We were married on May 31st at The Bella Sera in Brighton, CO, and choosing this venue was the best decision we made.
What makes Bella Sera stand out from other venues is the family-owned care and personalization you receive. Instead of a “cookie-cutter” wedding, you get a team who designs an event around your vision. We were given a planner, decorator, and food manager who made everything seamless and stress-free.
Antonia, our designer, took my Gatsby-themed wedding vision and created something more beautiful than I could have ever dreamed. Every detail was perfect, and on the day of, I didn’t have to lift a finger—everything was handled flawlessly.
Our guests raved about it afterwards—many told us it was the most beautiful and most fun wedding they had ever been to. Coming from a family of pastors and ministers who attend weddings constantly, I can confidently say ours was truly exceptional, and Bella Sera made it that way.

I cannot express enough how incredible our experience was at The Bella Sera. From the moment we first visited, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism that set the tone for our entire wedding journey. The all-inclusive “Italiano” package truly took a the stress out of planning, allowing us to focus on what mattered most—celebrating our love with our family and friends.
The entire team - Payten, Annicia, and owners Elisabeth and John went above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect. They listened to our vision and brought it to life in ways we could never have imagined. The décor was stunning, the food was fantastic, and the service was impeccable.
Our guests are still raving about how stunning everything was! They’ve told us it was the most fun and exquisite wedding they’ve ever attended.
What stood out the most was the genuine care and attention from the staff. They made us feel like we were the only couple that mattered, and their enthusiasm for making our day special was evident. Every aspect of our wedding day was executed flawlessly, allowing us to truly enjoy every moment.

We had our wedding here this last July and it was everything we hoped it would be. The whole planning process was a breeze with this team. What you get for your money is one of the best offerings I saw as a bride and as an event planner in the industry. The owners are one of a kind and genuinely care about you and you're special day. They bent over backwards to make sure it was what we wanted. I loved their flexibility as I had a specific vision I wanted to bring to life and they helped be a part of that process. From day one, we had a connection with not only the venue but their people. I was very personal, even though they host a lot of weddings. I never felt like just another number in the venue. Bella Sera and their staff truly made our special day magical. Unfortunately, with COVID we had to move our wedding date multiple times due to health concerns and Bella Sera was very kind and accommodating for us to do so. I do not have enough words to express how grateful we were to work with this venue. Their venue was gorgeous and they truly put on a spectacular show that left our guests in awe as we have received nothing but compliments. Elizabeth, John, Misti, and Austin are genuine people who truly care about the people they work with to have the best wedding possible. If you want an unforgettable event, Bells Sera is the place you want to book with. -

The venue is absolutely beautiful not to mention the lighting and theater effects are impressive! Management very helpful! If you are looking for that magical place to have that special day. This is the place! No need to go anywhere else!! The service, the venue, the food, the Dj, the designer, the photographer all so fabulous! One stop shop! The fact that Elizabeth made the wedding planning so convenient and easy! The amazing packages according to budget is so awesome. Not to mention the venue is beautiful! Where to start with the wonderful Bella Sera, my husband and I were married here on February 22, 2020. At our initial consult in February 2019, we met with John and Elisabeth, and we left in tears, knowing that this was where our fairy tale wedding would take place. John and Elisabeth truly are in it for the people. Their entire approach is to take your vision, and apply their experience, so that the final product is breath taking and exactly what you wanted. The decor that Bella Sera has available will allow every bride to customize a look entirely their own, the combinations are endless from votives and back drops, to aisle decor and table decor, up- lighting and grand entrances; your day is truly going to look like your dreams. Elisabeth will literally do anything she can to help you pin down a vision, even if that means making something new for you, and as someone who searched at ALL of the local venues, you will not find decor like you do here. Not to mention, they will set it up AND tear it down for you! What?! The Bella Sera is a one stop shop for your typical wedding vendors as well! With the packages available, you can find a caterer, a photographer, and a DJ that are all reputable and have worked together with Bella Sera for years, so they are well versed in the production that each wedding is. (And they are WONDERFUL!) At every turn, my husband and I were treated like family, and you will be to, because that it just how they treat everyone. At the end of our night, and for the weeks following, my husband and I are still getting reports of, "that was the best wedding we've ever been too", "that was the wedding of the year", "we've never seen a wedding like that", and your guests will say the same thing after choosing Bella Sera for your wedding day! -

Right off, everyone employed at the Bella Sera is extremely friendly, enthusiastic, and 100% committed to making your event exactly what you want. The Bella Sera was the first place we visited and after the consultation, we knew immediately that it was the place for us. Most people tell you to shop around but we were positive that this was the place for us.
Our consultation was about a year and a half out from when we wanted to get married. We met with the owner, John, and he was one of those people you automatically feel comfortable with. He was warm and welcoming and truly made an effort to get to know us in the short time we had with him. We went over a rather comprehensive list of all things wedding in order to determine desired elements, budget, and generally whether or not they would be able to accommodate us. John was upfront and honest with us that they always assess the uniqueness of each event to make sure the Bella Sera is a good fit for everyone and that they are not solely interested in getting booked like other venues. If they feel they can't accommodate an event, they will be honest about it which is something that stood out to me and in my opinion, speaks volumes about their character and integrity. Apart from our wonderful meeting with John, the venue is GORGEOUS. We were able to tour the space and the attention to detail and the way the decorations and lighting all come together is truly magical. We ended the meeting extremely excited and even though we probably would have booked them that same day, John encouraged us to go home and think about it before we made any decisions. Again, they truly have your best interest in mind and want your event to be perfect, even if it isn't with them. We never felt pressured.
When we were ready, I was able to call and book our date over the phone. Again, everyone was super friendly and flexible. Over the course of the year leading up to our date, we had a series of meetings meant to accomplish various things. We worked with Austin throughout the rest of our process and he was the best. At our first meeting, we confirmed any details we had covered at the consultation and talked more about budget, guest count, etc. Here, we learned a little more about the different packages and what was included in each of them. The next meeting was event production where we discussed dances, add-ons, activities, etc. Pretty much the logistics of the event and the elements we wanted. Here, we were able to decide what add-ons we wanted, we decided to do fun things like the photo booth, sparklers, and the s'mores and hot chocolate bar. The third meeting was the design meeting where we got to choose our lighting, decorations, everything! They have specific individuals who specialize in design and we had so many options to choose from. Anything you have in mind, they can make it happen. We did a winter wonderland theme and everything was beautiful! The possibilities with them are limitless! They put a table together for you so you can see what everything will look like. The fourth meeting was food tasting and that was a lot of fun. The food was tasty and we ended up going with the chicken alfredo and the pork tenderloin. After this, we had a final meeting just before the wedding where we went over all the details again and were able to meet with the DJ and select our music for the ceremony and the dance. During all of this, payments and communication were also super easy as they use Honey Book which was really great to use and allowed us to have all of our stuff in one place.
The rehearsal was the day before our event and it was quick and painless. The Bella Sera really has everything down to a science so the run-through was really easy. At this point, they'll have pretty much everything set up for your event so when we walked in to see all of our stuff up, it was breathtaking! We did a few practice runs and went on our way.
The day of the wedding was extremely stress free. Everyone always says that something always goes wrong at weddings but I can honestly say, everything went perfectly smooth. Because the Bella Sera has everything taken care of, I didn't have to worry about anything. The day of the wedding, they had a full staff, all with radios so they were all communicating and on the same page. Everyone was so friendly and helpful and they really allow you to focus on being the bride/groom rather than also being an event planner. They made sure everything was set up and even ensured I wouldn't see the groom and that he wouldn't see me. There was no "standing around" time, they really planned everything so that the guests weren't bored and always kept them moving so there was no awkward limbo.
They really take care of everything: planning, production, food, DJ, photography, bar, and fun extras. All we really had to do on our own was hair/makeup, dress/suits, flowers, invitations, and cake. We also booked a mariachi band on our own, which the happily accommodated and incorporated.
The DJ who was assigned to us was Enrique and he was amazing. He took the time to help us figure out and plan our music. He was also a great bilingual DJ and was able to do everything in both English and Spanish without a flaw. He was fun and kept the crowd moving. Our photographer was Andrea and she was also wonderful. The engagement session is part of the package and those turned out great. All of the wedding photos turned out amazing as well and she and her partner captured every moment.
There was so much that went into our wedding and I didn't feel any of the stress of it. Everything was so detailed and for everything that is included, it really is an amazing value. You can have a beautiful wedding for less than what most pay. Words cannot express the experience we had and how grateful we are for the Bella Sera family. I can truly say my wedding day was perfect and everything I wanted.

My husband and I had the best day of our lives here at the Bella Sera. They did such an amazing job making sure that our wedding was smooth and exciting for our guests! Our wedding could not have gone better thanks to the team of Bella Sera! From the moment you meet these amazing people you realize that they want the same thing you do - A PERFECT WEDDING. From the moment we met John Montoya we knew this was our place! His skilled team - including his wife Elizabeth - makes sure you have everything you need. Austin, wow what can I say but you are the BEST ! You made sure everything was exactly how we had planned for and our guest were BLOWN AWAY by all the fun they had. We are still hearing that it was the most beautiful and fun wedding they had ever been too. It ran smoothly and Austin kept things moving perfectly ! Food was outstanding and decor was stunning. Music was just what we asked for and we danced till we almost dropped !!

Absolute Magic
I am so thankful to have found The Bella Sera. If the idea of coordinating a dj, caterer, photographer, and decor, all on the same day at the same time while trying to enjoy your own celebration gives you anxiety - have no fear. Bella Sera is here.
They organized EVERYTHING I didn't want to deal with. We went with the Italiano package which included it all. They even created a champagne glass pyramid for the toast at our request and provided a caricaturist to entertain the guests during pictures. Our guests were absolutely astonished with the opulence our venue created.
But above all and MOST important to us both, was our personal coordinator Austin. That man deserves an award. Not only did he keep the flower girls entertained with bubbles before the ceremony, not only did he find space for our tardy guests, not only did he direct the quartet to their places, and make time for a first touch, and get the wedding party our smoking cocktails, and arrange sparklers for farewell, and arrange our flower delivery, and our cake delivery, and last minute finishing touches, AND make sure we were fed - but he did so with the most calming voice and delicate demeanor.
Were we running behind schedule? I don't know! Because it didn't matter. Because Austin was taking care of it. Because even if we were, I never worried. Why? Because Austin was there to walk us through it. He asked us questions, took and gave direction without a moments hesitation - all with poise and decorum. If that man ever does experience stress or annoyance like the rest of us, you'd never ever know it. My husband and I owe all our peace of mind to Austin. Our wedding would not and could not have been half as magical without him.
Thank you Bella Sera for giving me memories to last a lifetime. I'll never forget them. -

Absolute Perfection!
Absolute perfection! The Bella Sera is hands down the best venue for a wedding! We just had our wedding there and our guests are still talking about how it was the best wedding they've ever attended!
The staff is professional, kind, fun, and truly care about making the day special. The venue is gorgeous.
The Bella includes so many things in their packages that takes the stress out of looking for vendors and DIY projects. It includes uplighting, centerpieces, DJ, and photography that go above and beyond expectation. The room itself was magical. There are "wow factors" offered that no other venue could compete with. Our coordinator always kept us in the loop on the bar tab and guided us through all the events during the evening. All we had to do was show up and have a good time.
If you are looking for a venue that is classy yet fun, the Bella is for you! If I had to do it all over, I would select the Bella again hands down! Great venue, great people, perfect day! -

I literally can not say enough about this venue. From the owners to ever single member of their staff, they are amazing and made my wedding day EXACTLY what I always dreamed off. The lighting, the music, the food, the decor, the set up and break down, security, photo booth ALL OF IT! Janell was my event coordinator and she went above and beyond on my wedding day. From bringing me a drink before I got ready because I was so nervous, to hugging me goodbye at the end of the night. They truly made me feel unbelievably special and like family. If you want a venue that is all-inclusive and as little stress as possible with the most helpful staff to accommodate your needs, then this is the venue for you! Not to mention, the venue is just beautiful and I feel in love with the venue upon first sight. I could definitely see us getting married there! The food was great, the staff set's up and break's down for you, our wedding coordinator Janelle was awesome and the staff there over all is very helpful and professional. I love their package deals because it takes a lot of the stress away which is extremely important on your big day. We chose the Bellissimo package with additional features (worth it!). They have everything you need such as catering, dj, photographers, lots of centerpieces to choose from, a wedding coordinator and much more! It's so convenient when the ceremony and reception are in one place.
I can't stress enough how fantastic the Bella Sera team is! They are very personable in every way. They made my wedding day wonderful, stress-free, and fun for everyone involved! We have received non-stop praise from our guests because of how organized everything is, how delicious the food was, and how much fun they had.
If you are planning a wedding and haven't checked out Bella Sera, you are missing out. We highly recommend it. :)

The Bella Sera team did EVERYTHING for us - design, cake, food, event organization - and we didn't even have anything at all to worry about! So many of my married friends commented on how they wish that they would have had a team like Bella Sera's to help them on their wedding day, because everything was just so seamless and stress-free for us! The design team, and specifically Austin, were INCREDIBLE! I picked up some extra decor signs and gave them to Austin a day before our wedding and told him that I would love to see them in our design, but wasn't sure where to put them. When I walked in on our wedding day, Austin had put them in the most BEAUTIFUL space, making our alter even more complete and wonderful than I ever could have imagined. SO perfect! The entire team at Bella Sera is just so focused on making your wedding special and unique, and the price for their services is SO affordable! Honestly, if you are considering getting married in the Denver area, you HAVE to check out the Bella Sera! So many of our guests (including one who is a professional wedding planner!), have said that our wedding was the BEST wedding they've ever been to, and we owe ALL of that to the Bella Sera team! Seriously - check out the Bella Sera if you want an absolutely breathtaking wedding with absolutely no stress at all. They made the entire planning process, from start to finish, so much fun and so unique to my husband and I. They even accommodated a surprise visit from Santa at the ver last minute, because my mom wanted to surprise my husband and I. So flexible, so beautiful and so so accommodating! Not only with the decor and ambiance but with staff. From the minute we asked for a price quote up until our special day the staff members at Bella Sera were amazing. The price is very reasonable and competitive! Austin was wonderful to work with and responded in a timely manner to all of the questions we had. Our photographer was Andrea and she was AMAZING! Austin was our coordinator and they are all so thorough that they helped us to think of ideas or wedding needs that we would have never figured out on our own. We had a medieval themed wedding and it worked so well with the beauty of the Bella Sera. We met with Austin for the design session and the entire staff is so great about not only helping you see your vision come to life but making it everything you've ever hoped for an then more. They took care of everything! The gorgeous venue, delicious meal, jaw-dropping decor and a chandelier cake that hung from the ceiling. All of the vendors were extremely professional and detail oriented! I can honestly say that looking back at my wedding, I do not have a single regret or anything that I would have changed. The team at the Bella Sera went above and beyond to ensure that this would be the best day of our lives! Everything about our wedding day was amazing. Our guests couldn't stop talking about how beautiful everything was and how amazing the food was! Alisha was our event coordinator for the day and did a fantastic job making sure everything was on time, and anything we needed was brought to us. We had been planning our wedding since August of 2015. And every step of the way they have helped and have always answered any questions that day or the next. So very responsive, which is always nice to know they care so much. Thank you so much for the amazing wedding day we had. It was amazing from the ceremony, to the reception, the dancing. Our hanging cake was absolutely beautiful, the food was amazing, and the DJ got a lot of people know the dance floor which was so much fun. Anyone thinking of using this venue, I absolutely recommend it. At the fact they are all-inclusive venue! -

Maria Sent on 06/12/2017WOW!! What can we say other than that we received the WOW factor we were told we would get. The best venue, service, staff, everything you could ever imagine or ask for. Every detail was taken care of by the Bella Sera staff, so that when the day came to show up to the venue on our big day all we had to do was literally show up. Everything was decorated to perfection, the mood was just as we had hoped, dinner tasted great and everything went as well as we could ever possibly wish for it to go, all thanks to Austin! Dealing with one bride is an ordeal but when you have two brides, well needless to say he handled it all with a smile. The Cake was delicious, Dj Perry was the best and Andrea and Mason were amazing photographers. All of our guests were amazed at the detail and truly enjoyed the wedding and reception. So many amazing memories were created. THANK YOU Bella Sera for putting in so much effort and care into what you do.
