I rented decorations from Beautiful Weddings for my reception, mostly for my centerpieces including hurricane vases and LED candles, as well as other misc. décor items for the wedding. The process was so easy. I loved being able to build my wish list online and browse their inventory. Pricing felt very fair, and we definitely saved a lot of money compared to buying everything outright. We chose to do pickup and drop-off instead of their setup service, and it was all simple and stress-free. Everything looked beautiful, and I’d absolutely use them again in the future if I ever need to rent decorations. -

Truly made our wedding day everything we could’ve ever wanted!! We turned our family land into our wedding venue, and it was SO seamless with the help of Beautiful Wedding and Events! What I will say is… TRUST THE PROCESS! They were still putting in the WORK up until early afternoon on our wedding day, but I never even had a single concern. They were amazing and I’d recommend them a million times over!!! From the first day I spoke with them I knew they’d be a great fit for what we wanted. Great communication and even worked with us despite the distance between them and our wedding site!

When I picked them up, Jason was able to explain everything about structuring/building the acrylic riser; maintenance; and cleaning. Beautiful Weddings went above and beyond for my wedding in November. The communication was great, Marlene has the greatest vision and helped me to have the most beautiful, creative and special spaces to celebrate my marriage, from getting ready to the ceremony to the reception. We were in an older venue and Marlene brought it to life with so many details and took a blank, dark canvas and made it magical. We did our own florals but the placing, candles, and extra details were all Marlene. I did not feel good about my own capabilities in the planning process but Marlene, Erika and Jason helped me to have the most beautiful wedding!Beautiful Weddings & Event Rentals's reply:

Where do I even begin. TL;DR hiring Beautiful Weddings and Event Rentals will be the best thing you can do for your event — whether it’s a wedding, shower, birthday party, or something entirely different. This family-owned and operated business is what made my Wedding day truly perfect and special. What began as a message on The Knot, turned into a group text with Marlene, Erica, and Jason, guiding me through the entire process.
Working with this team was like a one-stop for 85-90% of my backyard wedding. What started as a few screenshots from Pinterest, turned into one of the most beautiful weddings I’ve ever attended (biased, but I received this feedback a ton from our guests as well). I did not have a planner but Marlene and Erica’s experience kept me in line and focused. Beyond the tent and design, we did a mix of silk/fake and real florals throughout the decor (arch, aisle liners, decor, centerpieces, sign accents, my bouquet, boutonnieres—all of it!!). I truly cannot speak highly enough about them.
Candidly, I had been naive to think some of the set up would be relatively simple, but their team proved to me that this is an intricate and careful process to make sure everything looks professional and beautiful. In the days leading up to my wedding my mind was blown as their entire team was at my house making sure every detail was perfect. From the tent & drapery installation to the table settings & decor, I was impressed and blown away with every single step of their process.
When I had questions, they were answered. Erica sent me so many pictures of different options whenever I needed! When I had concerns about ANYTHING (related to them or not), Marlene was reassuring and patient. When I had no idea how the floor layout would come together, Jason continued to draw up options until we found something I liked. Erica, one week out from giving birth, was on the phone/texting with me to make sure I had everything I needed. Marlene even helped to give my DJ the cues when it was time to walk down the aisle since I did not have a coordinator!! I truly felt part of the family by the time it was all said and done. In fact, they'll be at our house again today to finish clean up!
It’s also important to note that with this above-and-beyond-experience, the pricing was competitive and they worked with me on MY budget. The table bundles and rates were just icing on the wedding cake! I could keep going and probably write a book about this team, but I'll summarize with this: You’d be a fool to hire anyone else. -

Superb family owned company, I love that they were local and close to home. They were more than willing to take on the challenge of my reception with such short notice due to the pandemic making it even more complicated. All my guests were complimenting on the breathtaking job they did. Came early each day before my wedding event to put their 100% into setup and then came immediately the day after to pack everything up and leave no trace behind like magic! We chose them based on value, professionalism, quickness in response & overall we loved working with their entire family! Highly recommend!
We rented chairs and the farm tables from Beautiful Weddings and Event Rentals and we are more than happy with the services they provided. We received courteous, prompt and excellent customer service from the initial phone conversation up until the final pickup of the rentals. The only thing I can say we noticed was that 1 chair was received broken and some of the chairs needed to get wiped down prior to using them. They still deserve a 5/5 rating. delivery was a bit earlier than scheduled but they reached out by phone to ensure that we were on site and ok to receive delivery earlier. Excellent service
This vendor is a family owned business and they are great to work with. I had a lot of last minute changes due to inclement weather and they were able to work with me on short notice. Their work is top notch and amazing. They are always available to work with you as quickly as possible and to help make your day amazing. Ms Marlene went above and beyond with the decoration and gave me let me rent free centerpieces. They were able to set up everything in 2 days and take it down the night OF the wedding. They are truly amazing. I definitely would recommend them to anyone. They are able to do anything that you want them to (I found pictures on Pintrest and they were able to recreate it). I used beautiful weddings for my decor, planning, and coordinating. My day could not have happened with out Marlene and her team. And I’m saying this without any exaggeration. Marlene ended up being a women of all skills, even had to do the caterers job. As always there were hiccups during our wedding day but Marlene and her team fixed all issues within seconds and without hesitating. I was able to have the wedding of my dreams knowing everything would be handled. A wedding with no stress all thanks to this team. They were right beside me all day & night making sure everything was running perfectly. Every person who helps with this buisness will bend over backwards for you to make sure you are taken care of (including helping to get locked keys out of the car at the end of the night). I gave Marlene full control over decorating the venue and I was absolutely blown away. Exceeded my expectations x100. The venue manager even said that was the most beautiful she had ever seen the venue, and we have had many text since the wedding saying how beautiful it was. I will recommend this company to every single person I know for any event. You WILL NOT be disappointed! Such an amazing company. I had a phenomenal experience working with Beautiful Weddings and Event Rentals. I got married at Dunaway Gardens on November 9th, 2019, and hired them to decorate my two reception tents.
Before booking BW&ER, I reached out to around a dozen of vendors in order to complete the proper due diligence. Although I reached out to many, multiple vendors never got back to me, and my list quickly dwindled down to four. 3 out of the 4 companies were grossly overpriced, and they were not all-inclusive companies.
My two reception tents were blank canvases. I had a multitude of grand ideas and changed my vision a few times. No matter how many changes I made, Marlene and Erika were always helpful and quickly updated my detailed estimate. BW&ER draped & lined my entire tent, created and draped a stunning 50ft custom floral ceiling centerpiece, provided my: uplighting, "dancing on a cloud effect" for my first dance, and special request for 6ft spiral chandeliers. My reception tent was breathtaking; they brought my vision to life!
I am very thankful to Beautiful Weddings & Event Rentals for being pleasant to communicate and work with since Day 1. They answered all of my questions, and I greatly appreciated their full transparency. Most of all, I am grateful that they were always respectful to my budget. When we arrived at our venue to set up there was a miscommunication and the venue had not moved the drapes back to accommodate our large wedding party and then when they did move them back it messed up the set up of the chairs. We were stressing to figure out how to make it look right and this company stepped in and took over for us. They were only there to hang lights and saw our stress then they volunteered to help us. They went over and beyond the call to help us move and organize chairs to make our wedding perfect! We had a power outage due to a thunderstorm they also stayed a long time to make sure when the power came back on the lights were all working properly! Exceptional Service
I had the pleasure of working with beautiful weddings to plan my daughter‘s baby shower. Her theme was lumberjack/woodsy and Marlene took this vision and out did everything we could dream of! When you walked into the shower it was as if you walked straight into a forest! My daughter has a high-risk pregnancy with some complications so we combined The three showers (work, family, friends) into one which totaled roughly 75-100 guests! Marlene and her team were brought in at what I thought was the end of the planning stage - but the value of her insight, vision, and execution was priceless! She took my small and simple outdoor wedding to a simple, yet elegant park wedding that was absolutely perfect! All it took was one conversation and it was like Marlene knew what I wanted better than I did! These ladies did amazing job with the flowers. The day of the wedding, they went above and beyond to ensure that the venue looked beautiful! I would recommend them to anyone! As a wedding coordinator, I love to work with people who are flexible and dedicated to making sure that the job gets done. The budget didn’t matter to them and I love that! -

My only complaint is that I had purchased purple and gold silk flowers to go on every reception table in all the vases, The tables looked awesome, but none of my roses. Otherwise, Marlene and Erica were SUPER organized and I didn’t have to worry about a thing during actual rehearsal AND wedding day.Beautiful Weddings & Event Rentals's reply:

I am sorry to hear you don't feel we used enough of the roses, we did our best to replicate what you were looking for based off of the pre-agreed terms to set things up as they looked best using our talents with your provided items. We used the roses in many other areas and event added things beyond the contract but hate to hear it wasn't where you expected it! We appreciate your feedback and will in the future require very specific specifications to what the client wants and where if we do another setup with items provided by clients to prevent any letdowns as we aim to satisfy our clients beyond what they imagined. Though we hate to hear anything less than perfect we do appreciate the feedback so we can do better next time in a similar setup. We pray you both are doing well in this new chapter and were pleased to work alongside you both!
