The location was stunning. I was greeted by staff while waiting for my meeting. Given a tour of the Castle and grounds. Went over what exactly I was looking for. I was given a proposal on the spot. Lynn has been wonderful about answering questions I forgot to ask.

This venue was our first choice, I've been there before, but my husband has not. The second we booked with Beardslee Castle, Lynn the star of the show! she made sure our day was nothing short of amazing. I did not need to hire a wedding coordinator. The staff, food, atmosphere, everything was just so amazing.

Lynn and the entire Beardslee staff went above and beyond. If you want a stunning vendor for your wedding with amazing food book Beardslee! I can’t say enough about how amazing our wedding was!!!

We were married here in May of 2022. I can't say enough wonderful things about the experience Lynn was able to pull the whole wedding together in 6 weeks. The food was amazing, the pictures were amazing I would do it all over again in a heartbeat

I could not be happier with Beardslee Castle! Lynn and the staff were wonderful! Lynn was communicative but never pushy, gave great advice but took all our opinions and wishes as top priority. The food was incredible and the castle and grounds are outstandingly beautiful. I cannot recommend it highly enough!! I could not imagine a better place for a wedding

I had my bridal shower at the Beardslee Castle this weekend and it exceeded all expectations! Lynn was accommodating, flexible, and very easy to work with. Planning during covid is difficult, but Lynn made sure that the event was fun, and safe for guests. A few days before the event I brought all of the decorations and did a mock set up to make sure the day would be perfect. The food was delicious and our menu was customizable! Lynn and her team helped with the set up and take down. I highly recommend the Castle for any event!!!

Beardslee Castle was an amazing venue for our wedding. Absolutely beautiful and amazing food. We are still getting compliments from our guests. Lynn was amazing to work with and answered all of my constant questions. If I was to do it all again I would pick Beardslee every time! Can't wait to go back for our anniversary next year.

I honestly don't even know where to begin when it comes to Beardslee Castle! I can't say enough great things. My husband and I got married there in July, and the entire wedding process was so easy with the help of Lynn. She was truly my saving grace when things got stressful. She is so great at all things wedding related, and you will be in the best hands for your big day! Beyond a wedding planner, she really took the time to get to know us, and I don't know what I would have done without her. Anything I forgot, she remembered! She went above and beyond for my husband and I; we can't thank her enough. The venue itself is breathtaking, inside and out! I'm in awe every time I visit. The overall feel of the castle is just as beautiful as the physical appearance. The owner/chef worked his magic on the food (as always) and everything was even better than we had expected. He even took the time out of his busy night to personally congratulate us. We really loved that. I've always dreamed of a fairytale wedding and Beardslee Castle was the perfect place for our happily ever after. I'm honored we had the privilege of making our dreams come true there. My husband and I had the night of our lives and our guests had a great time, too! We highly recommend over and over again!

We met with Lynn for a consultation on our Fall 2020 wedding, and she was fantastic! Not only was she understanding when we had to reschedule our original meeting last minute, but when we did meet with her she was sweet and friendly and took away so much of my stress and concerns. She fully covered the castle and grounds and what we could expect day of. And when we sat to talk about the date and price and logistics, she answered all of our questions fully and gave us time to talk alone without feeling pressured. This was our first choice of venue, but we were so thrilled with her service, the venue, and the glowing recommendation of a groom's mother on site for a wedding later that day, that we decided on the spot to book our wedding! We cannot wait to continue working with Lynn and the staff at Beardslee over the next year!

Lynn, Jen, and their staff helped make our big day go by so smoothly. The historic venue is very picturesque, the food was incredible, and my guests had a great time!

I don't know where to even begin. It was PERFECT!!!! Lynn was absolutely incredible and made everything such a breeze and stress free. The setting is absolutely breath taking and the food will leave you wanting more. All the servers are extremely polite and add to the whole atmosphere. I am almost sad my day is over just so I don't get to talk and visit as much. We will DEFINITELY be back for the restaurant just to get our fix.

Lynn was such a great help with coordinating our wedding day. She was very hands on, always reachable and accommodating to our needs. We were also able to arrive the day before the wedding decorate and leave everything prepped for the next day. The food was amazing & everyone raved about how beautiful the castle was! The look and feel of the castle was exactly what we wanted for our spooky day

My husband and I got engaged at the castle and went on to get married there as well. Lynn was so helpful for every part of it. My husband confided in her to help him propose and she also was there to answer every question and put every worry at ease for our big day. The castle is a beautiful venue with lots of added character like the dungeon, which made us fall in love with it even more. My husband and I will be back to relive our love and commitment together for years to come. Beardslee Castle was the perfect place to start our happily ever after.

We got married at Beardslee and it was the best day of our lives. Everything was so smooth, the food was excellent, and we didn't have a single problem all day. It was literally a perfect day. Lynn and Jennifer went above and beyond and made sure we were having a great time. I highly recommend this venue

I so love love our venue, the ambience was great, spacious area for my guests. Everyone were so delighted by the uniqueness of the castle, and food was awesome.

Lynn and Jennifer are easy to work with, and have been in the wedding business for many years. The food is made with quality ingredients, and is delicious. There is so much already available on-site, and the castle is beautiful on its own, which makes decorating very easy. We love Beardslee.

We got married at Beardslee Castle July 15th. It was absolutely stunning. The flowers were blooming in the gardens, and the landscaping was perfectly groomed for our day. The women were in the bridal suite, which was set up nicely with water, champagne, and cheese and crackers. It was wonderful because we could see out into the cocktail hour space without any guests seeing us. We had some beautiful photos taken in the bridal suite, and then got married on the steps outside the castle. Everything was beautiful, and the guests were all amazed with the backdrop. It was perfect- we didn't even need to decorate the ceremony space at all! Cocktail hour was in the side garden, and the reception was upstairs in the ballroom. The guests raved how smoothly everything transitioned. Time flowed by so quickly, and everyone had an amazing time! I dealt with Lynn mostly during the planning phase. She was AMAZING. She answered all of my questions in a timely manner and was extremely flexible. I could not have asked for a better person to help me through the planning process. During the event Lynn as well as her co-coordinator Jennifer were there to make everything seamless. We had a few hiccups the night before (people texting to say they weren't coming) but Lynn and Jennifer were able to change the table layout for me at 11 PM! They were so efficient, if anything else went wrong the day of, I had no idea. Not a single person came up to me to fix a problem- which was amazing. We were able to enjoy the event and have no responsibilities besides taking photos. The food was AMAZING. Randy really is a spectacular chef, and my always-hungry guests left stuffed to the gills. The bartenders were quick to refill, and not a single person had to wait for anything. The cake was made there, and it was delicious. I got married in a freaking castle. We had our Harry Potter and Magic the Gathering themed wedding here and it was pure magic. Lynn and Jennifer were patient, responsive and professional. We wanted things that were definitely out of the ordinary and they made it all happen. We brought in our own book arch, they let us have the chairs circle it, they helped us set up everywhere, let is really make the entire space our own, honestly. The food was amazing, the service spectacular and it is gorgeous.

Beardslee Castle is a hidden gem!! It is a beautiful venue for all seasons, as it has both courtyard and indoor options. Lynn and Jennifer were absolutely incredible every step of the way! They were available to meet with us a few times, way before the wedding, and even a few weeks before the wedding! They helped us with a special order through their florist, and even had it ready for us at the castle when we got there close to the wedding. From the dungeon, to the Bridal Suite, to the fact that it's a CASTLE - our special day was absolutely perfect! And to top it off, the food was absolutely AMAZING! Danny and I were so excited to eat our dinner at the wedding, and it was everything that we expected and more! A very special thank you to the Chef - everyone is still raving about the food! Jennifer and Lynn were both very attentive to us and our guests, we could not have been happier!

Our wedding at Beardslee Castle was absolutely gorgeous. and what made it so was the Coordinator Jennifer. She was always available when needed, responded back on time, was always helpful in every decision I made. She let me express myself and gave me great ideas as well. The whole castle itself is beautiful inside and out. The landscape was perfect for an outdoor ceremony and the inside for the reception was an open canvas of opportunity. Not to mention the food was incredible! Hats off to the Chef...

The castle is BEAUTIFUL!! We will be using the side courtyard for our ceremony, it's enclosed by tall trees and beautiful flowers. The wedding coordinators are very quick to respond to any questions and are very helpful along the way. So excited for our wedding to be here!
