Use Beach Bum Darren for your trip !!!!!

Let me start off by saying that YES, Beach Bum Vacations is 100% REAL! There was this tiny part of me from the beginning that was a little skeptical that this wasn't real (healthy online skepticism is never a bad thing), but my husband and I just returned from our Mexico wedding/honeymoon and yes Beach Bum is 100% REAL. If you are looking to have a destination wedding/honeymoon/special event, don't even hesitate to use Beach Bum for this! We have been working with Darren since about February 2020 and just recently had our wedding November 7th, so we have a lot of experience working with Beach Bum Darren and 100000000% recommend working with him! From the get-go, he helped us figure out the right place to have our wedding/honeymoon. I wasn't even sure where to begin, but he asked us questions and we did a phone call, and he helped narrow down 3 places that he suggested. One of the amazing parts is that he had been to all of those places (and many more) and he could tell us first hand what it was like being there. Every step of the process he promptly got back to our emails, answered all of our questions, and was always always always professional and courteous. When it finally came time for us to leave, we had an unexpected accident (my dog ate my passport) and long story short, Darren was there every step of the way making sure he was doing everything he could to make things better for us. Things eventually did work it (it's a long story) and we GREATLY appreciate Darren being there with us every single step of the way. I have waited a long time to write this review and I hope it does Beach Bum Darren service. Again, if you are even considering using a travel agent, do not hesitate to contact Beach Bum Darren !!! THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR EVERYTHING DARREN !!!!!

Perfect Honeymoon

Thanks to Carey Driscoll with Beach Bum, my husband and I had the most perfect honeymoon in Montego Bay, Jamaica. She started with recommendations for multiple destinations and gave honest reviews based on experience and budget. She booked everything for us including airport transfers. We had a very easy and smooth travel experience even with all the COVID guidelines. Our all inclusive resort was everything we wanted and more. Will continue to use Carey in planning vacations and recommend to anyone!

I Highly Recommend Beach Bum

My husband and I used Danialle with Beach Bum for our recent wedding in Cancun. I cannot recommend her enough! When we first reached out to Danialle, we knew we wanted a destination wedding, but we weren’t sure where we wanted to do it. Danialle presented us with a bunch of options and worked with us to find the perfect location for us. Once we selected a venue, she made the entire planning process simple! I couldn’t imagine having to do all the hotel deals on my own without her - it would have been a nightmare. She also got us a special Beach Bum only deal that we would’t have had if we worked with the resort directly. After Covid happened, I was even more grateful we had Danialle’s help. She helped us navigate all the travel restrictions and she made us (and all of our guests) feel safer when traveling. Our wedding was more fun than we even dreamed was possible and the whole trip was magical. If you’re looking to plan a destination wedding, or even just a vacation, use Danialle and Beach Bum!

Love Beach Bum Carey!

I have been working with Beach Bum Carey for the past two years and I have nothing but great things to say about her. My fiance and I have been planning a destination wedding for what we expected would be around 150 guests before COVID and now it is more around 100 guests. Carey was by our side every step of the way. She helped us pick the perfect resort to host our event, helped us with our site visits, coordinate our wedding plans with the resort, and even stepped in from time to time when we needed a little extra help with communication. She also did a GREAT job of reassuring us throughout the planning process and dealing with COVID. We highly recommend working with her, especially if you are planning a large destination wedding. Our guests have also given us great feedback about her services throughout the booking process. She is great at communicating via email, which I loved because I always had a record of what we went over. It really came in handy when planning a wedding so far out. I recommend learning to like email if this sounds like a negative detail because you will always have all your details in one place and will hear back from her very quickly. Go with Beach Bum Carey!

Great honeymoon to Costa Rica!

Lisa did a great job listening to our wishes and finding accommodations and activities that fit what we wanted for our honeymoon to Costa Rica. She was super responsive and did a great job keeping up on all of the modifications/changes needed due to covid. The rooms were awesome and all transit was seemless. We usually plan our own vacations but it was such a breath of fresh air to have someone else do it for us!

We Love Beach Bum!

We LOVE Beach Bum! Jayne was so helpful helping us schedule and reschedule multiple times due to Covid. She always had great options for us even when we had to reschedule our honeymoon 4 days before we left. She made it such a stress-free experience. Each time we had to reschedule, all we did was let her know and she handled the rest. We were able to get full refunds on both of our trips with no stress on us thanks to Beach Bum Jayne. The best part is, there is no extra fee to use a travel agent and the benefits and extra piece of mind are amazing!

Amazing Service!

Danialle at Beach Bum went above and beyond with every aspect of travel, accommodations, and even helping with wedding planning. Her communication was above and beyond, her response time was extremely fast, and she was very easy to talk to and helped solve many issues that did come up. She is caring and genuinely wants every part of the travel for guests and the wedding couple to go seamlessly. Absolute ease and amazing communication!!

Another client on a resorts fb page recommended Carey @ Beach Bum Vacations to book vacations through. Id never used travel agent and thought I was fairly good at finding the best online deals on my own. However, after working with Carey I will NOT ever book on my own again!! Carey saved us over 1k from the LOWEST price I could find online (at the time was Cheap Caribbean who I’ve used in the past). Her package also included a reputable private transfer service and SW flights (can you say free baggage?!) Cheap Caribbean does not offer SW flights at all. It's also great knowing there is a human you can immediately get in contact with if anything were to go wrong. Not to mention the adorable little swag bag of goodies she sent just before our trip!! Plus it's no extra cost to use Beach Bums travel agents!! We’ve already had Carey plan an amazing trip for us this year and we will be entrusting her with our honeymoon planning as well 😊

Beach Bum takes amazing care of us!

Angie and I had an amazing time in Puerto Vallarta for our honeymoon! The timing and weather were both perfect for us and the resort was top notch. Beach Bum Amy is AMAZING!!

We were very fortunate to use Beach Bum Vacations and have Amy Lewis as our “Beach Bum” travel concierge for our November 10th (2019) wedding at Hard Rock Punta Cana. We had 110 guests and everyone booked through Beach Bum Amy. She worked hard to make sure things were easy for us, our families, and our guests. She made sure that we had every promotion that was possibly available to us and negotiated incredible group rates. I talked to Amy nearly everyday for almost a year and she was always more than pleasant - even when I was having my crazy bride moments. She has a positive, bubbly personality that made our guests very comfortable booking with her and she always put our worries to rest - there are so many variables when planning a destination wedding! Amy was not only our travel agent, she also helped compliment our coordinators and was truly willing to help in any way that she could. When the May/June negative media storm about Punta Cana went viral we had several worried guests - Amy promptly and professionally responded to various inquiries and provided honest answers and creative solutions for each respective concern. Amy had a huge role in what turned out to be a magical wedding for us!! She was reliable, friendly, and a true professional that will go above and beyond to take care of all of your travel needs. Amy is a great resource as she has personally traveled to many, many resorts and Beach Bum has close connections with several resorts that are very beneficial to customers. Amy is the BEST, we completely trust her and she has certainly earned lifelong clients in me and my husband and many of our guests. THANK YOU AMY!!!!

My husband and I were referred to Amy at Beach Bum Vacations. Beach Bum Becky is an Expert Vacation Planner

Beach Bum Becky is AMAZING. She created our honeymoon vacation and we are so grateful it was in her hands. She is professional, experienced, and caring. Becky has become a great resource and friend during the process of planning and booking our dream honeymoon. She gave us many options in our price range and then from there listed all of the excursion options. She even gave us insight to best choices since she has traveled there before. Becky is not just an experienced travel agent but traveller, so you know you are getting the best.
We stayed at Ti Kaye Resort in St. Lucia and it was more than we imagined. Our travels, taxis, and flights were smooth and always on time. It was the number one spot for snorkeling on the island and could rent gear for the day and enjoy. It was secluded, private, and all of the dining areas were outside with great views and comfortable. From the food, to our personal cottage and plunge pool, we are still in awe of our experience. Thank you Becky, we love you!!! We are already excited to book our next vacation.

100% recommend Beach Bum service. Our beach bum was Deborah and she helped me every step of the way in booking my honeymoon! She was very patient and answered all my questions. Our honeymoon experience was incredible and made all the planning and booking less stressful! My husband and I have very busy jobs so having Deborah do the research and booking our honeymoon based on what we were looking for helped TREMENDOUSLY! Honeymoon to remember!

Lisa Z hands down did absolutely amazing booking, planning, and organizing our honeymoon to excellence oyster bay in Jamaica. Everything went so smooth, she always responded promptly to any questions we had and even had some sweet treats delievered to our room complimentary. Her customer service is absolutely amazing. Made getting married in Jamaica SO easy!

I consulted Beach Bum Vacations to organize travel for our own stay, as well as the stays of all of our wedding guests for our destination wedding in Jamaica. I couldn't be happier with the result. A Vacation to Remember!

Lisa was my beach bum travel agent and provided excellent service the entire time! We were planning a family vacation to celebrate my mother’s retirement. I was referred to Beach Bum and more specifically Lisa Zwissler from a friend. The moment I emailed Lisa she immediately set-up a time to speak over the phone. The service she provided started high and never declined throughout my entire trip and thereafter! I received quotes from another travel agent who took forever to respond to me and never called me directly, she only contacted me via email. Lisa took the time to get to know me and why I was planning a vacation to Jamaica. She listened to all my needs from the children traveling in our party, to activities our family enjoyed doing. She provided a few recommendations and gave both pros and cons. She made the process very EASY. The service did not stop after our money was paid. The morning of the trip, my husband and I’s flight to Jamaica was delayed 3 hours and we were afraid we would not make it to Jamaica until the next day. I called Lisa’s home phone inadvertently (at 6AM) and she still had that smile on her face (I could tell even through the phone) and she didn’t hesitate on how she could help us, even though we booked our own flight. Luckily, we were able to still make it to Jamaica in enough time to kick-off my mom’s retirement! I would highly recommend Lisa and Beach Bum Vacations. I cannot wait to book my next trip and I know Lisa has me covered!

Kathy is Incredible!!

Kathy is truly amazing! We had a cruise wedding and worked with Kathy to book our guests and to help us with planning some of it. She is extremely knowledgeable and always answers questions quickly. All of our guests raved about her and loved working with her too. If you are booking a cruise Kathy is the best! Absolutely Fabulous

Kathy with Beach Bum Vacations was fabulous! From the time we called to book our honeymoon she was very helpful. We registered our honeymoon instead of gifts and she will email us every time someone contributed to it. That helped with this being able to send thank you cards to everyone. About 10 days before we left, we got a welcome package with an itinerary and some gifts which was really thoughtful. She even checked on us once we got to the Bahamas. I would highly recommend Beach Bum Vacations and we will definitely use them again

Amazing Destination Wedding Travel Planner

We have had an incredible experience with Beach Bum Vacation, specifically, our Beach Bum Joanne! After deciding to do a destination wedding (and neither of us having even been to one) we didn't really know where to start. We googled "destination wedding travel agent" and interviewed 3 that looked interesting to us. Hands down Joanne was the choice for us. She was laid back and friendly but at the same time, detailed and able to step by step us through the process of finding the best location for our style and needs. We were going on blind faith as we did not have the opportunity to visit any locations prior to the wedding but Joanne at recently visited and, even though we had only been working with her a short time, we trusted that she understood our needs and would steer us in the right direction...IT WAS AMAZING! Based on her recommendation, our budget, and many reviews read, we chose Dreams Playa Mujeres Golf and Spa Resort. Joanne made all of the travel arrangements (air for most, airport transport and accommodations for all) for us and our 43 guests including our 20 month old son who required a carseat and crib. Not only did everything go amazingly for every person, we heard countless compliments from our guests about how easy and awesome Joanne, Beach Bum, and the whole process were. I'm pretty sure we will all be booking vacations with her for a long time to come! She also assisted us with the coordination of the wedding. She coordinated with the reservations dept to get us an awesome block rate and the wedding dept to ensure the date was secured and deposit made. She made this process simple for 2 full-time working parents of a young child. I will forever be grateful to Joanne for helping us plan a magical wedding and the most wonderful week of our lives!

Truly amazing

Darren was amazing and so helpful planning our honeymoon to the Dominican republic! He recommended Secrets Cap Cana and it was PERFECT!! We will remember our honeymoon forever. Darren answered all my questions and gave us additional info for our trip. Very helpful and I highly recommend using them for your next trip!

Highly Recommend!

I had an amazing experience with Beach Bum! They helped find and book the resort for my wedding and the service was incredible. Our travel agent was Nanda and she was responsive, helpful and very accommodating (especially for first timers with many questions). She handled all the transportation activity for all of my guests and made sure all the reservations were correct. Having Beach Bum made our wedding planning so much easier as Nanda was there to help us and our guests with everything! I highly recommend using Beach Bum!!!

Absolutely Amazing!

I first started working with Beach Bum Vacations 3 years ago when attending my cousins destination wedding to Riviera Maya. I worked with Beach Bum Amy and she was amazing! Quick informative responses. We were all blown away with her services and the resort. I said if I ever got married I wanted the same thing. Well 3 years later my husband and I utilized Amy’s services again to plan our destination wedding. I absolutely recommend Beach Bum!! This trip was two years in the making. Endless emails, momentary freak outs...Amy handled it all! Our wedding was perfect as was the entire trip. Do yourself a favor and utilize Beach Bum for your trip!!

I've worked with Beach Bum Vacations in the past. This time we used Jaimi as our agent. She was amazing! So nice and easy to talk to. We booked a girls trip for my 30th birthday. We had a group of 9 girls including myself. We had so many questions and Jaimi was knew the answers to all of them. Anytime we had a question, we got a response in less than 24 hours, sometimes within the hour depending on the time of day. Our trip was very affordable and we spent less with Beach Bum than we probably would with another agency or booking ourselves. We had two girls cancel their trip a few months before we left for Mexico. Jaimi was there for me when I was stressing out about finding two more girls to join --- thankfully I was able to fill those spots. We had a GREAT time on our trip and I thank Jaimi for making it happen. I will definitely recommend her and the other beach bums to our family and friends. Can't wait to plan another trip!

When it came to booking our honeymoon it was just another thing to plan for the wedding. But Beach Bum Vacation's made it so easy and the resort we stayed at in Punta Cana exceeded our expectations. We stayed for 7 days and 6 nights. Our Beach Bum Nikki was extremely responsive with every little question we had and provided us a list of resorts for four different countries when we expressed interest in going to the Caribbean but being opening to different countries. I would definitely use them again when booking my next honeymoon or vacation to the Caribbean.

My now husband and I returned from a 10-day trip to Secrets Playa Mujeres. We had our wedding on May 26, 2018 and stayed for our honeymoon & my birthday after. We booked this hotel based on being an adults only hotel, the great reviews on TripAdvisor and recommendation from our travel agent Justin at Beach Bum Vacations who helped coordinate our wedding travel for us with room blocks and transportation. By the way, we highly recommend using Beach Bum Vacations to help plan your destination wedding!

Justin gave us all of the help we needed and booking/paying everything was a breeze! We will definitely use Beach Bums for all of our travel needs in the future!

For the past several months, I have been working very closely with Nanda at Beach Bum Vacations. I had recently been engaged and knew I wanted a destination wedding but have never attended one myself, so I was completely clueless going into the whole process. I could not have been happier that my search landed me with Nanda at Beach Bum Vacations.

My first phone call with her she took me through the whole process and patiently answered my many questions. I had eventually decided on my resort, El Dorado Royale in Riveria Maya (BEST RESORT EVER! If you are looking to plan a destination wedding, this resort is amazing!). Planning a wedding from so far away is not always an easy task, especially when response time can be a bit delayed from the resort so having Nanda made me feel so much better. She was extremely responsive to my emails and phone calls as well as to my guests. As my guests started the booking process they also had several questions and Nanda could not have been more prompted in her replies. This made everyone feel so comfortable and I could not have been more thankful for Nanda providing that excellent level of customer service. In addition, Nanda was also able to provide me with advice when it came to making certain decisions about my wedding. She has been in this business for a while so had some very knowledgeable insight.
If you are looking to plan a destination wedding and want exceptional customer service, I would highly recommend working with Nanda at Beach Bum Vacations!

We had the best experience ever planning our small destination wedding to Punta Cana with Lisa and Beach Bum Vacations. She was extremely prompt to every email throughout the planning process, helped us choose an amazing location and got the best pricing available. Everything was extremely organized and she made it so easy for our guests to schedule their vacations as well. Even once we were on the trip and experienced a couple of hiccups with the airline and airport transfer (totally unrelated to Beach Bum), she immediately was available and solved the problems. I would wholeheartedly use her for all future trips and can't say enough good things about our experience.

We worked with Beach Bum Carey for our destination wedding in Playa Mujeres, Mexico in January 2018. She was fantastic to work with! She took care of every travel detail for our guests, helped arrange our room block, guest resort reservations and even arranged all of our transfers. She was a huge help in organizing our group and made sure everything was perfect! She made it so easy to keep track of who had reserved, when they were arriving and departing and making sure that all of our guests made it to our destination! Deborah from Beach Bum was an absolutely phenomenal travel agent/wedding planner/sanity-maintainer! We had been attempting to plan our wedding ourselves for months, and we finally decided to search for someone to help us. We then called Beach Bum and were patched to Deborah. She spent a great deal of time getting to know us, and asked specific questions in order to learn and understand what type of wedding we wanted. Over the next several months, she continued to always be there to answer questions, texts, or calls whenever we needed her input.

Whenever any potential issues with the resort or vendors arose, she was there to find a perfect resolution for us. We cannot say enough good things about her. Our guests constantly remarked to us about how thorough Deborah was in responding to them about any questions they had regarding the wedding details. In fact, she organized a private excursion for about 45 of our guests that they all continue to rave about.

We absolutely recommend putting your trust in Deborah, as she was instrumental in giving us the wedding of our dreams. We literally could not have pulled off our (120 person) wedding without her. She has become like family and we are so grateful for everything she’s done for us.

We had such a great experience working with Hayley and Beach Bum Vacations! We received her name from a mutual friend who used her services to plan his honeymoon. From the first communication with Hayley, she made us feel at ease with planning our honeymoon. She was super attentive to emails and was able to get us information the same day we sent the inquiry. She provided us with so many options that we could consider, based on the preferences we communicated with her. When we booked our honeymoon, we had just missed out on getting the room choice we wanted, so Hayley volunteered to contact the resort every week to see if there was any way to move us into the room we wanted. She communicated regularly with us leading up to the honeymoon to share any updates with us and to also prepare us for the upcoming trip. In the end, the room we booked was truly the best option for our honeymoon, and we were so pleased.

The night before our honeymoon (day after our wedding), Hayley called us at 11pm to let us know of a last minute airline flight change which affected our entire trip. While we weren’t pleased about having this last minute blip come up, Hayley gave us many options to work with and stayed on the phone with us well over midnight until we had made alternate arrangements that got us to our honeymoon on the day we planned. We were so impressed and thankful to Hayley for keeping in touch with us and for notifying us as late as it was, because it saved us a major headache the next day.

We will definitely use Hayley’s services again in the future. She was so pleasant to work with, and it made our honeymoon planning the easiest task on our wedding list!

We just returned from our destination wedding at Generations Riviera Maya by Karisma. This is such a great location for destination weddings. What made this wedding so special was the work of Amy from Beach Bum Vacations. From the first phone call to the final “I Do” she was and integral part in making the wedding go so smoothly. We contacted her 9 months in advance and she was able to negotiate pricing, secure prime locations, assist in questions, and make all travel arrangements for our guests. With a wedding of 70 guests you absolutely should consider a travel agent such as Beach Bum Vacations and ask for Amy.
I would highly recommend this Generations resort as well. It is part of a larger Karisma complex consisting of the El Dorado, El Dorado Casitas, and soon to be completed Nickelodeon resort. It is perfect for weddings of this nature because guests can stay either on the adults only side or they can choose a kid friendly side. There are room categories for all tastes. The grounds are expansive and impeccable. The food and drink are second to none. All top shelf liquor and gourmet food. The staff are very helpful and friendly which makes these resorts some of the best in the Riviera Maya. We chose the Sky deck for the wedding which has absolutely the best views. We did photos and the cocktail hour on the beach. Our reception was at the Palapa Ganesh which is the covered area right next to the beach. That is one thing we liked about this place, we had options to do wedding, cocktail hour, and reception in completely different locations. All of the guests were amazed at how beautiful this resort is and how well the grounds are maintained. I have personally seen numerous weddings (local and destination) and this place definitely outshines them all. The onsite wedding coordinators take so much of the stress out of these types of weddings. Our photographer David Rangel from Caribe was also excellent and very professional.

Beach Bum Carey and Beach Bum Vacations were recommended to us by a friend and we cannot be more grateful. We planned a two week honeymoon with Carey. We worked to get her to create an amazing and memorable adventure that included a safari in South Africa, a secluded island in Mozambique and a romantic ending in Paris.

All the arrangements Carey made went flawlessly and were spectacular choices. We didn’t have to worry about a thing and were able to travel with confidence and have an incredible two weeks.

We had a minor flight delay mid trip that may have resulted in a missed connecting flight. I reached out to Carey and even with the time zone difference she was all over it!!!

I’ve never booked a trip like this before and am so happy that Carey was able put it all together for us. Next trip we are definitely going to call Carey!! Thank you!!

Beach Bum Nikki was AMAZING!!! As a Bride, I had my moments because I wanted everything to be perfect and Nikki was sweet and patient and made sure our destination wedding traveling experience was absolutely wonderful. SCREAMING……LISA with Beach Bums Vacation is AMAZING!!!

My first conversation with LISA I felt comfortable like I have always known her. She explained the process of a destination wedding the good, the uneasy, the frustrations, the locations and the hurricanes believe it or not!
LISA is professional and extremely knowledgeable in what she do. She said I’m here to help you! I’m like ok!

Every call or email from me, my family or friends were ALL answered, Sometimes several times a day…. even when
she was traveling. I felt bad at time when someone would call with questions and I would say call LISA!
I know she said she would be available but I had no idea that she was going to be so attentive to the big and small details. It was really put to the test during my honeymoon when our flight was cancelled due to hurricane Irma. I left her a blubbering message she called back within minutes….. Calmly letting me know yes your flight is cancelled, but I have rescheduled you on the next available flight. She had already contacted the resort to get information on extending our stay!
All I could do was cry and say THANK YOU!! THANK YOU so much. She was my angel in the states!!
Throughout the 10 months I said Thank you!! a lot sometimes thinking thank you wasn’t enough.

Hands down LISA with Beach Bums Vacation is the BEST!! She managed a group of 30 plus people who all had millions of questions all needing help with something, from different states most have never been out the country or even had a passport.

I so appreciate all of LISA’s help and thoughtfulness. She was truly a blessing throughout the wedding plans during the ups and downs. We had cancellations, flight delays and hurricanes but I wouldn’t have changed one thing.
My wedding was beautiful and my guest were happy. I can’t say enough great things about LISA I will be calling her for our next vacation without a doubt.

Lisa at Beach Bum Vacation was incredibly helpful and wonderful to work with. She quickly answered all my questions and there were a lot of them! She was very attentive to our many guests. We used Beach Bum Vacation for our destination wedding. Kristin and the team were so helpful and supportive throughout the planning process! We ended up having 40 guests travel to the Dominican Republic and I am so grateful for her organizational skills and responsiveness during the planning process. She made the logistics of getting all of our loved all in one place for our big day a breeze! She was incredibly knowledgeable about all things travel related, and she anticipated many problems and solved them before I even had a chance to worry!! I worked with Carey from Beach Bum and she was excellent! She not only answered all my questions prior to the trip and helped me choose the best options, she worked with me to make changes to extend my trip. Carey always got back to me right away when I needed her and communicated very well via email. In fact, I had an issue on arrival at my resort and sent Carey an email and she got back to me while on a family vacation. I did not expect a return email but it was nice to hear from her! From choosing our destination, to booking rooms and flights for our 55+ guests, to making sure our transportation was on point to and from the airport and being on call to answer any questions during our trip. I can't say enough great things about her. She's part of our fam now :) So if you're looking for a travel service I highly recommend Jaimi with Beach Bum Vacation!! The resort was beautiful! We initially had issues with our room and had to be moved but our upgrade was phenomenal. The resort is huge which was ok for me, but be mindful of this. There are shuttles that run constantly but you may have to wait a while depending on where you are and time of day. Food was better than I anticipated esp breakfast & dinner. The Market, Isla, Toro and the Mexican restaurant were my favs. Our wedding, cocktail hour, reception and welcome event were amazing! The onsite wedding team (especially Marta) were so sweet and professional! Overall, we had a great experience and we have memories that will last a lifetime!

Hayley Whorrall with Beach Bum Vacations helped us have a perfect destination wedding in June 2012 and our first anniversary trip to Antigua, so we called Hayley to plan a vacation to celebrate our 5th anniversary. Hayley took care of every detail, from airfare to room recommendation and transportation, and she made sure we had everything we needed for our trip. We stayed at Secrets St. James Resort in Montego Bay, Jamaica. Throughout the entire booking process, she was so helpful and was always available whenever I had a question or concern. Our anniversary vacation was everything we were hoping for, and we were able to relax and enjoy paradise. We will definitely use Beach Bum Hayley when we book all of our trips in the future, and would highly recommend her services to anyone, especially brides/grooms looking to plan a destination wedding.

We had a destination wedding in Cancun Mexico at the Hyatt Zilara and Amy assisted us and our guests. It took a lot of stress off my shoulders to know the best rate and accommodations were being taken care of for me. As a bride its crucial to have someone who responds quickly to emails, and is professional and assertive with the hotel. We decided to go with Beach Bum Vacations after reading all of the stellar reviews. I was absolutely impressed from the beginning. Beach Bum Justin made the entire planning process as easy as possible. He was always quick to respond and answer our questions. We planned a destination wedding in Mexico with guests flying from various states. Our family and friends shared that Justin was super helpful and professional when helping them book their reservations. Justin not only checked in with us throughout the entire planning process but also checked in with us during our wedding week and honeymoon. Beach Bum Darren helped us decide where to go for our honeymoon. He gave us a few different options after we told him what we wanted at the resort. He was always quick to respond to anything I emailed him and even wished us happy birthday on our birthdays. He was very kind and personable. He explained everything step by step to us and sent us a packet of all the documents we needed and extra information. He updated us on any flight changes immediately and we were completely worry free about our honeymoon thanks to him! Beach Bum Lisa was the perfect coordinator for our event travels! She was very efficient at booking our arrangements, and provided top notch communication. We appreciated her mailing us all of our printed travel information, contained within a handy zippered travel case, along with pens and extra tips on the destination and airports. The airport shuttle transfer was perfectly coordinated, with access to drinks upon arrival to get us right into vacation mode. At the hotel, we were unexpectedly gifted with champagne and a gift liquor to celebrate the week. Lisa was careful to listen to our list of needs, and offer expert advice. Carey Driscoll and Beach Bum Vacations, provided us with the best, agenda, itinerary, activities, etc for our trip of a lifetime/honeymoon. I am confident there is no way we would have pulled off an amazing trip to Australia and Bora Bora like this alone. I highly suggest and recommend her! What would have taken weeks and hours to schedule and coordinate turned into a few emails and a phone call..and with that the trip was set. She was also super responsive one night when we emailed her during our trip to confirm an item. Overall shes great and we will likely use BBV for another major trip.

Beach Bum was the perfect option for us and gave us a honeymoon to remember. We had a general idea on what we wanted to do for our honeymoon and Beach Bum Carry was able to run with that, found great places for us to stay, and arranged for seamless travel between all the hotels, airports, and ports. In addition, all of the guides we had were punctual, knowledgeable, and nice. They were always willing to answer our questions and were great ambassadors for their countries and culture. We typically do more adventurous and backpacking-like trips, so we struggled finding a relaxing trip where we wouldn't get bored sitting on a beach everyday. The trip Beach Bum set up for us was a perfect mix of relaxation and travel, where we weren't rushing around trying to see everything, but let us see a lot of different sites while we traveled in style. We booked our honeymoon through Beach Bum Vacations, using Beach Bum Carey (Driscoll) and she was a saint in helping us make this vacation happen. She and her company keep you so well informed, make the process simple, and truly listen to what you want out of a vacation while respecting your budget. Not having to book this on our own was a huge mental help since it would have been right in the middle of wedding planning. No matter where you go, I'd recommend using Beach Bum Vacations because they can personally recommend any site they send you to since someone actually test-drives the resort first!

I recently got married at the Bucuti & Tara Beach Resort in Aruba and I could not be happier with our experience!! Beach Bum Lisa was a total gem and made sure everything about our trip was perfect (even having to calm me down and reassure us that Hurricane Matthew did not screw up our destination!) Lisa provided sound advice and price options for several locations we initially considered, along with multiple options for Aruba (our first choice.) We had first class treatment throughout the planning process and during our entire 10 day stay in Aruba. The resort provided us with a suite with the best view and vodka since this bride is allergic to wine and champagne!
Lisa even helped to coordinate an independent wedding coordinator on the island, as the resort did not have their own (Lissy Lampe with Aruba Ceremonies & Celebrations is the BEST!) I found the super talented Marc and Cassandra with Crooze Photography with my own research, as well as JenniVi for my hair and makeup, and everyone exceeded my expectations!!
Bottom line - if you are planning a destination wedding or honeymoon, please look no further. Contact Beach Bum Lisa Z. and she will help to make the trip of your dreams a reality (and you can stop stressing out about everything!!)

I discovered Beach Bum Vacations travel agency via research on Reddit. We struck gold with that discovery!! The website allows you to pick an agent or they'll choose one for you. After reviewing a bunch of YouTube videos of each agent introducing themselves, we chose Carey Driscoll. Again, we struck gold x1000! Carey is the absolute BEST at what she does. She takes care of EVERYTHING and I can't stress it enough. She recommended Secrets Resort (we never heard of it.). She works with the resort at all times on your behalf. She'll get your plane tickets if you opt for it too. There was not one request we had that Carey said she couldn't do. I don't know when the woman sleeps because she always was on top of our emails (and we sent a LOT of them). She answered the easy questions, the tough questions, and the inane questions always with a cheerful attitude no matter how many times we bugged her! And above all else, Carey was there for us when Hurricane Matthew was knocking down our door. She put our safety above all else and urged us to cut the honeymoon short so we could be safe. Instead of us panicking and scrambling for flight changes, Carey handled all that for us (and all of our guests) at the same time and ensured everyone got off the island before the Hurricane got too close and the airport closed. Carey is a national treasure as far as I'm concerned and we'll be exclusively using her for all our travel needs going forward. I'm telling you....use this FREE service. You won't regret it and it makes the planning so stress-free that my wife and I really got to enjoy the planning phases instead of worrying about it like most other couples we know.

I don't how we would've pulled off our destination wedding with the help of Beach Bum and more specifically, Jayne Carlton! Jayne was everything we needed when planning our Labor Day wedding in Riviera Maya, Mexico at Azul Beach Hotel. We worked with her for about 2 months before we actually chose a resort and she never wavered whenever I had a new property for her to provide information on- she must've pulled at least 20 hotel reviews before we made a decision. Jayne was super responsive and attentive to every one of our guests- all 100- which I hear is a large number for destination weddings. Everyone loved her! Some of our guests have already booked future trips with her. Thats how much we/they loved working with her.
Not only did she handle the logistics of our group's travel, she also helped with getting in touch with the wedding coordinators at the hotel and kept them on their toes. She made recommendations for photographers when my initial vendor fell through.
Jayne really was an angel during this process and I am so glad our paths crossed. She saved me/us a lot of headaches regarding travel and even traveled to Mexico to make sure everything was taken care of down there during our wedding weekend. She is now our family travel agent- I will be booking our honeymoon and another family vacation next year. I highly recommend Carey Driscoll and Beach Bum Vacation. She took away any honeymoon planning stress (which was too much on top of wedding planning) and made the honeymoon all fun, fun, fun. We just got back from Belize, and we loved every minute of it. We stayed in two gorgeous resorts and didn't have to do any work to get ourselves around the country -- Carey had already done it for us. She really helped us have the best honeymoon!

Working with Sue of Beach Bum Vacations was amazing! Planning a destination wedding with 60 guests and keeping track of when all of them were traveling and where they were staying would have been extremely difficult for us. Sue was very organized and made travel arrangements so easy for our guests! She was fantastic at contacting our guests for us to ensure that people that were for sure coming to the wedding had their hotel booked and paid on time to guarantee the group rate. We had an amazing experience with Beach Bum Vacations. We worked with Rachel and Sue. They were extremely helpful with organizing and presenting our destination wedding choices, negotiating our contracts, and reassuring us through most of the planning . They made a Save the Date PDF emailed to each guest that had pages of detailed information about the resort, pricing, travel information, and a message from us. That was super helpful and reduced ALOT of questions from us and our guests. We spoke to them on the phone frequently but most of our communication was through email. They were very prompt with questions and answers through the planning, contracts, and prompting for deadlines. Also, we ended up with a great deal for our group even though we ended up with a smaller group. We've referred them to many people already and can't wait to use there services again! Highly recommend!

I LOVE BEACH BUM VACATIONS. Well, let me be clear, I LOVE BEACH BUM DEBORAH!!! From beginning to end, she was nothing short of AMAZING. We used Beach Bum Joanne from Beach Bum Vacations to help us with our travel for our wedding. I was new to the concept of using a travel agent but had heard it is very helpful when planning a destination wedding. After a little research we reached out to Beach Bum Vacations and were assigned Beach Bum Joanne. By the time we had reached out to Joanne we had decided on Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. Joanne was great with helping us setup a block of rooms to ensure all of our guests could book a room for our wedding. She helped us get a discounted group rate and even price matched when one of our guests found a cheaper package deal. I cannot say THANK YOU enough to both Nanda Van Zwarm & Katie Tremblay (who stepped in after Nanda had a baby :))

We contacted them in the summer of 2015 to help plan a wedding and from the moment we spoke to Nanda, we were sold on using them. I was never really interested in planning every detail of the wedding and I didn't have enough time in the day to arrange all our families/friends travel, so having Beach Bums there to help was a huge relief.

They played a bumper between me and the hotel, and me and our family/friends. Nanda and Katie worked with our guests and the hotel to make sure that all the rooms were ready, that we were treated beyond expectation and that the wedding coordination was perfect. For our family/friends, they arranged everything from transportation, to flights, to information packets. Katie also worked with my mom to set up an excursion for my husband and I on our honeymoon.

Both were quickly to respond, helped answer any and all questions, and they were professional and kind.

I would most definitely use their services again to book a large trip and recommend them to anyone that's booking travel! I can't tell you enough how thankful I am for these two ladies and how much stress they saved me. They were amazing and I couldn't have imagined not having them there to help me out. THANK YOU :)
