  A wonderful place for a wedding reception!

  We had our reception at Queen's Hall and Terrace in April, 2023. This parlors and terrace open to the main campus quad, making for a beautiful backdrop. The venue rental fee was a fraction of other venues in the area, so that was also a bonus. As required by the university, we used the Queen's campus catering for our reception food. The food and venue by far exceeded our expectations! Jarrard Slater and the Catering staff went above and beyond for our big day. The food was excellent and our guests still talk about it months later. Instead of a seated dinner, we opted for cocktail style stations and a mix of high top tables and seated tables throughout the venue. This allowed us to host 150 guests with plenty of room for our guests to mix and mingle. We couldn't have asked for a better wedding reception! Carol Ann and the Queen's team were great to work with and I'd highly recommend to other couples.

  Beautiful Chapel

  Belk Chapel was super responsive and easy to work with! We held our ceremony at the chapel and it was the perfect location to fit our 250 guest count & in proximity to our reception in the city. The clean white interior made for great photos & there were plenty of locations around the venue/university for photos. Highly recommend!

  July Wedding

  The chapel was the perfect place for our ceremony, and we loved the reception area. Carol Ann, the wedding coordinator, was very nice to work with and helped accommodate our requests! The food and catering was also wonderful!

  Absolutely perfect!

  Absolutely STUNNING for wedding ceremony – super light and beautiful inside with two levels, which allows the photographer to get some beautiful shots above the ceremony as well. Lots of great outdoor spots for pictures! It rained on our wedding day but thankfully the beautiful back of the chapel has a covered area with columns and the photos turned out perfectly. Carol Ann is the absolute BEST to work with!! She was so responsive and helpful every step of the way. You simply cannot go wrong with the Belk Chapel!!! Thank you so very much for the best day.

  Beautiful Chapel

  The Belk Chapel is beautiful! Maureen(Event Operations Coordinator) is wonderful and very responsive to emails. Our wedding was very small but elegant. Everything was well organized and we literally have no complaints!

  Booking Belk Chapel was one of the easiest decisions in my wedding planning process. The staff are so easy to work with and are so accommodating. The Chapel is absolutely stunning and the perfect setting for any wedding ceremony. Can’t recommend this venue enough!

  Beautiful Chapel - Perfect Wedding!

  The Belk Chapel was absolutely beautiful! I am so happy I chose to have my wedding there - it is spacious, has so much natural light and the staff is also great and very accommodating! I would definitely recommend anyone and everyone to have their wedding here!

  Beautiful setting for a wedding

  We used the Belk Chapel at Queens University for our ceremony venue. We received so many compliments on how beautiful the space was, and we were so pleased with the experience. We chose to rent spaces on campus to get ready and this was a great choice for us. The pictures from our ceremony and the portraits of our wedding party around campus are absolutely gorgeous. We worked with Kat and Erin throughout the planning process and they were always quick to respond to us and helpful along the way. The day of the wedding Kat was helpful to deal with some issues that arose and squash them so that our day could proceed and be wonderful.

  Beautiful Wedding at Belk Chapel

  The Belk Chapel at Queens University was a gorgeous venue for our daughter's wedding. The event staff are professionals and were a joy to work with throughout the process of planning the wedding. They could not had been more helpful the days of the rehearsal and the wedding and were a big reason the wedding was so beautiful.

  Everything went so great with our wedding event. Queens, and Erin, and the entire team made our special day so stress-free. The communication was excellent, and Erin went above and beyond to make what we wanted happen!

  Best Day Ever!

  Great venue and space! We had such a perfect day! It was great to have Erin at our rehearsal day to go over details and on our day there was her and another person to open the double doors to make my entrance. Highly recommend this venue for a great charm and atmosphere!

  We chose the chapel because my wife is a Queens University alumnus. I had not been in it before, but the chapel is so elegant that you don't really even need decorations. We held a spiritual, but not religious ceremony, since we had mixed faiths in our audience, and everyone felt comfortable in the settling. In addition, our guests - almost all from out of town - marveled at the Queens campus, and the beauty of the Chapel. And to top it all off, it's like their new rotunda was designed for family photos! Absolutely perfect!!
  
  The other half of the equation was Erin. We first met her while scouting out venues, but we enjoyed meeting her So much that we asked her to Also serve as our day-of coordinator. This came at an additional fee, of course, but after the wedding my wife and I agreed that was BY FAR some of the best money we spent.
  
  So what's so good about her? She knows her job inside and out. She did it perfectly, she anticipated all of our needs, and she solved problems before we ever even knew they existed -- everything we could have asked for in a day-of coordinator!
