    All of the staff at the Beardmore Event Center were awesome to work with! Everything that we had asked of them turned out perfect! Highly recommend.

    Samantha, Sophie and whole staff made my wedding and reception everything I've ever dreamed of. They are AMAZING to work with and go above and beyond what was expected. The place is new and great. Food was great and our guests loved it.

    The Bellevue Event Center and Courtyard by Marriott was literally THE PERFECT place for our reception. The entire night was a complete DREAM and I cannot stop reminiscing about it. Amanda and Samantha were wonderful and so easy to work with. The staff was very accommodating and the location was perfect. The reception was definitely worth every penny.

    We had our ceremony and reception here. It was absolutely beautiful! The service was amazing. Amanda, Sam, and Will went above and beyond. Our guest are still talking about how much fun they had.

    We are at the beginning of out wedding planning but have loved every step so far! Amanda the planner has been fabulous about giving us specific pricing details as well as helping figure out what would work best. She is also very accommodating but not pushy! I look forward to the rest of the planning process because of her!

    My wedding was the day after one of the very poor reviews listed here. Yes we had some issues as well, unfortunately mostly close to the wedding. It seemed as though the event coordinator job got passed between a few pair of hands as the hotel was opening! However, we refused to let one bad seed ruin the whole experience. One person was not as helpful as others, but the others... man they were helpful! Amanda really pulled through for us as our wedding neared even though it was not her job (I believe). The venue is beautiful and all the amenities, so many bathrooms (great for large weddings!), connected right to the hotel, lots of parking, and a beautiful patio made all the issues worth it. Example of one of our issues: we were told when we booked that the venue took everything down and put the decorations back in the boxes/totes we used to deliver to the venue. We verified this throughout planning. However, as family and friends were leaving we were notified that we were supposed to clean up. Again, the others at the hotel pulled through and followed through on their word for us. I think some of the issues were due to the many changes of hands we worked with as the event coordinator. I hope this issue has resolved because the venue was perfect, the food was amazing, and the hotel staff was very accommodating. I do recommend this venue, just keep communication very open.

    If you are looking for a wedding venue that provides a beautiful outdoor ceremony location, ballroom for reception, and hotel for sleeping accommodations, then this location is definitely worth considering! The staff was very friendly and did all they could to make it truly as stress free of a day as it could possibly be. My only regret is that our wedding ended up being the weekend before the hotel actually opened, so we didn't get to utilize the hotel and all the amenities it has to offer. We're looking forward to the day we get to go back and stay there to relive our special day. :)

    2 Weeks Before- $3k extra on our invoice. Management was unable to be reached. Email sent(unanswered) by customer care on 9/28.

    1 Week Before- Up until that point we were told we could setup during the day of Oct 12th (the day before), but then told we couldn’t until 10am on the 13th. I lost confidence that the staff would be prepared to setup so I gathered family & friends to discuss a backup plan.

    Thursday Oct 12th- Our rehearsal was at 6:30pm. Emmiline was supposed to be there to direct the rehearsal. The front desk stated she went home for the day. During this time, I talked with the venue’s staff to discover that despite sending 3 emails detailing the vendors we had coming there were not spots for them on the floor plan.

    Friday October 13th (ceremony at 6pm & Reception at 6:30ish): Emmiline was not seen until around 6:45pm. Weeks before she stated she would be with the bridal party from before the ceremony on to the start of the first dance to help us stay on course. This did not happen. When she was seen she couldn’t answer any questions at all. She mostly looked lost & clueless as to what to do.

    After the Wedding- My mother finally got a chance to meet in person with the General Manager on Oct 24th. He stated that Emmiline is not a “Wedding Planner” however I would like to point out that her email signature states she is a “Certified Wedding Planner”. He stated he would get back to us about a refund amount. Oct 29th & he still hasn’t reached back out to us & has not returned phone calls.

    On Oct 28th I finally received a response to the email I sent on Sept 29th about the invoicing issue. There is a member of Customer Care working the case as there are NO NOTES about any of these communications & no mention of a refund!!!

    So, we are now a month exactly since all the complaints have been filed & two weeks AFTER my wedding and still no resolution!
