Loved our experience!!
With bridesmaids from around the country, I wanted to make sure that all my girls had the opportunity to try the dresses on and pick the style they liked in person. I also had a large bridal party of 9, making coordinating fittings much more complex. The Nashville Bella Bridesmaids store made the process so easy! Kate and her team were super patient and were very helpful in helping me select the perfect line of dresses for my bridesmaids. We ended up choosing Jenny Yoo, who I also highly recommend!
Even after I selected the dresses, Kate helped me get in contact with the NY store so my other bridesmaids could try on their dresses and pick their styles. The online portal made us SUPER easy to track what dresses my bridesmaids liked and who had paid. Kate was also extremely responsive and always answered my questions promptly.
I would overall highly recommend Bella Bridesmaids if you have a large bridal party and/or bridesmaids all over the country. They have this business down pat and will make sure your girls look their best in their dresses the day of. Their exclusive styles are also hard to beat! Don’t think twice, use Bella when you need bridesmaid dresses! -

I had a wonderful experience as a bride who used Bella Bridesmaids to coordinate a dress order for my six bridesmaids, who all live in different cities. Allison and the rest of the team at the Nashville location were super helpful and responsive throughout the whole process. They listened to my vision and budget and helped me to find the styles and colors I was dreaming of, in the price range I wanted. On the day of our showroom appointment they were so awesome about letting the BM I had brought with me try on tons of styles from many different designers. We worked together to create a palette of rich lavenders and plums in a different style for each of my bridesmaids. Allison's follow-up communication was excellent and so helpful in keeping our order on track with my timeline, and when I had to make a last minute change she accommodated so graciously! The Nashville Bella team made what could have been a very complicated process for my far-flung BMs and I so much easier and fun. Thank you! -

Bella Bridesmaids is the place to be for any bride searching for bridal party attire. The staff made the shopping experience for myself and bridesmaids very fun. They have a great selection of dresses. They are also very organized and efficient, which pleased my type-A personality! My girls dresses even came in ahead of time! Highly recommended!! -

Allison was such a dream to work with. She was knowledgeable about the different designers and styles and gave great recommendations. And the bridesmaid dresses were absolutely stunning! I heard so many complimentary remarks on them from the guests- it was a Jenny Yoo dress that flattered every body type. Allison and her team were responsive, professional, kind, and excited to be a part of our big day. It was so helpful to have their help with forms and ordering and they made it all so easy. Such wonderful partners! I couldn't be more pleased with how everything turned out. -

We used Bella Bridesmaid for our wedding in August 2015 and LOVED how beautiful and elegant my maids looked in their Nouvelle Amsale dresses. We had a challenge for the Nashville Bella Bridesmaid team due to my large number of bridesmaids (10!) of all shapes and sizes but they made the process a breeze. Throughout the whole ordering processes Allison was there with constant communication, helpful tips, and status updates about which maids had ordered their dresses. We submitted the order on April 1st and they shipped the dresses late May - a much faster turn around than expected! The dresses arrived in a safe box and were in perfect condition. I highly recommended ordering from Bella Bridesmaid! It was a joy to work with them! -

My girls all went to Bella Bridesmaids to get their dresses! I picked a color, a brand, and they all came in and picked their style! It was quick and easy. The girls that did not live in town they were able to go to locations in their towns to try on styles and pick up their gowns from separate locations! I was so very impressed with how perfect everything turned out with their fittings. I loved the dresses and I know they did too! I would definitely recommend this store to all of the ladies out there searching for their bridesmaids dresses! -

Looking for bridesmaids' dresses? You only have to look at one location, Bella Bridesmaids. After weeks of searching, and having my bridesmaids' order and try on dresses from numerous retailers, I found Bella Bridesmaids. They are nearly in every major city, and it is your one stop shopping for beautiful dresses for your bridesmaids. I went to their Nashville location, and Allison Taylor was magnificent. She had pulled all the like dresses in the color and style I was searching from all the manufacturers they carry, and with her help, we found a dress the same day. Absolutely a unique service!! It is by appointment only, so it is very customized to your needs, the one shop orders all the dresses for the bridal party (whether they are in that town or not, partly to maintain color and integrity among all the dresses ordered), and will ship once they come in to anyone out of town. The pricing was fantastic, less expensive than dresses at local retail shops.
Bella Bridesmaids is fantastic, and I cannot send enough thanks to Allison in Nashville for her professionalism, courtesy, great ideas, and friendship.
Bella Bridesmaids is the best!! My bridesmaids got compliments from strangers all day / evening long, which contributes to the great styles that Bella Bridesmaids carries.

It took me a long time to find the perfect bridesmaid dress. Nothing looked right from shape to color... UNTIL I came to bella bridesmaid!!! I told them what I was looking for and they instantly had a shape and color to make my wedding dreams come true! Love Lane provided the perfect one shoulder, neutral smoke color that looked elegant, classy, and perfect in every way! Thank you for making my wedding absolutely perfect!!! -

Bella Bridesmaids was beyond amazing! I felt that they had the best selection of dresses for my bridesmaids as well as a wide range of colors! They were more than accomodating! Their dresses ever came earlier than expected ! When one of my bridesmaids tried her dress on it was a few sizes too small( I believe it was her mistake not Bella Bridesmaids) they were more than helpful to her as to let her take one of the dresses off their rack that they happen to have in the color we were using! Seriously a great establishment ! I couldn't have been more pleased! -

We went to Bella to pick out our girls bridesmaid dresses and I would definitely recommend it! While it is a bit pricey, the service and options are unlike anywhere else that we looked! Everyone there was so helpful, especially when accommodating my group of girls that lived in locations throughout the country! I had been searching at different bridesmaids shops with no luck at finding a modern looking dress that would look nice on multiple body types, but at Bella I had the opposite problem--I loved ALL of the dresses! Because you have to book an appointment, you have individual attention on you and you get all the help you could ever want or need! They even sent me a sweet card on my wedding day saying that they were thinking of me! -

I loved the Memphis store. It was appointment only, which meant we were alone in the store with the consultant -- not competing with anyone for her service and attention. I went in the first time to select the dressmaker, color and material then let my sisters pick which style of dress best suited them individually. Bella kept in regular contact with us regarding the production of the dresses. I found the quality of designers and dresses superior to the other places I looked. -

The staff at Bella Bridesmaid was so nice and accommodating - my bridesmaids and I needed to come in the evening after work and they were so gracious to allow is to do this. Most vendors were strict with their 8-5 time window, but I have a demanding work schedule like most others and they were able to be flexible. I definitely recommend Bella Bridesmaids. My bridesmaids dresses were beautiful, comfortable and loved by my bridesmaids and guests. I had matching bow ties for my ring bearers and a sash made for my flower girl's dress to match the bridesmaids and groomsmen attire. Annie Kate and Elizabeth were wonderful to work with and they made the process so easy! Don't waste your time anywhere else other than at Bella Bridesmaids! -

Definitely get your dresses here!!!!!!! Allison (the owner) is so so so helpful and professional and so sweet! I went with several of my bridesmaids to look for the bridesmaids dresses and she made us feel right at home. It felt like we were trying on dresses in one of our bedrooms, rather than in a store. She has a wonderful selection of styles and colors and takes a really thoughtful approach to make sure you find something to match your vision! She is very easy to communicate with and always responds quickly to questions, emails, etc. I will be going back with my mom to look for a mother of the bride dress! Also, because Bella Bridesmaid is a franchise with other locations it makes it easy on the out of town bridesmaids because they can get fitted even if they don't live in Nashville!

I went to the Knoxville location with 2 of my bridesmaids and we had a great experience! There were so many beautiful dresses to choose from and a great variety of colors. Our stylist was very knowledgeable, kind, and patient. She let us try on so many dresses and talked about all of our options with us. We never felt rushed or pressured to buy. Bella Bridesmaids was very helpful and convenient due to being in multiple locations. They also saved my bridesmaids money by shipping all the dresses together to one location. They have tons of choices and colors to choose from. They can be a bit overwhelming and busy, so just expect it when you go in. -

Bella Bridesmaid was the perfect place to find and order my bridesmaids' dresses. They have a large selection, in a range of prices (though no discount dresses--I think they all start around $150). The salesperson I worked with, Rachel, was so kind and helpful. The whole ordering process was easy and efficient--bridesmaids around the country were able to order and receive their dresses with ease. Great experience overall! -

I purchased a Bella dress as part of a coordinated wedding order that was handled through the Nashville showroom. I haven't been to their store, but the contract/order/payment process was through Bella Nashville. There isn't a way to review Bella nationally, since the stores are independent franchise locations, so my review is here since I did business with them.
I had posted a detailed negative review earlier today, and within HOURS, Allison (the Nashville showroom owner) had reached out to me via email. Her response was thoughtful, detailed, and kind. She attempted to address nearly all of my concerns and explain how Bella has been making changes nationally so that future customers are less likely to have an experience like mine. While I had an overwhelmingly negative process with Bella (due to national franchise policies, a terrible experience at another showroom, and a lack of coordination that may have been ameliorated since I had my interactions, fittings, and purchase experience with multiple showrooms about 11 months ago), my interaction with Allison leads me to imagine that brides and bridesmaids in the Nashville showroom have very pleasant experiences characterized by good customer service. It seems that there is a great deal of heterogeneity in customer experience between different Bella locations, so wedding parties looking for dress solutions for geographically dispersed bridesmaids may still wish to be wary and consult reviews of each location (or just have each bridesmaid work with her local dress vendor of choice, whether a franchise, an independent bridal salon, or a department store). With that said, Allison seems like a competent and truly caring wedding professional, and Bella Nashville may be a great option if your whole party is local. -

They are by far the worst customer service business I have encountered. They completely screwed up my measurements and then told me the wrong size for my best friends wedding. They did not tell us the dresses ran small and then accused me of "gaining weight and not working out" and that's the reason my dress size changed. They did not take responsibility for their mistake and would not even try and help fix the issue. I would have even been ok with a small reimbursement or exchange. I understand paying some for a whole new dress. But that does not mean I should have to pay for the whole thing. They have totally given me the run around and will cover their own mistakes up even if it means totally screwing over someone's big day. They say they do not put people in dress sizes but that is a lie. One of the ladies told me according to my measurements I am a certain size then I ordered it per a professionals advice. Then I received my dress and it was way too small! I called to try and get it fixed then I was completely insulted by being told I was "gaining weight out of control". My measurements have not changed. They type notes in their computers to cover up their own mistakes for each other. I do not recommend them to anyone!! They only want your money and will not help you at all if something goes wrong. -

Never bella
Never ever use Bella Bridesmaids in Brentwood. They were terrible from the very beginning and I should've listened to my gut. They are rude and uppity for no reason. They have cancelled my showroom but are refusing to refund my bridesmaid even though it's cancelled because of their ABYSMAL service. -
