Bella Villa is absolutely stunning! Our wedding was a dream come true with the picturesque lawn overlooking the water and beach. The three houses were perfect for the wedding party and family. Our guests had a fantastic time, and we're overjoyed with our choice. Trish, the owner, is a gem – incredibly responsive. We wish we had booked a few extra days to fully savor the beauty of this estate. Highly recommend for a magical wedding experience!Bella Villa is absolutely stunning! Best Bachelor/Bachelorette Weekend Ever!
Bella Villa was insane! The place is massive, right on the water, and perfect for our bachelor and bachelorette party!
We spent the days chilling on the beach and we even rented a boat and docked it at the house.
All of our best friends had such an epic time together celebrating our engagement.
If you are looking for the ultimate spot to celebrate, this is it.

Mother of the bride APPROVED!
We recently hosted my daughters destination wedding at Bella Villa, and I can not express how perfect everything was! From the moment we saw Bella Villa online, the owner has been so responsive. Trish went above and beyond to make sure every detail was seamless. We reached out to other venues and we did not receive the same hospitality or attentiveness.
The property itself is absolutely breathtaking, luxurious and spacious. The private beach and dock allowed us to take some incredible pictures and also made great memories there as well. All the guests were in awe of the beauty and elegance of the property. All 3 houses gave us plenty of space for guests to stay on the property. It was truly a magical setting for the most important day of my daughters life. We had a family reunion at Bella Villa. The Estate is incredible with plenty of space for our entire family to stay on the premises. We made so many memories at Bella Villa during our short stay. Inside and outside were well manicured and clean. Loved seeing dolphins in the water each day!

Our family reunion at Bella Villa was perfect! With plenty of space in the mansion and guest houses, we all felt right at home. The private beach and dock were a highlight! We loved going on the dock and watching the sunsets and Blue Angels practicing. A dream come true!!

Perfect Fishing Trip Getaway
Bella villa was the perfect property for our annual friends fishing trip! The property was clean, spacious, and basically had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. The location was unbeatable, close to excellent fishing spots. The owner was very helpful and answered many of our questions.

I recently got married at Bella Villa. I could not have asked for a better venue. The entire property was gorgeous. My entire family/wedding party was able to sleep onsite, since there are multiple houses. We loved the natural beauty of all the palm trees, tropical plants, and of course the million dollar view the water! The beach are was perfect! We had such a great time spending time with family and friends at Bella Villa while celebrating the best day of our life! We stayed for 4 nights and hosted our wedding of 67 people at Bella Villa. We had an absolutely amazing experience and it was the wedding of our dreams! Trish was extremely easy to work with and so patient and responsive to our questions. Exquisite Property
Our stay at Bella Villa exceeded our expectations. Our family enjoyed our stay in the main house and the loft. It was the perfect place to have everyone together with enough room for everyone to have their own space. The property was well maintained and rooms were clean.
I enjoyed cooking some meals in the spacious kitchen on the Viking stove while enjoying the view of the water from the kitchen. We enjoyed relaxing on the hammock under the palm tree watching the sunset, my favorite experience of the trip. The kids loved playing in the sand and looking for hermit crabs, fishing off the dock, and kayaking. We rented a boat and explored the waters along the inlet and Johnson beach. The kids loved going to Johnson beach which was a few minutes drive by boat or car. The water was warm, clear, and calm. The sand on the beach was soft and the view was breathtaking. We saw dolphins from the beach.
We bonded at night roasting marshmallows and making s'mores around the fire pit. We enjoyed the nearby restaurants and even had dinner outside under the covered patio.
An added benefit was that we saw the Blue Angel jets fly near the property. My son is now obsessed with the Blue Angels after seeing them fly and visiting the naval museum Pensacola. It was a short drive to Walmart and Starbucks. We definitely want to come back to Bella Villa again. We loved our stay there!Our stay at Bella Villa exceeded our expectations. Our family enjoyed our stay in the main house and the loft. It was the perfect place to have everyone together with enough room for everyone to have their own space. The property was well maintained and rooms were clean.

Everything about this venue, this house, was simply amazing. It is crazy, but there was so much to this house that we were still discovering things as we were leaving. I guess that means we need to visit again....possibly a family reunion? Our wedding was just beautiful and the beautiful venue was a big part of what made it so special. It was roomy enough for our family to be comfortable. The back yard was spectacular and made a gorgeous background for our video and photos. It in a nice quiet area that was not so congested, so we really enjoyed the beach in that area. Bella Villa has been the best decision for my wedding week. The Estate is exceptional and dreamy. From the first initial contact with the owner to the departure our experience was 5 stars. Everything on the property is magnificent and high quality. We are so happy we were able to book this property knowing the high demand.

Breath Taking Moments
Beautiful home in a perfect location. Close enough to the beach, restaurants and attractions, but far enough to enjoy the peace and tranquility this home offered. The views were breathtaking as we watched the sunsets each night. Every family member from the oldest to the youngest enjoyed the numerous activities available. Special treats are seeing the blue angels practicing and flying overhead each day, and watching dolphins and manatees as they swam nearby.Beautiful home in a perfect location. Gem on the Water!
Bella Villa is an incredible venue. Our wedding celebration was more beautiful than expected!
Bella Villa's expansive lawn area was perfect for our ceremony and reception.
The beach area is very large as well and was great for pictures!
Our photographer was thrilled we chose Bella Villa, because of the plentiful photo opportunities.
We had a wonderful experience from the beginning to the end.
The inside to the outside of the property is well manicured and elegant.
We are thankful we found this beautiful property.

Fairy Tale
My husband and I chose Bella Villa to celebrate our anniversary. We had such a wonderful time at the estate. We couldn’t have asked for a better venue.
From the interior to the exterior everything was beautiful and clean.
My entire family was able to stay at the property, since it sleeps so many.

Bella Villa is Spectacular
Bella Villa is an amazing venue inside and out! We had a rehearsal, ceremony and reception all on the property! The location is perfect! The owner of the property was very responsive and helpful! We toured other venues in the area and nothing compared to Bella Villa. The amount of space provided inside and outside is incredible!
