Great Team!

My wife and I were married in September of 2021 at the War Memorial in Washing D.C. We had a 2 hour window starting at 10am sharp. Janeen and her team arrived 10 minutes prior and were ready to get things going! Janeen responded quickly to our questions and did everything we asked for during our wedding day. We would highly recommend them and would definitely hire them again for any future events!

Janeen is awesome! Great character patient, ambitious, sharp, accountable, has integrity to the highest degree, and appreciative! Will always love to do business with this phenomenal young woman! There was a lot things that went on so definitely appreciate her time, money, and services!!!!

Janeen was friendly and flexible when it came to downsizing the number of linen we needed for our wedding. Her pricing was fair and scheduling pick up and drop off were pretty easy.

Fantastic!!

Janeen and her team were great to work with. The chairs we rented were beautiful and really made the reception look amazing! We also rented table runners from Be Seated and they looked great as well. The items were reasonably priced and everything was set up well before the reception so there was no problem with that.

Chair covers change the room!! I was 100% satisfied with Be Seated. My photographers came out amazing largely because of the elegant chairs covers. The variety the company offers is unmatched and the details and professionalism was priceeless

You won't go wrong hiring be seated for your event. She did my wedding seat covers and it totally transformed the room and the tables. Thank you so much for all your hard work. The room was absolutely gorgeous!

Janeen was awesome! Her communication was awesome. She was flexible in meeting with us and offered great rates. I would recommend Be Seated to anyone in the DMV looking for table and chairs linens.

I am not a big fan of the old standard chair covers and Janeen at Be Seated helped me put together a chair cover I was very pleased with. She has a nice variety of styles and colors. She was very tolerant of me changing my mind a million times. I was so pleased with the results!!! Thanks you for helping fulfill my vision!!!!

I love "be seated"!! Janeen is the sweetest! Her chair covers & sashes are beautiful and her service is the best!! The price is very affordable as well! I would rather go with the chair covers sashes more than the centerpieces (flowers) --

Janeen was amazing. I first met her at an Open House and continued to run into her at the multiple Expos that I went to. She was easy to work with and delivered my chair covers and sashes on time. She was great with recommendations based on my color choices.

I would absolutely work with her again!

Janeen was great and easy to work with. My Wife and I met Janeen briefly while touring at Harbour View. Undecided about whether we would like chairs covers or not, we waited until 2 weeks before our Wedding to make a final decision on getting chairs. Janeen was able to still create a contact with all the details in less that a week and delivered as promise. Excellent Service.

Janeen Parrott of Be Seated transformed our ballroom with her beautiful, elegant seat covers. (The original chairs were harvest gold, not the best color for a Christmas season wedding!) Janeen was friendly and dependable, and her pricing was reasonable. It was such a relief to know that she would take care of setting up and taking down for us; I couldn't imagine doing it ourselves on the day of our daughter's wedding. The one-piece covers that we chose were elegant and classic.

Janeen did a wonderful job on the chairs to truly bring out the tropical theme of our reception. I was amazed how it set the tone for the theme as there were so many. Janeen was great to work with through the whole process.

We used Janeen with Be Seated for our chair covers and sashes. Janeen was such a pleasure to work with. She was always responsive to phone calls and emails. She met us on site a few weeks before the wedding to pick out colors and fabrics. She had several different ways to tie the sashes - and that was important to me because I didn't want the traditional bows. In the end, the room looked amazing and I was so glad that we had them. I would recommend Janeen and Be Seated to anyone!

They provided chair covers and ceremony chairs for our wedding. It seems to be a family business; very nice people. We were impressed by the care they took on each chair cover (we happened to be on site the day before for rehearsal and observed them for a bit). Their work truly added pizazz to our decor. We would definitely recommend them.

We contracted with Be Seated for chair covers for my daughter’s wedding and I’m so glad we did. They really did transform the room! Janeen was wonderful to work with, and very patient with us as we took time to decide which fabric and colors to select. The chair covers were delivered on-time and beautifully set-up. We didn’t have to worry about anything related to that detail. Great company!

Be Seated was a WONDERFUL service that we were so happy we chose. They did a phenomenal job of getting all the seats perfectly covered well ahead of the time of the reception. They were great in selecting the fabrics that we wished for and were flexible with all our choices. I would HIGHLY recommend them. Very good rates too.

This vendor was a great find. Very reasonably priced and flexible with the final count until very close to the wedding. Set up was done well ahead of time and I'm pretty sure she even covered some extra chairs that were sitting around our cocktail area that I hadn't added to the total. The covers themselves were beautiful. They were the wrapped back style and were very classy looking (I am not a fan of the kind with the big bow). The owner, Janeen, was very easy to work with and personable and made something I was stressing about fitting into my budget an enjoyable experience.

Janeen was the easiest person to work with throughout my entire wedding process. I had my ceremony and luncheon reception at two different venues. I was worried about my ivory chair covers matching my table linens, and she made a visit just to make sure they were perfect. Her pricing is straight-forward, she has so many options for chair covers and walked me through all of them, so that I got exactly what I wanted. She was the first one set up (and I had a morning ceremony). She even had backup covers, when I had too many chairs set up on my ceremony (which had nothing to do with her, but she was well-prepared). Working with her was so stress free, and her prices were a good value. She was in the lower end as prices go, but she provided the service of a personal shopper. I was so thankful for her.

We used Be Seated for the spandex chair covers, sashes, and napkins. Janeen came to our house one evening with a selection of different chair covers to choose from. She even brought her own Chiavari chair so we could see exactly what the finished product would look like.

We had to up the chair count a few weeks before the wedding and that wasn't an issue at all. Janeen was very accommodating and was always quick to respond to any questions we had.

I walked over to the reception site the morning of the wedding to set a few things up ahead of time, and came back about 2 hours later and low and behold all 150 chairs and sashes were completed and the napkins were laying on the table for the catering people ready to go. I never even saw them, only the finished product and it was beautiful. Well worth the money and definitely transforms the room and gives it that 'wow' factor.

Janeen was absolutely great! She was always flexible with meeting times and venues, and patient with all my questions during the stage where we were choosing what we wanted. Even though I'm prone to worrying and anxiety, I never had any concerns about Janeen and her ability to get everything done well and on time. Highly recommended!

I originally spoke with Janeen from Be Seated at a wedding show and was impressed with all her seat cover options. She was very responsive through email and I probably called her too many times with modifications and questions but she never seemed bothered!! Beautiful lavender sashes and white chair covers were beautifully installed and when we extended the event by an hour (without informing be-seated), the removal crew was very professional about removing covers without hurrying any guests.

Be Seated made it so easy for me in time where planning was beginning to be stressful. They worked well with my day of planner and everything looked awesome. Additionally I could begin my wedding night without a worry about getting the rentals out in time. They handled everything and well!

OMG, is all I can say! Be Seated was amazing. They arrived earlier than the catering staff and began setting up the tables, even though we’d paid the catering staff to set up. They set up the chairs and tables and put on the linens and WOW. I must say that it was their chair covers and sashes that MADE the reception. Without the beautiful chair covers and sashes, I don’t think my venue would have looked like a wedding. We were so pleased with their service and the look. I can’t say enough about how happy we were when we entered the reception and saw how beautiful the colors looked. Job well done, Be Seated!

I met Janeen from Be-Seated at a bridal show event at the George Mason Patriot Center. My husband and I chose Be-Seated for the chair covers and sashes for our reception of 170 people. Janeen was very personable and flexible in meeting us to show the various chair covers and sash styles/covers, then dropping off six for our tasting so that we could see how a full table would be set at our reception.

The only drawback we encountered was with the color of the sash. Our wedding color was a wine color. During the initial meeting to see the sash colors, the wine color was perfect. During the tasting, the sash appeared more pink. Janeen explained this was due to the dye used to make the sashes being less condensed in the second batch. Once hearing our concern with the color, she worked with the sash provider to make sure the sashes were darker for our wedding.

We enjoyed working with Be-Seated and would recommend them for future events!

I enjoyed working with Janeen. My wedding coordinators dealt with her the day of the wedding and didn't report any major issues. Even though I didn't notice the chair covers during the ceremony, due to my eyes being on my handsome groom, once we got into the reception space the chair covers and sashes match our decor perfectly. I would definitely recommend Be Seated and I would use her again for future events.
