Beach Boyz was recommended to me by several people and I had seen their services at a work event. Their prices were comparable or better than other DJs we had looked at and they offered an off season discount since our wedding was in December, something a lot of DJs don't do. The fact that they have been in business for a lot of years told me they must be doing something right and we were not disappointed. From our first call to the day of, they were responsive and easy to work work! They kept us organized and took the guess work out of where we should be and when! When the formalities were over, they kept our dance floor hopping the entire night!! We also liked that they offered photo booth services (additional fee) so it was one-stop shopping for the DJ and the photo booth. I would definitely hire them again! -

W.e are very happy to give Rich and the Beach Boyz a 5 start review of our son's recent wedding. The music was great - the dance floor was packed the entire night. At most weddings you can catch your breath once and a while as most DJs will put on a "dud" dance song, but not Rich. Great dance songs all night long. He even through in a special ethnic dance song for us at our request. Young and old guests had a great night. Music during cocktail hour was perfect as well.
Beach Boyz was very easy to deal with and I felt it was a good value too. Would definitely recommend! -

Beach Boyz Entertainment was so easy to work with. They were very organized and met with us multiple weeks prior to our wedding so we could ensure all names were going to be announced correctly and also helped us pick out songs for certain parts of the day based on prior experience. We had Rich and he did a great job on the wedding day. He was super professional and ensured everything was set up prior to the ceremony. He did a great job personalizing our wedding reception and would adjust the music based on the crowds reaction. We had a smaller wedding but all of our guests mentioned how fun they had dancing! Overall, Beach Boyz Entertainment is professional, experienced, and a lot of fun to work with! We highly recommend them! -

Rich and Beach Boyz Entertainment were excellent to work with! They spent time getting to know us and helped us create the perfect vision for our wedding day. They did a great job personalizing our wedding reception. Beach Boyz Entertainment is professional, experienced, and a lot of fun to work with! The dance floor was full the entire night! Ryan Corbett was fantastic! In addition to keeping everything on schedule, making sure the music was what we wanted and everything else you'd want from a DJ, he personally served us our first drinks, gave us mints when we went to talk to the tables and checked in on us throughout the night without interrupting. He was so intentional and professional. I couldn't be more impressed! -

We wanted everyone to be on the dance floor for our wedding. Beach Boyz made it happen! We danced for three and a half hours and everyone had a blast. Rich, the owner, met with us to discuss exactly how we wanted the evening to go and allowed us to provide a list of songs we wanted to be played. They also offered a lot of great tips and ideas from their years of experience. Ryan, our event DJ, provided the evening with a fun vibe right from the beginning. It was Rich who suggested to us to have a photo dash for the evening. Ryan set it up and people were excited and the table pictures we got were so fun!! Also becasue of Ryan's instructions over the microphone, it moved very quickly. My dad and I planned a special dance routine and BeachBoyz was great about having the music we provided setup and ready to go. We rented uplights for the night from them which made for a very elegant look. We purchased light up necklaces, glasses and foam sticks on our own. Ryan made sure everyone knew they were there and got people started with them. This made the dancing even more fun!! I cannot recommned them enough. Everything was set up at the time they said and the evening ran perfectly. We recieved many comments about the music, the DJ, and how much fun they had during the event. -

They were professional, detail oriented and prompt with all of our dealings prior to the wedding and on the wedding day the exceeded our expectations! Made Our Wedding Amazing
Ryan and Ken were our DJs for our wedding and they were AWESOME! They were so friendly and kind throughout the whole night. They would always check in with both me and my husband and ask if we needed a drink, or if there was anything they could do for us. They played all the music decided on beforehand at our meetings, and also took some requests from guests. They kept the dance floor alive all night, which we all know is a super important part of the vibe for a wedding!! Definitely book Beach Boyz for your events!!! -

Rich from Beach Boyz Entertainment DJ’d our wedding and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience! He was very accommodating and easy to get ahold of before the wedding. He did a great job of keeping the night on track, and at our reception he was so fun and energetic. Everyone was up dancing the whole night and having a great time! He even brought instruments and streamers for the crowd to use and led a dance! We are so happy with our experience with Beach Boyz and would highly recommend them! -

Rich from Beach Boyz dj’d my daughter’s wedding and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience! He played the songs that she requested, kept the night on schedule, and helped get it back on schedule when it inevitably veered off a few times! I knew that I could count on him, so I left that part of the evening in his capable hands! He even brought props and instruments to keep things lively. He literally brought the party with him! We couldn’t have asked for a better dj, the dance floor was full the entire evening - there was no down time whatsoever! Thanks again Rich for a job well done! -

Rich DJed our wedding on 9/12/2020 and did an awesome job. He was always timely with responses and helpful leading up to the big day. He played a great variety of music that kept people dancing and followed our musical requests. We had an unfortunate minor medical emergency during our reception and I thought it would be difficult to get people in the mood to celebrate again- but Rich got everyone back out on the dance floor by having people pose for a group photo, then got everyone to stay! It was brilliant and much needed. I would definitely recommend Rich and the Beach Boyz team. -

Beach Boyz Entertainment is the way to go! Maybe not as cheap as some services, but you definitely get what you pay for sometimes and I am glad I went with them instead of taking a chance on a sub par service that could have made our day suffer. Don't risk it, go with Beach Boyz! From the first call with Rich to book the service until Ryan (amazing DJ) packed it up for the night, the entire experience was enjoyable and professional.
Not only did Ryan (request him!) play an amazing setlist, he also coordinated with the other vendors and kept everything on schedule for us. And just another example of a little extra, he also offered to get my wife's drinks for her while she was eating so she didn't have to get up in her dress extra times!
My advice: book through Beach Boyz and relax knowing you're in good hands! -

Rich made our night so remarkable! He was awesome at communicating with us from the very start, even with all the craziness of COVID happening. This was definitely one vendor we didn't have to stress about at all. He has been the DJ for both my brother's weddings & now ours. He does a great job of getting the crowd dancing & even brings in props for guests to dance with. I received a lot of compliments about his services from the night. Highly recommend to anyone considering them or in need of a DJ!!! -

When booking for my wedding, Rich and Rob made the experience so calming and was quick to answer any questions or changes to songs I wanted to make. Then the day of, we had Trevor, and he did an amazing job. The music was great and timed beautifully at the ceremony and the reception. The voicemail of my father that passed away was done perfect before me and my son danced to our song. Having a dry wedding the music in my opinion has to be fantastic and we were not disappointed. Rich was our DJ. He was fantastic. Our guests had so much fun and raved about the wedding. We also used Beach Boyz for up-lighting. The room looked perfect. We couldn’t have picked a better DJ for our wedding! Everyone we worked with at Beach Boyz were so helpful and knowledgeable about the best music to play at weddings when we felt stuck. We had Rob and Matt as our DJ, and they were absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to make sure our day was perfect. They listened to everyone’s request, too.

Rich and the Beach Boyz team did an INCREDIBLE job at my wedding. Rich met with me and helped tailor my wedding playlist and timeline appropriately for what we wanted. He also brought props for people to party with which made for some fun and ridiculous photos and especially happy children at the wedding! Rich kept the party moving ALL EVENING... there was never a time that people weren't out on the dance floor. It was a fabulous night of partying. Ryan did a wonderful job as the DJ at our wedding reception! We received many compliments on the music and the level of interaction that he maintained with the crowd throughout the evening. Many of our guests mentioned that it was the most fun they’ve had at a wedding in a long time; I have to credit a lot of that to Ryan.
The company was wonderful to work with as well, consistently answering our emails and sending reminders if we forgot anything. The price was a great value. I would highly recommend! -

Above and beyond expectations!
We researched 26 videographers before finally deciding to go with Beach Boyz. After watching countless videos, and looking at endless pricing, we finally decided Beach Boyz was the best value for our money. Rich was very accommodating and proactive in communication, which was appreciated for a organizational freak like myself. My wedding was this past Saturday and we couldn’t be happier with our decision to go with Beach Boyz! John Sailer was great with getting tons of shots but not being invasive at all! And he worked really well with my photographer, which was really important to me, since my photographer has had historically bad experiences with videographers. Not only did I love him, but my photographer asked for John’s name and information so he could recommend him to his other clients looking for videography services! We loved working with Rich, John, and Beach Boyz in general. I’d highly recommend them to anyone!Beach Boyz Entertainment's reply:

Beach Boyz Entertainment was awesome from start to finish. Hiring them was simple and Rich was wonderful to speak with and answered all my questions. Ian was our DJ for our wedding day and we couldn't have been more pleased. He kept the whole night moving smoothly and gave suggestions when needed. The dance floor was one of my favorite parts of the whole day, Ian had everyone out there having a great time. He brought streamers and instruments that the guests absolutely loved. I would book Beach Boyz Entertainment again and again! -

I would give Beach Boyz an A+, 5 gold stars, of 2 thumbs way up rating!
We really enjoyed having Ryan as our DJ! He was very easy-going, pleasant, and approachable. At the same time, he communicated with us when it was appropriate. There were at least 2 times (before the ceremony and before the speeches) I thought to myself "I should probably touch base with the DJ" and Ryan just appeared without me needing to go looking for him. Everything in the ceremony went exactly as scripted. He facilitated the speeches well. There were no issues with the sound or microphones and everybody heard what we had to say.
I also thought he did a great job during the dancing. He had a lot of energy at the beginning and seemed skilled at getting people on the dance floor, without making people feel bad if dancing wasn't exactly there thing. I liked that he played some of the older songs we had requested early, and this got a lot of my older family (who tend to leave earlier than the younger crowd) dancing and having a good time. A special moment during the reception was when he played the "shout" song and got basically everyone there out on the dance floor. This was the only time that my wife's Dad came out on the dance floor, and she was so grateful to have that memory of dancing with her Dad on her wedding day, and that most likely would not have happened if it weren't for Ryan building things up before the song. I liked that he came out during the line dances, and because I don't really know how to do them. I think my older family members also appreciated this. On a slightly less professional note, he's got some good moves too! He did an excellent job balancing creating some energy in our guests with not being too involved, and I never felt like he was "intruding on our party" or anything remotely like that. It was clear that he was just there to help us all have a good time. He played everything that I remember indicating I wanted to hear during the reception, and I don't remember any songs I being played that I really disliked. In fact, I think I only left the dance floor to pee, help myself to another beverage, or say goodbye to my guests. I'm not sure what role the gentleman he was working with him played (sorry I forgot his name), but he seemed similarly pleasant, approachable, and easy-going.
My wife and I were really looking forward to dancing at the reception especially, and Beach Boyz really delivered and helped to make it the wedding we always dreamed of! I can't think of any reasonable suggestions for improvement. Some unreasonable ones would be "please provide your services for free" or "please work on your ability to read the minds and musical preferences of us and our family members and synthesize that information and play the perfect song in every moment of the reception." Like I said before, it already felt a little bit like Ryan was reading my mind, and if he does in fact have that power, I would encourage him to seek additional avenues of accruing fame and fortune.
Anyway, I apologize for riffing a little bit there, but if it's not clear, I had an incredible time at our wedding. It was such a fun party to celebrate marrying the love of my life, and Beach Boyz and our DJ Ryan played a big role in a night I will always remember!
