Great service! Bella di Sera transformed my bad experience at another bridal store into an amazing one. I had purchased a wedding dress at another store one year before my wedding. There were some issues with the dress and it was not going to arrive as scheduled. I went to Bella di Sera hoping to find another dress that I would like as much as my first dress.

Antonella and the owner, Mirella, greeted myself and my mom into the store with extreme kindness. They offered us a personnalized service and did not pressure me into buying a dress on my first visit. Antonella listened to my story and my taste. I went back for a second visit. She was very patient and kind. She was able to find me a dress within my price range that I love more than my initial dress. Mirella, the owner, was also there the day I chose my dress. She was extremely nice, patient and helpful. Thank you to Antonella and Mirella for helping me find the dress of my dreams!

Great Service! Antonella was great even though I dont speak french well enough to explain everything I want about my dress, she was great mixing her italian and french, she got the message across! But the best thing Bella Di Sera got going is the seamstress CLARA! I fell in love with this dress on an accidental visit but bought it that same day, 30% because of Clara. When I thought it impossible to do, magic woman Clara altered my dress from size 10 to size 4 so PERFECTLY, just like she said she would. so confident, great work and all delivered so lovingly, it almost felt like my mother was doing the alterations! I plan to drop in to say hello everytime I get a chance when I go to Montreal!
Value of cost: well, it was a bit too expensive....but what the hell, you only get married once (should only get married once!)

I went there in November 2009, they greeted me very well offered me some coffee, told me to take my time and chose the dressed that pleased me the most. I felt like home, these women were like mothers to me, always complemented me. The four ladies all had very good opinions, no pressure what so ever. Might have been because I went very early Sunday morning, there was basically nobody compared to Saturday afternoon that was extremely hectic for them they said.
The place was stylish and big mirrors surrounding the trying area with a huge stage. Prices were little to overrated, but hey, its a once in a lifetime thing!

Nice selection of dresses. A little pushy and expensive wth the alterations but will bargain with the prices.

Very pricey (4k-5k)! They are supposedly "designed" by the owner so the dresses are one of a kind. not sure if this justifies the price because they're not that much nicer... They also carry exclusively Eve of Milady here but it's very overpriced; i recommend driving to NYC for them instead (that's where a friend bought hers)

The reason for the terrible rating is because they were terribly rude. Why would I pay so much for a dress for this kind of service?? For the same price, you can hve a much nicer experience @ Kleinfeld!
