User2094308 Sent on 04/12/2015I wasn't with my fiance when he picked out my engagement ring but he said they were very helpful. As in ALL of the staff. He had been shopping for about a month and he walked into Beards. He found a beautiful setting and he wanted to pick out his own stone. He knew I'd love the setting, absolutely gorgeous, vintage, cathedral, channels, etc. etc. etc. He asked if they had at least a 1 carat radiant center stone and they did. He inserted it and it was a done deal! He loves them and we will go back for the band! -

It is absolutely the most gorgeous set Ive ever seen! The manager assisted my fiancee and the service was very professional. If you are wanting a beautiful wedding set from Verragio, go to the Verragio Website first and then take your creation to Beard's and they will order you EXACTLY what you have been dreaming of...

User1202102 Sent on 06/16/2013I purchased my fiancé's engagement ring at Beard's. I had it independently appraised and found it to be worth much more than what I paid. It's the most brilliant white diamond I've ever seen. The personnel treated me with respect even though I didn't know much about diamonds, and helped me make the purchase. Whenever my fiancé went back (about 100 times because she was so worried about the fit) they continued to treat us with respect, clean the ring, and meet any of her requests. They are amazing. -

Every time I have been in the store, we are greeted by the friendly staff and they are always ready to help and work with you to find the best option. They are reasonable and fair in pricing. I will not purchase fine jewelry anywhere else going forward. -

Ericka Sent on 02/25/2013Largest engagement and wedding selection in Jacksonville. One of the very few jewelry stores that actually has diamonds that pear, emerald, oval. and heart shaped. Have engagement rings ready to go or you can choose and main diamond and then the setting to put it in. All diamonds that are purchased here have a lifetime satisfaction guarantee that they will be replaced if chipped, damaged, or lost from the original mounting due to normal wear free of charge. -

User1329827 Sent on 09/15/2013We chose Beard's because of their convenient location, and their flexible hours. But once we both received our bands they were thrilled! I had a ring that I wanted to take the diamonds from, and my fiance had a ring he wanted to include in his new band. They were able to do both with no issues at all and in a speedy manner. While the customer service was not 100% outstanding, the rings made up for it. They were nice and pleasant, but a tiny bit of a snooty feeling which is my only complaint.

We shopped around quite a bit before making a purchase and got the most value for our purchase. We also bought my wedding band here. Great jewelers!
