BEAUTIFUL flowers!!!!!

We loved using Bella Flora for our beach wedding and reception! They were super easy to work with! I emailed them pictures of what I liked, met with them for about 1 hour on my wedding planning trip to FL and they went above and beyond what my expectations were. Everything was beautiful and I couldn’t have been more pleased!

I cannot even begin to tell you how pleased I was/am with Kelley and Bella Flora. The flowers at our wedding were EVERYTHING I wanted them to be especially my bouquet. I asked for ivory and white ribbon tails on my bouquet and it was my DREAM bouquet. All of the decor at our wedding was perfect and I am so happy we used Bella Flora. I would highly recommend them to family and friends in the future!

We had a great experience working with Bella Flora. Kelley was always quick to answer questions I had and helped is find ways to work within our budget. She helped us design a beautiful event, even though we went in not knowing exactly what we wanted. The flowers and design turned out perfect, and we would definitely choose to work with Bella Flora if we were to do it all again!

I booked Bella Flora for the bridal and bridesmaid bouquets, but no other services. Everything went perfectly and the flowers were beautiful! Very easy to work with. They provided me several options on my original quote and I was able to pick and choose what I wanted. They also understood the style of bouquets I wanted and met my expectations perfectly!

Flowers are an obvious requirement and expense at all weddings. You can have them just be an after thought OR you can have someone like Melanie and her team use this opportunity to create something more. And have them create an enviroment and space with not only flowers, but unique and individual pieces that reflect something about you, and your partner's own individual style as a couple. Bella Flora did all this and more, transforming a very nice meeting space into something more magical and overwhelming than we could ever imagine. We were lucky to have found her in the area, and were even happier once we met her and her team. Not only was Melanie incredibly kind, but she was energetic and enthusiastic about our day like it was the only wedding she was working on. It felt as if this was her MOST important project, and the end result was phenomenal. She was incredibly easy to work with. We had some very specific needs that we communicated to her and she was able to meet them all. Once we provided her our budget, she worked very dilligently to present us with a scenario that met that budget. By the time of the big day, Melanie had filled this space with beautiful and original flora designs along with gorgeous hand-crafted structures made from found local objects such as driftwood, rocks, stones and antique candles. Talk to Melanie and her team and be specific on what you're looking to do with your day. They are all incredibly anxious to create and build a wonderful wedding space that you'll remember forever. Bella Flora came highly recommended by our wedding coordinator and we could not agree more. They were the best!

Melanie, Abigail and the entire staff at Bella Flora did a beautiful job at chad and Amber's wedding on May 3, 2015 in Santa Rosa Beach at the Watercolor Inn & Resort. Apart from it being the perfect weekend not just weather wise, but stunning from the moment we stepped out onto the beach for the ceremony. The personal touches to the arbor, the beautiful flowers in the lanterns to the reception with the beautiful lighting. The table were decorated beautifully. You absolutely captured the bride's vision and more. You all did an amazing, professional job, couldn't ask for better. Would recommend Bella Flora without hesistation! What great memories we have, that will live on. Wishing you and Bella Flora much success! Thank you soooo much!

Melanie and everyone at Bella Flora did an AMAZING job with my wedding at Sharks Tooth Golf Club. My mom and I wanted to do a lot of the decorations ourselves but Melanie took what we made and decorated the venue exactly how I had pictured it in my head. The floral arrangements she created were absolutely beautiful and all of the finishing touches she added created an absolute masterpiece. The day of the wedding Melanie decorated everything with no questions asked which made my big day stress free. I would recommend Bella Flora to ANYONE getting married anywhere near her vicinity. They do an exceptional job and I couldn't of asked for my Wedding to look any better than what Melanie and Bella Flora did.

We contracted with Bella Flora for a rehearsal dinner at the Watercolor Boathouse. Their design plan was perfect! Long white washed tables, beautiful garden flowers, twinkling lights, candles, lanterns, dressers with open drawers filled with flowers.. Gorgeous!

Wow! I don't even know how to say thank you to Amanda and Melanie, and the whole Bella Floral Team for their beautiful and amazing creative work on my wedding. From out initial conversations, to the first vendor meeting, to the actual wedding day- they made everything run professionally, smoothly and they were super responsive and creative in coming up with the PERFECT look - one that literally took my breathe away. I couldn't get over the beauty of my bouquets and flowers in gerneal!!!! All of the extra touches and ideas (bistro lighting, benches for beach, chupah design, etc) were things I wouldn't have thought of initially, and made planning from Texas much easier. I would highly recommend these amazing creative geniuses to help you create a beautiful look - definitely was the wedding of my dreams. THANK YOU GIRLS!!!!!!

Amanda was a pleasure to work with through the entire process of selecting the flowers and design of our wedding. We provided her sample pictures of our inspiration and she was able to transform our venue to everything we dreamed of and more. We were on a set budget and Amanda patiently worked with us to accommodate this. There were probably 4 rounds of revisions to make and she was quick in responses. This was a destination wedding for us from Texas and we were not able to meet in person. Amanda was able to provide us sample pictures of the flowers, setup of the tables, linens, and design as a whole. We couldn't have been more pleased with how beautiful our ceremony and venue looked. We highly recommend Bella Flora for your special day.

Absolutely gorgeous results! I engaged Bella Flora about 8 months prior to the big day and they were extremely responsive and professional the entire time. I gave them my vision and they nailed it! Our centerpieces received many compliments and I adored my bouquet. My now mother in law is extremely well versed in floral design and she was very impressed by Bella Flora's designs and costs. The decor was perfect too! When I walked in my venue on the big day I was floored. Everything was perfect and I would highly recommend using this team. They just get it.

I had a very small beach wedding but still wanted a real bouquet. I went into Bella Flora THE DAY BEFORE my wedding and it took only five minutes to describe what I wanted and get suggestions from the florist. Twenty four hours later when I returned to pick up my bouquet it was ready and waiting for me in a vase in the cooler. It was beautiful and exactly what I wanted! Thanks for making it so easy for me! The bouquet really added something special to the ceremony and wedding pictures.

I hired Melanie to be my decor guru for my wedding in October on 30a. I live out of town so I really needed someone local to handle all of the organization and planning for my event. When I first met Melanie, I had a vision for my wedding that I couldn't put into words. Somehow she got it and managed to bring my fuzzy vision to life. My mom was in hysterics because she kept asking, "what will the flowers look like" and "what will the table decor look like" and i kept saying, I don't know. I just knew that Melanie got what I was trying to do and I completely trusted her to make it happen. My wedding day was even more amazing because I, too, got to see my flowers and her magical decor along with everyone else. It was truly breathtaking.

In addition, we had a slight crisis on the wedding day, in that the county booked two weddings on the same day, at the same time, in the exact same place. Although I was about to fly into full on panic mode, Melanie was calm, in control, and at her very best. She brokered a "peace deal" with the other bride that resulted in a resolution (we started early, she started late). She was on task with the vendors and made sure that everything was perfect. If it wasn't, I didn't have to know about it since she handled everything. I just got to enjoy the magic of my day.

Hire Melanie without reservation. She is without a doubt one of the greatest, smartest, most professional people I ever met.

Melanie at Bella Flora captured my vision and then some. My gorgeous flowers and beautiful vintage decorations were simple but had exceeded my expectations. The bouquets were absolutely breathtaking. The Black Magic Roses were Stunning!! We had a backyard wedding with bistro lighting strung along the yard and lanterns along the ground it was so beautiful. Melanie suggested we marry in a gathering. It was a brilliant idea! I walked down a very short aisle and our friends and family gathered around us. It was a magical moment. Words can not express how grateful I am for this woman!!!! She is talented, innovative and has a lot of knowledge about flowers and plants. Melanie at Bella Flora was amazing to work with for our fundraising event at the Watercolor Inn in Santa Rosa Beach, FL. I was able to giver her my vision for the table centerpieces and she turned it into reality, even better than I imagined. It was elegant and timeless. She also worked well with our linens vendor and handled a lot of the communication between them. She is a gem and I would absolutely recommend working with her and Bella Flora for any special event you have in the Florida panhandle!

My wedding was in Watercolor, FL on 09-21-13. Bella Flora did an Amazing job!! They were always quick to respond to emails during the months leading up to my wedding. When we arrived in FL and had to change venues due to the weather they met with me and already had a new plan for the new venue. They made me feel very comfortable and happy! The flowers and centerpieces were everything I'd asked for as more! Thank you Bella flora for making my wedding day look so amazing!

Honestly, when we needed to make a decision on a florist, we flipped a coin. Big mistake. The florist I originally "chose" didn't understand my vision and three months before my wedding we decided to part ways. I started to panic but luckily Bella Flora was available. Bella Flora was absolutely amazing! When I was freaking out about rain on my wedding day, Alana was there to calm me down and help me come up with Plan B. Everything turned out a million times better than I every could have imagined and I can't thank them enough!

I just got married last Sat in Santa Rosa Beach and I had to hurry and write a review because Alana at Bella Flora was amazing. I'm an out of state bride so everything was done by email and pics sent back and forth. They nailed it. It was exactly what I wanted and even exceeded my expectations. I've never seen more beautiful flowers in my life. Alana was also very easy to work with and answered all questions via email promptly. Thank you so much for making my wedding day the most important day of my life.

Melanie and Jamie at Bella Flora are so sweet, professional, creative and talented! I'm confident that there is nothing that these ladies cannot create. I met them for the first time at a meeting that Heather at Defining Moments Weddings & Events organized for us! My mom described a dream she had about what she thought would be the perfect reception and Bella Flora created it! I watched Melanie draw out my mom's vision on a piece of paper and it was amazing! I was very impressed with Melanie's knowledge of plants and flowers! The ladies did a great job designing and creating the boutonnieres for the guys, my bridal bouquet and the bridesmaids' and mothers' bouquets, the ceremony flowers & decor, the flower girl's hair wreath, the lighting & decor at the reception--everything! They even brought in their own beautiful chairs for the reception & decorated the cake tables beautifully! They provided the rose petals for the flower girl and for our guests to throw after our wedding. Everything was so perfect and their attention to detail is amazing! Thanks Bella Flora!

It was great working with Alana at Bella Flora. Her professionalism, patience, and quick responses to my emails were much appreciated. I sent her a sample photo of how I wanted my lily bouquet, and she made it happen. I wasn't exactly sure of what I wanted for the boutonnieres, but I knew I wanted to incorporate our wedding colors of green and blue. She suggested a green Dendrobium Orchid and blue Delphinium Orchid wrapped in ivory satin for the groom and a blue Dendrobium Orchid and blue Delphinium Orchid wrapped in bright green ribbon for the groomsmen. I loved the idea! Unfortunately, their supplier did not have green Dendrobium Orchids so they had to substitute with a white Dendrobium Orchid for the groom's, but it still looked great. She was also patient with me as I requested different floral options for our mothers and as I requested quotes with and without bridesmaid bouquets so I could stay within my budget. I had a destination wedding in Fort Walton Beach, and she delivered the flowers by the requested time to the requested location. I would recommend!

Jamie & Melanie are awesome! Our flowers were gorgeous. Everyone commented on how lovely they were. I wasn't exactly sure what I wanted, and didn't give them much to go on, but they came through amazingly. I couldn't have imagined more beautiful bouquets. Everything was perfect. They even did the cake board for our wedding cake. I couldn't have asked for better.

Bella Flora was excellent. I was an out-of-town bride and had limited opportunities to meet with vendors, but Melanie made me feel very at ease. I don't have very much knowledge of flowers and did not feel like I was able to communicate much of a vision to her and she still nailed it! The flowers were absolutely beautiful and seemed very "me." Plus we were able to easily stay within budget. She also helped with other elements of the decor and I just loved how everything turned out. She was very flexible - I definitely bothered her a lot in the days leading up to the wedding and she was able to accommodate every request. Would definitely recommend to couples looking for a great florist in the area! Plus she's so laid back - she truly took a lot of stress out of our planning process for me!

Melanie at Bella Flora exceeded my expectations with designing the florals, decorations and tent design for my wedding. Leading up to the wedding she was professional, accountable and so uniquely creative in her ideas for the look/feel of my wedding. I wanted a polynesian inspired outdoor wedding with a natural feel and she totally captured that. When I walked up to the reception tent I was so excited - it looked like a wedding out of a movie! It was incredibly beautiful with orchids, manzanita branches and lots of candle light. I was so happy I chose Bella Flora to do my flowers and event design and would recommend them to anyone!

Correct color and timely delivery

The delivery guy was very nice and timely. Flowers were the correct color. More expensive compared to florists in IL but we were pleased overall.

Bella Flora 30A were exceptional throughout our wedding planning process, working with us to refine options and budget as necessary. The flowers turned out beautifully on the day of the wedding and even though I hadn't seen the specific blooms or vases I selected until I arrived at the venue the day of the wedding, Melanie and Jenn captured the "vision" we had discussed perfectly! I would highly recommend working with them.

Had a beautiful wedding and enjoyed seeing the reception space come to life. The team at Bella Flora was responsive and professional as well as easy to work with.

The flowers were AMAZING! Incredibly beautiful...

The only aspect that keeps this rating from a 5 is the labor fee. Hard pill to swallow and can't' think of any other industry that has such a markup.

I would recommend Bella Flora for their work...but make sure you budget accordingly.

I didn't think I cared AT ALL about the flowers until I started working with Bella Flora and saw some proposals. Now, I am SO happy I chose not to do them myself. I really think the flowers made a big difference on my wedding day. Kate was able to capture my vision and was helpful at making suggestions within my budget. On the day of my wedding, I was blown away by my flowers! I wanted a crown instead of a veil, and it was so beautiful. There were also some surprises - the arbor I rented through the company was decorated so beautifully and there was a special centerpiece on our head table. I did not realize how much I would be able to get within my budget. I am glad I worked with this company and would DEFINITELY do it again!

Bella Flora did a wonderful job. My calla lilly bouquets were flawless & the groom/groomsmen looked stunning in their orchid boutonnières... I only wish I reviewed the mother of the bride, groom, & grandmother's wristbands before the wedding. I wasn't thrilled with the quality of the wristbands. It's my fault as I planned my FL wedding from NYC & didn't ask to see the final product before the wedding.

Jamie Cooper and Bella Flora did an amazing job on my flowers, and decor for my big day at Cabana Blue in Santa Rosa Beach. Her flowers looked exactly like the example pictures she sent me, and the ceremony and table settings turned out so beautiful! She was so sweet to talk to, and listened to everything I wanted, as far as colors and flowers. She made suggestions that turned out gorgeous. Being a florist, I'm sure it is a busy time, especially during wedding seasons, so sometimes it would be a week or so before we would hear back, but the quality of their service made up for that! I have no regrets with Bella Flora! I highly recommend them for your future wedding events.

Bella Flora does beautiful work. The flowers were gorgeous and exactly what I wanted. Melanie is also very creative and comes up with some great ideas. Visit their store because they have so many things that will inspire you. We got to hand pick out the silver vases, lanterns, etc...

They were sometimes slow to respond to emails but Jamie was always very friendly and easy to work with. I went through several revisions and they didn't blink.

Also on the day of the wedding they added several special touches that I hadn't paid for. They went above and beyond to make our day beautiful. They were also easy to work with for rehearsal dinner decor too.

When I first started working with someone at Bela Flora, it was fine. After a few emails back and forth, it became a nightmare. This person was so rude and unprofessional. I went months without hearing anything. I eventually got in touch with them and learned that the person I was previously dealing with had quit, and never bothered to let me know. because of this I was left in the hands of two others. If I had dealt with them from the beginning, I would have given it 5 starS. They were so sweet and helpful and apologetic. My flowers were beautiful and exactly what I wanted.

The ceremony and reception space were pretty, however I don't think they executed what we had spoken about. I wasn't unhappy with how it turned out but felt the service was overpriced for what we received.

After interviewing several florists, Bella Flora was the only company who fully understood what I was looking for. The reception decor was just as I had imagined, and more! Since I don't have a great eye for detail, it really helped to have someone like Melanie who does because the attention to detail at the reception was great. The bouquets were perfect! She made sure my bouquet "fit my size" since I was a taller bride.

My only complaint would be the lack of communication. The best way to get a hold of them is definitely the phone. If I sent them an email, it would take weeks for them to respond. My mother-in-law was going to use them for our rehearsal dinner, but she never heard back from them after a few phone calls and several emails. I hope that this failure in communication will change because they truly did a great job with the flowers and decor for my wedding. But for the sake of planning, it would have been comforting to hear from them sooner when I would email them.

Bella Flora (Melanie Jones)—Bella Flora appeared to understand our vision better than the only other florist on our provided list of vendors but that does not mean that things were made easy at all. Firstly, we had to deal with a several changes of employee handler. This wasn’t that big of a problem really because for the most part all of the employees who were responsible for our service were equally difficult to contact. We live outside the US and therefore timely correspondence was HUGE for us and we did not receive it throughout most of the year-long process. When a sample contract was provided it was basically only words. When dealing with paring down things we did not need we were told several time about the florist’s profit margin. HIGHLY INAPPROPRIATE. Either Bella Flora only works with the super rich, or style-less and gullible, because as far as I understand…I ask for what I want, you give it to me, and I pay a fair price for it. These of course are the basic rules of service provision. When decided to extend our reception with an indoor after-party gave us an inflated price for balloons and paper décor. When we said we would try different décor they gave the same price, once again stating their cost/profit ratio. So we did not use their service for the after party. And we were pretty disgusted, despite being helpless with only 3 weeks until the event. The reception was a great event even though we asked each other several times what we had paid thousands of dollars to Bella Flora for. They skimped and cut corners on everything from the lighting to the flowers in the center pieces. The flower girl’s halo was nice though. Overall, steer clear of Bella Flora if florals and décor is of any importance to you. If you don’t overpay them they WILL give you low quality products and shameful service. They were by far the LARGEST source of stress in the planning process!!! The ONLY thing that made my fiancé cry!!
