Bel Events helped make our wedding planning super easy!
We met Eliza when touring a venue for our wedding that required everything to be brought in. She did not sell us on anything and when we were asking about how the set up would be, she shared that she had experience at this venue and that she was a planner. We followed up to see what wedding planning packages she had and safe to say this was the best decision made.
Eliza, Tammy + Team provided the full service for our wedding. We hired them for planning, design, coordination, rentals, and florals and it made life so much easier. I had the best experience with Eliza and team with our weekly meetings for a few months to align on all the details. She understand and appreciated our mixed cultural background and how we wanted to incorporate elements of this for a Persian and Vietnamese wedding.
I have always heard wedding planning to be stressful but safe to say my experience was the best and the day of the wedding went beautifully. Nothing ever goes to plan and I'm really happy Eliza and her team are experienced enough to adjust to last minutes changes such as guest no shows, etc.
She captured our vision perfectly and I'm already thinking of future events I would plan with Bel Events again! -

Amazing Fusion Wedding Decorations!
Eliza was the decorator for our 250 person Indian American fusion wedding. The decorations she produced were absolutely incredible and blew our minds. We reached out for her help when we were 2 months away from our wedding and frankly, not far enough along. We had a basic theme (tropical / jungle) and not a whole lot more. She patiently walked us through how to think through the decorations, the tradeoffs we could make, and provided amazing guidance on how to make the most beautiful wedding on a very reasonable budget. The end result was incredible and completely knocked it out of the park and our guests could not stop raving about how great it was. She also saved us a ton of money by re-using the flower arrangements from our ceremony to our reception. Her team had to work extremely fast and in a very tight timeline to make it work and they did! Eliza / her team / Bel Events is artistic, professional, hard working and timely. I would highly recommend working with her to decorate (or plan) your wedding. -

Amazing team!
Eliza and her team are absolute amazing! We got married at the San Clemente Historic Cottage, which is a completely empty venue and her team was able to coordinate everything from the table and chair set up to directing all the vendors to the right place. I would absolutely recommend hiring them! -

By chance, we connected with Bridal and Event Lounge (BEL) with our wonderful engagement photographer, Justin Element. What is amazing about BEL is that not only do they provide wedding coordination services, but also are a one stop for EVERYTHING with weddings - rentals, venues, etc. They were the answer to my prayers since I am not familiar with OC and San Diego area and they had the knowledge and connections, which saved us so much time, energy, and significantly decreased our stress. This was important for me since most of my friends and family are on the East Coast and I needed someone to guide and to provide the support that I needed during that time.
We worked with Danielle and words cannot express how much we appreciate and love her. She has a bubbly personality that kept us relaxed during our visits and is incredibly organized, focused, and passionate about her job. She was VERY timely and responsive to our emails and calls. Also, she stayed in our budget while introducing creative options that fit within our theme. Danielle is truly talented! She even drove all the way down to San Diego from OC to scope out the location, asked the right questions, and went over details with our venue coordinators. On the day of the wedding, we did not stress AT ALL and were able to truly enjoy our day since Danielle and her team went above and beyond to make sure everything was put together and ran smoothly. My parents and guests were impressed by her team's professionalism and orchestration of the event. Danielle, you are a ROCKSTAR!
Overall, BEL is a top-notch business that has down-to-earth, engaging, and organized professionals who have an amazing work ethic and teamwork. Thank you so much from the bottom of our hearts! -

We had a large wedding with a lot of moving parts – 500 people, 12 hour program, all outdoors, we had to bring EVERYTHING (I mean everything from chairs/tables to water and power to ice and alcohol) and lot of little DIY details like centerpieces, lawn games, desserts, etc. – and Atrina orchestrated all of them into a beautiful production. \r\n\r\nThe (12 hour!) program ran on time (even though there were a bunch of things that could\'ve made us late), everyone had such a great time (even though it was hot) and everything looked beautiful. We had a great time and were kept calm and happy throughout the entire event - which would not have been possible without Atrina and Morgan.\r\n\r\nAtrina and Morgan and team rocked it on our wedding day – we put a lot on their plate and they knocked it out of the park.\r\n -

Afterwards, we found out that the cake delivery guy was 2 hours late (he arrived 15 min before we were supposed to cut the cake), the priest was 30 min late and the caterer was late – BUT the entire program ran on time. Why? Because of Atrina and Morgan and her entire team. Also, throughout the entire day, our families and guests never knew that any of this was happening. Even when Atrina had to tell my husband and me, she was so sweet and calm that we didn’t even freak out.

These events planners are the absolute best in the service. I used Atrina and her team for my flowers, event rentals, and coordination services and they were beyond spectacular!! If you want your event to be smooth and seamless, BEL is the way to go!!!!!! -

Atrina is just incredible. I have no idea how she does it but she thinks of details that I didn't even know existed, let alone required a decision. She was kind, patient, funny, and BEST of all, very very easy to reach (there was nothing more frustrating through this process than vendors who wouldn't respond to emails or phone calls). Can not recommend her enough!! -

The ladies here are awesome!! I am currently working with Danielle for my coordinator and she has been very responsive and helpful thus far. They also have very good prices on rentals for anything for the wedding! I was going to make every centerpiece, but I found out that I could rent the exact ones I wanted to make! That's going to save me SO much time and money. They will also work with you when it comes to prices ;) -

She provides us with quick responses to all of our endless questions, finds us amazing vendors in our price range, and offer us creative solutions/ideas to any wedding dilemma we face. The Bridal & Event Lounge is a wedding planning haven! Everything you possibly need is under one roof. Better yet, Atrina and her staff are amazing! Extremely professional, knowledgeable, and fun to work with.
I hired Atrina as my wedding coordinator and purchased much of my rentals from her shop. I don't know what I would have done without her! She is god sent! She REALLY knows her stuff! She managed all the vendors, decor, timeline, our family and friends the day off, our bridal party, payments, and all the misc stuff I forgot. Our day was perfect...I didn't have to do a thing nor was I worried or stressed. I knew she would take care of it all and do it better than I could and she did!
Atrina and the lounge took the "task" out of wedding planning! Couldn't have done it without them! My husband and I have become so fond of Atrina...she became our friend through the journey! -

When my daughter began to talk about her wedding, we agreed that we wouldn't go crazy with the wedding with things like table linens and extra decor. Since her wedding was going to be at the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel, the ballroom was gorgeous all on its own. Well, fast forward several months right into the throes of wedding planning! We realized that the hotel's chairs would not fit the vintage glam look she was going for. We suddenly thought that the beautiful flowers and candles for the centerpieces would be on ordinary hotel linen. Yes, the wedding "voices" took over, and we had to have Chivari chairs and lace overlays for the tables. It then became a quest to find these items at a decent price, which was not an easy task! When I called Bridal & Event Lounge, I was surprised to hear how reasonable their prices were. We decided that it was well worth the trip to go down to Orange County to check this place out. I am so glad we did. They couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating. Their Chivari chairs were considerably less expensive than other companies, and their lace overlays were really good quality. They were always pleasant even though we changed our order several times. If you want Chivari chairs and/or any other extra decor, do not hesitate. Make the trip to Tustin to see the gals at Bridal & Event Lounge! You won't be sorry! -

I stumbled across this vendor at the last minute but I am so glad I did. Julie was sooooo wonderful and helpful. When I met Julie, I came away with a great vibe , almost thought of inviting her to my wedding! Not only was her pricing reasonable, she gave me great ideas and suggestions for my wedding that was very helpful. Even after my wedding had passed, she would check on me to see how everything went..thats an A+ service in my book! Definitely give Julie a chance before checking with any other vendors first, you wont regret it!

Finding this place was such a blessing!!! Our photographer, Justin Element Photography, referred us to the Bridal Lounge and it was through their amazing recommendations that we found our wedding venue, our caterer, our videographer, our coordinator (Atrina Badal), our babysitting service, our lanterns, and our hotels. This place had EVERYTHING and working with Mona and Atrina was so much fun and incredibly helpful.
Finding Atrina was a BIG bonus from the Bridal Lounge. She was our wedding coordinator for both our small and big wedding celebrations. We don't have enough words to describe her skills. She is the best at what she does and she went out of her way to make sure both of our Wedding Days were stress-free and as close to perfect as they can be. She helped with the planning, the decorating, contacting vendors, following up on issues, making sure all our guests are comfortable... anything we needed she was able to take care of. She is reliable, hard-working, diligent, professional, and absolutely a great person to have on your side. We can honestly say that she has become a very good friend. -

I was shopping for my party rentals with Dress My Party and I visited OC Bridal and Event Lounge! It is the best place for ideas and suggestions on vendors for an event. I was planning a baby shower. It is a free service mostly for Brides - but great for any event you are planning. Mona was super nice and the lounge was ultra cool. They had cofee, tea, soda, treats and lots of information. I really enjoyed myself. I can't believe this is a free service and you can visit anytime. -

I just wanted to say thanks to the bridal and event lounge and especially to Danielle for doing such an amazing job with my wedding! At first I was skeptical of hiring a day of coordinator because I was so hard core into the DIY thing, but looking back, hiring Danielle was possibly THE best decision I made in the planning process! It made the week before my wedding and especially the day of a total breeze. I can't believe how much hard a work she and the team put into my wedding and everything looked beautiful! Not to mention they have just about every rental imaginable and the right connections with people for the ones they don't do directly. I highly recommend them to anyone! -

Amazing Wedding Services
Had the honor of BEL Events planning my wedding this past May 2023 at Marriott Laguna Cliffs, Dana Point. BEL helped us plan our big fat Indian wedding with four total event days - Wedding/Reception, Sangeet, Haldi, and Mehendi. We went with the full service package so BEL worked with us for about 17 months prior to our wedding, leading up to the wedding weekend. They were with us from the very beginning, including helping us select our wedding venue and finalizing the date.
Overall, we’re very happy and satisfied we choose BEL Events to help plan our big wedding. They are very professional and know all the ins and outs of event planning. From the beginning, we negotiated better rates and had easy access to vendors just because of the BEL name recognition. Throughout the planning process, we’d meet weekly to ensure we were progressing at a good rate. Eliza, who’s the owner, is super easy to work with. She cares a lot about her clients and even tries to get to you on a personal level.
When it came to the actual wedding weekend, the execution was flawless. We were on schedule all four days with no delays, which is super surprising for an Indian event. All minor details were taken care of, and we (as the bride and groom) were extremely stress-free with the entire BEL staff doing all the heavy lifting so we could have the perfect wedding weekend.

Don't hire - you've been warned
I had to terminate Eliza for incompetence. Drops a lot of names and boasts all kinds of relationships, but sloppy and unorganized. Missed key details on contract negotiations, which could have cost us a lot had we not caught it ourselves. Told us to use her name with a vendor to get better pricing - I'm not sure the guy even knew who she was and gave us an additional whopping 3% off lol. Even had the audacity to claim she's not an expert on what wedding food costs - isn't that your job?? Routinely late on emails / texts, citing being with other clients.
I could go on, but above all else - she is unethical. Withheld/deleted our data within 48 hours of firing her. It's a Google Sheet (and that's not google policy nor written anywhere in her contract). Petty.

Beach Wedding, Chairs and Arch arrive start of Service
Want a company that takes your money and then doesn't show up at the time you agree to... This is the company for you. They don't communicate, charged $600+ to deliver and install 75 chairs and 1 arch.. and due to the fact they arrived late, WEDDING Guests had to put the chairs up. Look how they installed the wedding arch in the pictures attached. No accountability for this company. They want you to pay via Zelle .. don't do it. Owner is dodging our phone calls but they can't avoid a lawsuit. Save yourself the headache and DON'T use this company. -

Unreliable and disappointing
I wish I could give this compmany ZERO starts!! Bel Events reached out to me for business as I was getting married. Eliza was great at first.
She sat with us to get to know us and our vision. I asked her many times if we need to draw up a contract to finalize the date and she kept saying "no don't worry I have your date down". We then did a walk thru with my family and my Coordinator at the venue we chose the mandap and every detail, and her assistant took detailed notes on everything I wanted, Before Eliza left she assured me that she will work with our budget and make everything beautiful, this was a few weeks out from our wedding at this point. She said she would send the quote in the next few days and she never sent it. I had to contact her and she said the person checking the quote left for vacation and left it open and would send it when she comes back since it could not be sent out sinceit was not accessible. A few more days went by and nothing!!! I finally called the office and the same girl that did the walkthru with Eliza answered, I told her what the situation was she called Eliza and the lady said it will be sent out next week, I told the assistant none if it made sense and to be truthful with me. I had her call Eliza back ans this woman had the nerve to put it on me and said she is waiting for me to FINALIZE and choose some items!! At this point I was so upset since it was so close to my wedding and I have had nothing empty promises from Eliza. I even started crying due to frustration and beimg put through so much stress, and I can tell the girl on the phone was trying to cover up for how pathetic Eliza was. I texted Eliza and she ghosted me!!!!! A few weeks out from my wedding and I had NO decor person at all for my wedding or reception. I texted Eliza and let her know that I trusted her and she left me with no decor person, and she still decided not to reply to me. If you are a couple looking for decor DO NOT go with Eliza please!! I simply think Eliza did not want to work with us since we did not want to spend half a million on her crappy services, instead of simply explaining things to us and letting know she wasn'twilling to work with our budget she acted in the most unprofessional manner ever, the budget part is just my speculation as to why she did what she did. The amount of stress this pathetic woman put me through is indescribable. As a human being Eliza didn't have enough of a heart to call us to let us know what the deal was. Bel Events is extremely unprofessional and I would never ever recommend them to anyone no matter what their budget is. Do not waste your time to go into their showroom so she can sweet talk you either, luckily we did not give her any money, but to clarify she did not take deposit or anything even when I asked her. I am not here to bash anyone and their business because we all work hard, but what Eliza did was just wrong, and couples should know before she decides to do this to another couple. Good luck to Bel Events. No excuses Bel Events gives for this will justify what Eliza did and how she left me scrambling to find decor for our wedding a couple of weeks before my wedding. BTW we luckily ended up finding someone last minute, and our wedding was beautiful and my venue is well aware if what they did so hopefully they will not work with them in the future. -

Terrible experience
I don't even know where to begin. It's been over 2 months and I still haven't received my refund from Bel Events. I've never dealt with anyone like Eliza, the owner, before in my life. She's very unprofessional, deceitful, and a compulsive liar. And I have all the emails to prove it. Like the other reviews on here, she claimed to have sent me a check in the mail, but I never received one (and I live in the same city). She told me to come to her office to pick up the refund check, but conveniently enough wasn't there. She told me she would Zelle the amount back to my, which was my original method of payment, however she never did and ignored all my texts and even hung up on me. After multiple attempts in trying to get back my refund, I'm still unsuccessful. I definitely do not recommend working with Bel Events and Eliza as they will not deliver what they promised and would be a nightmare to deal with. -

Unhappy experience
Horrible horrible experience. The owner is very full of herself and rude. Thinks she knows everything about weddings and space planning, but never bothered to listen to how we wanted our wedding to look. From the very first day she came to look at our place and told us what we needed to rent, we kept telling her there’s no way it would fit safely. However, she convinced us to trust her space planning. When her workers showed up to drop off, nothing fit anywhere and we had to return a lot of items because we felt it would be dangerous for our guests. She claims she uses Google earth for measuring, but nothing fit! She also repeatedly claims her workers don’t need any guidance, they show up with a map and know where everything goes. That was far from the truth. When they showed up to deliver all the items for our wedding, they had no idea what went where, if we weren’t home to guide them, it would have been a disaster. In addition, several items were wrong and they had to come back the next day. When she found out we returned items, she called us complaining how it was an inconvenience for her business. I’m sorry, but our guests would have been injured by the way she wanted to place items. When she came with her workers to pick up items, she asked us to haul items into their truck. We said no because she had 2 grown men with her to help! We were also under the impression her delivery/pickup fee was meant to pay for the workers to do the work! I’ve never paid for something and had to do the work myself. When we said no, she threw a tantrum and we could hear her talking behind our backs with her workers. Overall, a horrible experience, would not recommend. -
