Never looked so beautiful
Michelle was absolutely amazing! My girls and I all looked beautiful with our hair and makeup. I did my trial with her and somehow everything looked even better on the wedding day! I would definitely recommend her for your special event. -

Every bridesmaid of mine LOVED their hair and makeup and complimented the flexibility, honestly, and skill of Michelle and her team. They even squeezed in time for touchups right before the ceremony. Amazing service, style and promptness
The Beauty Concepts team was so amazing! They were so prompt with being on time and getting things done in a timely manner with having to juggle 12 women to get ready on my big day. Also their style was wonderful. They made all of us look so beautiful in our own way and I got so many compliments on how beautiful they all looked. I also have never felt more beautiful in my entire life! I would recommend Michelle and the Beauty concept team to anyone!!! -

Being someone who doesn't wear a lot of makeup, I was so nervous about hiring a professional makeup artist, but I was so happy I decided to and even happier I chose Beauty Concepts 22!! Alexa was so patient and she really listened to what I wanted. My make up wasn't too heavy, it was natural and beautiful. All the bridesmaids loved their makeup as well! My hair was so pretty as well! My hair turned out exactly as I had pictured in my head!! -

Mel was amazing!
My cousin was married 02/23/19 and Mel did a beautiful job with all of our make up! It was flawless and her eye shadow work was stunning! I don’t wear make up often and she gave me exactly the look I wanted. Highly recommend her, you won’t be disappointed!! -

I've had my makeup done by Melanie for all of my bridal festivities: engagement photos, bachellorette, bridal photos, and my wedding. She never disappoints and always makes me feel so beautiful! Thank you so much Mel! I would 100% recommend her for makeup services! -

I had originally scheduled hair and makeup trials with a different place, and after 2 failed rounds of trials I contacted Beauty Concepts to get an outside opinion on the style I was thinking of to see if there was a reason I wasn’t seeing success. Michelle was super knowledgeable and gave the type of honest, direct feedback I had been looking for. Thankfully they were available for my wedding date, because switching to working with her was the best decision I’d made since saying yes to my husband’s proposal. The old Hollywood / rockabilly hair and makeup Beauty Concepts did for me, my 4 bridesmaids and my officiant were FLAWLESS. I couldn’t believe how perfect we all looked- it was exactly what I’d always dreamed of. I can’t rave enough about how great our entire experience was. I woke up the morning after my wedding and my hair and makeup still looked perfect! Seriously, don’t look any further than Michelle and her team, you will not be disappointed.

Her stellar ability to bring out the beauty in all of my bridesmaids and most of all myself.....I couldn't be happier. Its been a little over a year and looking at my wedding album..Im still just so touched and amazed with her skills, she truly is an Artist. I would recommend Beauty Concepts if you want a classy and amazing makeup and hair on your special day. We took night pictures outside next to our ocean front house and my make-up and hair still looked amazing. Thank you Michelle for making my day so beautiful. -

They arrived on time and immediately got to work on my bridesmaids, with Michelle doing makeup and her mother doing hair. All we had to do was show them a pic of what we wanted and they worked their magic. My girls and I looked absolutely beautiful! We had compliments on our hair and makeup all night! Her prices are the best around, especially for the quality of work she does. Oh yeah, and shes a total sweetheart and so easy to work with!!!! Highly recommend her!!! -

Natassia Sent on 04/09/2016I chose to use beauty concepts after having a good experience with Michelle at my sisters wedding in the summer of 2014. I am so glad I did. The results were incredible and I wish I had her to make me look that good every day! One of the main reasons we chose Beauty concepts was because of the good prices without losing quality. There was a miscommunication about when everyone needed to be ready, but once it was realized, it was fixed very quickly. I would just recommend leaving more time than what they say is needed just to make sure everyone is ready on time. Michelle did also bring an assistant to help curl hair and then she would style it and do makeup, which helped with time. She is pleasant to talk to and is just so great at what she does. She can replicate just about any picture you give her for hairstyles and for makeup looks. -

Bridal hair and makeup isn't cheap so we went in knowing my (the bride) hair and makeup was going to be roughly $210. Guests were $75 for hair and $75 for makeup.
All in all, I loved my look. We actually ended up doing something completely different for the wedding day than we had for the trial. Same thing for my hair - I had a different stylist actually than I had for my trial, but it worked out for the best. She still did a beautiful job on my hair! -

I purchased a package from Michelle, who is the owner of this company for a hair/makeup trial, a hair and makeup session for portraits, and a hair and makeup session for the day of my wedding. All
Three times that my hair/makeup was done, it was completed by different stylists. In fact, on my actual wedding day...Michelle did not even show up but sent someone in her place. This completely defeats the purpose of these "trial" runs...because the hair and makeup will look different each time it is done by a different stylist.
Honestly, the stylists that with/for Michelle are far better than she even is...so it worked out for the best. But the unprofessionalism in not informing the bride of these changes can be annoying. Also, keep
Your own record of payments if you are doing things in payments....Michelle often changes the way she wants to be paid.(example, switching from
Cash only, accepting debit cards, or requesting you pay her personal PayPal
Account rather than the company PayPal account).
Service that was completed for myself, and my bridal
Party was Beautiful! Everyone was very happy with their hair and makeup!! (No thanks to Michelle.)

Time! YOU WONT! I requested we start and hour and a half earlier than she wanted and I'm glad that I did! We finished later than I would have liked...but still
On time thanks to the buffer Time I added into my
Timeline! These stylists take their time...it is worth it because their work is beautiful...but beware because they are slow!!!! -

I want to share an honest experience for future brides. Communication leading up to the wedding was lacking. I did not receive confirmation until I personally reached out the night before my wedding. At that time, I was informed that the start time had changed from 6:30am to 5:30am. Had I not reached out, I’m unsure if I would have been notified. On the morning of the wedding, Michelle did not arrive, and I was not informed in advance that a different artist would be sent in her place. Since I had hired Michelle specifically and was charged a travel fee, I was under the impression she would be the one providing my services. This was disappointing, especially since the artist who arrived asked whether I had done a trial with Michelle which reinforced my concern that a trial would have been pointless if Michelle was not the one showing up. That said, the artist who did arrive did a good job with my makeup, and I was happy with the final result. While I appreciate the work that was done, clearer communication and transparency would have made the experience much smoother . For this reason, I personally would not book again, but I hope this feedback is helpful for future clients.
