Perfection

I can't say enough good things about Jacqueline and her team. We had 13 women getting hair and makeup done on site at Linwood Estate for my wedding. Her team was so kind and professional and everyone looked absolutely gorgeous. We were also ready an hour and a half early!! Denise did my hair and makeup and was such a pleasure to work with. She listened to any tweaks I asked for and made sure I was 100% happy with everything before leaving. They really are a dream team!

Thoughtful. Professional. Adaptable. The Beautiful Dream Team is Incredible!

Words cannot express how grateful I am of Jacqueline and her team of women. Before booking her, I thoroughly enjoyed looking at her website and Instagram and how she captured not only the back or front of the styles, but doing all angles to get a complete idea of what the style looked like. Her team was responsive in all the questions I asked, and the price was within my budget. Before the trial, she asked what I did and didn’t want and wanted to see inspiration pictures beforehand to get an idea of what I expected; I also sent her pictures of my hair in an everyday style as well as my dress so that I could get her opinion on what would work. During the trial, she first asked if what I wanted/didn’t want were the same as what I sent before, and I said yes; I didn’t have an exact hairstyle, but I knew what I liked and didn’t like from the pictures I sent. She then worked with me (and my not-so-bright apartment) to get the perfect style and look; she asked my opinion on eyelash length, eyeshadow format (matte or sparkle), lipstick color, amount of curl for my hair, etc. When she finished, it was exactly how I imagined, despite not having an exact picture to show her. On the wedding day, for a group of seven girls, she had an army of 5-6 women working constantly; at the end, she and her team had a great time and even took some pictures with us! Jacqueline then stayed around to make sure the veil was properly placed in my hair and touched up the makeup before the first look with the bridesmaids. She went above and beyond to make sure the hair, makeup, and veil for myself and the bridesmaids were perfect. Hands down, I recommend Jacqueline and her team for hair and makeup for any special event! They absolutely are the beautiful dream team!

Jacqueline and her team did a great job for me and my bridesmaids on my wedding day Aug 18, 2018. They were on top of time, suggestions, and quality - we had such an awesome experience working with them! They use airbrush for the foundation which makes the skin look like it's been photo-shopped in real life - and with no extra weight so it both feels and looks great!! The makeup (and hair) stayed put all day and nothing fell off or got smudged - and I do have oily skin so that was awesome! Also, I had my bridal hair and makeup preview done right in my home for which Jacqueline traveled far from her office - I highly appreciate this as it allowed to pick the best style for my wedding day. Thank you so very much! Highly recommend!!

Jacqueline and her team did a wonderful job the day of my wedding! I had about 14 women for them to do hair and make up for. They made everyone feel comfortable and beautiful, and they were very efficient! Jacqueline also made sure I got time to myself and away from the chaos that was my wedding morning, which I appreciated immensely! She was very attentive and flexible. I would definitely recommend her!

Jacqueline and Hyacinth were extraordinary! They really made me feel like a princess on my wedding day. Jacqueline is so talented so it was easy to trust her with my wedding hair - especially since I changed my mind about what I wanted for my hair so the hairstyle she did for my preview was nothing like what I requested on my wedding day. It turned out even better than I imagined!! Plus, they were both so patient with my bridesmaids and I can't thank them enough for that!! They definitely deserve the name "Beautiful Dream Team!"

Jacqueline and her team are absolutely AMAZING! This was such a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend them to any bride! Jacqueline made the entire process so relaxing for me (the bride) and really went above and beyond for me. I can't thank her enough. She was very helpful during my preview process and she welcomed slight little changes that I wanted to make on the day of the wedding. I LOVED this group! Beautiful Dream Team made the most important day of my life run so smoothly!
Jacqueline handled everything herself and went above and beyond to ensure everything was exactly how I requested. Her professional and friendly manner let me enjoy my day and took so much stress off of my shoulders! Her experience really showed by how organized and prepared she was. And the price was so reasonable, especially since she travels to you!

The Beautiful Dream Team was very easy to work with and very professional. The whole process from booking, preview to wedding was a breeze. Jacqueline's team was great to work with and gave the bride what she was looking for. My daughter felt at ease not having to go anywhere the day of her wedding to get hair and make up done. They traveled about 2 hrs to the venue. The bride, bridesmaids and even myself, the mother of the bride, received compliments about our hair and make up. Such a wonderful experience with the Beautiful Dream Team! I had Ali for my hair and make-up and she did an absolute amazing job, along with the rest of her team! I was so happy with how she made me feel beautiful but allowed me to stay more natural and simply elegant. The whole team was very talented, professional and timely! I had 7 bridesmaids, a MOB and MOG and I was surprised that we were done with plenty of time!

Jacqueline and team were amazing! Jacqueline was able to work with my awkward timeline to do a trial day the day before my wedding. She and her team were also AMAZING the day of. I used the Beautiful Dream team for my wedding and had a wonderful experience. They were professional, experienced, and timely. I wanted a team that could do both hair and makeup on site, for convince. I also looked for a team that could do a classic look. I felt that they listened to my requests and were extremely flexible. I first met Jaqueline and her team as a maid of honor in a friends wedding in 2013 and knew that I had to have their services for my wedding when the time came. Jaqueline came to my house for my trial and at the venue for my wedding listened to the subtle changes that I wanted. She came equipped with three team members to take care of the rest of my party (5 bridesmaids and two moms) which was perfect. Jacqueline and the entire Beautiful Dream Team made myself (the bride) and my entire bridal party feel like goddesses for my September 17th wedding. Jacqueline and the entire team were extremely professional, friendly and they were such a calming presence the morning of my wedding. I followed the timeline that Jacqueline suggested and we were ready right on schedule without feeling rushed.

One of the many moments that stood out the morning of my wedding is how our hair and makeup team took an unusable flower crown from my florist and made it work for our flower girl! They took the extra time and care to turn the flower crown into something even better than we originally planned. This extra care and detail is exactly what you'll get if you book the Beautiful Dream Team. They take their time to ensure you look and feel the best on your most important day.

Jacqueline and her team are simply fantastic. I started looking into a hair and makeup team months prior to my wedding. I emailed to ask for availability, she immediately called me, talked me through their process, asked in detail about my preferences on hair/makeup, AND scheduled my trial all in one conversation, without the hassle of multiple emails. On my trial, Jacqueline was never in a hurry and stopped several times during both the trial and wedding day for feedback to be sure I was happy with the results. I came home after the trial and my husband-to-be commented multiple times on how much he liked my hair. On the wedding day, Jacqueline and her team had a handful (8) of excited, loud, and admittedly opinionated bridesmaids-and two moms-, all who loved their hair and makeup (even my mom who rarely has her hair or makeup done)! It really added to my day to see everyone so happy and excited about how they looked before the ceremony. Jacqueline and her team arrived to our venue early on Jacqueline's recommendation to make the day smoother and had great patience with everyone to get their hair/makeup just right. This team truly cares about how their customers feel on their big events. They put a lot of heart into what they do. They are easy and fun to be around, friendly and extremely professional. I really don't know how they did it all, but I highly recommend as someone who did a lot of research prior to booking vendors for my wedding and worried about my bridesmaids experience, that Jacqueline and her team are an ideal hair and makeup team for any major event, especially weddings! I also know that it's not easy to find teams like this one, as I originally had a bad trial with a completely different vendor who was much less responsive and seemed to care little about how I personally felt about my own hair-makeup. I can't recommend them enough, and hope for the chance at a friend's wedding or some other event in the future to use them again.

One of the hardest decisions I had to make was on the day of make up! Everyone was so overpriced or charged so much for travel and that was when I came across the beautiful dream team on wedding wire and from the first communication with Jackie I knew they were perfect for me! I struggled to find a reasonably priced hair and make up team that would come out to central PA (a small town right between Philly and Pittsburg). I happened upon the Beautiful Dream Team after weeks of searching - and I'm so glad I did!!

Before the wedding, I had open communication with my team and they were flexible with all the changes I made. On the day of the wedding, they showed up 20 minutes early and ready to go!

The make up was FLAWLESS! We all felt and looked absolutely gorgeous. And it lasted all night - even the false lashes which usually fall off of me in less than an hour.

The hair was just as incredible. A lot of my bridesmaids didn't know exactly what they wanted, and the hair stylist created beautiful styles for them. They were each individualized and fit their personalities perfectly.

One of the best parts was that they came to the venue. I felt completely at ease the entire time. I would absolutely use this team again and recommend them to any bride. They were the perfect beauty team! Thanks so much ladies :)

I live in California but was married in Pennsylvania and she was so flexible to come do my trial on the one day I was in town before the wedding and showed up bright and early and perky to do me and all my girls the morning of my wedding. I highly recommend beautiful dream team for hair and makeup on your wedding day! Jacqueline was absolutely amazing. She did my bridal preview and took as much time as needed to make sure I happy with the makeup and hair. If I had a question she would call me and answer it right away. On the day of the wedding her team showed up promptly ready to go and ready to transform all of us. My bridesmaids were very happy with the results. Initially some we reluctant to spend the money for hair and makeup, but after they had said it was totally worth it spending the money. I agree! My hair and makeup came out just as I had envisioned it to be. After they had left I someone how managed to smug the makeup on my forehead and I called Jacqueline and without hesitation she came back to fix my makeup! Total life saver. Beautiful Dream Team provided exceptional service for my bridesmaids and I, on my wedding day. In addition to us, the stylists also made the mothers and grandmothers feel beautiful too! They were all extremely friendly, and made the girls feel comfortable throughout the whole process, whether they were used to wearing more makeup or none at all. The team arrived on time and stayed until they made sure that everyone was completely satisfied! Jacqueline and her team (one hair stylist and 2 assistants) came to my venue to make myself and my girls beautiful on my big day. They did not disappoint, even making my mother who rarely wears makeup look natural just classed up. My makeup lasted all day, even in the sun and dancing the night away. They were slightly expensive but well worth the cost. They did myself, mother and 5 maids in about 4 hours. Not a single one of my ladies had a complaint, which is saying a lot with 7 ladies.

Unfortunately, we didn't have to use Jacqueline for our wedding day, but she was so helpful throughout the process. My first make-up trial at another company did not go well and Jacqueline was so helpful and responsive in trying to set up a trial for me with her company within 2 weeks of my wedding. It is hard to know where to begin with this review, as it was a wonderful experience. The decision to have hair and make-up occurred 2 weeks before the wedding. We researched on-line and chose the Beautiful Dream Team as our first choice based on pictures and information, and were very fortunate they had an opening. The Team guided us throughout the process on what to expect, and what we needed to do. Close to the arrival time, we were getting nervous as the bride is very natural, seldom wears much make-up, and because of the tight timeframe and bi-coastal locations, were unable to do a preliminary run through. Plus, she came up with a hair style the day before, gave it to the Team, and they quickly responded that it would all work.

From the time the Team arrived, we were all instantly at ease. They were not only professional and well prepared, but adapted well for the personalities, differences in looks, and were very, very personable. Two of us let the Team do what they thought was best on both hair and make-up and all ended up amazing, and lasted the entire evening.

The professional photos are not back yet, but the ones taken by various attendees look wonderful. I am very appreciative of all they did. It helped make a perfect wedding.

Jacqueline and her team are wonderful. I absolutely loved what they did for my bridesmaids, mother and mother in law, flower girl, and me. The hairstyle and makeup choice was perfect for each person. I truly felt that my wedding had the best hair on bridesmaids that I have ever seen. And I could not have been more pleased with how I looked. I don’t normally wear any makeup. At my preview, Jacqueline listened to what I wanted and made me look like my perfect self. She didn’t overdo anything, but the makeup was flawless and certainly lasted all day. I even cried at the wedding and nothing ran. When I was getting my hair done the morning of the wedding, I asked Jacqueline to change a part of my hairstyle. She did a fabulous job of styling my hair exactly as I wanted it. She was flexible and kept making sure I was 100% satisfied. I appreciated that the Beautiful Dream Team was punctual and they finished all hair and makeup in the time we had allotted, without rushing or making me feel nervous. To top it off, all 3 women were extremely friendly and nice. When they were with my bridesmaids and me, I felt like they were friends. Jacqueline from Beautiful Dream Team was beyond wonderful!!! I started speaking with her through email and she was so nice and friendly from the start. I met her for the first time for the preview a month before my wedding. I was a little nervous that my hair was going to be too short to do what I wanted with my hair but she made it look fabulous. It got even better when she did my makeup. The airbrush looks flawless! I looked like a perfect fairytale princess. I wish I could look like that everyday!
My wedding day was just as great! Jacqueline had an assistant Barbara who did 7 peoples hair while Jacqueline did the makeup. My whole family looked gorgeous!
Don't waste your time looking for someone else to do your hair and makeup. The Beautiful Dream Team is BY FAR THE BEST!!!!

Jacqueline and her assistant Toni were absolutely FABULOUS at providing wedding makeup services for me, my bridesmaids and moms. I felt so amazing and confident on my wedding day, and she accommodated a last-minute decision to cover up a large tattoo efficiently and with ease which was so appreciated! All of my bridesmaids had rave reviews, too- they all looked so beautiful, and felt great, too. Because she traveled to our local salon, it really made the experience hassle-free. Jacqueline Malocu and her Beautiful Dream Team did an absolutely fabulous job on my hair AND my bridesmaids' hairs. Being a few hours away from her studio, Jacqueline made it easy by coming to my area to meet and go through hair and make-up. She listens to your concerns and is very flexible. Not knowing anything about skin- or haircare, she was great at answering questions I had about both subjects. I felt so comfortable with her and really trusted her instincts.
Her team is friendly and easy to talk to, unlike some stylists out there that are so intimidating that you feel like you have to sit there and shut up. I watched and listened as my bridesmaids started getting their hair and make-up done, and there was no pushing back from the Dream Team. They listened to my girls, and even made suggestions to enhance the look the bridesmaids were going for.
Cost for me was a huge concern during the planning process of my wedding. Not only did I get great quality service from Jacqueline and her team, but the cost for Jacqueline's services were also VERY reasonable and VERY competitive. I had narrowed down about a list of 10 hair&makeup artists, and for the packages Jacqueline offered, her prices were more than fair, and some even less than at other studios.
I would gladly use Jacqueline and her team again in the future!

I had Jacqueline from the Beautiful Dream Team provide me with airbrush makeup services. She was extremely nice and very flexible. She came to my house where I got ready for my wedding. She also came to my house for my trial. My makeup looked amazing and she was very open to my opinions. She also put fake lashes on me during my trial, but they were in my line of sight and really bothered me. We knew we had to do something different on the wedding day. She put thinner lashes on me, closer to the outside of my eyes. They didn't bother me at all, and they looked just as good as if I had full lashes. She did a great job and I would definitely recommend her to future brides.

The Beautiful Dream Team came to our hotel and did an absolutely beautiful job on the entire wedding party. We were having difficulty scheduling appointments for the bride, 5 bridesmaids, flower girl, mother of the bride and the vocalist in an area salon. The photographer was set to arrive at 10:30AM and no one could fit that many in so early. We could not find a stylist willing to come to our hotel either. The Beautiful Dream Team was wonderful to work with from the trial through the wedding day. After my mother received a reference to the Beautiful Dream Team, I contacted them fairly close to my wedding (only about 3 months beforehand) and Jacqueline was able to accommodate me and my wedding party. I was so glad they were able to take me because we were struggling to find someone that we wanted to work with and was also reasonably priced. Megan did an unbelievable job at taking my scattered vision and creating a beautiful look. I was worried about my hair falling out and my make up smearing but these were unnecessary concerns because both stayed beautiful through the end of the night. Megan and Laura were very accommodating and efficient and my bridesmaides, cousin, and mother looked beautiful as well. It was also comforting to have them come to my parents' house rather than going to a salon and feeling rushed. The Beautiful Dream Team was definitely worth it. The staff showed up on time and were very professional yet easy-going through out the whole time. Our party originally had 4 bridesmaids, 1 sister, and 2 mothers but we had a few last minute changes and the staff were very flexible about it. Even though we had a large group, the girls were great. They had a whole system going and got everything flowing smoothly, which allowed plenty of time to change before the wedding. I was extremely anal about the makeup. The girls understood my concerns and changed whatever I wanted done. Thanks so much for making us feel beautiful!!

I would recommend the Beautiful Dream Team to any bride looking for wedding day hair and make up services for themselves and/or their bridal party. Jacqueline was great with keeping contact and confirming everything in the months leading up to the "big day." The Beautiful Dream Team did an absolutely wonderful job for our wedding! I met with Jacqueline for both a hair and makeup consult before our wedding day. I don't normally wear a lot of makeup, and she did a fantastic job of making me feel beautiful without making me feel fake.
One of the best parts of the Beautiful Dream Team is that they come to you. All I had to do was tell all the girls to show up in one hotel room rather than try to coordinate everyone showing up at a salon somewhere. It made for a very relaxing start to the day.
On the day of our wedding she and her team showed up on time and were set up quickly in our hotel room. They were all very professional and fun to work with. They finished in plenty of time and I think everyone looked beautiful!
Jacqueline was also willing to squeeze in a last minute add-on for my Grandma. Grandma had taken a tumble at the rehearsal and although had no serious injuries, she looked like she had been in a bar fight with a black eye and scratches on her nose and forehead. Once she was finished with Grandma, no one could tell she had fallen unless you were inches from her face. Grandma looked amazing!

I had a very large bridal party (8 bridesmaids, a mother-in-law who also received services, myself, and a cousin), and Jacqui and her team got all of our hair and makeup done on time and everyone was happy. Jackie and her team were wonderful! I loved my hair and make up for my wedding day! It last all day and all night! I loved the airbrush make up, it covered up all my flaws! Also loved the fake eyelashes! Jackie was very flexible especially with the circumstances regarding our wedding (it was suppose to be Sept. 10th, but we had to postpone due to the flood) she was able to work me into her schedule for our wedding in October! I was glad I chose the Beautiful Dream Team for my wedding day!

Very responsive and great follow up. I was dragging my feet on this because of the expense, but they kept in touch. Everything turned out beautiful for our wedding and our artist was such fun and listened!

Alexa and her team were absolutely wonderful! I met with Alexa for my trial a few months before the wedding. She spent about 4 hours with me because I could not figure out what I wanted or liked! I just had too much hair for the styles that I was looking at. Alexa helped me find hairstyles that were more suited for me- and my day of look was stunning! I had myself, 6 bridesmaids and my 2 flower girls getting ready in the same room the day of the wedding. They sent 3 girls to help get everyone ready and we actually managed to be ready about 45minutes ahead of schedule!

First off, The Beautiful Dream Team came all the way from PA to VA to take care of us. One of the best decisions I made was to hire these girls for our "Spa Day" the day before as well as hair/make-up services on the wedding day. Jacqueline, Alyssa, Alexa, and Laura were so fun on Saturday it made picking our hairstyles on Sunday even easier. I def recommend hiring them for both days for this purpose. Something about getting pampered in the comfort of your own home :)

Jacqui did a wonderful job on my hair and makeup for my wedding. The hair was a very modern and unique style and I hadn't really known what I wanted, so I was willing to try anything. I loved it. The makeup was awesome. She air brushed three of my bridesmaids and myself and made our faces look like porcelain! Her salon was very cute and very clean. All of her products were organized and clean and top quality. Would recommend anyone to her!

Jacquline was wonderful! Before my ceremony my one toe polish came off and since I obviously could not go back to the nail salon, she told me not to worry because she could use make up to fix it! She saved the day with her creativity! :)
For those of you who have never experienced airbrush makeup, it is far better for your wedding day than regular makeup. It doesn't smear or fade!
She did make up for my bridesmaids, moms, grandmas, and myself of course! My grandma was freaked out at first, and she loved it! She talked about her pampering services for weeks!

If you want your hair and makeup to be top of the line, then choose Beautiful Dream Team for your upcoming wedding! The whole process from start to finish was very relaxing as a bride. Everyone commented on how natural my makeup looked and how nice my hair looked as well. It was great that they came to the venue, which was one less thing that I had to worry about on my day. I am so glad that I chose Beautiful Dream Team for my wedding in August. I had so much fun traveling to the owner's farmhouse for my preview. Alizabeth was my stylist and she did an excellent job capturing the look that I wanted for my special day. I brought photos and she did a great job making revisions to the style and then remembering exactly how I wanted it on the big day. The team arrived on time on my wedding day and were efficient in getting everyone done. My 4 bridesmaids and the three mothers were very pleased with their hair and makeup. Everyone looked fresh, natural, and beautiful. We all received so many compliments. Airbrush makeup and eyelash extensions are absolutely the way to go. The entire process was stress-free and I would definitely recommend the Beautiful Dream Team.

Jacqueline and her team provided all of the hair and makeup services for my wedding in May. They were able to complete 6 bridesmaids, two mothers, 2 flower girls, and myself (the bride) in one morning and everyone looked fabulous! The team showed up on time and got to work quickly. They listened to what everyone wanted and exceeded everyone's expectations. All of the girls received so many compliments that day on their hair and makeup and I would definitely recommend Jacqueline and her team to all of my family and friends.

I simply showed Alle a picture for my preview and I was amazed! I had no idea how I wanted my hair done but had a few ideas and showed her my top favorite one and she did it better then the professional pictures! She also made it easy for my veil to come out and my crown to stay in so when I did my dip for my wedding dance I didn't have to worry about it falling out. My make-up came out nice and it was a great experience since I'd never had my make-up done by someone else before. She also showed up a little early on my wedding day and did a beautiful job on my mom and sister as well! Love love love Alle! Thanks!

Jackie and her team made our wedding day preparations seamless. They were on time, professional, kind and were genuinely happy to be there. They were so accommodating to our large bridal party. The quality of their products is wonderful, a great value! Our venue was out in the middle of nowhere (Raystown Lake) and it was helpful to have a team that was willing to come to us since there are not many large, high quality salons around. I called Jacqueline to see if the Beautiful Dream Team had any last minute openings. The vendor I had booked backed out 3 weeks before my wedding!! Jacqueline was vey helpful and was able to fit me in for my girls to get their hair done at the hotel we were at. My girls were SO HAPPY with how their hair styles turned out! I would definately recommend The Dream Team again in a heartbeat.

I was very impressed by Jacqueline and her team. Alexa was a delight to work with, and helped take all of my inspiration photos and create a final look. She was great during my trial, and listened to the changes I wanted to make for the wedding day. Alexa did my hair and makeup and my mom’s hair and makeup for the wedding day. We were both really pleased with our looks and received many, many compliments. Barbra came along to do five of my bridesmaid’s hair. The girls were all very happy with their styles and also received many compliments. Having Alexa and Barbra travel to my house (quite a trip from the salon location) was a wonderful bonus and helped make my wedding day even more relaxing. I couldn’t be happier with the service we received from the Beautiful Dream Team!!

I should start by saying that I was happy with how both myself and my bridal party ended up looking on my wedding day. My rating is based on the service I received before my wedding day and the price I paid for it all. While they responded fairly quickly when I first booked with them and when I emailed them a question, when it mattered, I couldn’t get any answers out of them. For example, they never confirmed my trial date, and when I contacted them the week before to make sure it was still set, I heard nothing in response until I called again a few days later. Same thing after the trial- I wasn’t happy with it and they promised to see if there was someone else to do my wedding styling. I heard nothing for weeks until the day before my wedding when I was told the stylist who did my trial wasn’t even available anymore. When I make an appointment, I plan to keep it. And we had to move my trial date because they forgot to confirm with the stylist when we made the appointment. I was driving hours to have my trial done, and thankfully it worked into my schedule, but it also meant I was spending an unplanned, extra day out of town. Throughout all of my planning, I found I was very uncertain as to the service they would be providing, and had many unanswered questions. As for cost, the bridal party pricing is comparable to other stylists in the area, but for me, to be charged over twice the price for the same service, isn’t worth it. I was told the bridal pricing was because I would have a personal stylist who would only be focused on me. Well, my stylist did everyone’s makeup and my hair- that isn’t what I expect when I hear personal stylist. And there wasn’t any kind of special treatment as a bride to merit the price difference. I feel I got the same service they offered my bridesmaids but I paid significantly more for it. And that’s not even including the trial fee. I would only use them again if I was walking into their salon, not for an event like this.

I booked beautiful dream team for my wedding in September. They were very responsive in the beginning. However, it seems that as soon as I sent them my deposit check the communication and responsiveness came to an end. Getting in touch with them is like pulling teeth. I was supposed to have my trial last week and was unable to due to a family emergency, I emailed and called to cancel and reschedule but was met with no response. I had to email twice more before I heard back from anyone and the response was Jacqueline telling me that she'll talk to my stylist to see when she is available. I still have yet to hear back and I've emailed twice more. I understand that they have a business to run and other customers, but it is very nerve wracking when I am unable to get ahold with the people that are supposed to be doing my hair for my wedding. It's just odd that they replied immediately when they were trying to get my business and as soon as they did communication ceased. I'm so upset and frustrated that I am looking for another venue to book!

I am so sorry to be writing this review and I know it is among a majority of 5-star reviews so it seems out of place, but let me just say, I was very very very disappointed all around with this place.

The disorganization in their administrative department wouldn't have mattered if I loved the work they did on my girls and I. I had my trial 2 months before the wedding (which cost me a significant amount of money and was not included in the bridal package). What I wanted really wasn't anything over the top or complicated, just a low messy bun with pieces hanging out. At the end of the trial I was so disappointed with what it looked like. I explained that it looked nothing like the picture I showed her and that it was too high up and tight. She took some notes on what I wanted different so she could remember for the wedding, however, she did not offer to adjust or fix it a little to ease my mind.

On the wedding day, the other girls and the moms went before me. 3/8 of them were actually happy with their hair. The other 5 looked nothing like what they wanted, and my mom's updo was noticeably lopsided. When it was my turn, she had been working on it for about an hour when I looked in the mirror and was shocked at how far off it was. She was doing the same thing she did at the trial and I started freaking out. When she was finished and showed me the back I was literally horrified at how not even close it was to what I wanted :( I explained to her that it was too high and tight back and that I wanted it low, messy and loose, to which she responded with "I don't know, you just have so much hair." She tried to adjust some pieces but it didn't help as it was anchored wrong from the start. I am soooo disappointed with how this looked. My husband still thought it looked nice, but I just could not believe how different it was from what I wanted, considering how much we were charged. I honestly regret using this group.
