Fantastic!

We absolutely loved all the items we rented from Ranco for our Hilton Head Island wedding! Their x-back wooden chairs added such a great beachy touch to our ocean-front wedding, along with the driftwood chargers. They were very flexible and even added some items last minute for us like the napkins, chair cushions, and space heaters. They were very responsive and timely, and everything was set up beautifully! I'd 100% recommend them for any wedding and they have a wide variety of rental items to choose from!

very easy to work with and nice!

I had my wedding at the Forsyth park in front of the fountain 2/1/2020 and rented their folding fruitwood chairs. It looked very nice and was set up the way I wanted. My day of coordinator was able to be in touch with them and they worked with her as well. I heard about them from a friend that got married in the same spot almost exactly a year before me so I knew they would be able to work with setting up in that park.

Rentals were easy and fun!

Everyone at Ranco was so easy to work with and so understanding! If we wanted to change any detail, down to the color of the napkin, it was as easy as a phone call! Highly recommend this company. It can be overwhelming to generate counts for different items and select the details, but the Ranco team has it down. Our wedding was beautiful, and we thank Ranco for their help!

What a great company!!

Wow! We loved working with this company. My husband and I had a pretty good idea of the furniture and pieces we wanted to rent for the wedding and Katie Thomas made it happen to perfection! She went back and forth with us, sending us various options, sharing her opinion when needed, and reviewing quotes/pricing to ensure everything fit our vision and our budget. Once we had a final quote and a final list of items, we talked to her leading up to the wedding to make a few last minute changes, which she completed without any issue. We got our rental items exactly at the time we were supposed to and the guys who unloaded the truck went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help. Every single item on the list was there, if not more. Our guests all had an "Ahhhh" moment when they saw the wedding rental items. It was soooo beautiful.... Thank you so much for making our wedding day so special!

Lovely and Good Quality Products

We were very happy with the dance floor and linens we rented from Savannah Special Events. We also had a tent on reserve for our outdoor wedding, and it was such a relief to know that would be an option if we needed it (thank goodness we didn't). We did have a little bit of buckling with the dance floor, but Savannah Special Events was quick to step in and make that right with us. I highly recommend their products and am impressed with their customer service.

Kendall and her team was amazing.

We couldn’t have asked for a better rental company. Kendall was there for us for every decision. She made it a point to personalize everything for us and shared with us examples she has seen in the past; made recommendations based on what has worked and what hasn’t for our venue, and everything in between. Kendall even gave us the option of having the tent or not the day-of our wedding (it was scheduled to rain but didn’t!), which she didn’t have to. Their customer service is superb. It was a pleasure working with Kendall and the Ranco team. I strongly recommend their services.

Reliable and beautiful

Absolute perfection and professionalism! The wedding was on private property in the woods along a river. I relied on them to advise for the location, the amount of people, and the weather - Everything had to be set up from scratch. My wedding looked more beautiful than I could have imagined!

Thank you Ashley, for a job well done. We rented chairs, tables, linens, glassware, and the dance floor from Savannah Special Events by Ranco, and everything was perfect. The delivery, set-up, and pick-up was very professional and timely. We "tweeked" our order numerous times, changing linen colors, table sizes, and types of glassware, and quantities, and Ashley always was pleasant and helpful, and would instantly give me our new quote. They worked hand-in-hand with our coordinator, Emily DeLoach, and this made our rental experience much easier. I would definitely recommend Savannah Special Events by Ranco, and again, thank you Ashley!

Ashley was a joy to work with. She has top notch customer service skills. We rented tables and chairs for our rehearsal dinner and they arrived on time and were picked up the next day. We never had to worry. The experience was very stress free.

The pieces we rented from Beachview were all stunning and of wonderful quality. From the black and white dance floor to the incredible bar and barbacks, it completely transformed our space! They were easy to work with, it was easy to make payments, and they were really personable. Everything was perfect!

They had awesome farm style picnic tables for us to rent for our welcome party. They were expensive but they delivered, set up, and picked up the tables with no need for us to even be present.

My husband and I ordered our linens through them and they turned out awesome! I couldn't be more pleased how nice everything looked when the table linens went on the tables. They also worked really well with my coordinator, which made everything easier for me!

Megan Zaret was incredible to work with! She was always quick to respond, she accommodated by multiple changes and additions up until the day before the wedding, she split my rental order so that I could get the linens earlier than the rest of the rentals. I can't say enough good things about her. Besides Megan being awesome, the equipment and linens we rented were in great condition! I was extremely worried about the dance floor being scuffed but it was all beautiful!

Beachview was a great vendor to work with! We had a unique venue that presented a distinct set of challenges, and they were able to assist us with everything we needed. They offered great options and unique pieces that made our wedding stand out. They helped us create a custom drapery treatment for our outdoor ceremony space, and our guests are still talking about how beautiful it was! This is the second time I have rented items from Ranco in Augusta, GA and I am very satisfied with their service. I rented a 25 ton air conditioning unit for a wedding this last weekend. They came out and set it up on schedule. They built a screen around the unit to hide it which looked great, and they made it look good on the inside as well. The unit cooled well, and I had many at the reception thank me for providing this during a hot summer day.

Meagan Zaret with Beachview Rentals is wonderful! Less than 30 days from my destination wedding, my wedding venue was closed due to zoning issues. Within 10 days, I had a new location and Meagan was in contact with me. She had a lay out of how the reception would look and all my worries were gone! We LOVED Beachview and their services! Meagan Zaret helped us along the way, and she was incredible! She was extremely flexible with any changes made before the wedding, and was always professional and quick to respond! Beachview Rentals has been so helpful over the past year, especially Meagan Zaret who has guided me through the entire process. They are very professional and their immediacy to answer questions is unmatched! I can't tell you how many times I changed my proposal adding and removing different things and never once did they have a problem with it! Meagan Zaret of Beachview Event Rentals did a great job helping us plan a great lay out for the tables & chairs at our wedding venue. In years past I have rented table cloths, but I have never seen any company with so many color choices! Love, love how the tablecloths, runners & napkins matched perfectly with the wedding color theme.
When we arrived at the wedding venue the tables and chairs were already in place, only needing to be dressed with the tablecloth & runner which were laid out on the table so we didn't have to figure out what size went on what table!
At the end of the evening all we did was put the linens in the bag!

Morgan was our event designer at Beachview and she did a great job! She worked with my daughter, me (mother of the bride) and Straton Hall Events to coordinate tables/inens/tents.
Since our event was in a private setting with limited resources, Morgan made sure we had adequate power, backup generators, and a very nicely appointed restroom trailer. The lighting and tent liners were elegant and the linens were perfect with Straton Hall's fabulous décor.
Morgan and Beachview were flexible and pulled off the "backup rain plan" like it had been the original! For parents of the bride, that took away a lot of stress knowing we could count on such a professional team. Thank you Morgan and Beachview!

We planned an all outdoor wedding and reception and 3 days before the wedding we had to change everything due to hurricane like weather. Even with such late notice, Beachview made it easy and was able to accommodate everything perfectly so the big day went smoothly.

I held my wedding in Tybee Island so I used the Savannah, GA location. I dealt with Kendall, who was very kind and responsive to every thing I needed. We had our reception outdoors at my husbands aunt's beach house, so using this company was basically our "venue." They gave the best advice on how to set up, gave me updated floor plans so I could get a visual - since I live in Kentucky and was planning a destination wedding. They are very professional and worked well within my budget and it turned out to be more than I imagined. I couldn't have been happier!

I rented from the Augusta location and they were very helpful. My husband and I were both overseas while we were planning so we did everything over the phone and had no problems. They delivered the items to our venue the day before the wedding, so this allowed time for the venue to set the items up the morning of. We only needed champagne flutes, round tables, and cocktail tables, but we were very pleased with their service.

SSE was very easy to work with. They knew the set-up of my venue and recommended the best amount of seating, tables, linens, etc. for our big day. Kendall was great about getting back to me and accommodating our changes. Their burlap tablecloths were the perfect touch for my garden reception.On the day of the wedding, everything went smoothly (as far as I know!) and we had no issues at all.

Kendall at SSE is the best. She is so experienced and offers great advice on decor, size and number of tables and is super flexible. The number of guests will fluctuate and I was changing my rental order up until the week of the wedding and nothing was a problem for SSE. I appreciated their hardwork and everything looked beautiful.

I planned my savannah wedding from atlanta and spoke with just about everyone who answers the phone at this company. Everyone was polite and very helpful! One thing I dont like is that if you pay using your credit card with them they charge you a 3% fee (which has not happened to me since 2006) and I am highly opposed to excess fees and they do have a lot of them. I looked at the price break down and there is a fee, taxes, convience fees, delivery fees, tax fees on the delivery... the fees were endless. In the end, I am beyond glad that I went with them and paid all of the fees because they really came through for me and went above and beyond. The day before the wedding they were able to track down a tent for me (it rainded on my wedding day at my outdoor park wedding) which was huge because savannah and south carolina had rented all the tents out. without them, my wedding would have been a soggy mess!

We didn't purchase too many things through them however she still provided an excellent customer service experience and made us feel great about selecting Beachview over the alternative options. The products were great and they were overall very easy to work with as they coordinated all the drop off/pick up details with the hotel directly and really had nothing at all for us to worry about on our wedding day.

I worked with Morgan Miles, and she was the sweetest woman ever! I had a blast sorting out all the rental details with her, and she promptly responded to all calls and emails. She helped me keep everything in budget, and I feel like I could really rely on her for everything I needed. I almost invited her to my wedding. Loved working with Beachview!

Beachview provided our dance floor, stage and furniture for a small seating area. I was impressed with the quality of everything! The wooden dance floor looked great, was even and sturdy. The rattan furniture was in excellent condition, but can not be left outside over night. The stage was very professional and easy on the eyes. I would recommend Beachview to anyone looking for rentals especially for dance-floors. The prices for the furniture were a little steep but the dance floor was a great deal. Paige was a breeze to work with as well.

we only rented 2 large silver and gold samovars, 1 silver ice bucket, and 100 champagne saucers for our wedding b/c the venue had everything else, but those rentals MADE the wedding spectacular!
we had a champagne tower at the cocktail hour and we had pre-ceremony hot chocolate in the 2 samovars for our winter wedding, and it could not have been more elegant or more beautiful!!!
they were helpful and answered all my emails and i would work with them again in a heartbeat!

We used Savannah special events to rent tables and chairs for our rehearsal dinner and wedding ceremony. We planned our Savannah wedding all the way from Wisconsin so everything was done via email or phone.
I can't say if the prices of this company are better than any other company. However, what I can tell you is that they are the only company I contacted that responded promptly to all my emails and provided me with a written, professional proposal. Being a busy working bride I did not have time to hound vendors and wait for people who took months to get back to me. Customer service went a long way.
The delivery men were also prompt with drop off and pick-up times, always calling ahead. They were friendly as well. I have no complaints about my experience with Savannah special events.

What a great group of people! Not only did Beachview ensure that everything was just as we wanted, but they even sent out a manager to go over placement to make sure that everything was perfect- and it was. Great people, super nice and really easy to work with.. I'd definitely use them again and will reccomend them to all my friends!

They were the only company we could find black wooden chairs. They delivered them, set them up and took them down without a hitch. They looked beautiful on the white marble floor.

We got our tables, chairs, and a couple of linens from Ranco Tents & Savannah Special Events and were very pleased with their business. Their prices are comparable to many other wedding rentals and they were every professional throughout our correspondances. Even their delivery staff were cordial and polite, and emulated professionalism in the way they conducted themselves during drop-off. Very pleased with their services and their products, would consider them again if we ever do another big event!

If I could give Beachview and Amie Barnard and Rebecca Neal more than five stars I would do it in a heartbeat. I found this company through a debacle that was created by another wedding coordinator (I won't go into the details) but I'm so glad I did. Because of said debacle, I was incredibly stressed out and frustrated by the time I found them at 7 weeks out from my wedding day. I was in contact with Amie first and she absolutley put me at ease and promised that we would be able to get everything straightened out and she was so right. My quote came back to me within a few days and she happily worked with me when I had to change things around a few times. Their prices were well within the same line as the vendors I had received quotes from here in Savannah but their service was SO MUCH BETTER. A few weeks before the wedding I was switched over to Rebecca who was equally friendly and accomodating and who even made some adjustments to save us some money in the end. Rebecca was incredible as she helped keep me calm the day before my wedding when we realized we would need a tent due to rain and was able to add one and adjust set-up time so that everything would be in place in time for the other vendors. When I arrived at the reception venue and saw how beautiful everything turned out I was blown away that they were able to pull all the adjustments to our original quote together in such a short period of time. All of the equipment was beautiful and in wonderful condition and I will absolutely be recommending these ladies and this company to others in the future! They were by far, one of the BEST vendors I had the pleasure to work with for my wedding.

Gail @ Beachview was stupendous!...her team changed my daughter..Marie's wedding reception (for 325) from a lighted fairyland to a tented wonderland in a matter of hours. Gail had to convince me that the rain plan was necessary. AND IT WAS...A TERRIBLE THUNDERSTORM happened during the ceremony. Gail was awesome. Thank goodness for Beachview.

Working with Kate & Beachview on our rentals was a great experience. Kate came to our rental home to pick up the check. With everything that was going on, I forgot to mail the check prior to our wedding. She went out of her way to tie up our loose ends. The gentleman that delivered our rentals was great as well. He arrived 30 minutes early to set up which made our day smoother. He delivered and set up and was gone before I knew it. Everything looked great and was in "NEW" condition. Most rentals I have seen look pretty "used." If we have rental needs in the Glynn County area or know of someone who will, we will let it be known.

The team at Beachview Tent Rentals are very helpful! Their delivery service is reliable! They have a wide variety of table linens, chairs, tents, etc. Oh, I must not forget their rainy day policy (it won't rain on your wedding!)

I utilized Beachview for my wedding at the Keeler Property. Meagan with Beachview was very professional, helpful and responsive to my needs. I had to adjust the CAD several times, especially in the weeks/days leading up to the wedding and Beachview was very quick to adjust not only seating but also the "bottom line" which was much appreciated. Meagan also offered suggestions and advice as to what has worked/not worked at my wedding venue, some of which I had not thought of or considered.

The only thing I would mention...my mother and I went to the warehouse to pick up a few items to avoid the delivery fee as the warehouse is very close to my home. My mother and I were driving on 95N and were stopped by the local police on the interstate. Apparently, this police officer is well known, likes to write tickets and is not very understanding! Make sure if you drive to the warehouse that you do the speed limit!

We used Beachview rentals for our ocean front lawn wedding. They were very thorough with their quotes and prompt in answering any of any questions we had. They sent a team of professional and friendly guys out to set up the tent and tables exactly where we wanted them. Nothing was a problem for these guys. The tent with the lights and everything dressed up looked gorgeous and the linens and napkins were perfect. They delivered on time and we were very happy with how smoothly everything went. Thanks for being part of our perfect wedding. It's all the details that count and they have everything you could possibly need. I would definitely use them again if needed.

I was pleased with the service I received from this vendor. Kendall was very responsive and patient with me ( I changed my order request at least 10 times). The delivery and set up was on time, quick and accurate, even in the rain. The only complaint I have is they didn't have all of the equipment that I wanted originally. Other than that, Ranco is the way to go. I looked at the other vendors in the area and Ranco had the lowest quote.

If I could give more than 5 stars for responsiveness, I would! After requesting quotes and having follow-up correspondence with half a dozen rental companies almost a year before I wedding, this DIY bride got overwhelmed with details and stuck my head in the sand for a few months. Beachview was the only company that followed up again to see if I still was in need of rentals for my wedding. Even after booking, I changed my reservations and quantities repeatedly and they handled every single change with expert attention to detail. I highly recommend them.

We rented 3 farm tables, silver chiavari chairs, silver acrylic charges and drink dispensers from Ranco. They were great to communicate with via email and adapted my quote at least 5 times without complaint. The set up was timely and professional, and they worked with my planner Bonnie Kaar to make sure everything was picked up by the time we had to be cleared out of the venue the next day. They were a little on the expensive side in my opinion, but worth it!

I really enjoyed working with Beachview Event Rentals & Design for my wedding and would recommend them to anyone hosting an event. I worked primarily with Meagan during the planning process and really appreciated her recommendations with regards to color combinations and quantities of items about which I was unsure (i.e. coffee cups/saucers for the coffee station). She was very patient with me when I need to add/change the items on our order and saved the day when there was a mix-up with table cloths the day before the wedding. She kept me very calm when I was inwardly freaking out and fixed the issue very quickly!

We used the white chivari chairs for our reception; while most of the chairs seemed to be in good condition, there were more than few chairs that were wobbly or had very noticeable knicks on the white paint so that the black color underneath was visible. I tried to put those chairs along the periphery of the event so they weren't visible but for the price of the chair rentals I was disappointed this was even an issue.

Beachview provided great service and were very responsive. The tent, table and chairs were clean and in good condition. Meagan Zaret was very easy to work with, extremely patient and very professional. She recommended great linens and colors to make our woodsy wedding reception lovely. We got married at the Ribault Club and decided to rent the dancefloor, couches, linens, glasses, plates, silverware, and tables from Beachview. At first we experience a little frustration because one sales person would not get back to us in a timely manner. Once we switched to Gail Townschend the process was very simplified. She went above and beyond and got us everything we wanted right away. Her professionalism clearly shined threw and she made many things come together. When we arrived at the ceremony site beachview was there to set up early and spent the entire day working very hard.

Beachview does so much more than rent tents! The tables, chairs, and linens for my wedding were great! Paige was more than accomodating to my many requests and changes and was very prompt in returning calls and emails.

Although we did not work with Savannah Special Events directly (our wedding planner was the middle man), all items we rented for our wedding were great. Their crew even came out the day of the wedding to setup an additional tent to allow us to have our tented reception with Hurricane Sandy fast approaching. They also purchased brand new chairs prior to the wedding to allow us to have the right color brown which matched our decor and dance floor. I would highly recommend them to any bride.

Best rental company in the area, in my opinion. Service and product are exceptional. My representative, Gail, worked with my planner, my fiance and myself to achieve the look I envisioned. We got creative with the tables, linens, chairs, etc. and the event space looked spectacular. Attention to detail is the key to success. Think through the event moment by moment to envision individual needs so every element looks the way you want it to look - and photograph!

Costs seem reasonable for each item but add up quickly. Get an estimate up-front so you don't blow your budget.

If you're like me, you were probably blown away by the first event rental estimate you got (who knew tables and chairs could cost so much?? Not to mention linens, and lanterns, and lighting, and of course a big tent...). We had solicited three quotes from rental companies in Savannah, and even the lowest was more than we had expected, and the service there wasn't particularly good - it took days to get a call back. Fortunately, our florist recommended we check out Beachview in Brunswick. I was a little apprehensive at first because Beachview hadn't done as many weddings in Savannah as the other companies we were talking to, but Suzanne's warmth and responsiveness won me over immediately, and her willingness to work with us on budget sealed the deal. On the day of the wedding, I realized I needn't have worried - everything was set up with tons of time to spare, everything was in the right place and everything looked stunning. If you are getting married anywhere in Eastern Georgia or even Northeastern Florida, don't book your rentals without at least getting a quote from Beachview.

The guys who set up my event were a little late on arriving, which eventually put us into a time crunch, but everything got done. They also brought 3 broken chairs for the ceremony, which I was credited back on my account. Overall, they did an amazing job. Everything looked beautiful. Gail Townsend was my Beachview event planner. She made everything super easy and beautiful!

Savannah Special Events was definitely the best deal I could find for the chairs for my ceremony (white resin padded), not charging an arm and a leg for delivery like some other companies. I couldn't get in touch with them through their website, but they were extremely helpful over the phone. My only complaint comes from the day of. I was told that they would arrive to pick my chairs back up around 1:30, but that if we were running a little behind, they would just wait until it was appropriate to start packing the chairs up. Instead, the men just walked right up and literally asked people to get up and move and just started packing up chairs in the middle of my pictures, leaving my guests standing around. The chairs were beautiful and the quality was as expected, but I was a bit disappointed (and embarrassed) by the way they went about pick up.

This vendor was very accommodating to what we needed. Very easy to talk with and not very demanding as well. It made the planning go very easily for us. The delivery of the items was early. The only negative thing I had to say about this company is that three of the one hundred chairs I rented had pieces that were broken upon delivery. I requested to set everything up, so I told them about it after the wedding and their response was very appropriate, stating that they would like into their inventory to get those issues fixed.

We got our tent, tables, chairs, bars, glassware- pretty much everything for our outdoor wedding from Savannah Special Events. At first I had a little trouble getting the staff to respond to questions, but by the time the event came around, everything was perfectly set up and ready. We had both our ceremony and reception in the same garden and had to rearrange everything and set up tables in between, which was done with no issues, staff was on site to take care of it. The tent with liner and twinkle lights was beautiful. All in all, everything turned out perfectly. :)

Beachview is the top-notch event rental outfit in our area, for certain. I spoke to another company but they didn't hold a candle to Beachview's selection and professionalism. They are on the high-end side but are definitely worth it. During the rehearsal, I noticed that the dance floor being set up was not as I ordered it. Immediately I called Gail and, wouldn't you know, the next day I had a black and white dance floor just as I wanted. I must note, that this was my fault and not Gail's. I had missed on the invoice that the dancefloor was not B&W. The weather had turned cold right before our wedding, too, and she scrambled to find me enough heaters so my guests were comfortable. I cannot tell you how happy I was for having Beachview on my side! They were wonderful!

I rented my ceremony chairs from Ranco and they were very evfficient and professional. The price seemed steep, but I also got a quote from Fairytales and Ranco was the cheaper of the two, so I guess that is the going rate. Overall, I would recommend them.

Expensive but excellent to work with

I was very happy working with beachview for my wedding rentals! They worked with me when I realized I made some errors on guest count and delivery date, and they helped me to figure out exactly what rentals I would need for my reception. Prices were high, but I think that's the norm with rentals. I will say though that there seemed to be extra fees with each contract iteration- $1/chair for both set up and take down, a fee for tables as well, a Saturday delivery charge, etc. Be aware of these before you go in- I had to cut back on a few items to make up for these hidden fees. I recommend having your own helpers for set up and take down (that's what we did) and working with your venue to avoid a Saturday delivery or after hours take down if you choose to go with Beachview!

Beautiful chairs, very flexible

I kept forgetting things such as the cake and gift table and they were very quick to send me an amended invoice. Although I think there was some turnover and no one notified me. I was trying to contact with the original email address and my email bounced back. I had a second email address and she proceeded with updating my order right away but I was a little taken aback.

The had high quality products and did an excellent job of setting up and breaking down which was wonderful for us since they would break down everything after the reception since it was so late.
The price was a little higher that others but they were worth it!!

Beachview was awesome to work with! They have such a fantastic, expansive selection of rental items....anything we needed or wanted, they were able to provide! Their staff is professional and responsive! Would definitely do business with them again!

Overall a Good Experience

Of all of the rental companies in the area, I'm very glad we went with Ranco.

The good:
- Great selection of options to pick from. Prices were very reasonable compared to the rest of the area.
- These people really came through on the day of. They sent a crew of about six guys who were there on time (8am, coming from an hour away) and were efficient and prompt at unloading our rentals. They set up the tables and chairs, which took most of the work off our shoulders.

The bad:
- Emails took a long time to get answered, and were sometimes answered incompletely. For example, we asked for a photo of the bar top and it took maybe four days for them to send it.
- They forgot our sweetheart table! We ended up with an extra of a different size, but it could have been bad if we had needed that for something else.

Overall, I'd give them a pretty strong recommendation. Glad we went with them.

HORRIBLE! Terrible customer service. Associates are not knowledgeable and management is unwilling to work with customers when their equipment fails. I rented 100 chairs and 3 tables. They treated me like I was unimportant and did not matter because my order was so small. Then when my cake table collapsed because it was missing parts they refused to refund anymore than the $12.50 that I paid for that table. Their 12.50 table ruined my $480 wedding cake before I ever got to see it. The people that set up the table at the reception said it was missing rivots or screws. The GM-Andy said they set up the table and one of his guys sat on it and it was fine. Other items we rented were held together with duct tape. Beware of this company, they only care about their high dollar customers. $400 worth of second rate rentals and a ruined reception is all I got.
