    Personable, Helpful and Very Enjoyable experience!

    They made the whole process, from inquiry to decision making, very seamless and a very enjoyable process. The store had a ton of options for the styles I wanted, with all colors and different prices. The best part of the experience was Brianna who was helping me pick out a dress. She was super helpful and clearly had an extensive amount of knowledge regarding the dresses in the store. Following the appointment they set up a website for you where your bridesmaids can vote on dresses and like the ones that are their favorite! Extremely positive experience.

    Wonderful experience!

    I had a hard time finding a bridesmaid dress shop to work with, as the color I was envisioning was hard to find and I couldn't find many that offered jumpsuit options! I was so happy to find out the Bella Bridesmaids had everything I was looking for. Working with them was efficient and simple, and my bridesmaids all looked so stunning in their unique styles! Thank you to Bella Bridesmaids!

    Jillian and the whole staff at Bella Bridesmaids were so great to work with! I went in twice with two different bridesmaids and each time had a wonderful experience. They really know their dresses in there and are so incredibly helpful! I would highly recommend going here to find your bridesmaid dresses.

    I had my bridesmaids pick their own dresses. Two of my bridesmaids purchased from Bella Bridesmaids. They were incredibly responsive, provided wonderful options, and displayed excellent customer service. One of the dresses was embellished and when it arrived from the designer, it was missing a row of beads. Bella Bridesmaids was quick to contact the designer to correct the problem and made sure the dress arrived in timely. They were great!

    Bella Bridesmaids was wonderful! I loved that they schedule private appointments, it really makes the experience so wonderful. Kristin even came in on her day off because it was the only day that one of my bridesmaids could get fitted. The bridesmaids dresses were so beautiful! Thank you Bella Bridesmaids!!

    Everyone at Bella Bridesmaids was wonderful, professional and friendly. Several of my girls had some special reqests and they were easily able to handle them without issue. As a bride I had many other things to worry about, it was nice to know the bridesmaids dresses were not a hassel, I trusted it was in good hands.

    Best place for bridesmaids

    Bella Bridesmaids is awesome. I would highly recommend them for any bride looking for her bridesmaids. They have such beautiful dresses and are extremely professional. My maid of honor lives in a different state and they were able to accommodate her at a different location and make sure everyone was on the same page. My bridesmaids are going to look fabulous on the day of!

    Overall, we LOVED our experience here. My bridesmaids had a huge selection, and FINALLY a cutesy place we could focus exclusively on the bridesmaid dresses without the fuss of wedding dresses everywhere. The customer service keeping us on our timeline was amazing, and the girls who worked there were so helpful. We trusted their style because they were dressed super well, too. We were kind of annoyed by the $25 fee for each dress, which was called "tax" if you picked up in store and called "shipping" if it was mailed to someone. Also, we wish they offered some sort of tailoring service or partnered with someone who did so we didn't have to make four trips (one for measuring, one to pick up, dropping off at a tailer, picking up at a tailor). But, we loved the quality and the whole experience.

    Bella Bridesmaid had a great selection and sent me so many links to dresses not in the stores but could be ordered or brought to the store if needed. What impressed me most was the customer service. One of my bridesmaids was in NJ during Hurricane Sandy (a few days before our wedding!) and her alterations store closed down with her dresses stranded inside. Kristin contacted other Bella Birdesmaids to get me so many dress options in my color & style and work within our few days timeline. I was so impressed! :)

    This is the cutest shop with an excellent selection of quality dresses. I loved working with Kristin! She was so helpful and treated my bridesmaids so well. I would recommend Bella to anyone needing a dress for any occasion.

    Beautiful dresses!

    We got all of our bridesmaids dresses here! We booked an appointment day of, and I had no idea what I was really looking for. Laura was so helpful in guiding my train of thought to pick the perfect dresses! Definitely pricier than other places we looked, but all of my girls looked stunning on the day of! The quality of the dresses was apparent! One downside was that one of my girls wasn’t able to fit into her dress a month before the wedding. Being a month out, we were unable to order a dress of her choosing or through Bella Bridesmaids. However, Bella Bridesmaids did point us in the direction of Poshmark, so we were able to buy a used dress in time for the big day! All in all, beautiful gowns, but definitely make sure to go bigger with the off chance it doesn’t fit later as there is not really a plan B.

    Bella Bridesmaid carried only bridesmaid dresses which made the search easy and convenient for my maid of honor and two bridesmaids. They were able to try on a variety of different dresses and ultimately choose the designer and dress style that best suited their individual style.

    The staff at Bella Bridesmaid were very helpful, professional and willing to answer any questions I had. They were great!

    If you plan on having your bridal party purchase dresses from Bella Bridesmaid, you have to allow enough time for the order to process. It took about 4 months for my girls to receive their dresses and that was a couple weeks before the wedding.

    While my girls picked their own dresses, the price is rather high and does not include alterations at the store. Each of my bridesmaids had to alter their dresses which raised the price they paid for their gown.

    Overall, Bella Bridesmaid is a FANTASTIC place to find your bridal party's look! Great selection and great people!

    Great experience! Just overly pricey

    Bella Bridesmaids was fantastic! Brianna helped us from complicated appointment scheduling to getting to know my bridal party and our wants/needs! She was so kind and knowledgeable, offering advise and expertise that I really needed! The only critique I have is not necessary for Brianna but for the prices and timelines for the dresses. For the quality that they are, they were priced over competitors and it took longer to get them ordered/delivered than it does for all the bridal gowns I looked at. That is my only critique, in general I had a great experience :) Thank you!

    Good purchase experience/ Sucky policies

    Initial experience was amazing. They were super responsive and helpful. I had a specific dress in mind for my daughter and they had it! She went, tried it on, ordered and we waited. When it arrived she picked up and was happy. We took the dress to a seamstress a month later and the zipper was broken. This is only the second time she put it on. I reached out on 11/20/2023 where a sympathetic Laura said they would reach out to the designer for a new zipper. Then I never heard back. I reached out to the designer myself (Watters so it was not a cheap dress) and they directed me back to the salon where once you leave no returns or refunds.

    Bottom line, I paid $200+ for a defective dress and now I need to pay additional for a new zipper (that won’t match) plus the original hemming. For the price, I’d expect more quality and some help, but alas here I am spending $400 on a dress.

    Inaccurate sizing

    I had such a lovely experience trying on dresses. The dress size I tried on was an 8 and fit me perfectly. When I went into the store to pick up and try on my dress the lady had to a hard time zipping me in the dress and couldn’t clip it. I could barely breathe in the dress. I understand when you try on dresses they may be stretched out a bit and weigh could be added but this was extremely tight in the lace on my rib cage not stomach area. The employee did not recommend any solutions and she knew I left unhappy because it didn’t fit. I couldn’t even ask for another size or dress because it would take another 12-16 weeks and wouldn’t have it in time for the wedding. I went to alterations to take out the zipper and make a V shape to be able to breathe but the laced part on my rib cage was just way to tight. Overall I was not once satisfied wearing this dress and the sizing is not accurate. Another girl in the bridal party order a size 8 (same size as me) and it was 3x two big for her… I am getting married December 2022 and for this reasoning I will not use Bella Bridesmaids due to the sizing issues we have experienced and their length of time to even fix the issue on their end.
