Beefalo Bobs catering was the perfect choice for our outdoor wedding venue? The food was spectacular as usual, and the guest thoroughly enjoyed their slice to order meats. The staff was very accommodating, polite, and super friendly. Many of the guests asked for references for their future events. Having the pit on site added to the already awesome venue. Dave Neall and his assistant went out of their way to service the wedding party and all the guests. It was easy to see why Beefalo Bob’s is one of the top caterer in the state. Thanks again!

Daughter's Wedding
My daughter got married last Friday, May 29th, and she chose Beefalo Bob's as her caterer. They were great.... Timely, efficient and helpful throughout the day and evening. We had numerous compliments on the food and everything turned out great. Every time I approached the bar to get another drink, I don't know her name, but she already had it prepared before I got there. I don't think you'll be disappointed if you choose Beefalo Bob's for your wedding or event.

BEST WEDDING EVER!! Tammy is absolutely wonderful to work with! The whole team was so professional and fun. I couldn’t have asked for a better wedding planning experience. They did everything I asked and then some. It really is a one stop shop. Tents, linens, lights, DJ, and of course the delicious food! Our outside rustic wedding
Beefalo Bobs was the icing on the cake to our outside rustic weekend wedding. Our October evening wedding could not have gone more perfect or smooth. Great job!
I used beefalo bobs hall for my wedding reception. The building was very clean and nice inside. We used their catering and the food was phenomenal. Everyone raved about it. We also got our cake through them and it turned out beautiful and was really good! The caterers who worked the event were wonderful and took care of everything. Highly recommend and would use them again for any other events we have!

We LOVED everything about this caterer - from the planning (Tammy is the best!) to the delicious food! They made it easy and the catering staff was lovely - Heather, Michael and Mark - even adding flowers to the wedding cake bc the florist missed that. We got their Smith Island Cake and I'm dreaming of a piece right now. I didn't have to think about a thing as the MOB - which was so refreshing. If you like BBQ - this is your spot!!!!

The Perfect Farewell Feast for Our Guests
Beefalo Bob’s was the perfect choice for our post-wedding cookout! The food was absolutely delicious and such a fun, memorable send-off for our guests after a weekend full of celebrations. Everyone loved the casual, laid-back vibe, and it gave us a chance to relax and enjoy great food together one last time before saying goodbye. Easy peasy to work with!
We had them cater our wedding and Sam and Kelly were fantastic to deal with! The food was delicious and they were on top of everything!

Amazing experience
We had our wedding reception here and it was perfect! The wedding consultant Tammy, and Erica were so very helpful with planning the menu. The food was absolutely delicious (chicken Marsala , pit beef, rigatoni , Mac and cheese , salad hor deurves ) everybody there raved about the food!! The 2 ladies that were there to serve us the day of the reception were spectacular and accommodating! Our DJ and his wife made the night magical. Thank you so very much the for the wonderful memories

The best caterer!
We do not have enough amazing things to say about Beefalo Bobs. We did a buffet style with several different fresh smoked meats, delicious sides and appetizers. Everyone including my husband and I raved about how this was the best wedding food we have ever had. The food was hot and fresh, the staff was incredibly professional and accommodating and the price for what you get is incredible in this tough economy. I would recommend them to anyone getting married. Great job Beefalo Bob's, thank you for making our wedding dinner perfectly delicious.

Fabulous Service, Attentive People, and Amazing Food!
We were blown away with Beefalo Bob's service! We initially chose them because we love BBQ, they were in budget, and had good reviews. This all held true and truly we couldn't have picked a better caterer.
Erica helped us throughout the process and was super responsive and helpful. We then worked with Shannon for our walkthrough (she really eased our wedding jitters, coming with questions we didn't even think of!) and the day of the wedding. She and her team made sure the wedding went beautifully and that there was plenty of delicious food. They also managed our furniture delivery, linens, labor, service, and bartending (truly the whole package)!
Two weeks later we are still getting messages about how much people loved dinner! Can't recommend Beefalo enough, we are so grateful that they were a part of our wedding weekend!

We had our reception at the reflections hall and it was very nicely done. The hall itself is so nice now that it's been updated. Our event was on the smaller side but the way they set it up you would never know there was less than 50 people. I've been enjoying beefalo bobs for many years and absolutely insisted on having them cater our reception and we are so glad we did from the food to the staff everything was wonderful. Kelsey was the bomb.com he's a whole vibe himself if you can request him to help with your event I recommend it he had us laughing everytime he was around us but all the staff was wonderful we couldn't of asked for nicer people. Our guests are still talking about how much fun they had at our reception and I don't think that would be the case if it wasn't for the great staff! We definitely give a 10/10 recommendation

I attended my cousins wedding thatBeefalo Bobs catered. The food was amazing. There was a wide variety of different items to try. The service was amazing the caterers were so polite and helpful and on their feet clearing tables and removing trash. Everyone was happy and really nice. They looked like they genuinely loved their job. I will definitely look into having beefalo bobs cater for my events because everything turned out amazing.

Delicious BBQ for our wedding!
Wow! We used Beefalo Bob’s for our wedding reception (at The Other Barn in Columbia MD), and have to say the food was absolutely delicious! We received so many comments from guests that the food was the best food they had ever eaten at a wedding reception. In the months leading up to our wedding, Lexi was incredibly communicative and helpful. And on the day of, Heather and Rob did an excellent job cooking / preparing the food, and even when a small issue arose during dinner, they solved it quickly and graciously - - true professionals.
If you are like my wife and myself, and think that a wedding reception isn’t complete without a delicious spread of BBQ, then Beefalo Bob’s is your answer!!

We used Beefalo Bobs Catering service for our wedding and couldn't be happier! The food was top-notch, and the service was incredible! We cannot stress enough how great the staff was! They were very professional and went out of their way to make sure all of our guests were satisfied.

We learned about Beefalo Bob's when a friend used them for their wedding caterer a few years ago. We were very impressed with their food then and knew we wanted to use them for our big day! I am very happy we chose to use Beefalo Bob's! Erica was extremely helpful throughout the planning process and was very patient with all of my questions and frequent phone calls. They arrived on time the day of our wedding and it was so cool to have them smoking food in front of our guests. The smells were mouth watering. The portion sizes were very generous and we had plenty of leftovers to enjoy for the next few days after our wedding as well as give to some of our guests to take home to enjoy as well. So many people raved about how delicious the food was and I could not agree more! We hired 2 of their bartenders who kept drinks flowing throughout the night! Having them provide both food and alcohol was so convenient! All of the staff were very friendly, professional, and helpful on the day of our wedding and we were very impressed! Things could not have gone any better. I would 100% use them for further catering services! I would also like to make it to their restaurant just to enjoy some delicious smoke food and their amazing mac and cheese!

Amazing Experience!
Beefalo Bob’s truly went above and beyond for our wedding! Not only was the food fantastic, so was the staff! They made sure everything was perfect and helped in any way they could. We received so many compliments on the food. Luckily we even had some to take home and enjoy the next day! I would recommend Beefalo Bobs every, single time!

My husband and I tried the vendor before hiring and were impressed by EVERY SINGLE THING we ordered. We knew we needed them to cater our wedding.
We did the Ultimate package which is exactly what we got! Every possible meat and side, adding additional things like coffee and cake was made so easy.
Everything you could possibly need from a catering company was available.
The crew brought a smile pit on site which made the ambiance of our wedding even better! Our guests LOVED the food, not a single complaint.
The clean up was quick and efficient so we didn’t have to lift a finger.
Highly recommend Beefalo Bobs for any catering service. 10/10!!

Beefalo Bobs was wonderful to work with, we didn’t have to worry about our food at all on our special day, they literally took care of everything! It was all delicious, I especially recommend their cucumber salad, and the prime rib. Everyone was so friendly and we couldn’t have done it without them!

A wonderful experience!
Beefalo Bobs catering helped us make our wedding day as perfect as we could have hoped for! During our planning phase they were responsive and helped us come up with a plan that worked best for our wedding. They were flexible and professional when we needed to make some minor changes a few weeks prior to the event and every interaction we had with them, from the coordinator to the staff at the event was professional, pleasant and polite. Would highly recommend them to anyone planning a wedding or large event in this area!

The catering service was amazing. Kim and Erica worked me from start to finish and accommodated my request. They made last minute changes and fulfilled all my needs. The serving staff arrived on time and stayed as planned. They served all the guest with the most respect. They provided the tent, tables, dance floor linens and food. You could not ask for more. I would definitely use they service again.

Savior of wedding Vendor
Beefalo Bob’s was my easiest vendor for my wedding, due to COVID-19 I’m going to admit it was stressful to the max , from Heavily watching the numbers change & our governor putting us in phases. Kim , Matt , Charlotte & Erica were the best at helping me with my payments & understanding the costs of stuff & also being so understanding & compassionate. The Catering staff were terrific & so cheery , which was always a plus! I would recommend Beefalo

Amazing Catering Service
I cannot say enough positive things about Beefalo Bob's and their catering staff. Not only was the food so amazing, but the staff went above and beyond to make sure our day was perfect. Prior to the wedding, staff was very responsive and helped me to create exactly what I needed. The staff at the wedding were also so kind and accommodating. I has also researched several other caterers prior to booking them and they were the most reasonable/affordable (especially when we changed the contract a bit to meet our exact wants/needs) while also being of great quality. Everyone was obsessed with the food and still talk about the mac and cheese a week later!

Amazing food!
We used Beefalo Bobs for a day after the wedding brunch. No one left hungry or disappointed! My MIL said it was the best food of the weekend (including our wedding food). They cooked the meat right on site so not only was it tasty but it looked awesome and smelled amazing!

Beefalo Bobs was a huge hit at our wedding! They were wonderful to work with leading up to the event & were so helpful with changes during the pandemic. We opted to do on-site smoking & the smell of the cooking food was mouth-watering. They are an affordable option for wedding catering with AMAZING food. On the day of the wedding, they met our every need. We also had tons of leftover food, which was a great plus. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking to do BBQ for their wedding!

Backyard BBQ Wedding
We loved everything about Beefalo Bobs! The food was cooked onsite for our wedding. We had all the traditional BBQ foods, we went with sauce on the side for our meats: pit beef, grilled chicken breast, pulled pork and Italian sausage. Mac and cheese, baked beans, coleslaw corn and corn bread!
There was enough food to feed the heavy eaters twice and still had a weeks worth of leftovers for a large family! We were happy to enjoy that for a few days! No cooking!
Beefalo also added on wedding services and trash removal. They poured champagne, cleared the tables, and served the food! At the end of the night the trash went with them and we didn’t have to deal with it! I would strongly recommend this to everyone! It is a major time saver and who really wants to deal with that?
Without question, we would have Beefalo Bob cater for us again. This was our second experience in 13 years and they’ve been great both times!!

Everything we envisioned!
Beefalo Bob’s really captured the essence of our wedding day vibes! We got married outside and the reception was held in a barn! This place knows what they are doing. We had been looking for a full service caterer who would be flexible with allergy friendly options that did not want to gouge us on price. Working with Michelle was easy and comfortable. I never felt like we were in a "wedding factory line" where we were just a dime a dozen. As the bride, I was very concerned with getting ill due to food allergies on my wedding day. The staff went above and beyond accommodating my needs without ever making me feel like a burden. The food was amazing and I was never sick!! Our guests still ask us where we found them because the food was so delicious and filling without being too heavy. Great vendor! I will definitely use them again for future events!

Beefalo Bobs did a fantastic job with our wedding. As an out of state bride, planning a wedding was very difficult, and I had to rely on communication via phone and email. Michelle at Beefalo Bobs maintained constant communication with me, made changes as needed, and answered all questions promptly. On our wedding day, the staff was great and took care of everything we needed. They even worked with my aunts, who prepared our appetizers, and set up a skirted table for them during cocktail hour. I highly recommend working with Beefalo Bobs.

I am so happy I found Beefalo Bob's. The whole process was seamless and very accommodating. We had roughly 250 people being fed, and everyone loved it! They could also get the napkins, table runners, table cloths and other details done, too! I will be using them again for other parties!

Beefalo Bob's was a great choice for our wedding, because we wanted simple, crowd pleasing food. We went with the chicken bbq menu because it was what we wanted and it was inexpensive. So many companies get too fancy and cost too much, but Beefalo Bob's had a variety of menus, with appropriate pricing. Their catering manager was helpful and kind, and the head staff on the day of ended up being indispensable. Our wedding cake (from a different company) collapsed, and she helped save the top two layers for the pictures and cut up the collapsed layers for the guests. They even arrived early and got a head start on set up, so when we got there most of the work was already done, and it was such a stress reliever. I would highly recommend this company for your catering, even if it isn't a wedding!

Pleased with our Pig Roast Wedding!
Beeflos was an amazing caterer! When my husband said he wanted a pig roast...with the entire pig on display, I didn't know where to begin to look! I came across Beeflos and they lived up to all of their amazing reviews. I went for a tasting and knew I HAD to have them for our wedding! Michelle was always available to answer my millions of questions and they could accommodate ALL of our requests! They arrived promptly on our big day and I didn't have to worry about a thing! The food was fantastic, our guests couldn't say enough about how delicious EVERYTHING was! All of the leftover food was packed up for us to take and enjoy for several days after! Even when my husband...(much later into the reception and several drinks down) demanded to see the pig, (we didn't get to see the pig on display because of photographs, dances, and greeting all of our guests) one of the caterers showed him a picture of the pig from the event that they took on their phone. Thank goodness! All of the catering staff were polite, prompt, and pleasant! Thank you Beeflos for the amazing spread and service!

A Dream Come True!!!
Honestly from start to finish, Beefalo Bobs was one of the easiest and most pleasurable vendors to work with. The coordinator, Michelle, is so nice and easy to reach at all times. There was a bit of confusion on my part bc my father stepped in in the middle of the planning but Michelle was always accommodating and helpful. The food was AMAZING!!! Many of my guests came up to ask where the food was from but they said it was the best wedding food ever. The day of staff did not disappoint as well! They were SOOOO nice and helpful in any way I needed. I absolutely loved Beefalo Bobs and I will definitely be using them again in the future!

We came across Beefalo Bob's via a google search and, although initially skeptical that such a company could provide the elegance desired at our "upscale BBQ" wedding reception, we knew we were in good hands upon meeting their wonderful team. From their delicious tastings, the consistent support we received whenever questions arose, and the friendly, professional service we received on the night of our event, we were thrilled with every element of their service! Would highly recommend them to anyone, especially couples seeking a delicious, fun and cost-effective option for their wedding that guests will rave about! :)

This company is OUTSTANDING!!! My husband and I decided to have our wedding on his parents property so we were looking for a company that provided food and rentals. Michelle and her whole team literally made my dream come to reality. They were very accommodating, I was making changes to things up to the day of the wedding and they made it all happen without a second thought. We had so many guests coming up to us at our wedding saying that this was the most beautiful tent they had ever seen. They not only did out tent, but they also set up the ceremony area as well. During cocktail hour they moved all our chairs into the tent so that everything was ready for when the ceremony begun. I really cannot even put into words how extremely happy we are with our decision to use this company. To top it off the food is out of this world! Our guests were raving about the food as well as the service! Below are some photos we took of the tent and cake table. I will upload more photos once we get our professional pictures.

Beefalo Bob's was a great option for our wedding party. Everyone from the company was very kind and really easy to communicate with through the whole process. The food was delicious and for a great price, since we were on a limited budget. I highly recommend Beefalo Bob's for any event!

I have used Beefalo Bobs for multiple events and have always had amazing service. The food is great, the service is wonderful and Michele is the catering office is GREAT. I absolutely LOVE working with her.

Beefalo Bob's was amazing and we are so happy to choose them for our caterer. They are well organized, professional, and their food is delicious. They knew what to do and were consistently on time. We didn't have to worry about a single thing. They even saved the day. Our three tier wedding cake toppled over while we were transporting it. They acted fast and they were able to salvage it to a two tier wedding cake. You couldn't tell the difference. I would highly recommend them as a caterer to any event.

Beefalo Bob’s was amazing! Michelle and their crew were so helpful during the entire process. I planned my Virginia wedding while living in Colorado and they made what could be a very stressful situation super relaxed. Even when it started raining (and not stopping) during the reception, Beefalo Bob’s staff continued to serve food (under tents they provided) and check in with myself and all my guests. Because I was living in CO, I did not have the opportunity to trythe food prior to the wedding, I went purely off of other brides reviews and am so glad I did! They cleared plates and packed up all the food at the end making it so much easier for my family to relax and enjoy the big day. I had previously spoken to other caterers in the area and none of them felt right and I was getting discouraged. After talking to Michelle for at least an hour, I knew Beefalo Bob’s was “the one”. Thank you for everything!

If you're looking for someone to cater your event, this is your place. I've been using Beefalo Bob's to cater events from 10 to 130 people several times a year since 2015 (and have attended events of others catered by them). They have yet to let me down. They've always given prompt professional service when booking my event (Thanks Michelle) and their onsite service is spot on ( all of their staff is great but Gregg can't be beat). Their food is delicious and we've never run out on our buffet lines. If you're an event coordinator give Beefalo Bob's a call and catering issues will be the last thing you'll have to worry about.

Food was AMAZING! Michelle was great to work with to get everything set up. She was very responsive and helpful with answering all my questions and dealing with me when I changed my mind on the menu :) The staff was very professional and all of my guests raved about the food! The fact they offer to carve some of the meats on site is an added touch that sets them apart from other BBQ caterers. The price was reasonable and they even boxed up all of the left overs for us to be able to keep!

Beefalo Bob's did a great job! Every loved the food and many even took leftovers home with them. The staff and services day of were awesome! Michelle, who coordinated everything leading up to the big day, was so helpful and wonderful to work with. Delicious food and great staff at an unbelievable price (especially for the booze and ALL the food we got), you can't beat it, highly recommend!!

The entire team that serviced my wedding was incredible, responsive, and enthusiastic. The food was exactly what we wanted (and desperately needed). It was delicious, filling, and well worth the price. Also, the options to personalize your menu is nearly endless and Michelle will work with you to get exactly what you need.
They even kindly packed up the leftover food (which allowed my groom and I to actually eat after the festivities were over, rather than trying to find a place open at 2am).

We used Beefalo Bobs as our wedding catering. Michelle was awesome to work with- I emailed her so many times with changes and questions and she was always willing to help and was so flexible with us to ensure we would get exactly what we wanted!
The team that was there day of was fantastic, ensuring that we and our guests were happy and full. Everything went so smoothly and I had SO many compliments on the food. People told me that it was the best wedding meal they've ever had.
I would absolutely recommend Beefalo Bobs for your next event. They are top notch.

I wish I could do more than 5 stars! I could not express to anyone how amazing my night was. Shannon and Michelle were there every step of the way and made sure every detail was perfect. I was not the easiest bride to deal with and they made sure I was happy the whole time. I would recommend Beefalo Bobs Reflections Hall and their INCREDIBLE food to anyone!

I am an event planner so I have worked with dozens of caterers. Working with Beefalo Bob's was a breeze! They are responsive, flexible and very open to making sure my clients were happy with the entire planning process and the wedding day. They are budget friendly and the food was excellent. Food is amazing, all of our guests loved it. The variety of meats we got was unbelievable. Michelle was a pleasure to work with! Also, their bbq comes out of wedding dresses, I know first hand.

Beefalo Bobs was off the charts !! they where there for every step of our wedding. We started planning in 2015, they not only held our date but worked with us all the way down to the last second when i realized i did not order enough table cloths. If you are looking for a caterer to provider full service, they will give you full service and beyond. Our Captian Kelly was amazing along with the rest of the staff that we had at our venue. They really made sure we had every thing we needed.
