Josh with Bella Grace Studios recently shot my wedding at Ashebourne Farms, and I absolutely loved working with him and his team. Not only does Josh deliver unparalleled digital and film photos but he and his team are beyond amazing to work with. He went above and beyond every step of the way to ensure that the process and our day was everything we could have ever dreamed of and more.

Josh is the best at what he does. He has truly perfected the art of capturing the magic of your special day but, more importantly, he does it with kindness, respect and a loving heart. While he started as our photographer he quickly became a friend. I look forward to reliving the most special day of our lives through Josh's lens. I cannot recommend Bella Grace enough.

Josh with Bella Grace Studios recently shot my wedding, and I absolutely loved working with him. He knows how weddings work in and out and did a great job of keeping us on schedule so that we could get the necessary shots. It was a hot day so he was mindful to get us outside early enough to where we could take photos and then have enough time to take a break in the air conditioning before heading back out for more photos. He kept the trains moving and captured stunning shots along the way! I highly recommend him!

I am the MOB and I am happy to share our experience with Bella Grace Studios! I had seen Josh Meredith’s work before but had not had the privilege of working with him. He’s a True professional in every way! He also has a warm and friendly personality and he makes you feel like your wedding is the most important one he’s ever filmed. I witnessed him work with my daughter flawlessly. He got her to relax and be herself. He knows “the drill” and made sure the timing of the day while shooting pictures was dead on!
Most importantly...... the photos are gorgeous! He caught Special moments that evoke emotion, while also getting the necessary shots!
The quality and artistry can’t be beat!
Needless to say.....I HIGHLY recommend Josh Merideth and Bella Grace Studios!

Bella Grace Studios is in a class of its own! We sought out Josh because of his elegant, organic, vintage aesthetic and extensive use of film. We thought we knew what we were getting, but when we saw the final product, we were floored. Honestly, we could not believe the photos were from our wedding. To boot, he has a calm demeanor and put us both at ease during the inherent awkwardness of a photo shoot. We felt the package was a good value because it included an engagement session, two albums, and a box of prints. Another thing that was important to us was that we own th photos outright, so we can print and share as much as we want. To anyone getting married in KY, we recommend BGS 100%.

From the moment I got engaged I knew I wanted Josh to photograph our wedding. I had seen his work in Kentucky Bride and fell in love. The style and quality of his photographs are unmatched. Not only did he take beautiful photos that we will cherish forever, he also was such a calming presence on the day of our wedding. Josh was able to capture moments from every angle of our ceremony and reception. We were amazed with the amount of images that he was able to collect! I highly recommend Bella Grace to anyone looking for a wedding photographer. With Josh and his team you will be in the best hands on your wedding day.

Josh was phenomenal. Not only are his pictures truly beautiful but he helped me with so much the day of, he was truly a life saver. From keeping me on time and helping with the flow of the day to tracking down the toasting champagne when the caterer forgot to put it out, he is truly amazing. I can't praise him enough for all that he's done for us. In my opinion, he truly is the best photographer in Louisville.

By choosing Josh to photograph my husband and I's out of town wedding, we not only received FANTASTIC film and digital photographs - we gained a great friend. From the beginning Josh has gone above and beyond. He spent hours with us and used more film than we ever expected during engagement session and it only got better from there...

Our wedding was about 5 hours away at The Greenbrier in West Virginia. Josh actually arrived the day before us to be sure he could scout each location. I can't tell you how impressive it was to be able to tell our parents that our photographer took so much pride in his product that he got there early to make sure everything was perfect. He made each person he photographed feel relaxed and like they were a really special part of the weekend. By the end of the day of getting ready he had my bridesmaids laughing hysterically! He was with us for more than 12 hours that day and each photo that comes back seems to be better than the last. To top it off, he sent numerous sneak peaks that my husband and I got to see while on our honeymoon - so much fun.

By the end of our wedding weekend I had several on my married and engaged friends saying they wished they had gone with Bella Grace Photography. There's no truer compliment than that! Many thanks to Josh!!

Both my engagement pictures and wedding pictures were great! I have received numerous compliments. I love that Josh takes both digital and film photographs. You can definitely feel the magic in the film images.

I could not have asked for a more amazing experience with Bella Grace Studios on our wedding day. Josh & his team are the most talented & thoughtful people to work with. He shoots with both digital & film, & the outcome of the photos are UNBELIEVABLE.. In addition to the insane amount of talent, Josh just understands brides. He came to my parents' house while my bridesmaids & I were getting our hair/makeup done.. It was the one time of the day I was completely overwhelmed, and Josh just knew to not put a camera in my face :). Instead he took photos of my peppy/relaxed bridesmaids - which was so thoughtful & perfect. I HIGHLY recommend Bella Grace Studios, as they have made my wedding experience absolutely unforgettable!

We are absolutely in love with Josh at Bella Grace Studios... he was at our wedding for 12 hours and seemed to never stop. He put us at ease all day and I would recommend him to anyone who asked. So happy he still uses film as those pictures really stand out! Best decision we made.

I heard about Bella Grace Studios through one of my friends and ever since then, I've been admiring Josh's work. I had referred him to many of my friends who were getting married before me, so it was a no-brainer when it came time to plan my own wedding!
The day of the wedding Josh showed up super early to go scope out some areas in Cincinnati for our bridal party to get pictures taken. He decided on Ault Park which was less than five minutes from our venue and church. He was FANTASTIC. He used both film and digital, which I loved. Film is so beautiful---it's like a lost art, so I was ecstatic when he said he was going to use film for a lot of our pictures.
He stayed at the reception way later than I expected him to, but I am so glad that he did-- he filmed some of the greatest pictures I've ever seen!! I never told him ahead of time what shots we wanted nor did we give him any specifics, but after looking through our photos, I realized I didn't need to- Josh read my mind.
My family and I chose to have a wedding planner, but honestly, we probably didn't even the day-of-coordinator there thanks to Josh. He knew what needed to be done and when. Not only could I count on him to take amazing pictures, but he also acted as another wedding planner. He stuck to our schedule and made sure everyone else did too!
About two weeks after our wedding, he sent a sneak peak, which he posted on his blog. And then about a month later, he sent us our photography link and then a few days later, our CDs arrived in the mail. Five CDs included thousands of film, edits, and originals. Josh beautifully captured our most favorite day to date and we will forever cherish our photos!

I can't express how great our experience was with Josh and Bella Grace. Josh is the consummate professional. He went over and above the call of duty for our wedding. His calm and collective personality was a real blessing to me especially when it came to getting ready for the big event. He knew the schedule better than the wedding planner and did more than she did to keep everything on time and moving smoothly. Everything he did to make the wedding day run well was just a bonus to the quality of his photos. He took a ton of photos on digital and film and we couldn't be happier. Josh's vision for photography is unparalleled by any other photographer I've seen. He is the whole package and I couldn't envision our wedding day running quite as smooth without him. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a photographer without hesitation.

We had a great experience with Josh and absolutely LOVE our photos. We loved his style instantly and were excited that he was available to shoot our wedding - I truly don't think anyone could have captured the day as well as he did. It felt like Josh was EVERYWHERE for the whole day (without feeling like he was all over the place - a wonderful photographer trait). He captured all of the smallest details that we didn't even think to ask him to photograph…he noticed everything. We got our photos very quickly and, in looking through them, realized that Josh didn't just take pictures of our wedding day; he captured the magic of the day in every image. We get complimented again and again on our wedding photos and would recommend Josh to anyone.

My wife and I had just moved to Louisville from Brooklyn, NY and we stumbled upon a Bella Grace Studios ad from the Original Makers Club book floating around all the hip spots in Louisville. We had reached out to a few photographers already and were about to make our decision but when Josh got back to us and invited us over to his office to discuss our wedding, it was a done deal. He completely understood our vision and showed excitement in wanting to capture our most awesome day. He has such a good eye for detail and is very good at making the bride/groom feel comfortable while capturing such vulnerable moments. He's also so well connected to industry professionals in and around Louisville and was able to connect us to some awesome vendors.

The pictures we got back from Josh are stunning. I do believe that the most important decision you will make regarding your wedding is choosing the right photographer because when we look back on these photos we are instantly reminded of how incredible that day really was for us and without the quality of pictures Josh captured, we'd be left with mediocre images that wouldn't have represented the feelings we felt on September 13, 2014.

I'm so thankful that we chose Josh and feel fortunate that I can now call him a friend. He's good people.

My husband and I loved working with Josh and Bella Grace Studios! Josh is extremely talented and creative. We hired Josh to shoot our engagement session about a year before our wedding- we were immediately comfortable with him and loved our photos. We were so excited about our wedding photos because we knew Josh would do a great job, and we were not disappointed. The photos arrived before they were promised, and the CD contained a great variety of photos from the ceremony, reception, dancing, details, etc. I'm not surprised, because Josh and Shana were everywhere the day of our wedding! They did not miss a thing, showed up so early the day of the wedding, and were very well prepared. Our entire wedding party loved spending time with them, they put everyone at ease and as a result produced natural, beautiful photos of everyone. We love every photo, and are having a tough time narrowing down our favorites. At the last minute we also hired Josh to shoot our rehearsal dinner the evening before the wedding. He did a great job capturing the emotions of the event, and we are so glad to have these photos. I hope we have the chance to work with Josh again in the future, highly recommend the talented people at Bella Grace Studios.

Josh was an integral part of our small wedding at Oxmoor Farms. He joined us for a venue walkthrough and helped us dream up a unique place on the property for our ceremony. Not only is he an amazing photographer, but he also has an incredible eye as a creative director! We loved working with Josh during the wedding - he is confident and provides great advice and counsel - it made everything so much less stressful working with Josh and trusting him completely...a good call because THE PHOTOS ARE INCREDIBLE! He is so talented and captured our day perfectly. From the colors to the lighting to his talent for catching the perfect moment - Josh's photos could not be more impressive. Josh also went above and beyond and shot a family barbecue the day after our wedding and captured some great lifestyle shots. He is so talented, a pleasure to work with, has an incredibly creative eye and a knack for event planning -- he worked so well with our other vendors and was a central part to our wedding day. We will cherish the amazing photos from Josh forever! Cannot recommend Josh enough. You should book him first then ask him about other recommended vendors - he also knows everyone in town. He really took the time to get to know us as a couple and helped tailor the photos and experience to be highly personal. His tailored and personal suggestions made our day feel very special. Also be sure to seek Josh's thoughts about the run-of-show for your wedding day - we ended up using Josh's recommendations for the schedule and it was perfect. He also has a great calming presence and brings the right energy to your wedding day. He captured amazing photos of our florals and the space, as well as special moments with wedding guests. Josh is amazing! I wanted to wait until I got my photos back and they were AMAZING. More than that though, Josh was incredible the day of the wedding. By the end, it was like he was apart if the gang. If you have any hesitation, don't. His demeanor the day of the wedding, coupled with my incredible photos made it my best vendor decision!

The photographs that we received were good quality but he forgot to develop some family and wedding party pictures from after the wedding ceremony. He acknowledged that he forgot to develop a few rolls and said he would have them developed and sent to us immediately. It's been months and he has stopped communicating with us. We also did not receive everything that was listed in our contract. After he received our initial check getting in touch with him was difficult. Scheduling our engagement photos took months to coordinate because he wouldn't respond to emails or calls.

Total Nightmare

Josh is a complete disaster. I fell in love with his work and quickly chose to hire him and sent in our deposit. We wanted to pay for him to come to Florida to take our engagement photos. After months of not hearing back from him, we grew concerned. We tried to let him go, he asked for a second chance and we agreed. Nothing improved. We contacted his assistant and she said that she had a hard time getting ahold of him as well. We decided to cut ties, which left us looking for a new photographer that was available on our date. Pursuant to our contract, we requested our $1500 deposit be returned. Long story short, countless emails and phone calls went unreturned, Josh said he would refund our deposit and shocker - it was never refunded. Bride beware - there are far too many amazing photographers available to risk his terrible immaturity, complete unprofessionalism, and total lack of communication. If you are looking for someone who eliminates stress during the planning process, Josh is not your guy.
