I ordered my wedding invites through Beautiful Wedding Announcements, and the process couldn’t have been any easier! Collette and staff were very helpful and responsive. I had received a 50% off promo from the bridal expo, which was super nice since things can really add up. My invites turned out beautifully, especially since I uploaded my own design, I was afraid the quality wouldn’t be as good, but it exceeded my expectations. I will definitely be ordering the thank you postcards from them and I can’t wait to see how those turn out!

BWA offers the most cost effective, high quality vendors I have found for my wedding invitations and thank you notes. I searched many places. They are a smaller shop which meant quick, personalized responses, and they did all the printing themselves! No outsourcing, no long waiting periods as they print onsite! I was able to tell them the edits I wanted and they quickly sent back proofs. You can also call them and a live person will answer any questions you may have. Very friendly and I loved being able to support a small business with years and years of experience!

BWA has been such a pleasure to work with. I found them at a bridal show in Phx, AZ in 2023. They had so many options when it came to all the different variations of announcements, invitations and thank you notes. The $50 deposit was well worth the discount for when we went to order announcements and invitations. Ordering process was as easy as it gets. Getting the proofs was the best decision for us as we were on a time crunch due to our wedding date being moved up. We hit a snag with the addresses on our announcements being predone for us by BWA but they worked quickly to fix everything and get them to us in time for sending them out. They do a great job of communicating and making sure everything is perfect. We can't wait to use them for our thank you notes after our wedding!

BWA is who you need to work with! Collette and the family work together to make those most beautiful wedding announcements. I met her husband at a wedding trade show in Dallas, TX and I was able to use the 50% promo by working with them. Working with Collette on how I wanted my wedding invitation was a smooth process, as I wanted to have a memorable and creative invitation for a destination wedding. They created a 'passport' booklet, including all the wedding details. They were even able to add the QR codes that sent guests to our wedding website. I highly recommend BWA for any of your wedding announcements!

Working with BWA has been nothing but an amazing experience! I met them at the Dallas Bridal Show and I loved being able to get their sample pack in person so I could see the paper as I was deciding on which one to pick for my invites. I met Collette at the AZ Bridal Expo in 2020 right before the pandemic. She was the absolute sweetest and had so many beautiful options for save the dates and wedding invitations, so we knew right away that we needed to utilize her expertise. We ended up having 2 wedding celebrations due to covid and she has produced the most wonderful cards for us.
In our interactions, she and her team were timely, professional, and creative - all while listening to and incorporating my ideas. They make timelines very clear and are very easy to communicate with. Everyone has LOVED our invites, save the dates, and thank you cards, and so have I -- as that was a very important piece of wedding planning to me. Thank you BWA for making me a happy bride!!

We couldn’t be happier with our custom invitations. Collette and Nicci were incredibly helpful, responsive, and professional. Custom invites quoted by another vendor would have been $1,300. We ended up with an even better custom invitation for less than $200! And that was with my many upgrades! I highly recommend!!!

We met them at a bridal show and got the special deal they offered there. I don't know what their normal prices are, but with that deal, they were the best price we found. The system was pretty easy to use, and the quality was great. When we requested changes to the samples they emailed us, they made them within two days and sent another sample. Everything was quick and easy.

We found Beautiful Wedding Announcements at the San Diego Bridal Bazaar and we are so glad we chose them for all of our wedding stationary needs! Their website has so many templates to choose from and if you still can't find exactly what you want, their designers will customize something for you! Once we placed our orders, we heard back from the office staff within 24 hours, our proofs were all done within 4 days and any changes I wanted were all done within 24 hours as well. Exactly what we wanted
We came across Beautiful Wedding Announcements at the Arizona Bridal Expo and signed up to get 50% off our order with a deposit and picked our invite online. Working with them was pretty straight forward we picked our template, gave them the information, confirmed and it was shipped to us! Easy and quick!

Beautiful Invitations
Beautiful Wedding Announcements are so easy to work with. Kortnie is amazing! She helped me design my wedding invitations and provided some great ideas. Kortnie sent me proofs each time to see what I thought. She was very thorough and never missed a detail. We got so many compliments on our wedding invitations and we are so happy we went with them. They are professional, experienced and priced reasonably well. I am so happy I met them at a bridal show! I can't say enough great things about them! Thank you!

Great price and custom design!
We were so lucky to have met Beautiful Wedding Announcements at our local Bridal Bizzare. We were able to get beautiful custom designs to fit our Spanish themed wedding. They were so easy to work with, it was a really great experience.

All our wedding stationary turned out beautifully! Beautiful Wedding Announcements live up to their name. The people working there were super helpful in choosing the right type of paper and responsive with any issues (i.e. typos in the mock ups). Fair price for the quality and fairly quick turnaround as well.

So flexible and accurate!
My fiance and I were very picky and meticulous about our invitations. After about 2-3 emails and a couple days later, they already had exactly what we wanted and sent templates through email and looked exactly as expected. The invitations were beautiful. Thanks guys!
