We had the pleasure of working with beckncalls for our wedding on October 21, 2023. From the beginning our conversations were always enthusiastic and exciting, it’s nice when your vendors are as excited about your event as you are! They created gorgeous signature drink signs for us, and even more delicious signature drinks. We seriously still have people commenting on how delicious our drinks were. Cheryl and Kenny were our wedding day bartenders, we had about 150 people at our wedding and they were amazing! Our guests definitely love to drink and they were served with the best energy, at a completely stocked bar with such timeliness. We would definitely recommend booking them to bartend at any event but definitely at your wedding! -

I cannot say enough good things about Chris and the BNC team! They were everything we were looking for AND MORE. When searching for bartenders for our wedding, we knew that we wanted to do an open bar but did not want to be responsible for buying the alcohol ourselves. In addition, we were able to have a choice of the alcohol, add on signature cocktails and they had SUCH a wide variety of drinks available. Up until the wedding Chris made everything so easy and was always quick to back to me with all of my crazy questions. When it came to the wedding, the BNC team BROUGHT IT!!! They were able to keep up with our guests (which included about 50 Navy vets who came to *drink*). After I (being a clumsy bride) slipped and spilled my drink, they switched over to drink pouches and it was the best thing to ever happen. I had a unique drink request for my signature cocktail and they made it even better than I could have imagined. They kept the party going from start to finish! Our guests cannot stop talking about how great of a time they had at our wedding and Chris and the BNC team was a huge part of them. We will forever be talking about how amazing they were. -

I am writing to express overwhelming thanks for the wonderful bartending experience that Beck ‘N Call showed our Wedding guests at our wedding at College of Central Florida Vintage Farm Campus on Saturday, March 24th, 2024.
We hugely appreciated your time, advice, consideration, and energy that you provided during our several phone call organizational meetings to prepare for your event services and all the options you had to provide us. The outdoor and indoor Bar set ups were impressive and the décor matched our theme perfectly.
From Cocktail Hour to the Reception, Beck-N-Call Bartending services were an amazing success. Our friends and family received nothing but the best from you and your staff. The quality of commitment, care, and attention to detail that you and your staff provided was exceptional. We could not have asked for anything better. You and your staff were energetic, fun, and innovating. You and your staff went above and beyond expectations to ensure that our guests had everything that they needed beverage-wise. You even threw in a few surprisingly unusual, engaging, and creative shot opportunities that got everybody on to the dance floor!
We deeply appreciate all the effort made to ensure that our guests have a wonderful wedding experience. Thanks again for all that Beck-N-Call did create memories that will last a lifetime for Joe and I and our Wedding guests.

I had never hired a whole bar service. Was a little skeptical in the beginning. I can say that Beck ‘N Call Bartenders was great, original, fun and didn’t miss a beat. That the drinks were unique and delicious. Not the water down drinks you get in most events. Well, they were that and a lot more. They were so attentive and real. I felt I knew them for years. Oh and the Bride special Margarita was to die for. No matter if you asked for a mixed drink or a simple cup of soda they made everything so special. There are not enough nice words to describe how good they are. They remembered my groom doesn’t drink alcohol and made him yummy mocktails that made him feel included even though he doesn’t drink. I would hire them for every event I plan in the future and would recommend them with my eyes closed.

I highly recommend Beck n call bartenders for your wedding or event! We hired them for our wedding and everyone would not stop talking about how much they loved our bartenders! They truly made our wedding so much fun! And we were keeping the crowd at the bar to a bare minimum considering how fast they were. They were AMAZING!!! -

Chris and the Beck & Call team were by far our favorite vendor. Our wedding was on Halloween and they went out of their way to make some amazing, crowd favorite, spooky special drinks. They kept our guests laughing with their witty jokes and great personality. We got so many compliments about the bar service. Chris was easy to communicate with leading up to the wedding and easily accommodated us with several last minute changes. They even had the absolute best decorations for the bar area, hands down! Above and beyond service, 10/10, I would highly recommend!!! -

I loved working with Beck N/' Call Bartender's. They truly helped make our night go easily as possible. There customer service and bartending skills were wonderful. Not a single complaint and my guests had nothing but praise for the bartenders than came out to our event. If there was ever an issue before our wedding Chris reached out to us to address is ASAP and in the end our reception went smoothly and everyone was well taken care of. I was absolutely amazed by the bar set up they did for my wedding this past weekend. Chris really works with you to make your bar services perfect. I had to move my wedding due to covid and I was worried they would be booked already before I could find a new date but she reassured me that whatever new date I picked she would be there. Took so much stress off my shoulders! Me being someone who doesn't know much about alcohol let her come up with my specialty drink and OH MY GOODNESS that drink was amazing and she incorporated our wedding colors AND put little boba hearts to make the drink that much better. I love their outgoing personalities that helped keep my guests entertained while at the bar. Hire them and you will not be disappointed. -

Beck N Call really came through on our wedding day. My husband and I gave them a very general idea of what we were looking for in our 2 signature cocktails for our reception and the knocked it out of the park!!! Our guests could not get enough of the cocktails and Amanda and her team had to make multiple batches of each. Their service was extraordinary and we could not have selected a better vendor to share in our most special day. Their pricing is very reasonable and their response time to any inquiries is impeccable. Truly a five star experience to be had when you hire this team. Oh my, I’m not even sure this review will be enough. Chris and her staff are amazing. Their attention to detail is great. We hired Beck 'N Call for our wedding and they were amazing. I felt like I could always text or call Chris and she got back to me and solved any problems. You literally CANNOT beat the price. You get great service and they will make anything work, we added an hour extra of service the week of the wedding and they were prepared and then we added an hour at the end of the night and they were able to accommodate everyone. They were truly spectacular. 10/10! -

I will recommend Chris with Beck N Call Bartenders over and over and over again and I'm pretty sure my wedding guests will too. The bar set up was beyond anything I would ever have imagined, bright fun and colorful! The drinks were ON POINT with so many options to chose from! Not only was the service excellent and the drinks tasty but they bring so much personality that the guests just love! I had co workers talking about their experience for days after our wedding because it was just that awesome. Chris was absolutely the best to work with and was so accommodating for any changes I requested. She kept an awesome communication the whole time and was able to make great suggestions along the way that were really helpful. Not to mention their prices are SO reasonable! I can't tell you how fun our bartenders were! They were even encouraging guests to use our photo booth as the actual photo booth attendant wasn't very interactive. They were a last minute addition to our vendor line up but were very accommodating. And endlessly funny. If I ever need a bartender again I will definitely be calling them again! All and all we all had a great time. Thanks for being a part of our special day! -

We hired Chris and the Beck N Call to bartend our wedding. On the calls leading up to the wedding, Chris had great energy and we were excited about our bartender choice. However, we feel that Chris did not come close to our expectations. She showed up almost 2 hours later than she was supposed to and alone. Her 2 helpers didn’t arrive until even later.
Guests reported not being able to get a drink during cocktail hour and when I spoke to Chris after the wedding, she says they were able to get beer or wine only - which I never told her to limit guests to beer/wine only for cocktail hour.
She also told multiple guests that we didn’t pay her and told her not to have a tip jar. We were paid in full a month in advance and paid extra for gratuity for her to not have a tip jar out. It was very embarrassing to have people coming up to us saying we didn’t pay our bartender when in fact we did!!
Chris also offered to provide a bar sign for our custom drink package which we paid extra for. The sign had typos and was flimsy. I would have been happy to pay for our own sign had I known. My custom drink (the bride’s drink) was an Empress Dirty Shirley which was supposed to be purple. Every time someone brought me a dirty Shirley, it was a red traditional one. I didn’t know people would have to specify between the two.
We also heard from multiple people that Chris complained about our wedding coordinator and my husband and I to other staff members. On top of all of this, someone told us at one point Chris was hiding behind the bar and told the guest that she was trying to discourage people from ordering drinks at that moment.
Chris was also dressed in a tacky red Hawaiian shirt with martini glasses on it. The one thing that I didn’t see a problem with was the coffee bar - it was immaculate. I wish the time and energy was put into the actual bar and service.
When confronted, Chris had an excuse for everything and blamed the few steps into the courtyard she had to go down and not the fact that she was late, showed up alone, working with one arm, and was unprepared.
She also gave the excuse for talking about us not paying to our guests that she can’t remember who has paid or not.
I understand that things happen. Miscommunications happen. But bottom line is, Chris and Beck n Call acted unprofessionally and dropped the ball in providing good service. They were the one disappointment from our wedding day. -

I am appalled at the service we received from this company. I had a phone consultation with Chris, the owner and she promised wonderful fast service and lots of items. They completely breached contract. They promised 300 lbs of ice, and to supply cups, limes, lemons, cherries, etc. The lines were 30 minutes long and ran out of cups, and the limes/lemons were not cut. They had to ask guests several times what they ordered. All the beers were hot even though I was promised they would arrive early to ice them. I am so embarrassed. I texted Chris during the wedding to see if she can send herself or someone else to fix the issues and got no response until I posted this review. I am disappointed.
