Stunning venue, incredible food and amazing staff!!

Beacon Hill was our first choice wedding venue and we couldn't be happier with our experience! All communications were clear and Mary was happy to answer my many questions. The venue itself is stunning and required very little extra decoration. The catering was fantastic - we did the Mediterranean chicken. Guests were raving about the food. The staff was so helpful and professional. It was so nice to have an all-in-one venue while planning our wedding from across the country. We could not recommend Beacon Hill enough!!!

Best Experience I Could've Wished For

Beacon Hill were an amazing vendor to host and cater our wedding. They were extremely helpful, detailed, organized, and timely. They went above and beyond to give us the best day possible. The people are so kind, and I have no hesitation reccomending them to anyone!

Amazing experience!

We had our wedding here last summer and everything was amazing at Beacon Hill! The staff are so friendly and helpful (Shelby was our incredible day of coordinator). The food was SO good and our guests raved about it. Would highly recommend it as a wedding venue!!!

A Magical Night

We cannot recommend Beacon Hill enough! When we chose this venue, we lived on the east coast and wanted a venue that handled everything in house so we wouldn't have to worry about the distance. From the second we met Kandice and Shelby, we knew we made the right decision. They were so attentive, caring, and helpful as we planned every little detail and they were reassuring whenever we had questions. Our day was nothing less than perfect thanks to the BH team. The venue was gorgeous, the staff was beyond kind and the food and drinks were phenomenal. Several of our guests said it was the best wedding food they've ever had! Thank you Beacon Hill for making our dream of a night under the stars come true!

Stress free

Our whole wedding experience was stress free. Beacon hill was professional and had made sure everything was handled. We had time to relax at the venue beforw everything started because they make everything go so smoothly. And the food was amazing. I wish i got more of the bacon wrapped dates.

Friendly, Flexible, Detail Oriented, and Efficient Catering and day of Coordination

Easy to work with, detail oriented, delicious food, professional, and efficient are a few of the words I would use to describe Beacon Hill Events for our catering and day of coordination needs at Barrister Winery. The menu choices were flexible and we got rave reviews from our vegetarian and vegan friends for the specialty meals they allowed us to sub in and excellent reviews from friends and family post wedding about the excellent meal they had. It was a pleasure to work with a company that was so well organized and easy to work with. Kandice our point of contact truly went out of her way to notate the little details for our big day including having snacks ready for us when we said we should try to get a plate of apps ready to go just for us while signing our license. Braedon, our day of coordinator, helped us have a flawless ceremony, and was all hands on deck scrubbing my wedding dress when a glass of red wine was accidentally spilled all over it. They truly were a great team, and we thought they were a joy to work with. We would definitely recommend Beacon Hill Catering for your wedding.

Best Venue Ever

The team at Beacon is the best you could ever find. The venue itself is beautiful and we have received so many compliments. From day one of planning until the big day, Beacon made all o our dreams and more come true. You simply cannot go wrong.

Contributed to a perfect day!!

The caterer is a key component of a wedding reception and Beacon Hill did not disappoint. The food was delicious and the staff was outstanding. Candace was helpful and always gracious in answering all our questions. My daughter's wedding and reception was perfect and Beacon Hill attributed to that. Thank you so much!!

Ok... Ali with Beacon Hill is hands down amazing! She is so sweet, professional, delivers, and so accomodating to ensure our day is exactly how we wanted. Better than we envisioned. She is a master and you're in the best hands with them. They are the coordinator/caterer for Barrister Winery (our wedding venue) and couldn't have asked for a more perfect evening thanks to Ali and her team at Beacon Hill.

Beacon Hill Events was a dream. The venue itself is stunning; we got married in June and it was an explosion of greenery and gorgeous flowers. The food was just as incredible as previous reviewers have stated and the service was impeccable. Most importantly, their event director Ali Messer was phenomenal to work with. Throughout our planning process she was super responsive, incredibly helpful, and very detailed oriented. I am a self-professed neurotic perfectionist who was planning from afar, so it was an incredible relief to be able to rely on Ali and her team to understand and execute my vision for the wedding. She answered all my questions, accommodated all our last minute changes quickly and professionally, seamlessly incorporated all our little custom details into the day's event, and even helped coordinate a catering surprise for the groom. I would highly recommend Beacon Hill Events as both a venue and a catering service for any important event. You will not be disappointed!

Ali was wonderful to work with. She was extremely flexible with the type of food I wanted for my wedding and created a custom menu for me while keeping within my budget. Everything was seamless and Ali is extremely responsive. Her staff did a wonderful job as well!

We had a wonderful experience with Beacon Hill. Best. Day. Ever. Ali was great working with us, making sure we had the wedding WE wanted, and offered helpful tips when we asked. I never felt like she was trying to get us to spend more money. She was very patient dealing with us when we hadn't even thought of something she was asking about. They helped adjust the menu to our liking and honored a few special requests we had to make our wedding unique, like baking pizzas for the groom's cake. The other nice thing is the option of moving inside if the weather is bad that day. I didn't even check the weather once before the wedding because I knew there was a backup if we needed! My only suggestion would be having the "day of" coordinator present at the initial meetings so it wouldn't feel as rushed trying to explain everything at rehearsal the day before. Super friendly and professional staff. Took care of us without ever really noticing them!

Ali and the team at Beacon Hill were so amazing coordinating my wedding! I had an unconventional wedding at sunrise with breakfast service and they were so flexible and excited to be apart of the celebration!

This venue was an absolute joy to work with! Ali and Chelsea were amazing and were always calm! We live in Colorado but, our home town is Spokane so naturally we had the wedding there! Ali made everything so easy and covered all the bases for us and she gave her opinion when I asked for it! It could have rained but, they had a back up plan and were ready if necessary! I recommend this venue to any and all brides that want a stress free venue with amazing food and kind people that want your day to be wonderful!!!

Beacon Hill is a great place for your wedding. From the very beginning (I was planning my wedding from Cleveland, OH and actually didn't see the venue until months after booking) the staff at Beacon Hill was friendly, accommodating, and professional. They're well versed at weddings and planning your wedding there is a breeze. The garden/vineyard is beautiful (so many opportunities for great photos!) and the clubhouse is clean, streamlined, and pretty. There's a day-of coordinator who serves as the point person for your event - ours was wonderful, flexible, and felt like one of the family. My father-in-law needed some extra accommodations and the staff was professional and handled the situation with ease. (Thanks!)

We did an outdoor ceremony, indoor dinner, and combo reception. The building flows really well for these events. I was a bit concerned for older wedding guests - there isn't an elevator but everyone seemed to navigate the building pretty well.

The food is tasty. We had appetizers and a plated dinner. I've been at weddings were the food comes out really slowly and the first table is done before the last table has been served. This was not the case here; food came out efficiently - yay!

A few more practical things - there are bathrooms on every floor, it's easy to get to, and plenty of parking. Comparing venue and catering fees around the area, Beacon Hill is worth the money and appropriately priced.

I'm so happy we got married there and feel super lucky my long-distance choice was so wonderful.

Beacon Hill is a wonderful and beautiful place to have a wedding. Ali was a wonderful help during the planning process. She was very organized and would answer my questions in a timely manner. She was very flexible with us, especially when we had a few last minute changes. Chelsea was our day of coordinator. She was very courteous and very helpful the day. If we needed anything or wanted to make some adjustments, she was right there ready. I also really liked that they are able to quickly move your wedding indoors if weather forces you to do so. We didn't need to, but it gave us piece of mind know that was an option if need be. The food was fantastic! The bistro lights were so romantic as the night went on. We really enjoyed the atmosphere and the natural beauty of the place allowed me to not feel forced into decorating so much. We really enjoyed this venue and our guests are still talking about it.

Ali and Ashlyn at Beacon Hill were an absolute delight to work with. They had everything organized and planned out from the very first meeting to the Wedding day. I was not one of those brides that wanted to worry about where I was going to get food and how I was going to rent everything. The package at Beacon Hill includes every last detail.

I've never gone to a wedding that had food people would rave about. After the wedding I had guests come up to me and say the food was fantastic. My husband and I also loved the food and we were so happy with our choices.

We are so happy that we chose Beacon Hill. We truly had a magical day and couldn't have done it without this wonderful venue.

Ali with Beacon Hill was an absolute delight to work with during our planning process. She does all the wedding organizing work then you have a day of coordinator and she really makes it all so fun. (I can’t comment too much on the day of services — we had a wedding planner so she was the one I worked with day of).

I called so many times about the most random questions, and Ali was always so sweet and happy to answer them, and would remind me to call anytime with anything else. The communication between her and myself was amazing, she was great at returning calls or emails promptly, and made me feel like the venue would do anything they could to make our day perfect.

All or guests went on and on about how gorgeous the venue was, and more then that, they talked a lot about how the place just felt happy and relaxed. I can’t tell you how many compliments we’ve gotten on the amazing location, as well as the outstanding food.

Beacon Hill really is everything a bride could want. Beautiful, amazing staff, and catering that will blow everyone away. Thank you for helping us host our dream wedding!

Not only is this place BEAUTIFUL but the staff was amazing! Everyone was smiling and polite and our coordinator was just the best. She was very attentive throughout the day, not just to my and the wedding party's needs, but to the guests as well! She made sure everything went so smoothly, I couldn't have asked for a better helper. :) The grounds are gorgeous both night and day and there are so many wonderful places to take photographs that you'll have no shortage of pretty backgrounds and settings.

The venue was so beautiful that I didn't need very many decorations. The staff was amazing! Chelsea was my day-of coordinator and she was wonderful. My maid-of-honor was running around making sure everything went perfectly and Chelsea was her right hand man. The staff had been told to save everything and they did, even a note that had nothing to do with the event. The day after the event, we noticed that we were missing a vase from the florist and called to see if they could find it. They had no problem and set it aside so we could pick it up. I cannot say enough about how wonderful and perfect this venue is.

Beacon Hill made my wedding perfect! They did an outstanding job. Working with them was so much fun and made me so much more excited for my big day. The catering was amazing! I recieved so many compliments on the food and the service. The wedding planner that I met on the day of the rehearsal was great! She knew exactly what she was doing and made it fun and easy for everyone! Lindsay was also great to work with, she was very personable and truly cared and was excited about my big day and helping me plan so that I could stay within my budget. I was blown away by the service of Beacon Hill. Truly a magical place to get married.

This was the best experience we possibly could have experienced for our wedding day. Everything leading up to the wedding was well organize, all of my questions were answered right away. They went above and beyond to make things happen. We did something a little unique for our cakes and they just rolled with the punches, let us use their fridges even. My mom wanted something a little different than what we had tested for dinner and they made it happen. They had drinks just waiting for our guests right after the ceremony. My husband gave me a huge table as a surprise and they helped make that happen. They helped put up our many decorations even though it wasnt included in the services. They talked to me during the wedding before any big decision were made, but they handled everything all day long, greeted vendors, set up and organizing. My mom was able to be with me the whole day and not have to worry about a thing. Obviously I could go on and on and on. But it was the best experience I could imagine, they would do a great job for any event!! Thank you Lindsey and Beacon Hill!!

We loved having our wedding at Beacon Hill! Our day was perfect! The staff there were amazing and kept the evening flowing. Courtney and Lindsey were both so wonderful and willing to work with us. They let us put our own touches into our day and we loved everything about it. I would reccomend Beacon Hill to anyone! It was especially beautiful during our wedding in July, summer weddings are the way to go there with the grounds there! So pretty!

I was so incredibly impressed by the organization and professionalism of Beacon Hill Catering. I recommend them to all of my friends and family holding events in the Spokane area. Our wedding went off without a hitch and it's truly because of Beacon Hill and their friendly, hyper-organized staff. The food was incredible as well! I don't have a single complaint!

Beacon Hill was the perfect place for our wedding. I can't think of a more memorable or beautiful place in Spokane! Lindsay was amazing to work with - answering all of our questions patiently and promptly, which was very reassuring as we planned our wedding in Spokane from Florida. The food was delicious, and the venue and staff were so accommodating with the last minute changes we needed to do because of the weather.

Beacon Hill, and the events coordinator Lindsey specifically were amazing. We got married in Coeur d'Alene and were planning from Salt Lake City. Lindsey was extremely helpful, friendly, and responsive via phone and email; she had fantastic advice and knowledge about how to have a stress-free wedding. Lindsey even met us at our venue a week before our wedding to run through best locations for set-up, and ensure her and us weren't missing anything. The food was also fabulous; my husband and I love food and wanted delicious yet affordable eats. The Beacon Hill team were able to work with us to create appetizers and a buffet meal that all our guests are still raving about. And last but not least, on the day of our wedding we had a coordinator Megan, who helped ensure the day ran smoothly, and a bartender who kept all the guests happy. I am sooooo happy we chose Beacon Hill; they ARE the reason our day was as memorable and fun as it was!!!!!!!!!!

We had our wedding at Beacon Hill in June of 2010. They made everything so beautiful and truly perfect! Every vendor they recommended was spot-on, and they worked to coordinate with all of our vendors and make sure we didn't have a lot to do on the day of. Our site looked incredibly beautiful--even better than I had imagined. Every single detail was in place, down to the smallest little things. The food was absolutely delicious and everyone who provided service was polite and kind. We couldn't imagine a better place to get married. If we had to do it again, we'd be sure to pick Beacon Hill!

Our wedding day was one of the best days of our lives! Beacon Hill was there for us to make sure this happened, every step of the way. From the first meetings, throughout the planning stages, and right through “I do”, we received top notch service from ALL the staff at Beacon Hill. Our event manager, Lindsay, was more than amazing with her ‘can do’ attitude, professionalism, and her keen attention to detail. We highly recommend Beacon Hill as your wedding venue. They will truly make your wedding memorable.

I can't say enough good things about Beacon Hill Events. Everything was perfect and everyone raved about the food. We had a buffett at the reception and the caterers offered to dish up my husband and I, as well as our parents and grandparents. Wonderful! The best part is that I didn't even realize they were there. What more could you ask for? Everything went off flawlessly without my being the wiser.

Ali with Beacon Hill was amazing to work with. She was very friendly and answered all of our questions. She scheduled meetings and phone calls with us to make sure everything was on track for our big day. On our wedding day the coordinator on site was wonderful. She made sure my husband and I had everything we needed at our head table. We had some guests who had to arrive late and they dished up plates for them even after the food had been put away, which was very appreciated. The food itself was delicious and everyone enjoyed it. Beacon Hill was a wonderful catering company to work with.

I toured several different vendors when deciding where to have my fall wedding. When I decided to choose Beacon Hill, it was he best choice I could have ever made. We wanted an outdoor fall wedding, but also a place that had a backup plan for unforeseen weather. Not only is the property surrounding the venue beyond beautiful, but the clubhouse is perfect for entertaining. What I love most about this vendor is every detail is pretty much taken care of for you, and I know for me I was busy enough on my wedding day that they took all of the stress away! Ali is amazing to work with during all the planning stages, helping put your visions into reality. The day of, my coordinator Chelsea made sure everything was tended too and the schedule was followed and ran smoothly. I can't tell you how amazing it was to just sit back and enjoy my wedding day and not have to worry about a single thing. The catering staff was so attentive and accommodating, and every guests need was met. The entire process was beyond my expectations.

They made our wedding a pleasant process. I did not have to worry about anything besides showing up. They took care of the set up and clean up as well as in-house catering and a wedding planner. The food was amazing, the staff was friendly and very helpful. It may seem a bit expensive but in the end it's all worth it for all of the services they provide. The venue is absolutely beautiful as well, inside and out! Wouldn't have wanted to get married in any other place.

Beacon Hill was an amazing partner to work with when planning my wedding. They were always open to my ideas and connected me with a great florist, DJ, etc. Many of our guests raved about the food and said it was the best food they have ever had at a wedding. They also catered our rehearsal dinner and did a wonderful job.

Lindsay, Courtney and the team were a pleasure to work with and we would highly recommend this venue for your future wedding!

This place was great. The facility itself is beautiful. If you are looking for an indoor area space is a bit limited but outdoors is unlimited with many options for set up. The coordinator there made my day completely stress free. She took care of everything and is totally flexible

Fabulous Team

We held our wedding ceremony and reception at Barrister Winery in Spokane. Beacon Hill Events are the approved caterer for the venue.

Organising a wedding very last-minute and interstate is always challenging however the team at Beacon were wonderful in pulling everything together and ensuring a fabulous reception for us and our guests whilst also putting me at ease.

My wife and I were married at Beacon Hill. Throughout our planning, Ali, Beacon Hill's planning coordinator, was quick to respond to our questions and concerns and helped make our wedding easy and run smoothly.

We planned on having everything outside, but the weather called for rain. Ali and her staff had several wonderful alternative option. My bride and I were very comforted by knowing there were numerous options if we did have to be inside. While we were able to be outside for the ceremony, we did move the dinner inside - the day of - and Beacon Hill's staff did a great job with the sudden change of plans.

The venue is marvelous and beautiful! If you're looking for a venue with several backdrops for pictures, then Beacon Hill is a great place. They have a small vineyard, pond, forested-area, and stream. Our ceremony was under the large pergola and easily sat 60 guests - although the wedding the previous day had at least 300 hundred guests. We were able to decorate it to match our aesthetic and everything was perfect.

The catering was great! About 3 months before our wedding we were able to try all of Beacon Hill's food to decide on a menu to match our tastes and our event. There are at least half a dozen pre-made menus, but we were able to make alterations. We also had passed appetizers. The bacon-wrapped dates were incredible! We also had a wine and beer bar. We hosted 2 wines, 2 beers, and 1 cider.

We had an incredible day, and Beacon Hill was extremely helpful from start to finish. They helped make our wedding everything we wanted it to be.

Ali and the Beacon Hill staff were all wonderful, we truly couldn't have asked for a better caterer. Ali was more than happy to answer questions throughout the months leading up to the big day and made the planning process super easy, even while planning long distance. Our guests all raved about the food and we were beyond pleased with their overall setup, takedown and service during the reception. I would highly recommend this wonderful company!!

Overall, beacon hill was nothing shy of perfect. Same day coordinator, bartender, tables, chairs, table cloth, 8hours at venue, food tasting, and more included in venue cost. Beautiful gardens and small vineyard circle a building that holds a bridal suite and indoor ceremony location. Three outdoor ceremony options as well as a brick outdoor dance floor under a lot of beautiful hanging lights perfect for pictures. We had some many complements on the venue choice from our guests. They have a lot of decor type things you can use so don't forget to ask. It was perfect for us. We absolutely loved it. The beacon hill staff organizes everything for you and you just have to show up and have an amazing time. Highly recommended for outdoor wedding and reception. We got married the beginning of September and the weather was perfect. I had no complaints for this venue.

Beacon Hills is a great Venue to have your wedding. From start to finish they make sure you have all the information you need to make your wedding day run smoothly. Because of the unpredictable weather we had to make a few changes. Ali and the other Beacon Hills staff were patient with us and allowed us to wait until a few hours before our wedding was going to start to decide if we were going to keep our wedding outside. In addition, the bartender was very friendly. At the end of the night they also helped us pack up which is not included in the rental fee. I would say the only con for some people about this venue would be you have to use their catering and alcohol. This was not really a problem for us because it made it easier, but for some the price might not be ideal. Overall, there is no other place we would have wanted to have our wedding. It was amazing and we will always remember the day!!

Beacon Hill was so great to work with for our wedding catering needs. From the menu selection to the reception setup, the staff was friendly, professional and kind. They answered my million questions throughout the process with grace and were very knowledgeable. Our wedding was not at Beacon Hill's venue, so the staff came to our venue instead and they didn't skip a beat! Our guests raved about how great the food tasted too! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a wedding caterer!

If you're on a budget this place is pricey. But I was planning my wedding from out of state so this venue was great because they do so much. They helped me plan my day and I got a day of coordinator. You have to use them as your caterer and their alcohol is a bit pricey but they served delicious food and even better wine! I've never had a buffet style dinner with such good food. The day of coordinator was an absolute life saver. She set almost everything up for us so my mom barely had to do anything before the wedding. She checked in with me throughout the night to make sure I was good with it all. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Our wedding was beautiful! They were quick to respond to any questions, the facility was BEAUTIFUL! The food for our wedding was okay, but I have heard that it was amazing for other peoples wedding. We paid about $6000 for the facility for 8 hours, food for about 150, and an open bar. The only thing I will say was they provided a lunch buffet in the spring for people to try out food and decide what they wanted to serve at their wedding. It was completely unorganized and we did not get to try everything. Other than that, I would recommend them to everyone! Beautiful place and amazing staff.

Beacon Hill is a beautiful venue that really is a huge wedding package that saves the bride time, money and stress. They have multiple outdoor ceremony sites, a beautiful reception area both indoors and out, the food is amazing, the staff always on top of things, and they have all the tables, chairs, linens, etc. Being an out of town bride I didnt have a lot of time to shop around but when I found their website it was the first place I went to in person and I knew it was exactly what I had been looking for. The most important thing for me was that they have a rain plan! If you planned an outdoor wedding and an hour before the ceremony it rains they will do complete take down and set up indoors! Not a lot of places can or will do that. They really do reduce the amount of stress on the bride and they know what they are doing! The day of the wedding when we were being pulled into a 100 directions at once they kept us on track and made sure everything got done and it did. The entire wedding went smoothly.

I had my Ceremony ONLY at Beacon HIll. The grounds are just beutiful, and the level of prefionalism was perfect!!! They went out of their way to make sure my ceremony was flawless!! My only negative is the cost. I chose to have the ceremony only because they required you use their catering if you have the reception with them as well...the amount they wanted was ridiculous for the facility. I would HIGHLY reccomend Beacon HIll to anyone for their event.

We loved this venue for our reception! It is a beautiful spot with a breathtaking view of the city. The staff is exceptional and works very hard to to make your day special:) There are plenty of meetings beforehand and trust me, they think of everything! My only suggestion would be to make sure there is someone else in your party that knows the details of what is to happen on your big day. The coordinator you work with before the wedding (who is fabulous by the way) is probably not going to be there on your wedding day. We had a couple of things that got miscommunicated and it would have been nice if I had a third person involved. It was hard for me to be the bride and try to decorate/organize/double check everything. However, we had an amazing time and our guests loved every minute of it! We would definitely recommend Beacon Hill for your cermeony and/or reception.

Lindsay at Beacon Hill was phenomenal - she really knows how to put a wedding together, and how to make it stress free. The food was also amazing...I'm just a little disappointed in our day of coordinator and the staff - they started cleaning up before all of the guests had left (and before our alloted time at the venue was up), and I didn't find that the staff was very helpful. All in all, it was a beautiful wedding at a beautiful venue!

The food was wonderful. The staff was well prepared for our group and did a good job of communicating with the bridal party during the wedding. The wedding planning preperation was very helpful and they are open to creative ideas. The food and drink tasting was helpful. The cost for the venue, food and alchol is one of the highest in Spokane and surrounding areas. The venue itself is beautiful and well maintained. Look closely at your venue and food/alchol budget and size requirements. This is a perfect place is you have a large family and want an outdoor (June/July - September) wedding. I would recommend this venue to other brides and people have large family, reunion or work celebrations.

Beautiful venue

The only reason this isn’t a 5 star review is because I feel the planning process could have been better. I will say the venue was beautiful, it’s off the beaten path so there weren’t any cars driving by and there was very little noise from the surrounding area. Kim, the day of coordinator made sure everything ran smoothly and made sure we were as close to on time as possible. The planning process was a tad frustrating. During our time we dealt with two different coordinators, and we found ourselves having to reexplain our plans on multiple occasions. I believe this is due to everyone rescheduling wedding due to covid, so I wouldn’t put too much weight into it. The staff was professional and they treated us like royalty on our special day!

We were married at Beacon Hill in late September. We were so please with the venue and wedding coordinator, Lindsay.

Our entire experience all the way up until our big day was wonderful.

However, the day of the wedding our coordinator, Courtney was not helpful. She was no where to be found after the ceremony. My Mom and Mother-in-law had to keep asking the staff to replenish silverware during dinner.

We had cake pops and ended up leaving with 150 of them at the end of the night because the staff did not replenish them throughout the night.

The venue was perfect and I couldn't be happier with that. I just wish that our wedding day coordinator would have been more helpful and available for our needs.

Let me start by saying that Beacon Hill is an absolutely beautiful venue! Excellent for all types of outdoor photos and their food is amazing! Ali was very helpful and easy to communicate with during the planning and is very nice. The reason for the lower star review is because of the "wedding coordinator" and a rehearsal snafu. We were contacted just a few days prior to our scheduled (for months) rehearsal time and asked to come in earlier because another party wanted to come onto the grounds earlier than they planned, to take pictures. We had already moved our time to earlier in the day than our very first choice of time, so when we declined to change it again, we were asked if we would mind another party on the grounds while we were rehearsing. Um yes! I thought it very unprofessional that they would even ask, honestly. Planning is with Ali all the way up to the rehearsal and then they give you a stranger you've never spoken to before to walk you through the ceremony. Our coordinator's name was Chelsea, I believe, and I really think we could have coordinated everything better on our own. She was too quiet to get anyone's attention at the rehearsal and then had us walk through it backwards?! She had us out at the pergola first and then lined us up in order for the start of the ceremony last. Not very organized at all and it didn't flow well. And the day of my wedding she seemed very scattered and didn't communicate to my photographer about first look shots with my dad, so those were missed, and didn't even look out for me to have everything I needed so I walked down the aisle without my beautiful rose bouquet. She checked in with me 2 times total after the ceremony and that was that. I recommend that if you choose to go with Beacon Hill, you should hire an outside coordinator or plan to do it yourself. Still a beautiful space though and great food and all my guests had an amazing time!

Beautiful Venue, Terrible Staff

Beacon Hill is a lovely venue with a beautifully landscaped area and a elegant indoor event space. However, the staff we dealt with were difficult to communicate with, which lead to many planning challenges. Our contact for planning the wedding gave us inaccurate information many times and we ended up going around her to the owner. The day of staff were poorly trained and did not see to many details that should have been taken care of. The venue provided a day of coordinator who obviously didn't take the time to read any of the details in our file because she was clueless on many previously planned details. Overall, beautiful venue but be aware that the staff are a pain to work with!
