Such a fun day

We enjoyed our time with Cleo. She stuck to our budget, made sure we had fun, and was so memorable. She even remembered us when I went back to pick up the dress from steaming! (They provide steaming services when you purchase your dress). Lots of fun and lots of options to pick from!

Perfect Dress & Price

I visited the Bedazzled location in Gastonia during their clearance sale. I bought an $1800 dress with a veil for under $500! I tried on several designer dresses, and my "stylist" was so helpful. I only tried on about 5 dresses before I found "the one." My mother was even able to find a MoB dress – she ordered and, though it hasn't come in yet, the process was very smooth!

I'd recommend to anyone!

My husband and his groomsmen all went and got their tuxes from here. Needless to say everything went PERFECTLY! They worked well with all the guys and were very much on top of everything! 10/10 would recommend!!

Amazing Service

I was able to go to both store (Hickory and Gastonia). They had amazing service. The store manager had great customer service skills and was very attentive to my needs. I'm so excited to wear my dress on our day!

Walked in to Bedazzled with an appointment,was not expecting to find a gown today, but the staff was as so helpful and patient, the made it so easy to find my perfect dress. Thank you to all the girls there. Very satisfied!!

I had an appointment with Paula over the weekend and she was so fun to work with! I had an issue at another bridal shop I went to where it seemed like the staff was uncomfortable as soon as they learned I was marrying a woman, and luckily I did not encounter that problem here. Major props to Paula for helping me find the perfect dress, well under my budget!

Bedazzled is an amazing bridal store and the staff are fantatic! Our wedding was suppose to be in October and we ended up having to move the date to September due to venue availability and they rush ordered my dress and didn't even charge me for it! They are a wonderful group of ladies and I would recommend them to anyone I know. My experience was amazing, the staff helped me pick the wedding dress of my dreams. Also the pricing is very affordable- I got my dress and veil all for $750! Thank you for making my bridal shopping stress free and enjoyable. You all played a huge part in making my day special. I went to Gastonia Bedazzled on a Monday night in January. It wasn't busy and I was the only one looking for wedding dresses this particular day. I can imagine going on a weekend is much busier. I was interested in an Allure Romance gown I found online- but no store in NC, SC, or VA carried that sample and I was not interested in buying it sight unseen. Bedazzled is the only store out of 30+ that I called that offered something similar over the phone. When I came in for my appointment they had pulled several that were a similar silhouette to try on, which made shopping much easier for someone who is usually very indecisive. As a fuller figured bride, it was so good that they had a range of sample sizes. I was able to find my wedding gown on this day. It came is on time as expected and looks amazing!

I went in the Hickory location on a whim one evening while I was in the mall Christmas shopping, and I ended up seeing a wedding dress I absolutely loved. Though it was near closing time and I didn't have an appointment, they graciously allowed me to try, helped zip me in, and suggested the absolute perfect veil to match. All the prices I saw were very reasonable, and I bought the dress for less than half what I'd expected to pay. The staff was a wealth of information and everyone was so kind. I would absolutely recommend this store.

After trying on 100 dresses at 8 different stores, I found myself searching for a very specific Allure gown at Bedazzled. Although the gown was several years old and no longer in production, I was able to find a very close replica of it and it came out better than the original. I went on a gut instinct and ordered the Champagne color, instead of white, like the sample. My stylist looked up several Allure champagne dresses online to show me the color and make me more confident about my decision. I did not feel pressured at all to hurry my appointment along or to buy. In fact, my mom and I went and got lunch after the appointment to think about our options. An hour later we were back at Bedazzled and purchased the gown. The price point was great, the customer service was excellent and the dress arrived fast and in great condition.

I purchased my gown and my bridesmaids purchased their dresses at Bedazzled. My experience trying on dresses and purchasing my dress at Bedazzled was great. I had a personal consultant who didn't rush me and allowed me to have as much time as I wanted to try on dresses. Their prices and their customer service was great. The service provided to my bridesmaids was great and it was a wonderful perk for them to have a percentage off their dresses because I bought my dress at Bedazzled.

I purchased my wedding dress at the Bedazzled Bridal in Gastonia. I had great service from the time I called to set up my appointment to the time I picked up my dress. The staff was absolutely wonderful, very knowledgeable and very friendly. My consultant did great job helping me find the dress I wanted and was not pushy at all. I originally went to Bedazzled Bridal because I wanted to try on one of the Alfred Angelo Disney dresses and they were the closest place that carried them. I told the girl helping me, Janice, the two I had seen online that I wanted to try and she asked me a few other questions about my preferences--she brought the two I had asked about as well as a third dress she thought I'd like and that was the one I ended up getting! It was amazing. The rest of the staff was also very friendly and my gown as well as my bridesmaids dresses came back well within the time range they estimated.

Loved my Dress I got from Bedazzled in Hickory NC. Rachel and Nelly are two wonderful women who made my experience Awesome. I went to David's bridal first and Hated my experience. I had seen a couple of their dresses at a bridal show and thought "wow, these look great for the price!". So I decided to make the drive to check them out. I worked with a WONDERFUL associate and she took her time to find out what I liked. I had tried on some before, so I knew pretty much what I was looking for. My mom and I pulled one we both liked, another that we thought was good, and then she pulled one that she thought I would like. I tried on the one my mom and I liked first. It was a beautiful gown. However, when I tried on the one our associate chose, I just knew. It was perfect. I loved everything about it. Even the price! You just cannot go wrong here. They know what they are doing and love doing it. Making the expierence so much more enjoyable than some others. I would reccommend any bride here. Great dresses, Great people, Great prices!!

This was the 5th store we went to, and honestly I did not expect to find my dress here. It was the first time my sister and mom could come look at dresses with me together. After a bunch of "no's", my consultant would not give up. She was very good at asking me questions and trying to determine my exact likes and dislikes regarding what I had tried on. Often as brides we just try dresses on then immediately dismiss them without really thinking why. After being asked the "why", it helped to lead us to the most perfect dress for me. I had a list of thing I wanted, but never expected to check off every single one. Believe me when I say I would try ANYTHING on, I never want to shut the door on something. So, I took a breath and tried on my soon to be dress...WINNER! What an amazing feeling to finally find the dress. I wore the dress, the dress does not wear me. Also, I do not believe in spending a bunch of extra money on a dress just because it is in one of those posh boutiques. Who needs fru-fru champagne, when you can go to a store that will actually have your dress at a bargain price. This store, though in a Gastonia Mall, has an overwhelming number of options, and many of them under $900. The veil...wow, I did not believe them when they told me the cost. Bedazzled is fantastic. Great selection, knowledgeable sales staff, value prices...what more can you really ask for. Go ahead...make the drive to Gastonia and check this store out. They even have some dresses with prices listed online...no secrecy. I hated that about all the other stores I went to. I think I have written enough, no? LOL Happy dress hunting!

I had a great experience using Bedazzled to plan my wedding. They are truly a 1-stop shop. It was so cool to have 1 place that helped you with so many things. I had fun trying on gowns and picking out bridesmaid dresses. My consultant was with me the whole time and she rocked!! They made ordering tuxedos very easy as well. I ordered my invitations through Bedazzle Bridal and absolutely loved them! They were extremely helpful when we were trying to decide on design and wording. The price was extremely reasonable. After we ordered the invitations, we got them in about 2 week if not sooner. They were perfect!

Raj and the staff at Bedazzled Bridal in the mall are so wonderful. Although they get SWAMPED because so many people have heard great things, they try so hard to stay on top of all of their customers. Even when I call to ask a question, and they are unable to answer the phone immediately, by utilizing caller id, they immediately call back to see how they can help. My bridesmaid dresses were beautiful, and ordered on time with no problems. Additionally, the guys tuxes were perfect, and any changes that needed to be made were done so quickly and effortlessly. I LOVE this group of staff!

These people are amazing. I picked a picture out of a magazine and they found that dress and said if I didn't like it, no problem, I could pick out another. Raj is a wonderful store owner and will do anything to keep his customers happy! I even had to just give measurements for some of my bridesmaids because they couldn't make it to Gastonia and they figured out and size and ordered it! They are wonderful and VERY helpful and dedicated.

Raj and his staff were fantastic! We had an EXTREMELY tight deadline to get my bridesmaid dresses in and he helped us find the perfect dresses that we could have ordered and back in time for the wedding. For the bride that has more time Bedazzle has a HUGE selection. Definately check them out if you live in the metro Charlotte area or anywhere near Gastonia!

Bedazzled is a large store and can be a bit intimidating when trying to find the "perfect" dress. The staff is very well trained and extremely helpful. I was able to find an Alfred Angelo dress in the color I needed for my wedding that ranged from size 0-28, which was perfect for my large wedding party. The best part was how affordable it was. I had 0 issue with 12 girls purchasing this dress. I would recommend shopping at Bedazzled Bridal and Formal.

We got our tuxes here and I also got my bridal headband here. They have one style of tiarra headband that was very reasonable and the tuxes turned out great! They are extremely friendly as well.

I met Raj at the Charlotte Bridal Showcase and he was extremely nice and professional. He encouraged me to make an appointment and said I know we can find your wedding dress. He said this with sincerity instead of as a pushy sales pitch. I went to the appointment and met Chris, who was very sweet and professional. She listened to what I was looking for and helped me find styles that I was interested in. I could tell she had a lot of experience with helping brides find their dream dress. After trying on several dresses that I thought I wanted, I ended up picking one that was more understated that what I was originally looking for. I knew the dress needed a little something extra and Chris found the perfect rhinestone belt that gave the dress a perfect finishing touch! She also helped me pick out a veil. So Raj was right, I did find my dress! After having such a great experience buying my wedding dress, I decided to order the bridesmaids dresses from Bedazzled too. Ariel helped me select a dress that would flatter all of my bridesmaids. Everyone that I interacted with was very nice and professional, so thank you, Bedazzled! I would recommend going on a Sunday because Saturdays are too hectic for wedding dress shopping.

I actually went to the Bedazzled Bridal and Formal in Gastonia, NC and had a fantastic experience. The staff is very helpful and strive to make every bride feel just as special as she should. Denise was amazing at putting together all the random things I wanted and helping me pick the perfect dress for my big day! I definitely would not have been able to find the dress she helped with on my own! The only thing negative I can say is to be careful when they are taking your measurements. I ended up wearing flats with my dress because she forgot to account for my heels when she put in the order and gave the measurements to the designer! A small mistake to look back on, but monumental when I tried the dress on the first time. Other than that, absolutely fantastic service!!

After visiting a lot of places that had smaller selections, someone recommended Bedazzled. I highly recommend checking it out. They have a HUGE selection. I am a 0-2 in regular clothes, and it is hard to find smaller sizes. Bedazzled has tons of every size, and I was able to see a lot of dresses that fit or nearly fit properly. They have a large variety. I was helped very patiently and happily, and was given more ideas. The staff is great, and they keep a record of your top picks, so if you come in later when they have new inventory, they still know what you liked.

These people were so easy to work with. When I walked in the door, there was someone to greet you and helped you until you found your perfect dress. They made sure you were taken care of. Their prices are affordable. My dress cost less than $500 and it looked better than dresses that cost $10,000. I highly recommend this company and I would go there again!!

I found my perfect dress and wonderful bridesmaids dresses through Bedazzled bridal. My dress was gorgeous and everyone loved it so I am very thankful to Bedazzled bridal for helping me find my perfect dress. The bridesmaid dresses also went so well with my dress and the style of my wedding. My only issue with them was the lack of communication when my all of my bridesmaids had not ordered their dresses (2 of them ordered elsewhere) and I had to rush order my dresses. Other than that I would highly recommend Bedazzled Bridal.

My gorgeous Allure Bridal dress came from Bedazzled Bridal & Formal at the Gastonia location.
This was my 2nd place visiting.

PROs: I found my dream wedding dress and it was just as emotional as they show it on "Say Yes to the Dress!"
I was almost going to settle on a previous dress that I had tried on. But, something told me that there was a better dress for me. So, I asked the consultant to top my previous dress. I wanted an A-line dress that had a conservative look, but with a touch of bling. And to my surprise, the consultant came back to the dressing room with this last dress. When I saw the dress on the hanger, I knew that this was the one. And it was. I cried and my family cried.

Now, time for the CONs: When having an appointment setup, I expect that consultant will pull dresses automatically.... especially, since we talk about the style of dress that I am looking for. Instead, my family and I had to go thru dresses to find styles that I wanted. I was expecting the same service that I got at David's Bridal. This CON is not that bad. I just didnt want to be on a wild goose chase. The consultant knows their store better than I do. So, it just makes sense for them to grab dresses. The other CON is that this store is in Gastonia. Talk about a drive. Ugh! That's how I felt when I initially got to the store.
But, considering that I found my dress, it was worth it. :)

In any case, I found my wedding gown here and I will always remember that experience.

I would recommend shopping here for your gown. The girls there were so personable and a great help. I fell in love with two dresses and cried over them both too. All of the girls were so helpful and let me sit there for hours trying to decide. When I decided I needed to come back a different day the girl who had spent all that time with me didnt huff or puff or even get aggravated. She was very understanding and was so sweet about it. The next day I came in and finally made my decision. A different lady helped me but made sure to give the other girl the credit. It was very honest of her. We just had one glitch. Somehow they ordered a size too small. We had gone over the paper work a hundred times but something was miscommunicated. It worked out as I had lost enough wait for it to fit perfectly. The vail that we picked was perfect. They run specials all the time so there is always a good deal to be found. I wish they had more accessories and shoes, but it worked out!

I originally went here to try on dresses! they were very nice... I'm not sure why i didn't go back to try on dresses for the big day... i just ended up at db..... however, the customer service was much better here than at db. nice selection of dresses too.. they will also let you look through the racks to see if anything pops out at you....

I got bridesmaid dresses from this store. They were efficient with finding the right size with everyone. The dresses were great for the value. I found the dresses online and then could order them from the store. Their prices are great especially after the discount from ordering all of them at the same time.

Bedazzled provided adequate service but lacked in some areas. Fitting/viewing area is way too small. They have so many rules and regulations it's hard to understand everything they hit you with from the beginning. After we complained the service did improve.

There is an amazing selection for bridal gowns and from many wonderful and well known designers. Prices are below average and the staff is very nice. The woman who helped me during our appointment and was super sweet. I am very pleased with the service and recommend them strongly.

I bought my dress off the rack at Bedazzled. They did a wonderful job of helping me find similar styles of dresses for me to try on. Any accessories that you purchase on the same day are given a 10% discount!! That's always a plus. Also I was able to bring my dress back down to the store before the wedding for a free steaming. I would have had Bedazzled do my alterations, but they are booked for months, so I didn't want to risk not getting it done in time.

I truly loved my gown from which was purchased from Bedazzled. The gown was ordered 3 months before the wedding, my hollow to hem measurements were taken and everything. When the dress got back, it did not fit and it was too long! The Manager called Allure and left a message to about fixing the dress. When the dress came back it fit and I was given an extra discount off my accessories.

The "girls" were very nice and helpful and always professional. My consultant Savanah remembered my name. That meant a lot to me. Everything I went in to make a payment I was always greeted with a smile. Please note during prom season they are extremely busy.

I bought my wedding gown here. All the ladies were very helpful. Once it came in and I had a fitting, it was way too short and I was very upset. Again, the ladies were helpful in trying to help me figure out my options. The man (owner I think) however was very rude. He ended up giving me a $100 refund for my trouble, but he didn't look at me or even say a word. They have a great selection of dresses... Just watch out for that man.

The first couple of time I went into the store was awful, After expressing my low budget it was like they really didn't want to spend much time with me, then I went in and got a new girl to help me and let me say I felt like a bride, and then she showed me that I could do a layaway and pay a little each month which was convenient and not only that took the time to put me in the dresses right just like if it was my day veil and all and I found the one that took my breath away and made my mom cry... me a tomboy seeing my mom cry and feeling like the prettiest girl in the world I found my dress..

I ordered my wedding dress from the Gastonia location and had no issues, but when we returned to order my groom's tuxedo as well as the ring bearer's, we found out that a child's tux costs the same as an adult male's. Additionally, shoes cost extra to rent and after all the extras it still did not include socks. When we returned 2 months later to pick up the tuxedos (2 days before our wedding as instructed by our bridal consultant), the groom's vest and jacket were 2 sizes too big and the sleeves of the ring bearer's jacket were above his elbows. Now my groom did loose about 7 lbs, but he was definitely measured incorrectly while in store originally. Our ring bearer is 8 so there was no way he could have outgrown the jacket, when the rest of the tuxedo fit him. We had to reorder the pieces by 5 that day to be picked up the next day and while the staff did accommodate our delayed arrival due to a tropical storm and traffic, it added unnecessary stress to our final few days. The ring bearer's jacket, although reordered hours after the groom's pieces, arrived early the next morning, while the groom's pieces arrived mid-afternoon the day before causing a time crunch in our scheduled events that day because we had to drive 30 minutes to pick it up during traffic and the storm. I doubt we will return to this store for any future formal needs.

I walked into Bedazzled on a Saturday afternoon with no appointment and they were able to work me in which I was very thankful for! I walked in knowing I wanted a gown with long sleeves. They had 3 in the entire store (I know they probably cannot help this entirely but still, I was disappointed) They pulled those 3 (which were monstrosities, which they also probably cannot help) The consultant kept pulling other dresses telling me to "just try this" I had already been other places and just tried things, I knew what I wanted. While trying on the last dress the consultant told me she was excited to actually see someone in this dress, the only other person that had tried was too big and was never going to get it on) I felt it wasn't very professional and was wondering if she would say the same about me as I couldn't get one of the samples she pulled over my butt! I don't think I would recommend them!

I loved my dress and a lot of the workers were really sweet. The problem was that I tried on a dress and they told me to go up a size which was a really bad idea. I got the new dress and it was huge on me. They said it would look better when I got it altered. The dress didn't look anything like the original dress I tried on. I ended up having to buy a whole new dress. They tried to blame the alterations person yet it was a person they had recommended to me on their list. They were not sympathetic to my situation of having to buy a whole new dress and did not compensate me for my troubles at all. Especially when I could not order a new dress and had to buy the one off the rack which had been tried on by other shoppers. I will never shop here again. They also messed up my grooms shirt and groomsmen vests. Beautiful dresses and sweet workers but the manager is not understanding at all and made some inappropriate comments.

The dresses they have are beautiful, the staff, depending on whom you get, can be very friendly or just plain out rude. I went multiple times looking for a brides dress and when I was about to purchase the manager mentioned that I have been in there multiple times and needed to know what I was looking for, after purchasing my dress, off the rack since I got a bigger size that what I wore, when putting my dress on a couple months later for bridal pictures my straps were broken. I went to the dress shop asking if they could fix it considering I just put it on and they refused; went previously after to look for bridesmaid dresses since they neglected to inform me my bridesmaid dresses had been discontinued; needless to say I have not been back.

Your experience with this place will honestly depend on who you are working with. The girl that we had when picking out tuxes is absolutely wonderful and Raj as well. The rest of them couldn't care less and one girl even tried to take away the discount on the tuxes when my husbands father passed away a month before our wedding!! I definitely will not be stepping foot in that store ever again! Our tuxes were all wrong, one jacket was 3 sizes too big, one shirt had one sleeve 2 inches shorter than the other, and my husbands pants looked like MC Hammer pants and had stains on them and had rail road tracks as creases. Like I said it depends on who you get in that store but don't trust your wedding attire to them unless you get our gal!

I would not recommend this vendor at all. My bridesmaids purchase their dresses from here and the whole experience was awful. The only thing positive I can say about this place the manager Denise is the most professional person I have come across in along time. Even in the midst of customers screaming at her she remains poised, but the reason of the staff SUCK. The flexibility is good because it is the mall have to abide by their hours.

Tux rental

If you have anything planned afterwards, I don’t advise to rent from here. Crooks that will charge you 25/ day late few. We were scheduled to go out of town the next day. Wedding ended after ten pm. and left before sun can up next morning. Returned it as soon as we got back in town. Wanted someone else to bring it back for us. Family was on vacation with us. Friend went out of town too. House sitter didn’t have a car. Just not fair when they knew we weren’t physically here to bring it back!

I've dealt with these people before. They're generally just rude. However, I am currently standing in the store and have been for over 25 minutes with my fiancée looking at veils. We have not been spoken to once by an associate although we've made eye contact several times. This is the epitome of being unprofessional.

I am going to be a maid of honor in my sisters wedding in June. I have had a hard time finding a dress that I want here in Asheville, so my mom and I rode to Hickory, an hour and a half away, to find "that perfect dress" because we looked online and loved a lot of the dresses they have. We even called in advance to see if we needed an appointment and we were told if it were one person we did not but if it were 4 or more than yes. So we rode down, pick some dresses out for me to try on and we head to the dressing room to start trying dresses on. I was on the 2nd dress that the employee was handing to me through the certain and all of a sudden she tells my mom and I that we are only allowed to try on 4 dresses..... She was the one we were handing dresses to as we were picking them off the rack to try on, so she knew how many dresses I had and how many I planned on trying on. Also there were maybe 3 other girls in the store looking and trying on dresses so it wasn't busy at all. My mother and I were beyond mad because we just drove and hour and a half for me to try on 4 dresses and were told that was it? The employee told us that her manager saw that she was letting us pick multiple dresses and were were only allowed to choose 4 and we could come back later and try 4 more. What the heck kind of crap is that? I have never in my life heard such a thing. If that was the case we should of been told that over the phone and we wouldn't have wasted our time driving that far for nothing. I told her I didn't have the time nor would I of came back a couple hours later to try 4 more because that is insane. Before I made a scene I threw my clothes on and walked out. That is complete poor management, lost service for sure because I was guaranteed to find a dress and buy it that day, and the people working there didn't seem to care what so ever if they sold a thing or not since it's not even based on commission it didn't make a difference to them from the vibe we got.

I would never recommend Bedazzled to anyone! It was a complete nightmare dealing with them! Everything was horrible from the day we went in to buy the dresses and tuxedos to the day we had to pick them up! The day we went to buy the attire we had an appointment and still had to wait an hour to be helped while some of the staff was standing around talking to each other. Finally, someone decided to help us and unfortunately, was extremely rude the entire time. We ignored it, picked out the dresses and tuxedos, then got sized, and filled out paperwork. The lady that filled out the paperwork obviously had no idea what she was doing! It took her an hour to write some names and prices on a piece of paper, then somehow she didn't do it right and we had to start all over. Then the day came when we had to go pick the dresses up, that was an even bigger nightmare! They couldn't find the dresses that we had ordered and put deposits down for! They couldn't figure out how much the remaining balance was that needed to be paid after subtracting the deposit we had given them months ago. After they finally got it together and gave us our dresses, some of my bridesmaids dresses didn't even fit! It wasn't just minor issues that could be altered either, some of the dresses were too short! So instead of wearing the heels they bought to go with the dress they had to wear flip flops so that the dress didn't look completely ridiculous! We asked if something could be done to make them fit the way they were supposed to and were told that it was too late. Long story short, don't let these people make your event any more stressful than it already is. Again, I would not recommend them to anyone!

We were told we could browse and then as soon as we began looking someone came to me and told me rudely that we could not look because they "wanted to keep and eye on us". We were not unzipping bags or moving anything, simply trying to look at styles while we waited to get ideas. The bride, my daughter, was checking in as the sign asked. If you can only look by appointment only, it should not be open for public access. I have bought prom dresses there in the past and felt welcomed by the staff, but this time I felt that our presence was a bother and that we were not welcome to shop. I am the mother of 4 daughters, 3 of which have not married yet, but I will probably NEVER shop here again because of the rudeness and the unwelcoming attitude I encountered. Unless the staff makes some major adjustments, I would recommend that you look elsewhere!

Shopping at this store turned into a nightmare for my friend. She purchase a wedding dress that originally cost around $700 dollars, however it was marked down to half of the price because according to the sales person the dress was missing a few buttons on the back. My friend still purchased the dress, however three weeks before her wedding she decided to try the dress, when all of the sudden she noticed a tear inside the dress. She took it back in the hope of getting another dress or at very least getting that tear fix. She does not speak English so I went with her. I demanded to speak to the manager and that never happened. They told her they did not accept any returns and neither they were going to fix it because they said she caused that tear when she tried the dress on. I argued that she never tried the dress on after she purchased it and that the tear was already there in the first place and that they as the store have the obligation of inspecting every single dress to make sure stuff like this did not happen. Unbelievable she told me they don have the time to do that with every single dress. We took the dress to a professional hoping to get the dress fix. That person took a look inside the dress and pointed out that that dress had been altered already and whoever done it did a poor job. The stitching was completely poor and we discover more tears inside the dress. It is inconceivable to think that a business would sell a dress in that condition, nonetheless that a business would ruin a woman's most especial day.0
