Bella Lilly was recommended to me by a co-worker's whose daughter brought her wedding gown there. As soon, as my family and i arrive, we were greeted by the personable and friendly staff. We were ushered to our own private space where the staff took the time to get to know me, my family, and helped me to envisioned the day and how I wanted to look and feel. While Crista pulled various styles of dresses for me, it was evident that she was not trying to just sell me a dress. Like me, she wanted it to be the right dress. When I found a dress but felt like there was something missing, she helped to jazz it up with a pearl belt and veil to match. I am happy to say that I said yes to the dress. It held the elegance that I sought and was ablsolutely beautiful on the my wedding day. I am so happy that I went to Bella Lily shop first. Now I hope to work with the team to preserve my gown. Thank you Crista and the Bella Luna team for the care, patience, and professionalism you demonstrated. -

I am so glad that Bella Lily was the first stop on my wedding dress shopping trip. The ladies at Bella Lily made me feel special from the moment I walked in! They are so attentive to your needs and very gentle in their approach while finding the perfect style that’s within budget. I worked with Christa, and I was so impressed with her professionalism! Not only is she extremely knowledgeable, but she was a supportive hype woman and made sure my thoughts and opinions were heard. I wish I hadn’t even wasted my time going to other shops. Bella Lily was the highlight of my experience, and I would absolutely recommend it to any bride in the Phoenix area! -

Bella Lily was my 3rd stop when I was shopping for bridal gowns and I had the best experience there - hands down! The staff was friendly, not pushy in any way, and listened to the feedback about what I liked/didn't like to help me hone in on the right style for me. I found a Stella York gown that I really liked so I came back for a second appointment during a Stella York trunk show they were having and ended up scoring a different, even more beautiful dress!
They were great about letting me move around in the gown, take plenty of pics and videos, FaceTime with my out-of-state mom, etc. I believe there was technically a time limit on the appointment but I never felt super rushed.
If you're looking for a beautiful space with kind people and gorgeous gowns - you're in the right place. :) I'm so happy I said "Yes" to the dress at Bella Lily! -

I visited a handful of bridal shops in search of my wedding dress but Bella Lily Bridal was by far the best - and I found my dress there! The team is so helpful and they will not pressure you into buying. They genuinely want you to find your perfect dress, even if it's not at their store! I was deciding between two dresses and Brenda, the owner, came over and encouraged me to pick the dress that felt most like me. She expressed such thoughtful sentiments about how "bridal" is defined by the bride wearing the dress - it was exactly what I needed to hear. I ended up deciding to leave without a dress so that I could think it over for a couple days. When I called to schedule another appointment the following week, Bella Lily welcomed me back and in trying on both dresses a second time, I knew I had found the one and purchased it! I had the BEST experience with Bella Lily Bridal and would recommend them to any future bride looking for that memorable dress shopping experience! -

I am so pleased this was my first and only stop for dress shopping! Becca, my consultant, was so sweet and personable! She took the time to review my Pinterest board beforehand and had a good idea of what I was looking for. She listened to what I wanted and provided so many great options! She was so helpful and made what is, in my opinion, a huge decision a breeze! Many of the other girls were available to help and provide insight and encouragement as well! Even though I was limited on how many people I could bring (thanks, Covid), the girls were so fun it felt like shopping with all my best friends! I really hadn’t planned on purchasing but they made the experience so fun and helped me find the perfect dress, I said yes! -

Originally, I went to another bridal boutique in North Scottsdale. It wasn't a good experience for me, and the staff were pushy and overbearing with me. When you are looking for the perfect wedding dress, you want encouragement and attentiveness as you try on all the beautiful gowns. The staff at Bella Lily nailed it and made me feel like a million bucks! I tried on about ten dresses and found the perfect princess dress! It turned out to be the BEST experience and I will never forget it.
I highly recommend Bella Lily Bridal! -

Going to Bella Lily was an incredible experience! From the moment I walked in, it was amazing. The salon was all ours for the appointment, and we started out by sitting down and talking a bit about the wedding, the salon, and how everything would work. I was a little hesitant going in as I am a larger woman, but they had plenty of dresses in my size, in all styles. My consultant Olivia is incredible. She listened to my thoughts on each dress, and after trying on a few was able to find the perfect dress for me. I can't thank Bella Lily and Olivia enough for this amazing day and for helping me say yes to the dress! -

Bella Lily was a great experience from start to finish! The boutique was comfortable, quiet and smelled AMAZING, which felt more personal than some of the bustling salons I had been to before. I had a vague idea of what I was looking for when I went to my first appointment but was not exactly sure what I wanted.
I worked with Brenda, who was an absolute dream. She made me feel comfortable while helping me narrow down and visualize what I wanted to feel like on my wedding day. It was like shopping with a trusted girlfriend who just happened to be an expert in all things bridal. I never felt rushed when I was trying dresses on or pressured to make a purchase. Brenda even took meticulous notes about dresses I had shown her that I had pinned on Pinterest and she arranged for some to be sent to the store for me to try on. Brenda can attest it was not an easy feat finding the perfect dress for me; I had 3-4 appointments at Bella Lily before I finally found the one.
Long story short, once I found my dress, Brenda suggested some great styling tips/additions that could be made to the dress to bring the whole vision together. When my order came in, it was an easy process to come in to try it on and make sure everything was perfect. I even bought all my accessories there too, including a crystal belt, bridal hair piece and veil.
Overall, I had a wonderful experience at Bella Lily and highly recommend them without any hesitation. If you are looking for an intimate boutique to find a unique gown and hang out with some pretty cool people, do not pass up Bella Lily! -

Stress free! The girls here and so sweet!
This was the first and only store I looked at. My consultant was smart and efficient. Once she picked up on what my style was so pulled a dress that ended up being my wedding dress. She knew even before me what I was looking for! I loved the drama of my long train and the details in the bodice. I definitely felt like a princess! -

I had the best experience at Bella Lily Bridal! Their store was my very first appointment to look at wedding dresses and I was definitely not expecting to find anything on my first outing. When I walked up to the store, they had my name on a board outside to greet me (the small details go a long way!) and I was immediately greeted by all the consultants when I walked in. Alyssa was my consultant and she was just the absolute sweetest!! She honestly felt like another one of my friends who was there to support me that day. The store is so cute and organized and has a ton of gorgeous dresses to choose from.
After trying on several dresses and figuring out what I liked and didn't like, I ended up finding the one. I could not believe it! I had two other dress appointments scheduled that day, and being the analytical mind that I am, I had to at least see what else was out there. Alyssa was so understanding and she made me another appointment for the next day so that I could come back and try on the dress again. Both Alyssa and Brenda (the owner) were so sweet and whether I bought a dress from them or not, they really just wanted me to find the dress of my dreams.
I ended up going to two other stores, but could not stop thinking about the dress at Bella Lily. Bella Lily also set the bar so high, that the other stores I went to paled in comparison. I ended up going back the next day, where Alyssa spent probably another hour with me trying on the dress again with different veils and just making sure that everything was perfect. I said yes to the dress & I couldn't be more proud to be a Bella Lily bride :) They even went above and beyond and remembered that my fiancé is in the military & gave me a military discount, without me even asking.
Thank you so much Alyssa & Brenda for making this a fun and memorable experience for both me & my friends and family in attendance! You guys are first class!! -

My wedding planners directed me to Bella Lilly as I was not sure where to start. This was one of three places that were booked for myself, Mother and a few of my Bridesmaids to check out for my wedding dress. I went to Bella Lilly first, I found my dress in 45 minutes! The store is absolutely stunning with amazing staff and great energy. I was very happy and very comfortable during the entire experience. I was not expecting to find my dress so quickly! It was absolutely perfect day and I highly recommend Bella Lilly if you are in need of a wedding dress and a great experience! They have even assisted me after the wedding in details regarding dress preservation! -

My bridal gown experience began in Illinois, where I bought a dress the first time I went shopping under the excitement and encouragement from my family and friends. Flash forward a few months and our wedding venue, date, and vibe and EVERYTHING changed and that dress wasn't what I wanted at all.
My wedding planner directed me to Bella Lily, knowing my style and the type of wedding we were hoping to have. She was so right! Brenda and her shop workers were nothing but accommodating and helped me so that I didn't make the same mistake again in buying the wrong dress. At one point, Brenda even said, "I could sell you this dress that you like, but I'm not going to do that. I'm going to wait until you find the one you love." I appreciated that she was not in the business to just take my money for a dress I wasn't sold on - she wanted to help me find the one I truly loved.
She received a new stock of dresses that she knew fit my style. I came in the weekend she received those (per her expert recommendation) and fell in love! She knows her stuff and has dresses that are not only beautiful, but they are unique and unlike what you would find at your typical store. From elegant and beaded to lace and crochet and bohemian, she had it all. I definitely recommend this bridal shop. Thanks again for your help finding my perfect dress! xoxo -

Megan was my consultant helping me in and out of dresses while giving me helpful and honest advice! I went specifically for the Stella York trunk show, which is my favorite designer, and I even got to meet the designer of my dress! When I came out of the dressing room in *the one* I immediately had the attention of Brenda, Megan, the Stella designers, and even other constultants were swooning with me. I was handed a live bouquet and the ladies placed a veil on me. They made me feel incredibly special and stunningly gorgeous in my dream dress just as every bride should. I want to send all my friends to Bella Lily! My day was nothing short of magical. -

I had gone to another bridal boutique before this in Scottsdale, but even though the boutique was larger and I found some dresses I liked, it didn't compare to how I felt and what I found at Bella Lily. When you come in for your appointment, they give you, and whoever else is with you, clips to pin to the dresses that you want to try on while you are there. It was great because you feel like you are in control of your appointment. Another great feature is the dresses aren't left in their bags, but taken out and hung on the racks so you can actually see them. So much easier to see a dress that way! I really love that they only have 2 girls trying on dresses at a time. It made it feel less stressful. Brenda and her girls were awesome and really made my experience that much more enjoyable. They were just as amazing when I went and picked my dress up. I got my veil there too and I will be picking it up soon! They may not have a huge store, but the dresses they pick are perfection! -

I actually live in Gilbert which is very far from where Bella Lily is located, however, I had gone to around 7 or 8 other dress stores nearby and nothing really popped out at me that I loved. So- I ventured out further to see if I’d have any luck. And yes! It was a wonderful day with my sweet mom.
The owner, Brenda, along with the other girls who work there were so warm, friendly, and accommodating. Multiple dresses popped out at me and I think that definitely has something to do with the way the dresses are presented. They are hanging up on racks, not over-stuffed, and not in bags. They all look princess/fairy-like and beautiful and I tried on many! Brenda does an amazing job of choosing which gowns to showcase in her boutique. I was so thrilled when I found “the one” and also thrilled that it was a gorgeous gown but not an exorbitant price. My gown did take 3 months to get in but from what I hear, that’s how it is everywhere and is to be expected. I could not have been more pleased with my experience. I was sad when I found my perfect dress at Bella Lily because that meant that I wasn't going to get to hang out with Brenda anymore. She loves what she does and you can tell from the moment she greets you at the door.
Her boutique is the hidden gem of bridal gowns, and it's on the west side! It is beautiful inside and has the most gorgeous gowns to choose from. You are not just a client to Brenda, you are one of her brides. She takes care of you from choosing the gown to recommending other dress type vendors (bridesmaid, alterations, etc) that share her outlook on customer service and attention to detail.
RUN to Bella Lily Bridal and ask for Brenda, you will not be disappointed, and you will not leave empty handed. -

The dresses in Bella Lily and exquisite. It is not the type of store that has thousands of dresses stuffed into plastic bags. At Bella Lily, all of the dress are hanging up so that you can truly see them, and fall in love with all of them!
Not only did Brenda help my to find my perfect wedding dress, but she was also an amazing resource for all of my other wedding questions. Brenda helped me find our amazing invitation vendor as well as the woman who performed the amazing alterations on my dress to make it fit perfectly!
If you're looking for a truly amazing dress and a wonderful experience that you won't be able to find anywhere else, you definitely need to visit Brenda at Bella Lily Bridal! -

I absolutely loved my experience are Bella Lily! My consultant, Meghan, was awesome and super helpful. The store seems small, but every dress they have in their inventory is GORGEOUS. My consultant ended up taking a dress I liked and adding straps to make something I absolutely LOVED! Super flexible and welcoming staff! Definitely recommend. -

The pricing for this store is misleading in the wedding wire. We were told several times before we could book our appointment that their dresses ranged from $2.5k-$7k and they asked if we could afford this price point before booking the appointment. Since this was the closest store to our home, we still went ahead and booked the appointment. In advance, a large questionnaire was filled out that asked exactly what we were looking for. Once we arrived, we never saw dresses except the ones brought to us and none of these were what we had requested on the bridal questionnaire. They had asked if she had other dresses she liked, and she showed them of the dress she had tried on at another bridal store. I am unsure if their inventory was low but they were only able to provide 2 dresses to try on that was not a sweetheart neckline. As our appointment time was up, the owner stopped by as we were leaving and left us with a snide remark. I felt from the very beginning when we initially booked this appointment, they were adverse to deal with. I would not recommend this bridal shop to anyone.
