/4/25 and booked Bella Villa for my wedding venue. I booked for 4 nights total and the experience was nothing short of amazing. First off, the location is gorgeous. The private beach and dock are amazing for photos! The master suite is beautiful and the perfect space for any couple. Every house is spacious, fully furnished, and offers plenty of space to take wedding party and bridal photos.
The back lawn is spacious and allows for plenty of ceremony and reception guest space; tables, chairs, dance floor, cocktail hour, high top tables, caterer, bartender, DJ etc. It’s a private property with plenty of room for family and friends to be together— this was especially helpful being that all of my family was traveling out of state. So it was really nice having plenty of space and bedrooms for them to stay.
While planning, the owner, Trish was incredibly helpful in answering any and all questions I had. She was easy to reach and had a very quick response time with me and my wedding planner. She truly was the best! I was able to tour the venue several times during the planning process as I worked through the design and layout with all my vendors.
Upon arrival, the venue was immaculate and clean. It offered plenty of linens, sleeping space, and travel size toiletries for each bathroom.
Overall, this venue is 11/10. It was affordable too. I shopped around a bit before deciding on a venue and this is honestly the way to go for any wedding. You’ll spend a fraction of the price for a WAY longer time there. Definitely worth it and not having to worry about timeframe of needing to leave and be out of the venue right at 10pm when the wedding ends. I recommend this venue to anyone who wants beautiful views, plenty of space, and an all around amazing experience.

Wedding of our Dreams ❤️
Bella Villa was not only the perfect place to stay with our friends and family, it was the PERFECT venue. We were able to be there from Thursday to Monday so we had plenty of time to prepare for the wedding and clean up the day after. We were able to also have our rehearsal dinner there so we never even had to leave the property. It was so nice to be able to visit and spend time with all of our loved ones all weekend long instead of just for a few hours on Saturday night. Our wedding was on the sand with the most beautiful view of the sunset then the celebration moved up to the lawn area where there was plenty of room for tables, chairs, food, and our DJ. Our friends are still talking about our big day and how perfect/fun it was. It was everything I’ve dreamed of and more. Trish was so amazing to work with and has became family in the process. She made sure we had everything we needed and always answered any questions we had. We are also so excited to be able to go back to our venue and stay in the future with our new baby girl that is arriving this year 🥰
I wish I could relive our wedding day over and over - again I couldn’t have imagined a more perfect venue. Highly recommend Bella Villa to any engaged couples looking for their venue. ❤️ -

There are venues, and then there is Bella Vista — and once you see it, you'll understand why there was never any other option for our wedding.
We celebrated our September 2025 wedding at this stunning bayfront estate in Pensacola and every single detail of the property made our day more magical than we could have planned. The estate features two beautifully appointed houses, and the layout was absolutely perfect for a wedding weekend. My bridesmaids and I took over the main house to get ready — plenty of space, gorgeous natural light, and the kind of setting that makes getting-ready photos look effortless. Meanwhile the guys had the guest house all to themselves, getting ready and watching football without a care in the world. Two houses, two vibes, zero chaos.
But the real showstopper is the bayfront setting. Standing at the water's edge for our ceremony with the sun melting into the bay behind us — that is a moment I will never forget for the rest of my life. The views are the kind that don't need decorating. Nature did all the work and Bella Vista sits right in the middle of it perfectly.
Trish, the owner, was an absolute joy from start to finish. She was warm, communicative, and genuinely cared about making our day everything we hoped for. We also had the pleasure of meeting her dad throughout the weekend — equally as kind and helpful — and it made the whole experience feel personal in the best way. This is a family who takes pride in what they've built and it shows in every corner of the property.
If you are dreaming of a bayfront wedding with breathtaking sunsets, a property that photographs like a dream, and hosts who treat you like family — Bella Vista is your answer. It was the most beautiful backdrop for the best day of our lives and we are forever grateful. An absolute 10 out of 10. -

Bella Villa was my absolute dream location for my wedding. As soon as I stepped onto the property, the well taken care of yard and clean houses were undeniable. Everything we wanted, an open beach view and enough spaces for our bridal party to stay with us. Working with Trish and her team was extremely smooth and they were always there to answer any questions or concerns we had. If I could do it all over again, I would book here again with out a doubt. -

I have nothing but good things to say about Bella Villa Estate and Trish the owner. Trish was so helpful throughout my entire planning process.
The property is so stunning. The pictures will never do it justice. I was worried about being so close to the condos and other houses, but you really feel like you are in your own little world. My favorite part of the property was the private beach. My husband and I read our vows to each other the morning of the wedding at the little picnic table, and it ended up being one of our favorite parts of the day. I will forever recommend this location for weddings and all other things! Trish and Bella Villa Estate made my coastal wedding dreams come true! -

We had an amazing stay in Pensacola, Florida! The property was absolutely beautiful—spacious, clean, and perfect for our family gathering. It was incredibly family-friendly, with plenty of room for both kids and adults to relax and enjoy. The location was super convenient, close to everything we needed but still peaceful and private. This was the ideal spot for a large group, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to make memories together. Highly recommend! -

We had a family reunion at Bella Villa. The Estate is incredible with plenty of space for our entire family to stay on the premises. We made so many memories at Bella Villa during our short stay. Inside and outside were well manicured and clean. Loved seeing dolphins in the water each day!

Such a beautiful venue for our special day. Our guests all commented on how gorgeous the property was and we even got to see the Blue Angels fly over on our wedding day! -

Our wedding at Bella Villa was a literal dream come true. The views, the beach, and the whole vibe was perfect. It felt like something out of a fairytale.
Everyone had a great time and the photos turned out amazing.

We thorough enjoyed our stay and wedding at Bella Villa!
We stayed for 4 nights and hosted our wedding of 67 people at Bella Villa. We had an absolutely amazing experience and it was the wedding of our dreams! Trish was extremely easy to work with and so patient and responsive to our questions. The property is beautiful inside and out! -

Amazing and Beautiful!
Everything about this venue, this house, was simply amazing. It is crazy, but there was so much to this house that we were still discovering things as we were leaving. I guess that means we need to visit again....possibly a family reunion? Our wedding was just beautiful and the beautiful venue was a big part of what made it so special. It was roomy enough for our family to be comfortable. The back yard was spectacular and made a gorgeous background for our video and photos. It in a nice quiet area that was not so congested, so we really enjoyed the beach in that area. I could go on and on about how wonderful it was, but if you are considering a beach wedding that is more quiet and intimate, this is definitely your place.Bella Villa's reply:
