Bella Rose Photography was our best vendor decision that we made. Not only did the photography come out beautiful they were more like a personal wedding planner. Jessica kept our day on schedule and made sure that i had everything I needed during the day. She even sat down with us a few weeks before the wedding to make a schedule together so the day would flow at a good pace. I think my favorite thing Jessica did during the day was take the time to tell me to breath and take a moment to take it all in. I felt so at ease and don't believe I could have ever found a better fit for myself and Craig. Thank you for all you did to make our wedding day perfect.

Jessica did our wedding photos and I couldn't be happier! She went out of her way to make me feel comfortable and to ensure I had everything I needed throughout the day. Jessica took control of the day without being overbearing and kept my family in control. Family photos were important to me and I was excited that Bella Rose agreed. So many other photographers we had looked into seemed to forget how important family photography is, we appreciated the traditional take on these photos. I was excited to find a photographer who blends the current romantic style with some traditional portraits. I received my photos on a flash drive five weeks after the wedding. We felt this was a satisfactory turn around time. Our final image drive included 625 photos that were well executed, sharp and very beautiful. Great work all around!! If we were not from out of the area I would use Bella Rose for my future photography needs.

This is for Jesse at Bella Rose Photography, we could not give a better recommendation. From the instant we met him we knew he was the kind of guy we would love to hang out with. We felt comfortable and he really put my mind at ease since I hate how I look when I am photographed. He reassured me if I just had fun and left every thing else up to him things would be terrific. He kept us laughing the entire wedding day and he was right our photos were outstanding.

If you like the highlights from Bella Rose just go with them. We looked at over 20 different photographers comparing portfolios, reviews and full galleries. The prices were fair and Jesse never pressured us into a larger packages. As a matter of fact he specifically said "this might make me a bad salesman but I feel the package a step down fits your needs better." This put me at ease and not once did he try to sell me anything I didn't need. . Jesse took the time to review my huge Pinterest list and explain which images would be best and used them as inspiration throughout the day.

If you have any concerns, talk to them. He addressed all of my many questions and they can be flexible on the packages.

Alright guys. If you want a photographer that is dedicated and passionate...I suggest Bella Rose Photography. I immediately felt so at ease and comfortable with Jesse & Jessica which is so important for someone who will be photographing so many special moments (engagements, weddings, etc.) They are such a great duo! I really like that they get to know you personally in order to get a better feel for what you like and expect. They do everything they can to make you feel perfectly comfortable in front of the lens (so important)! And the shots they get are magical. I cannot recommend them enough!

I can't recommend Bella Rose Photography highly enough!

I first heard of Bella Rose Photography via a tagged photo on facebook, of one of my friends wedding. We weren't engaged yet, but I knew we would be very soon ;) I clicked around facebook, and then the website, and that was all it took. Such gorgeous images. When we got engaged I contacted Bella Rose Photography and didn't even consider anyone else! We met with Jesse to learn more about their services, It instantly felt like we were sitting down with friends, and that continued throughout all of our interactions thereafter. They were wonderful to work with in every aspect. They are true professionals, yet manage to stay very casual and put their clients at ease. Pretty important, I would think, when being photographed, to be relaxed and comfortable with your photographer! Our wedding photos are stunning. They are exactly what we were hoping for! We also decided to go with the photobooth for our wedding, which our guests REALLY loved!

I met Jesse at a wedding expo and without a doubt I choose Bella Rose as my photographer for my engagement, bridal and wedding photos. Bella Rose is fabulous to work with. Both photographers were easy going but very knowledgeable. All the pictures came out excellent, there were so many beautiful pictures that it's been hard to pick our favorites. Also, it was so great having them with us throughout our big day. I have yet to see the photos from our wedding day, however we were very happy with our engagement photos. Sheila was so helpful and knew all the right things to do on our wedding day! Things ran behind by an hour and a half once the reception began and she stayed late without much hesitation! Bella Rose is VERY well priced for the quality of the photos! We will continue to use them!

Jesse took truly remarkable wedding images, and at a reasonable price! He did a professional and even at times entertaining job. Bella Rose responds almost instantly to any email inquiry and is very professional; we found Jesse's professional personality to be important in ensuring our time for photography was managed efficiently. He also has a wry sense of humor as well as being a nice guy. Jesse is always smiling and he seemed to be enjoying every moment. A friend of ours used Bella Rose for their engagement photos and after we saw them, our interest was piqued and we investigated Jessica (the head photographer and owner of the company) and her work. We were very impressed, so we hired her company for our wedding.

We got a package that comes with 2 photographers and 2 videographers. With this package we also get 100 thank you notes, an album, a CD/online gallery with the pictures, and other amenities.

The Bella Rose crew are very professional. They followed us from our respective places of getting ready, to the church, to a park for photos, and to the reception. They were extremely creative in their photography set-ups and videos. They also had us write each other a card to be opened and read (for the video) the day of the wedding, and needless to say this was one of the most intimate and emotional parts of the day. If you want to see what I mean, watch one of their videos online. Their uniqueness and creativity is what inspired us to hire them for our wedding.

They took so many shots and captured everything important to us on video. They were everywhere but the funny thing is, I barely noticed them around the whole night. They were not at all intrusive yet were everywhere they needed to be to get the best shots and video. They also let us bring in a lot of our own props to personalize our photos.

I would highly recommend them for quality video/photos with a creative artistic touch that you won't find with other photography companies. Thanks again, Bella Rose Photography for great memories!

Bella Rose Photography is the BEST! There is no better value for wedding photography in St Cloud. We had hoped to have Jesse & Jessica photograph our wedding but they were unable to commit to our Date. We had Tim and Kasey in place of them and I couldn't ask for anyone better. They were absolutely perfect. Pictures were extremely important to me as I knew the wedding day would be a blur that goes too fast - and it did. I am over the moon with the quality of service I got with Bella Rose Photography. I booked my wedding with the company only a few months out and they were so accommodating to all of my needs despite the short time frame we had to work with. From the first emails that received immediate responses, to the booking process, pre-wedding preparation, the wedding day itself and best of all receiving my wedding images within 10 days. you did read that right, I received fully professional finished images in 10 days. I went through Bella Rose for my photos and my wedding film. I cant believe the quality product I got for the price I paid. First off I went with Bella Rose because I was limited on my budget and I really loved there photos they showed me, which were high end photos at a very reasonable price given the other photographers I met with. I immediately bonded with Jesse and Jessica, they are so fun and down to earth. Got my engagement photos done with there other lead photographer Sheila and they were GORGEOUS. LOVE!!!! The wedding day was a little chaotic, we had some issues with flowers being late and a missing bridesmaid lol. But Jesse and Jessica were awesome about it and worked through the madness. thank you! Jesse even went to the gas station to get AA batteries for my mom. LIFESAVER. We got the pics back, they were AMAZING! Got the video back a few weeks later and I watch it everyday. I cant stop crying everytime I watch it. Thank you so very much Lucas, Sheila, Jesse and Jessica for making my dreams come true. Bella Rose is amazing! Both my fiance and I enjoyed working with Jessica and Jesse. From the first phone call, they were willing to explain everything and were very upfront. They are both friendly and fun and will have you smiling. They have great ideas for unique photos, yet also capture traditional shots and are willing to try anything. We had tried engagement sessions with other photographers and were blown out of the water by how great Bella Rose photos were, how easy Jessica and Jesse made everything, and how quickly we received photos. Before our reception ended, Bella Rose had 20 "sneak peek" photos posted, all of which are breath taking! I cannot say enough great things about Bella Rose.

Bella Rose Photography made my wedding day so enjoyable. They took control of the day ensuring everything flowed smoothly. I was excited when I got a call in 8 days that my images were ready to be picked up. The only problem that came up during the process was a difference of price on the website versus the info at the consultation which is why I rated professionalism a 4.5. After we got past that everything was flawless. I was personally referred to Bella Rose Photography by a previous bride, the prices were a fair amount higher than when she used them but Bella Rose still seems to be one of the best wedding values you can get for your money. I would recommend them.

Bella Rose turned out to be a phenomenal value. I don't think there is a photographer out there with this amount of skill as well as an in-house videographer at this price point. They are easy going people and could be a little bit more professional on the "business end" of things, however, if you want flawless well oiled staff with amazing administrative assistants you need to expect to pay more $$. What it comes down to for me is the pictures...and they are amazing. Many photos taken I would have never thought of. All were professionally finished and the price I paid for a top-notch photographer couldn't be beat. I would gladly refer my family and friends to Bella Rose, and to me that is the ultimate compliment.

When I first booked Bella Rose in 2013, I was under the impression they were a husband and wife team, as stated on their website. With their years of experience and prices, I was thrilled to book them for my wedding day.

When I contacted them about their packages via email the owner responded and referred me to their office manager. I spoke to her briefly and she mailed me my contract. I never got an consultation or heard anything from them,until two weeks before my wedding. We went over my details and was told someone else would take my pictures. I was also told that I had a balance due, but I had mailed them a check months prior to my wedding. Thank goodness they had it on file or it would had been a different story.

Our photographer did an amazing job with our pictures. He showed up early to scope out our venue. However, he couldn't find my pinterest board (although I had follow Bella Rose). But again, I am more than happy with them and how they turned out.

The headache began after our wedding. We got some early sneak peeks from our photographer but waited six weeks to see them through Bella Rose. We then waited the full 60 days as stated in our contract to get our pictures, but our disc arrived two days after that. We received a link to our pictures around 11pm on day 60. I notice a few pictures were missing and contacted them the next day. They only found one of the missing pictures. My disc didn't read on our laptop or computer so I had to call back to get a new one.

I received about 400 pictures of my whole wedding day. Again, I was under the impression that I would get all my pictures and not just the select few they thought were good. No where did it state on my contract or online that with the particular package I went with will only contain an X amount of pictures.

So if your wedding is during the busy season, know that you won't get them back until day 60. Because they're expanding their business, it is not a husband-wife team.

We used Bella Rose for our engagement photos and wedding. I had asked the company prior to signing the contract to ensure I would receive the same photographer for the engagement photos and wedding photos. I was told yes many times. A couple months prior to the wedding I contacted them to make sure that was still true, and of course it was not. We originally had Jesse, but then they changed our photographer without contacting us. That is VERY unprofessional in my opinion. I then contacted the company a month prior because we had not heard anything from our new photographer. They had changed our photographer for the 2nd time. We were then FINALLY given contact information for our new photographers and they were great. They arrived on time and were very outgoing. We loved them both, but all honestly I was so nervous about who we were going to get. Very uneasy feeling on your wedding day.
All in all we loved our photographers, but the company is very unorganized and very hard to get ahold of. Also, be prepared to wait two full months for your pictures.
I would recommend my two photographers but not the company.

I booked Bella Rose because their prices were low and they would send 2 photographers with the package I purchased. To be honest, I wasn't that impressed with our photos. They did take the photos I requested, but most of the photos look very posed. If you are looking for really high quality creative photos, I would recommend looking other places.

I have been out of the states Since January of 2015 serving in the military overseas, so I know this is a little out of date, but someone recently sent me news footage of this company and their unethical business practices.

I worked for Bella Rose for a few months in 2013.... I was the “studio manger” there, as well as the photo editor. After working IN the company, I can completely understand why people have left the reviews they did, and I’m sure a lot of negative experiences were “blamed” on me self and the couple others that worked the front desk. I just wanted to make it clear, after I’ve read some posts that included “the front desk girl”... that what people are told isn’t always as it seems.

There were a lot of unethical practices going on behind the scenes.. and as an excuse, everything was used, including blaming ME when they needed an extra excuse saying “our picture editor doesn’t have them done yet”, and I promise you, they were done. I did photos in a 24-48 hour turnover time. But when people would call I’d be forced to make an excuse for them of why they weren’t delivered.

They also owed me a lot of money when I quit. They tried changing me to an independent contractor so that they wouldn’t have to pay taxes for me, I would. When I quit, because of their personal issues that I wasn’t willing to deal with, I was supposed to have a final check of around $700. They gave me $150 and claimed I owed them for other work-related expenses. They forced me to sign a letter of resignation to even receive this $150 check, which is illegal. I’m not surprised they went out of business shortly after. They are good people as PEOPLE. just not meant for the business industry, especially running one on their own.

I was very disappointed with this company. Each time I tried to reach them over the phone either no one would answer or I would speak with the girl at the desk who said she would pass on the message to photographers so they would call me back, but I wouldn't recieve a call back. When we spoke about what photos I would like taken they said they would print off my pintrest folder so they knew which photos I wanted taken, but looking back on it they only did one of the photos that I wanted. My engagement photos did not turn out well and it took me four visits to get the correct wedding photos. The first time I stopped to get my photos they left the office early even though I had called earlier in the day to confirm that I was going to stop in and pick up the photos before close. I was incredibly disappointed with the service I recieved and thought the company seemed very unproffessional.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Choosing Bella Rose as our wedding photographers has been one of the biggest mistakes we’ve made. This has honestly been the worst business transaction I’ve ever been a part of. We purchased the $2500 package (made the mistake of paying in full before the wedding )and have only received photos from our engagement shoot and one photographer. So basically they're missing a ton of our valuable photos. I know there can be bad business deals, but they deal with wedding all the time. They know how important this is to the couple. If they would have been more professional and shown that they cared at all, i probably wouldn't have written a review. However it's not fair to let any other couples go through this. I see from other reviews now, there are several more than us. Just do yourself a favor and don't use Bella Rose, if you do have family take a lot of pictures as well, because that's all we've had to use. AND DON'T PAY IN FULL. THAT'S ALL THEY CARE ABOUT OBVIOUSLY.

Very unprofessional; would never recommend them to anyone. They were bad at returning calls and photos weren't great quality. Jesse and Jessica were supposed to shoot our wedding but sent replacements instead without calling us

Ill start by saying that the photographers that came to our wedding were outstanding! Friendly, flexible, professional, and fun. The company itself though, was awful to work with. Follow up was poor, very unorganized, and difficult to work with. We did not even know who was coming to photograph us until the day of.
I truly loved the people that came, but the process leading up to it was a mess.

Please think twice if you’re considering using them for your wedding photography services, not worth the money! We got a lot of great pictures, however, there are several that are missing that we will never be able to get back. They wouldn’t allow us to give them a “shot list.” I unfortunately was responsible for saying who needed to be in what photos. We intentionally picked the package from Bella Rose to get a second photographer and to have the videographer from the same company. The second photographer told one of our groomsmen during the reception that “he was only there because he was the photographer’s daughter’s boyfriend.” All of our pictures of our wedding party, bridesmaids, groomsmen, etc. were taken with an abundance of dead grass clumps in the picture. When the photographer was approached about this after the wedding, she immediately became defensive and was “upset” that I, as the bride, didn’t say anything to her the day of. The indoor pictures are awful. Jessica also accused my father of saying falsities regarding her work. She’s a blatant liar! The video of the church is such poor quality, the sound is very poor, and the videographer was coughing through the entire video. I was promised on the day of the wedding that I could get my thank you card pictures prior to the 60 day mark of my contract, when I attempted to communicate with Jessica, the owner/photographer several times I was told to contact the office to set up a meeting. I attempted to contact their “office” several times during their office hours stated on their website, left multiple messages, and received no response. We received our online link to our proofs of our images at 11:57 PM on the 60th day. The pictures we did receive, though were edited, had so many missing, it took Jessica over 2 months to rectify this situation Throughout the entire process, Jessica came back to me with so many different excuses. I e-mailed, called, left voice mails, etc. time after time – with no response.

BEWARE!! We had a horrible experience with these photographers. They are extremely unprofessional in so many ways. We had to fight them for 2 years to get hundreds of our missing wedding photos and none of the photos we received were edited so I had to edit them myself. They were impossible to get ahold of once our wedding was over. I finally got ahold of them over facebook where Jessica berated me continuously when I was just calmly asking for her to send our missing photos. Jesse did our engagement shoot and he made us both feel very uncomfortable. There was no creativity or enthusiasm during the shoot, leaving us feeling like we were running the show instead of the actual photographer. They changed us to a photographer we'd never met or even heard of just a couple weeks before our wedding because they were suddenly "too busy" to shoot our wedding day. We have since met dozens of couples who have had similar experiences and many who are still missing photos, videos or other products they paid for. Some have won court cases against Bella Rose and KARE 11 (local twin cities news station) even did an investigative report on them due to so many complaints. I would never recommend them to anyone.

do not use Bella .My daughter got married in 2014 and the pictures were sub stander . They didn't get there in time to do wedding dress pic without the bride the flowers where there on time. The tradishal photo of the couple they cropped the grooms head from another picture looks like a bad experiment that went bad. We never did all the special things they told that we would get because we just gave up working with them.

STAY AWAY from these people. Read the earlier reviews on this thread about newlyweds not receiving their photos. Read the many reviews from The Knot on how Bella has left newlyweds in confusion as they try to get their photos from their special day and are STILL trying to get them almost 2 years later. The St. Cloud BBB also have negative reviews listed. Our bride is STILL waiting for her wedding package to be complete, still trying to get phone messages and emails answered after months and months of trying to work with Bella. Save yourself the headache and heartache and find a professional photography that returns phone calls, completes work on time and doesn't use I'm sick, had to let staff go, didn't get your message, doesn't bother returning messages from this photographer. Read the reviews on how Bella has ruined the wedding experience by not getting photos done on time or not done at all. I helped pay for the wedding, I have every right to complain and we're all entitled our money back. Signed.....The Brides Mother!

PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS. It is amazing how many people have connected and reached out to each other to discuss how they too have been lied to and taken advantage of by this company. Each person has their own story of how they paid upfront and either never received what was in their contract, or were dissatisfied with the work they were able to obtain. We personally paid almost $5k and have still yet to receive our wedding video 1-year later. It is baffling to see a company like this still in business with all of their negative reviews and unprofessional responses to customers. They lie, are rude and impossible to reason with. Please do yourself a favor and stay as far away from these people as possible. I would hate for you to experience what we have thus far.

Unfortunately, they were the only negative part of our wedding and the after effects were 1-year of pure misery. A bride should not have to beg and plead for the bare minimum. I can't believe these people get paid upfront. Terrible customer service, terrible business model, terrible results. Lies and excuses. 1-year anniversary has gone by and still no video, just excuses. $5k waste!

These last 2 years dealing with Bella Rose have been a nightmare. This month, my husband and I won our lawsuit against them. But even though we are being fully reimbursed, I don't have a wedding video. I will never be able to relive that beautiful moment of my life. I grew up watching my parents wedding video- I wanted my daughters to be able to watch mine- now they never will have that experience. Bella rose did give us some raw footage of the ceremony but it's utterly unusable. My ceremony was 1 hour long and we got 15 minutes worth of short clips from the back of the church that are out of focus with no audio. No vows, no kiss, no exchange of rings. Most of the ceremony moments are simply not there. I do not recommend them. Don't trust them with your wedding day.

Scammer alert!!! Stay away from this place! I give it a zero if I could. Very unprofessional. We hired them to do our videography for our wedding and we are still waiting for our video. Our wedding was in 07/25/15 and we were supposed to get our video in 6 months, we are going on 10 months and nothing so far but a bunch of excuses. I read some negative reviews here and they always respond that that's not how they do business, but apparently it is exactly how they do business. Please save yourself the aggravation and pain and hire some professionals. We have been more than gracious and waited this long but enough is enough. We have given them plenty of time to make this right and they have ignored us for the last time. We are currently pursuing legal action against these scammers! Worst decision we ever made. They will ignore you until you sue them, so be it. I will make it my mission in life to tell as many brides and wedding planners what a bunch of scammers these people are to spare as many people the pain and the horrible experience that we've been through. What should've been a joyous memory, turned into a nightmare thanks to this irresponsible company. Stay away from Bella Rose. You've been warned. These people lie to no end. Terrible company!! Please do not hire these jokers, if they think they are going to keep my money and me having nothing to show for it, they got another thing coming! DO NOT USE!!!!! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE COMPANY. The only reason they got 1 star is because I could not put - stars. DO NOT hire them!!!! If you did already I would suggest having someone else video your wedding. My wedding was 10 months ago and I still do not have my video and I dont know that I will ever get it. Every time I call she either doesn't answer or wont respond to my texts. The rare times she does or she makes her husband answer I get chewed out for it being my fault. Ummm I paid you $2500 EARLY and somehow its my fault? Every time she gives me a new date my video will be done it never is. I contact them the day they say it will be done and no response. Surprise surprise. They are HORRIBLE, have no customer service skills, have no work ethic, and are the rudest people I have ever met. PLEASE PLEASE BRIDES... DO NOT HIRE THEM!!!!! I know she will either have this deleted or will comment back and say it is not true. But I have proof, documentation, contract signed that was not fulfilled. Do yourself a favor and do NOT hire this company for your videography needs!! We purchased the Platinum package for our daughters wedding 12-13-14 - had to put half the $ down when booking which was over two years ago - then paid the balance a month before the wedding which was over a year ago. We still do not have everything we paid for! After contacting Jessica several times and even driving over two hours to meet with her to discuss the issue, we still have not gotten a professional video of the wedding. She promises a deadline (for the last 8 months!) but it doesn't happen. After waiting for months she sent us a video with several shots of the ceiling of the church and several spots where the video is blurred from moving the camera. Jessica keeps telling us they are going to edit it to make it right (she even agreed it was not up to standards) but we are still waiting for this to happen along with the finished poster. Please people do NOT hire this company!! Very unprofessional and full of excuses!!!

My fiance and I had a short engagement, so we needed to get our engagement pictures taken very quickly. We met with Bella Rose and they made a great first impression. We signed the contract and got everything set up for engagement and wedding pictures. Then they called us a couple days before our engagement session and rescheduled for the next weekend, then they did the same thing again. We did not end up taking our engagement pictures until a few weeks before the wedding! Plus, one of the photographers had me create a Pinterest board so I could pick all of the different poses I liked best for the engagement session and wedding pictures and they did NOTHING that I had asked. And with no time to find anyone else before the wedding, we were stuck with them. I honestly do not like any of my wedding pictures they took. Plus, during the actual ceremony they did not take any pictures of my face or my bridesmaids. They took a few of my husband and his groomsmen, but apparently forgot my side. It was extremely frustrating. They are not creative, not great angles, not what I had asked for...just not happy at all. I absolutely do not recommend them
