Oh, Natalie! What wonder of magic she works! She worked so hard on all of our girls (and then some) for the entire day of my wedding. We started at our hotel suite, and we had girl after girl line up in her chair, and she got through them like a champion! And they were GORGEOUS. I can’t believe how glamorous all of my bridesmaids and family members looked. She was sweet, and we all had so much fun getting ready! In fact, we were so ahead of schedule, we were all just hanging out before my wedding. When we moved over to the venue, Natalie graciously came with us for touch ups, and she has her mobile station up quickly! Thank you so much, Ms Natalie for coming, and I can’t recommend her enough!! -

Natalie was great. She is so nice and her makeup skills are amazing. She made my mom look beautiful! Very reasonable rates and didn't charge me a truck charge to go on location. I would highly recommend her to family friends and everyone I know! -

I was a nervous reck both my trial/bridal shower and wedding day. Natalie B. was professional and spoke kindly and softly to me… which is totally what I needed! I would recommend to any person booking anything, to make sure that you pay the deposit or whole amount via paypal and keep a spreadsheet of receipts, because last thing you want to be doing is worrying about money on the day of... and last thing you want is for them to say sorry you didn’t pay me and I booked another event on the day of your wedding (which happened to my sister). I would also recommend bringing a foundation that you absolutely love and know works and give it to your makeup artist to use. Go to MAC or Bare Minerals and get the right color for your skin, because in the trial, there was somethings that we ended up correcting before the wedding makeup day. She did take about 2 hours per person for hair and makeup, so factor that into your timeline plans. I would also recommend getting Natalie’s To-Go kit(s) they were so cute and got used a lot day of the wedding when we needed touch-ups. Natalie’s makeup didn’t budge the whole wedding and looked fabulous! I would totally recommend her again. Thank you so much Natalie!!! -

Natalie was awesome! All my girls loved her! She was recommended to me by one of my bridesmaids because Natalie did her hair and makeup last year for her wedding. From beginning to end, she was always responsive to my emails, passionate about what she does, very sweet, and made sure I was happy. I would definitely recommend her to anyone! -

I looked at a lot of profiles before choosing Natalie to do my hair and make-up for my wedding. I keep getting drawn to her profile and her price was the most reasonable. I had my trial run and things went great, she even offered to give me another trial run because she needed a different iron to complete the look I was going for. I could tell from the trial she knew what she was doing and had confidence it would work so I did not make her do another trial. Natalie keep in contact with me up until my wedding and was very professional.
I was getting married on the Queen Mary and wanted to bring back the feel of the 1930's to my wedding day. I hired her to do my mother's and sister's make-up and hair also. She did a great job and they were very happy with the result. My mother's hair is very thin, I was impressed how full she made her hair look. Natalie listens well and is easy to talk to.
I was going for finger waves that pin up in the back with large curls. She pulled it off to a T. The make-up was great, I do not wear much make-up so wanted something not to drastic. I LOVE what she did. I got so many compliments through the night people telling me how great I look and that I looked like a movie star from back in time. I could not have accomplished the feel I was going for with out Natalie.

Natalie did such an impeccable job with the makeup and hair of me (bride) and the bridal party, including the groomsmen on our 8-10-12 wedding. My vision coupled with her expertise and style, was instrumental in the way she transformed me into a beautiful bride. I loved her attitude, and she was very compassionate about what she was doing. It was clear to me she loves her profession and she goes through great lengths to do her personal best. I don't wear much makeup on a day to day basis, and she knew that, and accentuated the natural look for me on my day.
I usually don't write an unsolicited letter of praise for a job well done, but in this case I have felt very compelled to do so. Quite simply there are certain people who deserve to be recognized for their outstanding service, and Natalie Buketov is one of those people.
Natalie your performance, professionalism, and expertise leading up to and during our wedding was nothing short of phenomenal. You pulled it off flawlessly. I will post pics once I get them.

Natalie is a rock star. She came in and did everyone's hair and makeup and made them look spectacular. Above and beyond that, when the hotel was being evacuated for a fire alarm she rallied the troops! She got everyone moving. Somehow every bridesmaid and flower girl was carrying something down the stairs. Every dress, shoe, and piece of jewelry was evacuated with us! Beyond that, she scouted a location for us to continue working on hair and makeup OUTSIDE. She'd grabbed her key gear as well as the antique hair pins I wanted put in my hair [my "something old"] and was all set to keep working. Because of her quick thinking we were able to keep the prep going and we marched down the aisle ON TIME! My "makeup chair" was a concrete ashtray that we covered in plastic to keep my clothes clean - it was the perfect height. On top of it all, she even managed to please my cousin who hates EVERYTHING and is NEVER happy with how anyone does ANYTHING. Oh, and not only were we on time, but she was able to help my mom with her makeup and do my aunt's hair. Frankly, five stars is just not enough for this wonder-woman! -

I found Natalie on Weddingwire.com and immediately contacted her after looking at her portfolio. I couldn't have made a better choice for a hair and makeup artist for my wedding ceremony and reception days. The first time I met Natalie, I knew she was the one that I needed to hire. I gave her a brief description of what I was looking for on my wedding day and she did that and more. I felt like a princess! She also did a wonderful job on my mother in law and my bridesmaids. She was prompt and so professional in answering my emails and I can't tell you how many times I had to email her because I had to keep changing the services. And she was prompt when she had to come to my house for us to get our hair and make up done. I can't say enough about Natalie. She's the best! -

I cannot say enough great things about Natalie! Where do I begin? Natalie is so genuine, sweet, and TALENTED! Natalie can do it all. She also is one of those professionals who listens to you describe what you want and totally gets it. She knew exactly what I wanted and respected it. She was also able to do my bridesmaids' hair wonderfully...some had short hair and some had hair down to their booty! Natalie made my 82 year-old Mom feel like a princess. She also made me feel gorgeous not just because of the hair and makeup but because of how she treated me. Plus her makeup matched my skin better than ever and it lasted all day and night. Natalie is the best!!!! -

All I can say is I looked FLAWLESS!!! If you are looking for an experienced make up artist for your wedding, you have to book Natalie. I found her on wedding wire and she had everything I was looking for. Her website and reviews are on point and she was easy to work with. She listened to what you wanted and accommodated all your needs. I was having a diva princess wedding and when she did my trial, I was so happy ( Kardashian "gold" look) when she got it right! She also introduced me to my new red MAC lipstick obsession!!!!!!!!! She was on time and accommodated the extra guests that needed their hair and make up done as well. Thank you Natalie for a perfect wedding! -

I was a bridesmaid in a wedding earlier this month and Natalie was amazing! I told her I wanted an up do and she worked her magic. My friends were all surprised by how good I looked and I got a ton of great Facebook comments. Yeah!! Natalie knows how to do hair and makeup to compliment the individual and accentuate each person's best features. I would totally recommend her! In fact, I already told a work acquaintance to use her. She was very professional, arrived early and was really nice too :) -

I found Natalie through a recommendation from a friend who was in a bridal party of a wedding that Natalie did the make-up for a couple of years ago. In addition to the enthusiastic recommendation from my friend, I liked the photos of hair and make-up that Natalie had on her website. The hair she did looked really intricate and expressed much skill.
I booked Natalie for a practice make-up and hair as well as wedding make-up and hair for my wedding day. She also did the hair and make-up for the bridesmaids and the flower girls. Natalie did an excellent job and was very very professional. She came to my room on the wedding day on-time and ready. I was concerned that she might be late because the wedding was at Shutters in Santa Monica and traffic was very bad on the freeways and streets. But, she came early and was ready to work on hair and make-up on the dot. Her skill and professionalism helped ensure that my wedding was beautiful. I don't wear very much make-up normally so I was concerned that the make-up was too much, but the photos looked really good. When my bridesmaids posted their photos on Facebook, they got lots of rave reviews on their hair and make-up. Also, the make-up she used was very good quality. I have very oily skin and she used make-up that stayed on my face the whole night! I was worried that it would get oily and messy but it didn't. I felt extremely glamorous after Natalie did my hair and make-up.
I look forward to definitely recommending Natalie work to everyone. -

Natalie was wonderful! Very attentive to the bride (me). Has that "this is your day, and it's part of my job to make it as perfect as I possibly can" attitude. She was super sweet, and it was important to her that I was pleased. She does not like to disappoint. She did hair and make-up for myself, 5 bridesmaids, and my mother. Natalie is not just a gifted and experienced make-up and hair artist - she is also a wonderful human being! Our photographer (and close friend) Katie Clark recommended Natalie with a full endorsement and upon meeting Natalie for the first time, I knew she was the right person for the job. The trial run with Natalie was awesome - I loved my hair and make-up and we clicked immediately.
On my wedding day, Natalie showed up ON TIME at our hotel with all of her supplies in tow (even brought her own make-up chair). The great thing about Natalie is that she is VERY adaptable. Each of my bridesmaids has a very unique style and Natalie was able to individualize her work on each of the girls. She is also open to feedback and welcomes recommendations and advice from all regarding the hair/makeup and overall style of each client. Natalie is not only great at her job, but she is also a joy to be around. She fit in perfectly with all of us and we truly enjoyed her company.
We all felt and looked beautiful. The audience gasped as we each walked down the isle and Natalie paid a great role in that. Natalie went out of her way to ensure that each of us got exactly what we were looking for. I would recommend Natalie wholeheartedly to any bride-to-be who hopes for a stress free wedding day (and fabulous photos)! She truly is a doll to work with - you will not be disappointed! -

Natalie is absolutely fantastic and I couldn't recommend her more! I was so at ease with her at the trial, that it was so easy to book her on the spot. She did a great job at the trial, but then I decided a few weeks before the wedding to change up my look. I didn't bother getting another trial because I knew Natalie would be able to pull it off and she came through even better than expected.
I received so many compliments on my hair and makeup and felt like a glamorous movie star! I wish I had another big event to attend, so that I could have Natalie do my hair and makeup again! -

One of my friends was part of another friend's wedding and had highly recommended Natalie for my upcoming wedding! I scheduled an appointment with Natalie to have my trial run and I thought it turned out pretty well. On the big day, Natalie arrived to the hotel where I was staying and performed her magic! She did such an amazing job on my hair and make-up! We had done something different at the trail run and she was quite flexible in the fact that I wanted to change my hair slightly and that I wanted my make-up to be a bit different! I was very nervous and she calmed me down with her fun spirit and friendliness! After the make-up was done, I was completely thrilled with the results! Everyone was so amazed at how beautiful I looked, not only because I was the bride and wearing the big white dress, but because my hair and make-up looked amazing! I chose Natalie for two reasons: the flawlessness of her makeup and hair, and the sheer affordably of her prices. Natalie was aces! I looked like the best possible version of myself without looking cakey or overdone. The makeup stayed fresh all day and night and the hair stayed curly and even looked good the next day. My two bridesmaids were also very happy and they are difficult to please. Natalie worked with me on pricing and minimums. She is very flexible and is open to suggestions. She works on location a lot but she returned my calls and emails the same day or the next day. I would highly recommend Natalie. -

Natalie did my wedding day hair and make up as well as 7 bridesmaids. She was excellent. I loved my both my hair and make up at my trial, and she made it even more gorgeous on the big day. I brought inspiration photos for both and she nailed it. All of my bridesmaids were happy with the job she did, and they all looked great. She was on time, efficient and a lot fun to work with. I'll keep this short and sweet: Natalie was awesome! She was very friendly and helpful. Her price was reasonable for the quality of service I received. She is the first makeup artist that has done my makeup to do it exactly the way I wanted. I'm very picky about having a "natural look" that doesn't make me look like a drag queen or too made up. I would hire her again without thinking! I would definitely recommend her to family and friends and I'm actually thinking of hiring her again!

Natalie came to my house for hair/makeup for an engagement photo shoot. My makeup artist for the wedding day was booked that day so I went with Natalie based on recommendations from my wedding planner.
I left it up to her to be creative. I was so pleasantly surprised that she can make a dramatic look on me that uses bold colors yet still look classy and elegant. Also, she got some tricks to make eyeliner stay put on me all day long in the hot sun. I was amazed the makeup looked great after a night out that I almost didn't want to wash it off.
Natalie's fantastic! I have a wedding to attend in a few months and I'll definitely use her services again. -

I read reviews of Natalie and loved the sample photos she posted on this site. Some of the reviews mentioned concerns over her being late and though she was a few minutes late on the day of our first trial, she was early and ready and waiting before 8 am on the day of our wedding!
Natalie was willing to negotiate the prices for myself and my bridesmaids because we were on a tight budget. She did hair and makeup for myself, my 15 year old daughter, my mother, my sister, and 2 of my bridesmaids (6 people total). She came to our facility and stayed for about 4 to 5 hours getting all of the ladies done and doing touch ups. (We had photos taken at noon and the wedding wasn't until 5 pm).
Overall, I was very happy with Natalie's services. The trial was great (I brought my veil and clip in hair extensions) and she listened well to my thoughts, desires and concerns. There were a few things I decided to change after the trial and she was willing accommodate my requests and make her own suggestions.
She was very professional, had plenty of tools and makeup in her kit and made me look great as far as not feeling overly done up or cakey with the makeup. She was such a friendly and encouraging part of the day.
The only cons I had were truly not her fault. I felt my blush was a little too dark but she insisted you wanted it darker to show up in professional photos. Though it looked fine in most of the photos, there were a few where I felt like I had 'clown' cheeks but that is probably because we are most critical of ourselves and notice things other people don't. However, if I had it to do over again, I would have insisted on not as much blush.
Secondly, on the day of the wedding she mentioned that she was afraid that putting the extensions in my hair was going to pull the curls out of my natural hair. I was in such a 'zombie' mode that whole morning that I just agreed to do what she thought best. Looking back at the photos, I wish I would have stuck to our original plan to use the clip in extensions because I felt like my hair was just a little too thin and not full enough. However, it did hold up well for the entire day in almost all the photos and it did look pretty...just not exactly what I had wanted. But again, that's not her fault...I recommend having a bridesmaid or family member attend your trial with you and then discussing your thoughts afterwards. On the day of your wedding, ask that same person to look at you when you are finished and see if they give your look the approval of what it was from what you wanted after the trial.
As far as the rest of the bridal party she did hair and makeup for, I was THRILLED! I joked with the bridesmaids that they all looked better than I did! :) So to Natalie's credit, they looked gorgeous! She did several different styles of half up/half down and all down hair styles for the girls and all of their makeup was beautiful.
Also, as a testimony to Natalie's willingness to work with her customers, I have this to share: On the day of the wedding, half way through the ceremony my husband whispered to me that one of my false eyelashes was slightly coming off. I didn't feel it or notice it but after the ceremony I just decided to pull them off completely since I didn't want to waste time reapplying it and since we had already taken almost all of our photos before the ceremony as I mentioned. I later shared this little piece of information with Natalie and she felt awful that the eyelashes came off. When I told her that we had some issues with our photographer and were doing a 'day after reshoot' at our wedding location to get a bunch of shots we missed on the day of the wedding, Natalie offered to re-do my hair and makeup for me for the re-shoot at no additional charge since she felt so bad about the eyelash coming off. I was thrilled!
I would definitely recommend Natalie for your hair and makeup needs. And I also recommend that you remember to be true to yourself and be honest with your vendors about your hopes and desires so nothing gets lost in the communication.

Natalie was great! She understood exactly what I wanted and made it happen. I was so happy with how my hair and makeup looked for my wedding day. She was punctual and fast! She did my whole bridal party and was able to squeeze my mom in at the last minute! Everyone looked beautiful and I couldnt ask for a better result. Thank you natalie! I was very happy with Natalie and her services. At the trial, she worked with me to do my hair and makeup how I envisioned it. Just before the wedding, I changed my mind about how I wanted my hair and she was very receptive. The day of the wedding, my makeup and hair looked amazing and I couldn't have been happier. She also did the hair/makeup of my mom (who looked stunning) and several of my bridesmaids. Her prices were also some of the most reasonable I found.
The only negative issue was the assistant that she brought with her. I went ahead and paid an extra fee to have her bring a second stylist to ensure that everyone would be done in time for the wedding. The assistant showed up an hour late with no apologies from either of them. She barely did anything while there...only blowing out my mom's hair and doing one bridesmaid's hair. She didn't know how to do makeup, which is what we needed most at the time she arrived, so she couldn't be of much help to us. She had an attitude while there and added stress to the room. My mother-in-law didn't even get to have her makeup done as scheduled because we ran out of time. She had my aunt do it instead. Natalie herself was great and fun to work with, but be sure you know who she is having assist her if you pay for one. -

Natalie was my hair and makeup artist for myself, six of my bridesmaids, and my mother. She did an amazing job making all of my girls and myself look and feel beautiful for my wedding day...all by herself no less. I was amazed at how efficiently she worked with everyone and even offered touch ups to everyone before we headed out the door.
About a week before my wedding I completely changed my mind on the hairstyle that I wanted and Natalie was helpful enough to accommadate me for a second hair and makeup trial. Granted i did have to pay for my second trial but i was so much happier. Natalie is the best. I would definately recommend her services, which are so affordable. -

I really enjoyed working with Natalie! She did my bridal hair and makeup for my June 18th wedding. She also did hair and makeup for my mom and four bridesmaids. I initially hesitated to book with Natalie because I had a hard time knowing if her style would match what I wanted for hair and makeup. I don't wear much makeup, and some of the pictures on her website showed strong looks that made me worried. Ultimately I scheduled a trial session with her. She invited me to speak up so we could make adjustments until the look was just what I wanted. I was surprised at how excited I was that day about how I looked!
On the wedding day, Natalie was prompt and did a FANTASTIC job. She scheduled appointments for each person and I thought everyone looked great. My mom has very sensitive skin, and Natalie took it in stride and there were no problems. Natalie is so easy to talk to, and I really felt like she made getting ready a fun and relaxing time. I am so glad I decided to hire her, and felt so pretty on my wedding day because of her work! -

Natalie is a very talented person, and does excellent hair & makeup. However, on the day of, she was late to get started on our hair & makeup and wasn't able to finish everyone's in time for the ceremony. She stayed around to try to get the girls' hair finished after the ceremony and before pictures, but it was pretty distracting.
I would recommend her with reservations.

My only regret…..
I hired Natalie for my wedding hair & make up. I was so happy with what she did at my trial but she didn’t make me look that good on my wedding day. By the time I saw myself I didn’t have time to start over so I just shut my mouth. I am very unhappy when I look at my pictures from the trial day and my wedding day. Just to prove I wasn’t crazy I showed several people the two pic’s and they agree. I got screwed and I wouldn’t take a chance on this happening to you too. Yes she does good work but it’s not consistent and I have to say this is my only wedding regret.

She did my hair for my wedding and hair and makeup for several of my bridesmaids. The day of the event seemed hectic and uncoordinated to me & I thought she should have definitely brought at least one assistant considering what we paid to properly handle all of us and our services, and/or estimated much more time.
I think hair and makeup were mediocre at best as it seemed like she did a very similar hair style on all of us regardless of the photo we brought. Oh well, i thought it was decent and I figured she had tried.
All that aside, the main reason for my major regret in hiring Natalie is that I feel she has behaved incredibly unprofessionally as I believe that she has NOT handled the return of my deposit in a straightforward or timely manner after the event. I am truly appalled by what I perceive to be one of the worst customer service experiences of my life.
I would never hire her again for any service and I certainly do NOT recommend her services to anyone else. -
