I cannot sing my praises enough for this place. I think it's the true hidden gem of wedding vendors in Tampa. The shop is small enough that it doesn't feel overwhelming but still has an amazing selection, and you get a true one on one experience. I have a difficult body type and was doubtful that I could easily find a dress, but after only trying on 6 dresses I found my DREAM dress! The prices are SO reasonable and I think every bride should check it out! -

These ladies know what they are doing! You need to make one stop and that is here! They listen and truly hone in on your likes and dislikes to find you the most beautiful gown that fits you like a queen! They went above and beyond for me by moving my bridal appointment due to come crazy circumstances a day earlier to make sure my mother got to be here for my appointment! I truly think they are skilled beyond measure in picking gowns that are exactly what you want! I am so thankful for you ladies! 💙💙 -

I left it very late to shop for a dress, and I didn't want to spend more than $1,000 including alterations if I could help it. This store was so helpful, they really listened to what I was looking for and nailed it - I found the perfect dress off-the-rack on my first visit. And it was within my budget! Super happy and definitely recommend. -

Bearer of the bling bridal is a cute boutique with great vibes, nice decor, and provides an intimate experience for trying on dresses. Shantel was a consummate professional and listened to my vision and pulled many stunning wedding dresses for me to try on. She picked up on the vibe that I hate being the center of attention right away and wasn’t pushy at all. They truly listen to you here and take note of all your preferences. Every dress she picked looked amazing on my body type. She was also able to discreetly help me try them all on and quickly fit them properly to my body. I had been dreading wedding dress shopping because I didn’t think I’d find something that would look good and also fit my style. But to my surprise, every dress Shantel pulled would’ve been a strong contender for my special day. She patiently let me make a decision about each dress without trying to sway me on any of them. I can tell the owners take pride in what they do and are very passionate about their jobs. Setting up an appointment was very easy and Aimee and Shantel were very responsive and knowledgeable about their craft. I would highly recommend this shop to all my family and friends. I’m very grateful to have found my dress here and to have such a positive experience. They have such a wide range of sizes and styles to choose from and very affordable prices. It was great to also have such a wide selection of off-the-rack options to choose from and I can’t wait to wear my beautiful dress on my wedding day. So far this experience has been the best part of my wedding planning journey and I sincerely appreciate your shop and Shantel for making it happen. Thank you! -

I had a dress silhouette in mind when I started my planning and was referred to this tiny shop in St Pete by brides in a Facebook group. It was the best recommendation I could have asked for. They had a great selection, they got me in fast and my dress came very quickly. When my original ideas failed to thrill me and my family, the bridal consultant asked for an open mind. She looked at my figure and pulled options I’d never have considered and ended up absolutely loving. I felt like a complete princess and spent way less than I thought I would. Even the accessorizing and alterations with them were great experiences. Check them out!!! -

Bearer of the Bling was the 4th shop I visited. At other stores, I felt pressured to buy dresses that were out of my budget. Here, I felt so welcome and relaxed! The prices were much lower than elsewhere, but the dresses were no less beautiful! I showed the owner a photo of my favorite dress from Watters, which was $1600--much more than I wanted to spend. She had a dress in the EXACT SAME LACE for exactly HALF THE PRICE, from their in-house line of dresses. She told me it might come in a few months later in August, but it arrived over a month early. It was beautiful, comfortable, and high quality! -

I can’t say enough good things about this bridal shop! This was my fourth bridal stop in Tampa Bay and I wish it was my first! The owner was attentive, understood my vision, amicable and most of all-patient! I loved EVERY dress I tried on! All the dresses were beautiful and reasonably priced. I have and will continue to recommend this bridal dress shop! -

I got an $6,000 dress for $800. It was a few season old but even the discount stores were selling it for $1,700. It was blingtastic. I went to try on a dress I saw online but it wasn’t in the shipment. The owner had 3 gowns picked out that were similar and I found my dream dress. I had done an appointment at David’s Bridal but felt rushed and pushed to buy. Here I felt like what my dream wedding and the best dress was important to her. I recommend 100% -

I had been to several other salons and was getting quite discouraged about finding "the one". I had my heart set on a blush dress and wasn't finding a lot of options in a style I liked. That was not the case when I walked in to Bearer of the Bling! They had a great selection of colored gowns. Shantel really listed to what I wanted and worked with me to find exactly the right dress. In the end I was stuck between two dresses and couldn't decide. She brought in a wild card dress that I had originally passed over and it ended up being the one! I absolutely loved my experience here and would recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful wedding dress. -

I cannot say enough amazing things about Bearer of the Bling Bridal! The moment I walked in, they made me feel so beyond comfortable. I was the only one in the shop since I went on a Friday morning. They immediately asked me the styles I was leaning towards and also helped pull things they thought would look best on my body type. They didn't force me into anything I didn't want to try and they were not pushy whatsoever! I think what I loved the most as a curvy bride, was how beautiful they made me feel and how they still gave me such an amazing experience as a curvy bride. They have size selections ranging from a size 2-26. I had PLENTY to try on and choose from! Absolutely no fitting me into a dress 3 sizes to small and clipping it. I was also able to take my dress home THAT DAY! I brought it back for alterations with their seamstress who was incredible. So professional, sweet, and I appreciated her honesty so much! If you want the dress experience you always dreamed of, go to Bearer of the Bling! -

I was drawn to Bearer of the Bling Bridal boutique because of their prices (all dresses guaranteed to be $999 or under and if you “say yes to the dress” during your 1st apt you get 20% off your purchase), but once there I realized they had an amazing collection of beautiful dresses for all shapes and sizes! They were the 1st and only dress shop we went to and I said yes to the dress within a couple of hours! I found EXACTLY what I was looking for and I was able to get it altered perfectly for me. Thank you for providing me with the most beautiful dress I’ve ever seen! -

Bearer of the Bling was a great find! I was actually referred to them by another bridal shop. Bearer of the Bling has so many dresses in stock, very affordable, many styles, sizes and several colors. The help I received from Shantel was very professional and honest. As a more mature bride, she knew exactly what I thought I wanted and let me try on some of those dresses. The more 'mature' look wasn't me and she quickly convinced me to try on some other dresses. I could not have been happier with the dress I selected! Also, their seamstress, Leslie, did a fantastic job making alterations and my dress fit perfectly! -

I attended the 5 year anniversary event and I am so glad I did. Thank you so much for your patience with me while trying on the different dresses. This is my very first time trying on wedding dresses and I was full of emotion. Nervous, excited, overwhelmed, just to name a few. You listened to what I was looking for and pulled dresses that you felt I would like. I found my dream dress and I can’t thank you enough! Let me repeat myself - I don't wear dresses! So, when I experienced my first wedding dress shopping experience the day before at a different store, I left feeling defeated, not very pretty and in sticker shock on the prices. I had called Bearer of the Bling right before that fatelful appointment on the previous day as a just in case I needed a 2nd store option. Boy, am I glad I did! I arrived for the 1st appointment of the day and feeling extremely apprehensive that I wouldn't feel comfortable in the dresses like I did the day prior at the other salon. From the moment I walked in, they made me feel comfortable and beautiful in the skin I'm in. The dresses were lovely and in a budget that I felt comfortable with. I was lucky enought to be paired with the owner as my consultant. She narrowed into my style and just kept bringing me more dresses to try on. When it was all said and done, it was the very first dress I tried on that day that came home with me. For a non-dress wearer, I can't wait to put that dress back on on my wedding day. Both me and my mom could not have been happier with the experience! -

We had such an amazing visit ya bearer of the bling! It was personalized to my needs, they allowed us to bring in champagne, and let me try on as many dresses as I wanted to make sure I chose the right one! I loved that they only took two appointments at a time so there weren’t a bunch of people trying on or observing to make you feel rushed! I never even hesitated looking elsewhere! -

Jennifer Sent on 06/16/2015I shopped a few other larger chain boutiques but had the BEST experience at Bearer of the Bling. I found my dress (Brand New) for $200!!!. Shantel was so very helpful. Not once did I feel rushed and she allowed me to go through the dresses and pick what I wanted to try on.
Before I went to the store, I thought this was a consignment type place. Upon arrival, I learned that it was not. They have designer dresses, brand new, for very little money. And the selection was wonderful. So many to choose from, with arrivals coming in all the time. Shantel was even able to recommend a couple alteration places in the area. Fantastic little gem! -

I had a great experience picking out my dress from this salon, but I found once I purchased my dress I wasn't as highly valued. They wanted me in for my fittings and out ASAP to make room for the new brides who were window shopping I was very rushed. And being 10 minutes late to a fitting, the owner threatened to cancel the appointment, even though I drove across town from Tampa. My dress was beautiful and one of a kind. But I would not recommend going to this salon because of the atmosphere.
