Daughter of the Bride
My mother's wedding turned out to be such a success with Jessa and her team. This was my mother's second marriage and she was very nervous. Jessa was so confident, she kept all of us giggling like teenagers. Her smile is infectious. Which allowed all of us to calm down, mother included. Absolutely love this company! They were extremely sweet and professional from the time I started messaging them all the way to my wedding day! Jessa and Hannah made sure everything was perfect and went above and beyond my expectations on my hair and make up as well as all of the make up for my bridesmaids. They definitely eased the stress and anxiety that can come with making sure the "glamified" parts of a wedding are perfect! So thankful for them!!! I would recommend them to anyone :) -

I was so worried about getting everyone ready on time but this team is not only super efficient the results were GORGEOUS- it was perfect on each one! The airbrush makeup made the picture look like a magazine layout! I loved doing the consult first too- it was so nice coming in and doing a run though, it made me so much more comfortable knowing how beautiful everything would turn out ahead of time. Jessa and Hannah saved my wedding day!!! I couple of weeks before my wedding, I was without hair and makeup artists after two failed trails with another company. Jessa called me and let me set up a trial right away! Hannah did my trial run and she was amazing! No need to look any further, Jessa is your girl!
I'm usually super particular about getting my hair done because I don't like for just anyone to do it but Jessa listened to what I wanted and gave me a few idea's. She was very understanding but also gave me some great advice on how my hair would look with what I would be wearing that evening. She was super timely, she did my hair along with the hair and make up of some other colleagues for a big dinner we had. Everyone complimented our different styles and how beautifully it was all done. She's just so sweet and she loves what she does and it shows! -

These girls are amazing!
I had a morning wedding, and as beautiful and perfect as the light in my venue was at 11:30am, that meant me and my girls had to be beautiful and perfect WAAAAAY before that. Jessa and 2 of her girls came all the way out to Cumming at 5am to get 5 makeups and 8 hairs done by 8:15am. We were tight on time but they didn’t let it affect the quality. They were so fun to talk with and kept it super light hearted and fun even when the stress of time started to take over. They really helped calm my nerves and did everything they could to make it easier on my mom and I. They truly set the tone of the beginning of my wedding day as a fun and exciting day, and I’m so happy with the results! All the girls raved about how perfect they looked. Jessa definitely made my wedding day perfect! She is extremely easy to work with and has such a great personality. I only gave her a couple ideas and she was able to make me look beautiful without feeling like I had too much makeup on. The pricing is very reasonable for the experience and quality of makeup I received. My bridesmaids and I all looked so beautiful and had a great time getting ready!

Relaxed, professional, perfect!
MOH here - our wedding day was absolutely planned around the minute due to logistics, moving everyone around to different places, and accommodating for many different people. The "plan" was for BAB to be at the venue at 10:15 and finish by 1:30 - were were finished, perfectly, on the minute. We were not rushed at all.
The ladies were professional, relaxed, and had a good morning with us. The styles of our hair was taken into account with our personal interests and likes. Our makeup was not "too much" and we did not look outrageously different from our natural selves - except for we were all glowing!!
Our hair did not move or fall out and our makeup was on the entire evening without any smearing, sweating off, or smudging.
I would highly recommend these ladies for your next event - so worth it! -

Jessa was fantastic! My schedule is pretty hectic, but she was very accommodating when scheduling my hair and makeup trial. When I met Jessa, I knew she was exactly who I was looking for in a hair and makeup artist. She was fun, friendly, and very talented. I wanted to go with the airbrushed makeup since we were having an outside ceremony, but I also wanted a more natural look to my makeup and she did not disappoint. She completed the hair and makeup for me and all of my bridesmaids. Jessa and her assistant were quick to complete all of our hair and makeup and everyone looked stunning! Even my bridesmaids who are reluctant to wear makeup loved the way they looked the day of my wedding. -

Jennifer Milz of Pure Airbursh, Tan, and Makeup (Pure) is wonderful! I would absolutely choose her to do your bridal hair and makeup!
Jennifer is very patient and really takes time to understand what kind of look you want. During my trial (and even on my wedding day), she was very open to re-arranging my hair and makeup to make it perfect and to match what kind of look I envisioned. I was initially skeptical about the airbrush makeup and fake eyelashes (I prefer a more natural look), but both really were great, and Jennifer was able to create the natural, but enhanced bridal, look I wanted. The airbrush makeup and fake eyelashes are definitely best to keep you looking fresher and to keep you from worrying about running mascara or makeup! She even leaves brides with a touch-up kit, which was great!
My bridesmaids and the mothers were overall very happy with their hair and makeup, too. Jennifer herself is really an artist and knows her craft!
The only thing I would highly recommend is to definitely make sure your bridal party has very clear ideas and pictures of what they want done for their hair and make up. Jennifer brought another hairstylist with her and an assistant (I did pay for an assistant since we had so many services to be completed; I am not sure if the hairstylist always comes along or not). Although both are skilled, the assistant is in training, and the hairstylist did not quite align with my personal style. This is NOT a negative review of either person--I just wish that my bridal party had more pictures of what they were planning to have done for hair and makeup and that we were more vocal about making adjustments to get the hair and makeup the way we wanted. The pictures turned out great and everyone DID look beautiful!

Look no further. You've found the best hair and makeup team in all of the metro Atlanta area. Jessa did my hair and makeup for my wedding along with that of my bridesmaids and we all loved it. Airbrush makeup for special events is the way to go. Their studio for hair and makeup trials is conveniently located in downtown Lawrenceville and she plus an assistant traveled to midtown Atlanta for my wedding. All 6 of my bridesmaids LOVED their hair and makeup and so did I. I encouraged them to do any style they liked and Jessa was able to provide each one of their visions perfectly along with mine. I cannot say enough good things about Jenn and her crew! They were absolutely incredible. I had a few other companies do my makeup trial before I heard about Pure Airbrush Makeup. I was "ehh" on all of them until Jenn did my hair and makeup and I knew immediately that I had to have her! I booked her on the spot and then excitedly emailed all of my bridesmaids to tell them how great her work was!
I'm one of those insanely indecisive people and could not decide on a hairstyle. Jenn was so cool about it and told me not to worry and to come visit her for another hair trial. Ultimately we decided to go with both of the hairstyles she did (one for the ceremony and one for the reception) because they were both so awesome I couldn't just do one.
The makeup was absolutely flawless and stayed perfect all day/night even through the rain and sweat. I highly encourage anyone who is getting married or who has a special event to use her services. This review is long long overdue, but extremely deserved!
I don't wear a lot of make up and most days wear my hair in a ponytail to avoid dealing with it, and am not horribly photogenic, so i was very concerned with finding someone to help fix me up for my wedding. I also don't live in the state my wedding was in, so I was walking rather blind; I chose Pure based on reviews and pictures. Jennifer is absolutely wonderful. From the start she communicated with me and put me at ease. She worked with me to find what I wanted and was so calm and reassuring every step of the way. I felt beautiful and my pictures turned out absolutely great. The makeup stayed on for hours in the GA summer heat without any issues, the fake eyelashes (never worn before) looked gorgeous and felt natural, and I still can't get over just how much I loved my hair.
I would not only highly recommend her to anyone, I would personally use her again if i'm ever in a situation where I need to look nice :)

Jennifer was extremely patient with me and did amazing job. I had people complement me like crazy during and after my wedding. I received air brushed makeup, tan, and my hair made up all by her. She did such a great job I had people tell me things like, "you looked so beautiful during you wedding, not that you don’t usually look beautiful". She fixed my hair just the way I wanted for my wedding. My tan looked great for days and my makeup made me look like a completely different person, a beautiful one. In fact Jennifer is so wonderful and patient that on the day of my wedding when I was supposed to be there at 7am to start my makeup and hair, my gps took me to the wrong place. I left my phone at home so I could not get ahold of her. When I arrived 45 minutes later she was still there waiting for me, you cannot find a more reliable person then her. I will go back to her for any occasions where I just want to look beautiful. -

Jennifer at Pure is the only way to go! She's amazing at what she does and you can tell she enjoys it. I had Jennifer do my bridesmaids and moms makeup/hair and mine. The airbrush makeup is the only way to go-it looks amazing and stays on all night. She's also great at listening to what you want-I wanted a more natural look and I loved it. She also has been doing this for a while so she knows whats going to look good in pictures. Jennifer is very calm and relaxed which is what you want the morning of your wedding as there is enough stress already. She really got along with our group of girls. I can't say enough great things about Jennifer. Of all my vendors, she was one of the best decisions I've made. I'll come back to her for my hair and makeup for any future events! -

Jennifer does an amazing job with hair and makeup. She is easy going and calm but works like a pro, which helped me stay calm on the morning of my big day. She also did most of my Bridesmaids makeup which looked flawless too and everyone loved their false eyelashes. Jennifer was also able to do my mothers hair at spur of the moment too which really helped move things along. Also our spray tans looked amazing! -

Jennifer is the best makeup and spray tan artist ever! When I was planning my wedding, I was on a strict budget and was planning on doing my own makeup. I was talking to one of my close friends who is best friends with Jennifer and she urged me to do a trial run with her, to way out my options. I'm so happy I did! She made me look like a movie star. When I went home, my husband (fiancé at the time) kept giving me compliments on how gorgeous I looked. I was sold! I immediately booked her for a boudoir shoot and my wedding. I also got many compliments from friends and coworkers on how great my skin looked after the spray tan. She is professional and sweet. You won't be disappointed. -

I selected the date from my brother's wedding because she did the bride, my make up and spray tan, and my mom's make up. I booked Jennifer last minute for my wedding day make up hoping for the best as I was unfamiliar with her service. She showed up exactly on time and only asked that I bring a few samples of make up that I liked. After glancing at them briefly she got straight to work! My make up was flawless, beautiful and exactly what I envisioned and more. Everyone commented on my make up and asked who had done it at the wedding so they could use the same person in the future! The best part about it was I touched up nothing but my lip gloss the whole day and the make up looked the exact same during our last dance as it did right after Jennifer finished it! I sent several requests out through wedding wire about a week before my wedding because my plans had changed. Jennifer contacted me right away and sent over her prices. She also made herself available to do a trial run within a week from my email. She was friendly and able to look at pictures of what I wanted and made that come to life. She not only did the same beautiful make-up for my wedding day but also had my bridesmaids, mother and mother-in-law looking flawless. I could not have asked for a better make-up artist for my special day. Also being that all my friends and family are different shades, she was still able to make us look AWESOME. Jennifer does a great job with both hair and makeup. The airbrush makeup is perfect for an all day event as it doesn't wear off. She also provides you with a touch up kit which is very helpful to keep your lips in tact after eating. -

Renee did a great job with hair and make-up and listened to the adjustments that I wanted to make from the trial run. I do think for just make-up alone that they were a little over-priced when the entire time for it very brief (for the moms). Another downside was that when I originally booked Pure I spoke with and thought I would be working with Jenn, since that was who the reviews were based upon and why I chose her. Fortunately, Renee was great but it was a risk I was a little nervous about and wish I knew prior to signing a contract. -
