Gem of a human and MUA

Chelsea is just a freaking genius in her craft. I've never had my makeup professionally done and been as blown away as I was with her.
She knows her sh*t, she is so skilled and in addition, all my bridal party were so happy with their makeup on the day as well.
Cherry on top is just how sweet and genuine of a human she is. I truly wish I could have a glam squad and keep her with me at all times.
Chelsea, thank you for making me feel the most beautiful I've ever felt in my life.

Chelsea was absolutely fantastic. An amazing professional and a beautiful human being! So sweet, and so talented. She glamoured up my whole bridal party and seriously, we've all never looked or felt so beautiful. The makeup lasted all through the evening, and into the next morning, lol. Her work is exceptional! If you're getting married in SoCal, and you're looking for a make up artist, there's only one choice in my opinion. And that's Chelsea!

100% book with Chelsea!!! You will not regret it. She did an unbelievable job with myself, my mom and all my bridesmaids. I have never felt so beautiful. :) I felt flawless... even at the end of the night, my makeup was still perfect!

Where to start? Maybe the very beginning. After engagement, I started looking for all the vendors. The first thing I was looking for is the makeup artist. Most important vendor, right? I checked yelp, insta, and google. I probably checked over 50 makeup artists online. Reviewed their websites over and over. And finally I found Chelsea. Might I say, her website is perfection. Her before and after shots had me SOLD. Dare I say, it was love at first sight? She responded to my email very quickly. Within hours, I had all my questions answered and I had her booked.

I had my makeup trial a couple of weeks before the wedding at her in-home studio. Her studio is every girl's dream. I think she owns every piece of makeup possible. And talk about studio lighting! I could've spent all day in there just taking selfies. I showed Chelsea my Pinspiration board and she was off! About an hour later, I came out looking AMAZING. I swear, I'm not vain or anything. Chelsea just did an amazing job. She is the CONTOUR queen. My makeup was done at 11 AM, I went back to work, went to the gym and got home around 10 PM. I looked in the mirror to see what was left on my face and I was shocked to find that EVERYTHING was still on my face. Nothing came off, smudged or shifted. I knew she was the one for me at that moment.

The wedding day was even more exciting. Chelsea and her assistant arrived on time, fully prepared. Really important since they had a full day ahead of them. On there schedule was one bride, 5 bridesmaids and even the groom and one groomsman. They certainly had their hands full, but it didn't stress them one bit. The entire time was filled with great conversation and tons of laughs. We had such a great time getting ready with them, I forgot all the stress that I probably should have felt on my wedding day.

We made some last minute tweaks on my wedding day look and I didn't even know it was possible, but I looked even better than my trial!

I'll start off with saying that I don't typically wear make-up and could care less about it at times. However when Chelsea did my make-up it made me want to look like that EVERYDAY. She is amazing all around. Great person to be around and makes you feel so relaxed and comfortable. Since I had no preferences on make-up, I just asked her to do what she thought was best, and oh boy did I love it. From the trial make-up to the day of the wedding she did not disappoint. My bridesmaids were just as trilled with her as I was. Not to mention that I seriously booked her at the VERY last minute (not even exaggerating on that...). She's great and I would recommend her to anyone looking for a make-up artist.

Also my make-up lasted all night with no problems :)

Chelsea is amazing. She was able to schedule my trial for the day of my engagement pictures which was perfect. I hired Chelsea for my wedding down in San Diego because it was so important for me to trust my makeup artist (I've had a few bad experiences!) and of course she executed everything flawlessly. I loved my makeup and all of my bridesmaids looked absolutely beautiful. Chelsea is professional and so sweet and knows exactly how to enhance your best features without making it look like you have a ton of makeup on. I would highly recommend her for any type of event!

Chelsea did an amazing job on me and bridesmaid's makeup! My makeup stayed perfect the entire night! I had gotten my makeup done at various mall locations before and always left feeling like i could have done it better myself. Then I met Chelsea for my trial and left feeling like a beauty queen! I could never even come close to doing my makeup that well. She is extremely responsive and does your makeup exactly how you ask. Her pricing is very reasonable and she can travel to your location so that is a major plus! I tell everyone that the best money spent for my wedding was the makeup!

Chelsea is the best makeup artist around. I have been complemented so many times on my makeup from my wedding day. She listens to what you want for your makeup and makes sure you comfortable and happy with your makeup. She even stayed all day to touch up my makeup. IT WAS AMAZING! With all the crazy wedding vendors out there, you never know what you will get. But i can say that Chelsea is the best in the business. You will not regret using her. THANK YOU CHELSEA

We hired Chelsea to do makeup for bridesmaids, mother, grandmother, and TWO brides. She and her assistant Yassi did not disappoint. They arrived on time, set up shop, were completely calm and fun all at the same time which was awesome. They did an amazing job and even had all of us ladies looking wedding ready ahead of time so we could take care of some photos ahead of the ceremony. We had most of the girls go for a warm, natural look, and some with a more glitzy/glam look. All the faces were exceptional. They include false lashes, which really gives everybody that extra visual pop. Thank you Chelsea for making us pretty for our big day!!!

Chelsea was amazing on our wedding day! We had a variety of girls and Mommas to get makeup, and they all looked great. I'm not the type to normally wear makeup, so my makeup was more neutral and enhanced my features. Others were able to go full glam. My makeup lasted through all the tears and dancing... I still had a full face of makeup at 1am when we got back to the room! Thank you girl!

Chelsea is absolutely amazing to work with! I felt so comfortable at the trial and knew she would not disappoint the day of my wedding, so it was one less thing to stress about with the wedding. I don't even know where to start because I have so many positive things to say about Chelsea. Chelsea is so talented, kind, funny, professional, caring, and she listens to her clients. She really takes into consideration the ideas and likes of her clients. She combines that with her amazing artistry skills and creates something breathtaking. I have used Chelsea for multiple occasions. I had her do my makeup for my engagement photos, bridal shower, and my wedding. I can't get enough of her! She's amazing at her job and that's why I keep going back. She has become more like my really talented friend rather than just some girl that does my makeup. I highly recommend her to anyone: friends and family, young or older. That's another thing, she's great at working with older clients too. Chelsea did my mom's (69 years old) makeup for my wedding and she looked 10 years younger. She's a five star artist! Xoxo

I'm so blessed and thankful to God that Chelsea was able to be there to help me feel beautiful on my special day!!! I went through 4 trials before I found Chelsea. I was so stressed out I wouldn't be able to find someone. I was so lucky she was still available. I LOVED her personality and of course, her professional makeup skills!!! She was by far the best. She deserves all the blessing for helping us brides feel beautiful and amazing on our special day. I highly recommend her to any future bride.

Chelsea did myself and bridal parties makeup for my wedding on 12-12 and she is outstanding. She has such a passion for making you look and feel beautiful and that is exactly what she did. Chelsea did my makeup for me on my wedding day and she did a fabulous job. I am very picky when it comes to my makeup, I usually do my own makeup because no one can quite get it the way I like it. That's why I was so happy when I found Chelsea! I saw many photos of makeup she had done on other brides and I fell in love! I absolutely loved my wedding day makeup! It was exactly what I wanted! Not only is Chelsea super sweet and reliable, she also is extremely talented! She recently did my makeup for my sister-in-laws wedding I was in and again it came out beautiful! Chelsea is absolutely fantastic! My mother, sisters and I love makeup and went full on glam for my sisters wedding. Chelsea nailed it and we all felt so beautiful on my sisters big day. A few girls in the bridal party had gotten their makeup done elsewhere and by the time we had to leave all of their makeup needed to be retouched. Chelsea went totally out of her way to redo the makeup that someone else had done and made everyone look and feel fantastic!

Being the odd bride that I was, I literally had ZERO vision as to how I wanted to look on the day of my wedding or what look would compliment the dress as well as myself. Chelsea could not have been more amazing throughout! She was patient and accommodating and incredibly professional. Truth be told, I looked absolutely PHENOMENAL the day of (if I do say so myself). Everyone is my bridal party also looked down right incredible and was beyond thrilled with the outcome (including my Mom who never likes anything lol). I am truly grateful for having the opportunity to work with her. As an aside, she is a really warm and adorable person who you can tell very much loves what she does. Hire her. Seriously. Right now!! Hands down Chelsea is best make up artist I have met! She's done my makeup for my engagement shoot, boudoir, and wedding and I will find many more excuses to have her make me up! She really listens and accomplishes the look you want to a tee! She is amazing with understanding each persons face and style of makeup is different and truly knows how to enhance your face! Chelsea is truly an artist. She takes pride in her work and makes you feel absolutely beautiful. Chelsea did my wedding makeup and took her time making sure I was happy with my look. As part of my package, I was offered a trial session. Chelsea was kind enough to schedule my trial on the same day as my engagement session. This made me feel so at ease and confident that I would be happy with my look on my wedding day. She always asks what your comfortable with and what look you are trying to achieve. I had so many compliments on my makeup. She also did the makeup for my bridal party and mom. Everyone was happy. She uses quality products that last all day. I never had to touch up anything. The lashes she uses are amazing as well. The best part is she is super sweet and makes the experience truly enjoyable. Chelsea is the only one I want doing my makeup from now on. I recommend her to everyone.

The Be Pretty Team has done my makeup and hair for 3 weddings and 1 photo shoot! Every time has been gorgeous! Chelsea is so talented and very professional. My two best friends were so impressed by her skills, at my wedding, that they both booked her for their weddings (1 and 2 years later)! Interestingly, one of my Bffs didn't even let Chelsea do her makeup at my wedding because she's rarely impressed by makeup artists, but after she saw Chelsea's work, she HAD to have her for her wedding! Chelsea arrived on time and finished on time at all 3 weddings. She comes so highly recommended from me - she's not only talented but funny and a sweetheart!

Allie did all of my bridesmaids hair for my wedding as well as my own. She was super sweet and attentive even before the actual day. She made sure to let me know exactly how the day would go and what time all of my girls needed to be at my house. She was on time and got to work immediately. On top of being professional, Allie is such a sweetheart. She made me feel special and helped to take away all of my wedding day jitters. All of my girls as well as myself LOVED how our hair turned out, it was more than we had even imagined. Thank you Allie for making my special day even more special, you are a magician when it comes to hair and an even better person inside and out.

Allie is amazing! Her skill when it comes to styling hair is seriously awesome! She listened to what I wanted and made my hair look even better than I could have imagined! I have had my hair styled by different stylists for other weddings in the past and none compare to her! Seriously! I will recommend her to everyone I know from now on. I absolutely loved everything about my experience with Allie. Not only is she beyond talented with hair, she made me feel completely comfortable about sharing what I wanted... and just in general. Chelsea has been doing my makeup for over 10 years. I met her while she was working at MAC Nordstrom at the Irvine Spectrum and have had her do my makeup ever since. She is extremely talented and so personable.
I have recommended Chelsea to many of my friends weddings and all of them have absolutely loved the way their makeup looked on their big days!
Whether you are looking for your makeup done for a night out on the town,your wedding or any other special occasion I would highly recommend you chose Chelsea. She really listens to her clients and enhances their beauty without looking overdone. I can't say enough about what a gem Chelsea is.

Chelsea is an absolutely amazing make-up artist! She did the make-up for me and my entire bridal party for my wedding and we all looked stunning! I got so many compliments about how great my make-up was and it looked just amazing in photographs. She know exactly how much needs to be applied and where to bring out your best features. Chelsea had done my makeup for my going away party before I moved out of the state. I can honestly say I've never felt like such a goddess in my life! I got so many compliments throughout the night about how "radiant" I looked! Also, when I looked at my pictures, my makeup looked absolutely flawless. Chelsea did the make-up for both mine and my sister's wedding. She went above and beyond, totally gave us a say in what we wanted and made us all look amazing! I had been looking for a makeup Artist for quite some time and was losing hope that someone could do my makeup the way I wanted it for my wedding day. When I did my trial with Chelsea I was sooooo happy all my doubts went out the door. She listened to exactly what I wanted and I could not be any happier. She took her time with my makeup and asked if there was anything I wanted to change about it once she was done. I was so happy with the result that I didn't want to change any of it. I am very picky when it comes to my makeup and it I don't just trust anyone with my face however with Chelsea I know that I can trust her judgement and let her do what she does best. After finding Chelsea I go to her when I have a special events because yes she is that good! Now I have to also say Allie does an amazing job with hair and Chelsea and her work together. Allie is so great she did all my bridesmaids hair, my moms hair, and my hair. It's so hard to find someone that can understand what you want, but Allie just gets it and she is fast too. She did all different styles of hair on my bridesmaids and they all came out wonderful. She is amazing and I also use Allie for upcoming special events. To me Allie and Chelsea are the dream team and if I need the glam squad they are the 1st people I go to! Trust me you will not regret hiring them for your Wedding day!

Chelsea literally made me feel even prettier than I did on my wedding day! I think what makes her so special is that she is so talented, but so passionate about the person that she is working on! She truly gets to know you and loves on you the entire time! Such a blessing!

I've had my makeup done for two occasions. Both were weddings and from the moment I arrived I got more compliments about how nice and natural my make up looked. I recommend Chelsea 100% and looked forward for another occasion to book her!!

Chelsea and Allie both are wonderful to work with! They are so sweet! Both listened to my needs and created the exact look I wanted. I was SO happy with the results, my make up lasted till the next morning! I have very long hair and it never holds any curls but it held up all night! I highly recommend this team for your wedding or event. I go back to them anytime I have an excuse to get dressed up.

Chelsea is amazing! From start to finish she was incredible! One of the sweetest and fun people I have met along my wedding journey! My make up was amazing as was my entire bridal party (including mothers who wanted a more natural look!). Her work is outstanding and her professionalism is incredible. She makes you feel so relaxed and comfortable and when all is said and done my make up still looked amazing at the end of the night! I highly recommend going with her! You will not regret it! I'm just looking for an excuse to go back and see her again to have my make up done!

Words can't even begin to describe the amount of love I have for this ambitious driven business owner. She has the kindest heart and a smile that can light the room. Not only is she by go to girl for anything glam she is a dear friend of mine. Chelsea and her beauty team spare no expense when it comes to the glitz and glam. They are punctual and professional. I've had the honor to work with Chelsea on multiple occasions but one occasion stood out among the rest. MY WEDDING! It was a very busy day for her as she dolled up myself and 4 others. Needless to say she left many people speechless with her work which is also her passion and it shows. It shows in every client, in every photo in her attention detail and her true love she has for her clients. Whoever gets the privilege to work with her will never want to work with anyone else again. I am so glad that I found Chelsea through my wedding venue website. I get my makeup done often and am not usually extremely happy with results. I had gone to one makeup trial before Chelsea, and I wasn't happy. I decided to try Chelsea bc she was recommended through my wedding venue's website. She had gotten back to me within the same day, and I decided to do a trial with her. I am so glad I did. I loved my makeup trial, but I absolutely loved my makeup on the day of the wedding. It was perfect. I even recruited my maid of honor. She will also be using Chelsea's amazing services for the day of her wedding, and she was already set on someone. Chelsea is made for what she does, and to say she is good at what she does, is an understatement. She has a passion for what she does, and there is nothing better than a makeup artist who not only understands the art, but perfects it. Thanks so much, Chelsea for everything.
