Bella Villa is absolutely stunning! Our wedding was a dream come true with the picturesque lawn overlooking the water and beach. The three houses were perfect for the wedding party and family. Our guests had a fantastic time, and we're overjoyed with our choice. Trish, the owner, is a gem – incredibly responsive. We wish we had booked a few extra days to fully savor the beauty of this estate. Highly recommend for a magical wedding experience!Bella Villa is absolutely stunning! Breath Taking Moments
Beautiful home in a perfect location. Close enough to the beach, restaurants and attractions, but far enough to enjoy the peace and tranquility this home offered. The views were breathtaking as we watched the sunsets each night. Every family member from the oldest to the youngest enjoyed the numerous activities available. Special treats are seeing the blue angels practicing and flying overhead each day, and watching dolphins and manatees as they swam nearby.Beautiful home in a perfect location. Where do we even begin to express our gratitude for the unforgettable experience we had at Bella Villa Estate for our outdoor wedding? From the moment we arrived, we were enveloped in an atmosphere of pure magic and elegance.
The sprawling estate, nestled directly on the water with its own private beach and dock, provided a breathtaking backdrop for our rehearsal, ceremony and reception!

We thorough enjoyed our stay and wedding at Bella Villa!
We stayed for 4 nights and hosted our wedding of 67 people at Bella Villa. We had an absolutely amazing experience and it was the wedding of our dreams! Trish was extremely easy to work with and so patient and responsive to our questions. Great experience! We are so happy we booked Bella Villa for our wedding. The property is beautiful. The houses are very well maintained and have elegance.
The best part about renting Bella Villa was we were able to have a stay-cation with family and friends after our big day! No rush to leave after the reception like other venues.

Amazing and Beautiful!
Everything about this venue, this house, was simply amazing. It is crazy, but there was so much to this house that we were still discovering things as we were leaving. I guess that means we need to visit again....possibly a family reunion? Our wedding was just beautiful and the beautiful venue was a big part of what made it so special. It was roomy enough for our family to be comfortable. The back yard was spectacular and made a gorgeous background for our video and photos. It in a nice quiet area that was not so congested, so we really enjoyed the beach in that area. I could go on and on about how wonderful it was, but if you are considering a beach wedding that is more quiet and intimate, this is definitely your place.Everything about this venue, this house, was simply amazing. The morning after, an outdoor catered brunch set the perfect tone before our boat adventure. Bella Villa exudes prestige and luxury, with its beautiful houses and landscape. Our guests were in awe, and we feel incredibly lucky to have discovered this diamond! We can not express how much we enjoyed and feel in love in with Bella Villa. Exquisite Property
Our stay at Bella Villa exceeded our expectations. Our family enjoyed our stay in the main house and the loft. It was the perfect place to have everyone together with enough room for everyone to have their own space. The property was well maintained and rooms were clean.
I enjoyed cooking some meals in the spacious kitchen on the Viking stove while enjoying the view of the water from the kitchen. We enjoyed relaxing on the hammock under the palm tree watching the sunset, my favorite experience of the trip. The kids loved playing in the sand and looking for hermit crabs, fishing off the dock, and kayaking. We rented a boat and explored the waters along the inlet and Johnson beach. The kids loved going to Johnson beach which was a few minutes drive by boat or car. The water was warm, clear, and calm. The sand on the beach was soft and the view was breathtaking. We saw dolphins from the beach.
We bonded at night roasting marshmallows and making s'mores around the fire pit. We enjoyed the nearby restaurants and even had dinner outside under the covered patio.
An added benefit was that we saw the Blue Angel jets fly near the property. My son is now obsessed with the Blue Angels after seeing them fly and visiting the naval museum Pensacola. It was a short drive to Walmart and Starbucks. We definitely want to come back to Bella Villa again. We loved our stay there!Our stay at Bella Villa exceeded our expectations. Fairy Tale
My husband and I chose Bella Villa to celebrate our anniversary. We had such a wonderful time at the estate. We couldn’t have asked for a better venue.
From the interior to the exterior everything was beautiful and clean.
My entire family was able to stay at the property, since it sleeps so many.

Bella Villa is an amazing venue inside and out! We had a rehearsal, ceremony and reception all on the property! The location is perfect! The owner of the property was very responsive and helpful! We toured other venues in the area and nothing compared to Bella Villa. The amount of space provided inside and outside is incredible!

Bella Villa is an incredible venue. Our wedding celebration was more beautiful than expected!
Bella Villa's expansive lawn area was perfect for our ceremony and reception.
The beach area is very large as well and was great for pictures!
Our photographer was thrilled we chose Bella Villa, because of the plentiful photo opportunities.
We had a wonderful experience from the beginning to the end.
The inside to the outside of the property is well manicured and elegant.

From arriving through the fancy gates, to the beautiful landscaping, 2 houses that accommodated our friends and family, and the million dollar view all made our wedding magical. Beautiful venue. I can not recommend Bella Villa enough. The outside are was perfect for the ceremony and the reception. We rented a tent with a dance floor which was awesome! At Bella Villa we had our rehearsal and dinner the night before the wedding. Everything turned out amazing. The Sunset during the wedding ceremony was breathtaking. The day after the wedding, we rented a boat from the marina 3 doors down and spent the day with family and friends on the water! Bella Villa made our dreams come true. The property is truly spectacular. I have always dreamt of having an outdoor wedding over looking the water and we had just that. The mansions are amazing and decorated with class. Our photographer was amazed at how many different locations on the property she could get great shots. Over all, our experience at Bella Villa was first class, I wouldn't change one thing about our wedding venue! ❤Bella Villa made our dreams come true. The property is truly spectacular. I have always dreamt of having an outdoor wedding over looking the water and we had just that. The mansions are amazing and decorated with class. Our photographer was amazed at how many different locations on the property she could get great shots. Over all, our experience at Bella Villa was first class, I wouldn't change one thing about our wedding venue! ❤Bella Villa's reply:
