If you want to totally turn your brain off and actually enjoy your wedding day instead of stressing over timelines, you need to hire Ayla Bellamy with Bell Bridal Co. Ayla is clearly answering a true calling because she pours so much thought, heart, and majorly flawless dedication into her work. From our very first consultation to the masterpiece that was our final planning binder (seriously, so much detail, incredibly organized), she made our 200-guest wedding at Unicoi State Park & Lodge absolute perfection. Hiring her was the best decision.
Flawless Day-Of Coordination & A Major Weather Pivot:
Ayla provided a custom full-service wedding planning package that kept our entire four-day weekend perfectly on track. She coordinated all our pre-wedding events—like the ceremony rehearsal at Smith Creek Field, a cozy campfire event at the Fireside Lounge, and a family game night—with total poise.
On the actual wedding day, when rain tried to crash our style, Ayla proved she is the ultimate wedding planner, able to handle North Georgia’s changing weather. Without missing a single beat, she pivoted to a completely new indoor plan and restructured a massive 18-table furniture seating chart to accommodate our large guest count flawlessly. She took all the stress right off our shoulders.
She and her fabulous day-of coordination team kept the hair and makeup schedule (which started at 8:30 AM for the bridesmaids) and photography timelines perfectly synchronized. Her team handled every single logistical detail: they delivered food we ordered from a local grocery store, picked up our cake, and perfectly arranged our cake toppers. Plus, they wore walkie-talkies to direct the parents, the wedding party, and us (the bride and groom) across the park from the Kissing Bridge to the main lodge. My fiancé even had a horse he was planning to ride on the field of our outdoor ceremony, and even though it was raining, she found a way to have him ride it outside the building so our guests could be dry inside but still see him from the window. The whole day was like a choreographed parade.
Stunning Custom Wedding Floral Design:
On top of her elite event design and coordination skills, Ayla is a profoundly talented wedding florist. She completely understood the assignment, bringing our pastel mood board to life with the most breathtaking bridal bouquets, delicate boutonnieres, gorgeous floral arches, and tree-cookie centerpiece table settings. Walking into that reception space and seeing her custom floral arrangements was a total moment—absolutely jaw-dropping!
Masterful Vendor Management & Absolute Trust:
Ayla built incredible, professional relationships with our wedding vendors, confidently taking the reins to run all vendor communications as the big day approached. She is someone you can trust implicitly. We felt completely secure having her handle distribution of cash tips to the vendors at the end of the night.
Thoughtful Details & Amazing Energy:
What truly sets Ayla apart are the small, intentional details. She thoughtfully arranged to have a piece of our wedding cake sent up to our hotel suite so we could actually sit down and enjoy it at the end of the night. Her energy is so infectious, warm, and fabulous that everyone at our wedding loved meeting her.
Because of Bell Bridal Co., we got to completely unplug, turn our brains off, and have the best night of our lives. We cannot recommend her enough for wedding planning and coordination! -

Saved my wedding
Without Ayla my wedding would have been a disaster and nothing that I wanted. I had a venue manager (***the venue manager has no affiliation with this company and was a separate part of the wedding, no issue with my wedding was in direct correlation with Ayla and her team) that promised to do so much and bring an entire team, she promised to help decorate, do my flowers (she also owned a flower shop), and delegate my catering count for my Taco bar. The venue manager told me a wedding coordinator was a waste of money, which is not even remotely true. The venue manager never showed, the day prior to decorate like she said she would. And waited to create my premium wedding bouquet until 9:00pm the night of the rehearsal dinner. She text me photos and the bouquet was nothing I asked for. I immediately informed Ayla how dissatisfied I was with the venue manager and Ayla tried to communicate with the venue manager but she never got back to Ayla and never showed the day of my wedding either. Ayla didn’t hesitate to take action into her own hands. Ayla then went out the morning of my wedding fixed my bouquet, my arbor, my aisle markers AND did her normal coordination. Later in the night during dinner the wedding manager did not send all my food. If it wasn’t for Ayla telling the staff to portion the food I would have ran out because the cater didn’t send enough food for 60 let alone 80, yet Ayla made it work. Ayla listened to what you wanted and executed perfectly, after the wedding Ayla continued to help with my on going battle with the venue manager and made sure I communicated my distrust and frustration with that woman and even vouched for a partial refund on my behalf. At that point Ayla owed me nothing, she was paid and her job was done but out of the kindness of her own heart she continued to help. If it wasn’t for Ayla I wouldn’t have had the beautiful day that I did. I would hire her again in a heart beat. If this doesn’t attest to the amazing things this company can do I don’t what can. Below is the bouquet she not only shop for but constructed in 45minutes bright and early the morning of my wedding and it was everything I wanted!

The best ever!
I do not know where to begin on describing our experience with Ayla other than she completely blew my expectations out of the water!! We began planning our Nashville wedding with her but after a few months we completely shifted and it became a wedding in Greece. She took this change as if it were no big deal and gave us the wedding of our DREAMS! She handled everything and made it completely stress free, she even came to Greece with us to handle the details! The vendors she found were absolutely top notch and our wedding day went on without a single hitch. Ayla was everything I could have asked for and more! She was an amazing wedding planner and now a great friend. I could not recommend her enough!!!! -

Ayla is EXCEPTIONAL!! She went above and beyond for my June wedding. She was always quickly responsive, courteous, and absolutely fun to work with. She even helped me find last minute vendors (an awesome babysitter for a wedding guest) and made my wedding day move smoothly. I could not recommend her more...she delivers. Her calming energy was also clutch when my other vendors were underperforming...I was able to relax and enjoy my special day without missing a beat. Ayla is an absolute pro!! -

Everything I needed and more!!
Ayla helped me from start to finish. She helped me create my website, and wedding invitations. She helped me with our timeline and helped me create a spreadsheet to track everything . She was there to walk the venue with me and asked questions I wouldn't have thought of. She stayed on top all of our vendors and made sure everything what what I dreamed of. She was there to support me through the really stressful times and helped calm my nerves and stay positive. The day of she took complete control and set up the venue. All I had to worry about was getting ready and showing up. When I walked into the room it was everything I wanted. With minimal guidance she executed what I needed to be done and the things I missed I trusted her to make the call without asking me and she made all the right choices for me. She did everything so the day of I was worry free which was a blessing. She would fix my veil and dress for photos or when I was dancing and even checked to see if I had eaten yet lol
She is kind, professional, talented, hard working and responsive. She took every idea I had and made it come to life. My wedding day would NOT have been pulled off so smoothly without her help and I will never forget it. -

Cares deeply, and never misses a beat!
I'm a professional photographer in the Atlanta area and have worked with many planners and coordinators over the years. After photographing well over 100 weddings, I definitely have a short list of favorite vendors, and Ayla is at the top. When I think of Ayla, I think of her smile, genuine spirit, and how carefully she holds our couples. I'll never get tired of watching her cry during First Looks... She's gold. It's nice to work with someone who keeps a lifted spirit when the day gets rough, and who has a kind heart when someone gets frustrated. I could go on for days. I wish I could work with Ayla every time! -
