Truly Talented

We had the pleasure of working with Becky at Beco flowers for my daughter's wedding. She exceeded expectations. She took the time to see what we were looking for and was able to deliver the vision we had and make it a reality. The bouquets were not only amazing but lasted for days afterwards in addition the centerpieces for the reception were stunning. She was so easy to work with and I highly recommend her for your event.

Amazing, phenomenal and beautiful!! Everything they did for my wedding reception and ceremony was so beyond perfection!! The arrangements were amazing and exactly what I imagined. Becky was so great at helping me design everything and create a magical experience for my husband and I. No words can describe how happy we were ;)

Rebecca and her talented staff know how to pull off a wedding! Very easy to work with, great communication and trustworthy. I shared several pictures of what I liked as I was particular of what flowers I wanted. Rebecca provided seasonal suggestions that were tasteful and timeless and stayed within my budget and truly satisfied every request. She even somehow found peonies in early August for my bridal bouquet. I would highly recommend Rebecca and all the designers at Beco, and would suggest securing them early as they book out quickly!

Working with Becky and her team was an absolute dream! From start to finish, Becky was responsive, ever patient with my indecisiveness, and able to quickly and accurately capture our vision. Unlike some florists that we looked at, Becky was not pushy with her vision, but instead, worked tirelessly to capture ours. That is not to say that she didn't provide us with a plethora of ideas on how to execute that vision - she did! If you are trying to decide between florists, make your wedding planning easier, and go with Beco!

Beco flowers will make your Wedding day absolutely stunning. I set down with Becky one time and showed her a few pictures of what I was looking for in arrangements and bouquets. She nailed it. Her and her staff exceeded my highest expectations. I showed up on my wedding day and almost cried when I saw all the mantle arrangements and center pieces they had done. The flowers were gorgeous and the bouquets were even more beautiful. I loved them so much I had my bouquet preserved. Beco flowers are the finishing touch you need to take your day from pretty to jaw dropping. Best florist in Kansas City.

We worked with Mel at Beco Flowers for our wedding. She was a delight to work with and the flowers were absolutely stunning! I had a hard time articulating what I wanted, as I was fairly overwhelmed by the whole process of planning a wedding, so working with Mel was a dream--She took the time to get to know my personality and style, and then ran with it. I had such a peace of mind knowing that flowers were one thing I didn't have to worry about--Mel's work was magical. She put together my dream wedding flowers before I even knew what my dream wedding flowers were! We were complimented over and over again at how lovely they were. I would also like to note that Mel came in and set everything up, and I didn't even know she was there. She is professional, efficient, and has a great eye for design, and most importantly, can be trusted to get the job done well and right. If you want boring, Mel is probably not your gal; If you are looking for something creative and unique to you, you won't find anyone better than Mel! Thanks, Mel and Beco for being such a positive and worry-free part of our wedding day!

Beco flowers did an outstanding job with the flowers for our wedding. The flowers turned out even better than I had envisioned and they dropped them off at 3 different locations to work with the logistics of our day. They even picked up the altar decorations from the church to repurpose for the reception (their suggestion and it saved us some money!). They were super flexible with some last minute changes. They worked with our other vendors to figure out specific set up times. Everything was seamless and made the flowers one of the easiest parts of our wedding to plan.

Ashley at Beco exceeded our hopes and dreams when it comes to the flowers. It was magical, beautiful, fanciful and fun. I highly recommend this highly creative florist who really cares about you and listens carefully to your plans. She brought my daughter's vision to life in a way that we could have never imagined. I highly recommend this florist.

Beco Flowers was great to work with and I would receommend them to anyone. While I was still narrowing down the florist I would like to use, Beco offered to do a free mock up of the flower arrangements I was thinking of doing with no obligation after the mock up. This was such a nice gesture and allowed me to see the amazing vision and abilities Beco has. They were always responsive to emails and any one-off questions I had. I wanted to meet for a final go-over of all the flowers for the wedding day about a month before the event and Beco was more than happy to meet with me. At that meeting they went over every little detail, brought out real flower examples, and made sure everything was exactly as I wanted (which was super nice since it had been nearly a year since the original mock up meeting). While all meetings around the wedding planning made me excited for our big day, I can honestly say meeting with Beco and discussing the flowers made me the most excited. I did not have any contact with Beco on the day of the wedding because they worked directly with the venue and my wedding planner, but everything was exactly as we had discussed. All the flowers were amazing, from the bouquets to the elegant centerpieces to the rose petals used for accent decor. My mom was interested in keeping some of the flowers to display at her house after the wedding and Beco informed us this would not be a problem. After the reception ended, the Beco workers who came to deconstruct the arrangements worked with my mom and were very helpful, even leaving vases for some of the flowers. Beco Flowers was a great choice and I would definitely recommend them for your flower needs!

What a wonderful experience we had with Beco Flowers! The flowers were absolutely exquisite and the arrangements were so creative and original. Our guests couldn't stop talking about the floral and fruit centerpieces and how beautiful they were! Working with Becky and her staff at Beco was an absolute pleasure and we wouldn't change a thing! We were in awe of their work! Please do yourself a favor and select this florist! We will definitely use them in the future for private work events, parties, etc. Thanks again Beco! This florist was great. They worked with us closely to help us manage our budget. We were able to come up with some really creative and beautiful arrangements that didnt break the bank. The also were really professional and made the process really easy for us.

i gave Becky one photo and she was able to do our whole wedding within the theme and style I wanted. The flowers were beautifully designed as well as interesting to look at. Got lots of compliments! She was on time, professional and low hassle during our discussion sessions. She helped me plan for all the possible flowers we would need without pushing to increase the budget we had set.

I can not say enough great things about Beco Flowers!! Becky took my dream wedding fantasy and brought it to life!! The venue (The Hobbs Building in the West Bottoms) was the perfect blank slate for my vision. The most important thing to me (other than marrying my beloved) was having amazing flowers and decor and making it memorable. And Beco Flowers did just that!! I shreeked with excitement when they brought us our bouquets and was absolutely speechless when I saw our reception space. The gorgeous centerpieces, the rich linens and who could have missed those classic paper lanterns. I am still in "ahhh" when I looked at my pictures :) Becky at Beco Flowers made our wedding unforgettable and timeless!! THANK YOU!!

Choosing Beco was absolutely one of the best decisions we made in our wedding planning. We initially considered several other florists... we went to visit other shops and compared their proposals. In the end, we were most impressed with Beco's creativity and flexibility. We particularly appreciated their willingness to work within our budget.
Becky at Beco Flowers took our initially vague ideas for our wedding and turned them into spectacular reality. The flowers were gorgeous--but she did so much more than just flowers! Becky took charge of lots of the design elements that created a special atmosphere for our wedding day. She made cute little signs pointing guests in the direction of the ceremony & reception. She designed a lighting plan that bathed our outdoor evening reception in a warm and festive glow. She made a chalkboard to display our dinner menu. She created a fun display for our seating cards, clipping them onto strings of brightly colored ribbon. She came up with a gorgeous design for our huppah, covering the poles with moss and curly branches. Becky was able to re-use the flowers that decorated our ceremony aisle as part of the table decorations at our reception--just one example of a creative, eco-friendly, and wallet-friendly strategy that we really appreciated.
Throughout the planning process, working with Beco was truly a pleasure. The shop is located in the Crossroads district of Kansas City, and is made all the more inviting by the frequent presence of the owner's two large & gentle dogs. Playing with the dogs kept my fiance very happy while I was poring over design details with Becky!
If you are planning a wedding or special event in Kansas City, I could not recommend this florist any more highly.

When I first met with Becky, we really connected and she was able to envision exactly what I was going for. We decided for the reception to have 3 different arrangements divided between the tables at the reception. Also, Becky recommended we do a mock example of all the arrangements to see if that was what I wanted.
Beco really went above and beyond to make the wedding flowers elegant and memorable. The bouquets at the church were abundant with flowers and everything I had imagined. The varying table pieces were beautiful and people were talking about how elegant and incredible all the arrangements were. The price definitely is worth the quality and artistic point of view that is shared.

We had a small wedding and only needed a small number of bouquets, boutonierres, and flowers for our cake. I worried that such a small order wouldn't be of much importance to a florist, but was thrilled with Beco's service. Rebekah was great at our consultation, asking us lots of questions and looking at the photos of bouquets we liked. What she made was so much more beautiful than the examples we showed her though! She took what we liked and interpreted it into something that fit our wedding perfectly! I was amazed when I saw the bouquets on the wedding day and couldn't have been happier! We got many compliments!

Beco flowers really understood what I was looking for when coming up with ideas for my reception. Becky took the time to listen to what I was thinking and suggest ideas. I was an out of town bride so we had to communicate over email and she was extremely responsive. Where do I begin? I loved working with Becky from the start about nine months out from our wedding date. Beco Flowers came highly recommended to us and it was easy to see why! Becky was very attentive to what I wanted and offered ideas and suggestions to build from our discussions to create flowers that were just perfect for our wedding colors and to include a mix of flowers I had in mind. She was more than happy to meet with me twice - once several months before the wedding to brainstorm ideas and then again about two months out from the wedding to finalize details. Becky was always responsive and detailed in all our correspondence - in person, by phone, and e-mail over the months and weeks leading up to the big day. The flowers I saw at our rehearsal dinner, during the ceremony, and at the reception were so beautiful. My bouquet was absolutely perfect! I knew our wedding flowers were in great hands and I had 100% trust that Beco Flowers would deliver beautiful flowers. I was extremely happy with everything! THANK YOU BECKY!

The staff at Beco was an absolute joy to work with! I came into their studio with a grand (and very vague!) idea of what I wanted our wedding flowers to look like and they ran with it! They were able to create a floral design that took my breathe away - and stayed within my budget...I would recommend them to everyone (and do!)!

There is no one else I would go to for flowers in Kansas City other than Beco Flowers. Becky and Collette were so fun to meet with, and they were responsive to everything I wanted for an outdoors summer wedding. From my bouquet, the bridesmaids flowers, and the decorations on our tables, everything was perfect and exactly the way I wanted. They even incorporated elements such as butterflies and rabbit's feet that I requested into the decorations. I recommend Beco to any bride wanting a spectacular wedding in KC.

We worked with Collette. She seemed to really get our vision at the first meeting and then didn't seem to have much done when we met again. She started reviewing what we'd said (we were going for a certain look and they didn't have items in stock that fit it) and I started to panic, thinking there was much to be done in then a short amount of time. She said to hold on and that she might have something. It was all a setup. She had found the perfect blend of my desires and my now husband's and showed us some things that we loved. The bouquets were outstanding and walking into the reception was like a dream. They were very flexible with our unusual outlook and did beautiful work.

Becky, the owner of Beco flowers was terrific. She went above and beyond to help find and refine my vision for our wedding ceremony and reception. She went beyond the flowers and did design work too. Becky was always easy to get in touch with and both my mom and I knew instantly that she was great at her job. Her relaxed vibe helped me not to stress about the planning and the actual day, because I knew she would have it handled. I will always choose her for my future design and floral needs.

Beco Flowers was great except for one problem. We told them that we needed flowers for our formal pictures at 3 at the church and they didn't show up until much later after all of the formals had been taken. I didn't really notice until my bridesmaids said something, but it was kind of aggravating.
Other than that, the ceremony flowers were beautiful and the reception was super sleek and sexy. It was exactly what we had wanted and the feeling that we had conveyed to Becky. Even with the one problem, I would use them again. I would just make sure that I confirmed with them again before the event.

While the flowers ended up absolutely beautiful, and the staff was sweet to work with. It took weeks to get calls returned, and somehow messages were getting miscommunicated to the effect that the florist showed up with flowers for an indoor wedding, when it was an outdoor wedding! It was amazing that it turned out as well as it did! I'd reccomend Beco, just make sure they are truly understanding all the details of time, place, etc. of the wedding!
