Exceptional Venue and Event Coordinator

This venue is amazing. My husband and I married here 9/14/19 and we couldn't be happier with the flow of our wedding day which wouldn't of been manageable without Narnia, the event coordinator. Narnia will go above and beyond making sure you have anything and everything you need so your day is exactly how you have imagined. She spends a great amount of time with her bride and groom's, as well as their family, to prepare for the day of their event. Bel-wood is recently renovated, new Chiavari chairs, new carpet, and fresh coat of paint, making the ballroom gorgeous. The pricing is perfect for the quality you receive! I'd get married here again in an instant if I could.

Amazing service!

The staff was fantastic! We felt like royalty. They wouldn’t even let us get our own food from the buffet. They played it for us (groom and bride only). It was phenomenal.

Flexible, kind and fun!

We randomly selected bel-wood after searching multiple venues in the area. We had never had a connection with the club but knew when we saw the ballroom and pond that it was the venue for us! We have always wanted to get married at a country club but couldn’t find one as well priced and accommodating as Bel-Wood. Randy stepped in after we had postponed our July 2020 wedding and rescheduled to June 2021. He was very helpful with the transition and worked well with our caterer and our coordinator to make sure everyone was on the same page. He also was very flexible while choosing items we wanted to use the day of to make the ballroom even more personalized to our vision. The clubhouse lost power over night the night before due to storms, but we didn’t even know! Everything ran very smoothly and was not interrupted by the hiccup in the morning. Our day was absolutely magical and I am so happy it all got to happen at Bel-Wood!

I used Bel-Wood for my wedding reception and they did an incredible job. Narnia is accommodating, professional, and overall great at her job. I would definitely recommend this venue. They made my wedding day perfect.

Beautiful Country Club Wedding

We couldn’t have had a better day! The venue looked just as we had imagined. The caterer they use was also great to work with and provided excellent service. There were some last minute changes due to the current pandemic but the wedding coordinator Narnia was a tremendous help and always available by email. I would recommend this venue to anyone who is looking for a quiet, beautiful location!

The perfect day at a perfect venue!

This venue was perfect and comes with one of the best wedding coordinators out there, Narnia Soles. We were supposed to have our ceremony by the pond but it started to rain about 30 minutes before we were to start the ceremony. Narnia and the Bel-Wood staff made everyone perfect in the ballroom. We were able to share our vision and my saved pinterest inspiration pictures and hand everything over to them and they made it even better. The service and staff were amazing. We got so many compliments from our guests about how impressed they were with the space and the staff. Bel-Wood offers a space that is special and beautiful for your wedding day.

Amazing venue!

We had a wonderful experience! The location was beautiful, plenty of parking for guests, we were able to get ready onsite and the ballroom had recently been renovated.

Helped Make Our Big Day Even More Special!!

My husband and I were very lucky to find Bel-Wood Country Club!! The venue was beautiful with all the trees and greenery! We got married during COVID-19, so we had a lot of tough decisions to make, but the venue was very flexible and helped us make adjustments that were best suited for us and our guests. I would highly recommend Bel-Wood not only for the amazing scenery but also for the amazing workers! Narnia and her team were very diligent and fast to respond if we needed anything. The day of the wedding everyone kept saying you look so relaxed and that's because I knew if something needed to be done Narnia and her team were there to help and take the worry off of me!

Our wedding at Bel-Wood Country Club was beautiful. The ceremony by the pond was perfect and the reception area was beautiful as well. The wedding coordinator is very easy to work with and went above and beyond to make our day perfect.

Amazing Venue! One stop beautiful wedding!

This venue is amazing! The wedding coordinator for the venue, Narnia Soles, makes wedding planning a breeze, and the day of flawless! The venue is beautiful and newly renovated! Onsite locker rooms make getting ready a piece of cake! The venue also has a amazing connections with caters and DJs. It truly is a one stop shop for brides who are looking for quality at a great price!

Emily And Kevin's Wedding

My daughter lives in Florida so planning the wedding from a distance had some challenges. Narnia did an amazing job communicating throughout the entire process with both my daughter and myself. She offered helpful and creative suggestions without being intrusive. She truly listens! In our final meeting Narnia offered to send pictures to my daughter to ensure the setup of the ballroom met her expectations.

Bel-Wood offers exactly what they say they do. A quiet but elegant reception/wedding venue. The location itself is an amazing backdrop for photos. Beautiful mature trees, green space with a lovely waterfall. The food, décor, and service were impeccable! The ballroom is large with lots of natural light and simple décor that can be embellished to the bride/ groom style. The set up allowed plenty of room for guests to move around the room even with a large dance floor. An outdoor patio provided more space for our guests to mingle. A large wooden bar is the focal point of the room. It is beautiful and was well stocked with our requests and staffed with enough bartenders that our guests did not wait long. The butter passed /stationed hors d' oeuvres made certain no one went hungry waiting for the wedding party to arrive. Dinner was delicious and served flawlessly. Narnia even arranged for a golf cart to take food and drinks to the wedding party while they took photos, nice touch!
My daughter and I had set goals of what we really wanted her special day to be. An elegant recognition of their love and a time for our friends /family to celebrate without going to crazy out of budget. It was important for us to just have fun and NOT worry about details as the day and night progressed. These goals met and exceeded! Narnia is a true professional. She knows what she is doing!! She is a perfect mix of being professional and kind. I highly recommend using Bel-Wood for any event. In fact, I plan to utilize them again if the need arises.

Happily Married at Bel-wood!

My husband and I couldn't have been more happy with our wedding at Bel-wood! We absolutely loved the recent renovations of the ballroom. It made for beautiful pictures! Narnia and the entire staff served us incredibly well! Narnia made sure our wedding ceremony and reception flowed perfectly. We could not have done it without her and her team. Highly recommend this venue! We're so grateful we found them. Could not beat the price and value of service!

Took our view for the day and made it a reality

Narnia was absolutely amazing. We love Bel-wood and having the assistance of Narnia made our day so so smooth and absolutely perfect. We had so many compliments of our reception. Beautiful scenery and professional service

My daughter had an outdoor wedding at Bel-Wood cc June 29,2019. Everything was done to perfection. NarniaSoles was excellent as the wedding co-ordinater and the food and service was great. DJ Andy Woody did a perfect job with introductions and music. I am so happy we choose Bel-Wood for the wedding and reception. I would highly recommend Bel-Wood CC for your wedding and reception. Bel-Wood Country Club

We loved being at BCC for our wedding.
My husbands grandparents were members, and they had been there plenty of times. The first time I saw it, I knew we had to get married there!

It was an absolutely perfect day. Everything was beautiful, and we had the best night. We couldn’t have done it without the help from Narnia. She helped with every last detail. She had also made huge improvements to the ball room with new carpeting, and repainting the walls Being able to have our ceremony on the grounds in front of the waterfall was a dream.

We can’t say better things about our wedding or the experience we received from Narnia. Highly recommended!

We could not have had a more delightful setting for our wedding! Our coordinator, Narnia S. was terrific and worked through all of the details with us and made the flow of the evening terrific, for us and our 110 guests! Their menu selections were great and fixed on site! They even had food selections for children in attendance! I would highly recommend this venue for ANY event!

I recently hosted a baby shower at BelWood and it was the perfect venue! The grounds are beautiful and it is affordable and exactly what I was looking for! The event coordinator, Lora, was so easy to work with! Very professional and on top of everything! She always listened to my ideas and worked with me to make it all happen exactly how I wanted! The food was excellent and the staff was so friendly and helpful! I would recommend BelWood to anyone and I will be using them for future events!

I cannot say enough about Bel-wood. My husband and I wanted to have an outdoor ceremony and an indoor reception, not many places were fitting the bill for us. Too expensive, not our style, etc. When we went to Bel-wood we fell in love with the grounds. It was beautiful, had everything we needed, all inclusive packages, and it had a day of coordinator basically built in! We signed a contract last May (2015) for a wedding this October (2016), and this past April I got an email from a new coordinator saying the last person had already vacated the job and she would be working with us now. I was very nervous about this, the coordinator is one of the major reasons we had went with Bel-wood. After one meeting, however, it was apparent that the new coordinator Sadie was going to be the best thing to happen to our wedding. She was super responsive, and always helpful going above and beyond.
In the end we ended up feeling that we not only ended up at the perfect venue, but also lucked into the perfect event coordinator as well.

There truly aren’t enough words to describe how wonderful my experience was working with this wedding venue, and especially their event coordinator, Sadie. My husband and I had been having a hard time finding a venue that offered everything we wanted, but all it took was one visit to fall in love with the setting: the landscaping is lovely, and the clubhouse itself is so picturesque. As an added bonus, the packages Bel-Wood offers are more affordable and inclusive than those at other places we’d checked out. The ballroom was the perfect size for our wedding—we had 200 guests—and the staff did an amazing job helping our big day go smoothly. Another big plus was the food: everything that we served was delicious, and we received many compliments from our guests.

As impressed as I was with Bel-Wood itself, though, I believe it’s worth noting that none of this would have been as wonderful, or even possible, without Sadie, the event coordinator. After the previous coordinator abruptly left in early April, I was very nervous to start working with someone new just a month and a half before the wedding. However, Sadie put my mind at ease from the very beginning. Not only did she make sure that she was up to speed on everything that we had already decided upon, but she also went out of her way to assist us with planning the rehearsal, setup times, and day-of schedule. My husband and I had worked in many special details to make it “our” wedding, and Sadie embraced this and helped us to make those ideas a reality. I truly can’t thank her enough for all of her efforts; I can honestly say that I don’t think my wedding would have been the special, memorable day that it was if it wasn’t for her.

If you want to work with someone who will make your big day as worry-free as possible at a venue that will help you create beautiful memories for years to come, I would strongly encourage you to consider the Bel-Wood Country Club!

This place is a MUST visit if you recently got engaged and are planning a wedding. My Bride and I searched dozens of reception venues it seemed until we found this place and immediately fell in love with setting. Lucky for us is was also in our price range. It is beautifully landscaped with a deck that has a perfect view of lake, trees and golf course. The amenities and service were all top notch from the food (which is by far the best from any wedding venue I've been to) to the small details like having employees shuttle guests from the parking lot to the reception hall. The food was our favorite part of planning as we had multiple tastings at Bel-Wood where the chef talked directly to us. It has a good feeling like a family run business, the owner of the whole country club actually sat down with us at one of our meetings. I cannot say enough about how impressed we were with Sadie as well. Our original coordinator left a few weeks prior to our wedding and Sadie came in, and to say the wedding didn't miss a step is an understatement. She was responsive and it was a pleasure to work with her and seemed like she had been at Bel-Wood for decades with how well prepared she was. I would recommend this venue over any other reception hall in the Cincinnati/Dayton metros. I promise you will be told that your reception is absolutely beautiful and that you will not be disappointed.

EXCELLENT!
Bel-Wood and Toni Toepfert were absolutely the perfect choice for our wedding and reception. Our guests still tell us how much they loved everything. The food was outstanding and is what our guests complement the most. Toni's help and suggestions were spot on. The service and staff were excellent. We are so happy we picked Bel-Wood. They are exactly what we hoped to find.

I used Bel-Wood Country club for our wedding venue last June. This was a cute and unique little venue where we felt that our event was special, not just another number. The event coordinator Toni was so helpful with planning, getting organized, and working with us to create a memorable and special day.

Bel-Wood Country Club is a hidden gem. Everyone there is extremely flexible and goes above and beyond to make sure your day goes off with out a hitch. The food was fantastic. The scenery made our pictures beyond beautiful. The staff made me leave with wonderful memories. I would highly recommend them and will be looking forward to having other events there in the future.

Bel-Wood was a dream location for our wedding. The grounds and the reception hall are absolutely beautiful. The staff at Bel-Wood catered to my every need and were genuinely excited for our wedding. We really wanted to get married outside but in November you never know how the weather is going to be. We were able to make a last minute (a few days) decision to have both the ceremony and reception inside. With all the windows in the room it was like having a wedding outside. The food was AMAZING!!! Weeks after the wedding now, its still one of the main comments on the wedding from our guests. The chef was able to duplicate of favorite meal to a tee. I cannot say enough good things about Bel-Wood Country Club and the wonderful staff.

We decided to have our daughter's wedding and reception at Bel-Wood Country Club because it is lovely and the event planner, Toni, is wonderful to work with. From the beginning, Bel-Wood and Toni were inviting and helpful, willing to rethink and create a menu we could afford, provide a set-up to meet our needs, and demonstrate personal interest in our vision. Toni understood both what our daughter wanted and what we parents could manage, then she worked hard to make the whole day perfect for all of us. There was not one detail that was missed! Every time I thought of the next item on the agenda, it was already completed. Our guests raved about the ambiance, the dance floor, the view, the sound, the bar and the food! The set-up was as planned and the lounges for the bridal party were comfortable and lovely. The lounges had drinks for the bridal party as promised, too, and the golf cart was ready and waiting for bride and groom photos among the stunning trees. The venue was set up and available to us days in advance, and clean up could not have been easier. Bel-wood did everything right! We served 158 people an Octoberfest menu, with appetizers and an extra cocktail hour, full premium bar, with full service buffet and clean up for under $12,000! That included 6 full hours with ceremony time, all room fees and service fees, as well as three prior hours for photos on the grounds and getting ready on site. My husband and I recently had both our wedding ceremony and reception at Bel-Wood Country Club. From day one, Toni helped us plan the perfect day! She promptly replied to emails and phone calls, and was always willing to offer advice or recommend vendors. The day of, she helped everything run perfectly and helped us stay on time, so my husband and I could focus on enjoying our wedding day and not worrying about details. The food is fantastic and both the ceremony and reception space are beautiful. The grounds are also beautiful for pictures. We received so many compliments on our venue, and we could not have imagined a better wedding day! I would highly recommend Bel-Wood!!

Belwood was a great place to have the wedding. It has a beautiful southern feel to it. Toni Toepfert was great to work with and so professional. She handled most every step of the wedding day allowing us to relax and enjoy.
The food was excellent. It tasted great and was served while still fresh from the kitchen. The staff was a lot of fun to work with and very accommodating. I would strongly recommend Belwood for a wedding.

Bel-Wood Country Club was the perfect choice for my daughter's wedding. Each pre-wedding meeting was professional, pleasant, thoroughly informative and productive due to the organization, efficient manner and friendliness of the Event Planner there. We were never rushed in our meetings and were encouraged to ask any and all questions, which is an exceptionally reassuring and customer-centered approach. Our tastings were handled with both culinary and social excellence. The wedding was wonderful and, as the hosts, my husband and I received many compliments on it. Compliments centered on the beauty of the venue, the food, the professionalism of all of the staff, the above and beyond courtesy and dedication of the staff to ensure our and our guests' comfort/happiness, and the attention to detail. When they say, something's happen for a reason, they really do. We had originally booked another location for our April wedding. When that venue called to advise us they were closing and would not be able to do our wedding. We were on the scramble for another location. We were blessed with this because we found Bel-Wood! The location is beautiful, the staff is amazing, and the planning team is amazing. I can not even find the words to describe the food but no one went hungry and not a single person complained. In fact it was the opposite and people have come to me and raved about the food that was served.
We could not have been luckier and we could not have been happier with Bel-wood and are actually relieved because the wedding was perfect and beautiful. We can honestly say it was more then we would have ever gotten with the original venue.
You are getting the best of the best with Bel-Wood and when you add in the planning staff, Toni and Chloe, you get people who will help you through all the planning, all the preparation and they get you through that day as smoothly. They were a pleasure to work with and would not have made it through all of this without them!

The Bel-Wood Country Club is a beautiful setting in the country side, but still easy to get to. The event planner was wonderful to work with. She was willing and able to accommodate all our requests and she offered helpful suggestions we had not even thought of. The food for the rehearsal dinner and after the wedding ceremony was excellent. The locker rooms are nicely decorated and comfortable, making it the perfect area for the bride, groom and attendants to dress for the wedding. The outside deck and view of the golf course makes for a beautiful setting for a wedding. The overall experience was everything we wanted it to be. We were very pleased.

This place is nothing short of OUTSTANDING!! From the location, to the atmosphere, to the staff you'd be very hard pressed to find something better. When we first sought out a venue, the Bel-Wood was in the middle of some renewal efforts. These have paid off with huge dividends-the place is the PERFECT spot if you like a variety of trees, gorgeous sunsets, peacefulness, a place that can accommodate both indoor and outdoor functions and food that is beyond compare; it's a place that just "feels good." The main ballroom is large enough to seat a considerable amount of people. It also has numerous windows allowing for guests to enjoy the outside views while attending the function. Layout and accessibility of the building for those requiring additional assistance or accommodations is terrific-it's very apparent much thought has gone into making this a place that is above reproach when it comes to fulfilling the needs of a facility for large groups of people or just visiting the restaurant for a meal and enjoying the scenery. One final note: Toni Toepfert is BY FAR the most thorough, thoughtful, respectful and complete planner, hostess and supporter any bride & groom-to-be could ever have hoped for! She learned her craft from the "bottom up" and has a true knack for what people want. She also knows how to put the couple at ease-from answering a battery of questions, to calming fears and finding ways to get the most for the customer-while continuing to represent both herself and the Bel-Wood in a professional manner. As the bride, I felt like the event went exactly as planned and it was a gorgeous location! Feedback from my guests included extremely high compliments regarding the Bel-wood staff and the food. Bel-Wood CC provided a memorable, customized private dinner party for my husband's birthday. Hosting the party at the club was nearly effortless on my part. I only had to meet once with the events manager to present my ideas, and then we fine-tuned the menu with a few emails. Both the poolside deck and the private dining room in the clubhouse were made available to us. I sent the invitations to 20 family and friends, and Bel-Wood took care of everything else: table centerpieces & linens, drinks, hors d'oeuvres, mutli-course dinner, dessert - and clean-up! The price was fair for value received and was conveniently charged to our club account.

Bel-Wood was the perfect place for our reception! We were able to use the very spacious locker rooms to get ready in. The room fit 230 people plus a photo booth and DJ comfortably. All of our guests talked about how great the food was and how beautiful the room was. Our guests loved the outside patio as well. Toni was wonderful throughout the whole process and very helpful. I would definitely recommend Bel-Wood to others.

The reception could not have been more perfect. The staff at Bel-Wood was so pleasant and professional. The food and service was fantastic. In 25 years of business/personal meetings, I have never been more pleased with something that I have scheduled. There's a magicalness to Bel-Wood that is a little hard to explain, but you will definitely experience it as you pull into the long, winding drive. It is nestled off the road surrounded by hills, trees, ponds, and beautiful landscaping. The staff reflects the peace and beauty of Bel-Wood's surroundings. Everyone was helpful and genuinely excited to make our daughter's reception everything she hoped it to be. The ballroom is pretty but with a quiet quaintness and elegance to it. With three more daughters, we hope to be returning to Bel-Wood for more wedding receptions!

I got married at the Bel-wood location on June 11, 2011 and everything was absolutely perfect!!! The Elements staff is AMAZING!! I worked specifically with Nidhi and Varun in planning and Varun was there coordinating things on the big day! Nidhi is so kind and helpful and always wanted to make sure we got everything we wanted.
On the morning of the wedding, I was frantic because there was a mix-up with the place we got our tuxedos from and they did not give us pocket squares, which I had asked for. My mom had mentioned to Varun the issue with the pocket squares and Elements staff went right to work, they called the tux shop to try a fix it, and eventually someone from Elements got fabric and made us pocket squares!!! They took care of everything and made sure everything was perfect! I mean really, pocket squares, it was silly that I was so stressed about pocket squares but they took care of it right away!
Varun also helped my mom and sister set up and did a wonderful job helping my sister set up our candy bar! Everything looked so beautiful! The room was stunning and the service was amazing. At a meeting before the wedding I had mentioned that I wish I didn't have to take pictures after the ceremony because I wanted to eat some spring rolls at the cocktail hour, and sure enough, as I sat down for dinner, Varun came by with a plate of spring rolls that he had saved for me and my groom!! :)
Oh, and the food was DELICIOUS!! I got so many compliments about the food, and it really was sooo good and the portions were big! I could not even eat all my food, I only wish I could have taken leftovers home-it was soooooo good!
Throughout the night, Varun made sure everything was okay, and asked if we needed drinks or anything. He was a saint on that day! Everything went so smoothly and I could not have asked for a more perfect day! It was truly wonderful! I have only good things to say about the staff at Elements!

I honestly cannot imagine how our wedding day could have been any more perfect than it was and that is 100% due to Nidhi and everyone else at the Elements Conference and Event Centre. Nidhi and her team are TOO AMAZING for words!! They were the nicest, most professional crew I have ever had the pleasure of working with (though they did all the work). Nidhi especially made ALL of my wedding dreams come true! The food, decorations, scheduling and all was PERFECT!! She was there for me anytime I needed her and she never let me feel stressed about anything, because I knew she had it handled. In one word they are “Fantabulous”. Nidhi’s team including Jay, Varun & Vikas are simply very professional and one the best that we have come across. Nidhi and the whole staff at the Elements at Bel-Wood were wonderful to work with. Nidhi always promptly answered my questions, and was so flexible and accommodating throughout the process. There was only one small glitch the night of our wedding (some cakes weren't served), but all the important stuff was flawless. Bel-Wood Country Club did an outstanding job with our wedding and reception. The staff was gracious and willing to meet all of our requests. Our guests loved the venue and said they would be happy to go to another wedding there and the grounds are gorgeous pictures. We couldn't have picked a better venue for our wedding.

The Deck used for the ceremony is great and the ballroom with all windows on one wall and bar really makes the room. Good value for all you receive with the packages.

Elements at Belwood was great! Things got done with out me even worrying about them. My only complaints are that the hors d'oeurves were way better during the tasting then the reception. A few things didn't go as planned with serving them but overall it didn't matter. Nidhi was sometimes hard to reach and always felt rushed but she handling a lot of weddings and does a great job with them! She is definitely flexible and plans the wedding exactly how you want!

Toni did an excellent job! She was always courteous, patient, professional, helpful and responsive to my many questions. The venue itself is beautiful!

The spring rolls and bruschetta were awesome, chicken croquettes, ok. The food was good although much better during the taste testing. Presentation was good.

Wedding and reception

This venue was really beautiful for our wedding and reception. The venue coordinator that was working there when I decided to rent the venue promised me a few things and I had those in writing in an email and then that coordinator quit and we received a new venue coordinator and they would not honor the previous coordinators promises.

The Elements at Bel-Wood was WONDERFUL. They were very easy to work with, friendly, and reasonably priced. During the planning process they were always easy to reach and on the day-of they took great care of me, the groom and our guests. They made every effort to make our wedding day worry-free and even helped with the truckload of the DIY decor I brought.

The country club is beautiful in the spring time (I got married on April 24) and has all the facilities that allowed me to spend the whole day there setting-up, showering, eating, doing hair & make-up and getting dressed. My husband and his groomsmen really enjoyed the pool & card tables in the men's dressing room as well.

If it hadn't rained, my wedding day would have been absolutely perfect.

Bel-Wood was a great place for our wedding!! It was very beautiful!! We even got to golf their course for free the week of our wedding!!Everyone was very nice and pretty much everything went smooth. Our only issue was that we had booked Bel-wood 10 months prior to the wedding and had been working very close with one coordinator. 2 weeks prior to our wedding, I recieved a call from her stating she had taken another position with another company starting the very next day. I met Toni, the new coordinator, the day before at our rehearsal dinner. Even though she had short notice, she did do a fantastic job! I would recommend Bel-Wood to anyone!!

We actually got married at the Belwood Country Club, but it is managed by the staff of Elements. While the staff was very friendly, nice, and accommodating, they lacked a bit of professionalism. They did not respond very quickly to email or phone messages and we are still waiting on our check for the amount I over paid which they were supposed to give us at our wedding. They also double-booked our initial date/location, but worked very hard to make it up to us by offering us a discount. The Belwood Country Club is beautiful and I would recommend it as the perfect location but be aware that you will need to stay on the staff from Elements throughout the process.

Did not do half of the things they stated they would.

Went to a wedding there, heard nothing but complaints from the wedding party. Stated the venue promised to to a, b, and c then time of the wedding, nothing promised was done. I felt terrible for the bride, almost ruined her day
