  Excellent Event Coordinator!

  sincerely applaud Amy for keeping track of our wedding timeline, vendor coordination, herding the cats, arranging and collecting all our personal details at the wedding venue, and keeping me calm and happy on our big day! Jeremiah and I felt well cared for! We believe anyone who hires Amy will be completely satisfied and grateful for her event coordination.

  Amazing wedding in the middle of a pandemic

  The gals with Be Our Guest were amazing. It is stressful enough just having a wedding much less during a pandemic. They made the entire weekend go so smooth so that my daughter & groom could just relax and enjoy the day. As the mother of the bride, I could not recommend these enough. They are thoughtful, know their stuff and so much FUN!!!

  Joyce and her team were amazing at what they do.

  Joyce and her team were a pleasure to work with while organizing our wedding. She helped us find all the vendors we would need and gave us several sources for each so we could make up our own minds. Our wedding was a great success due to her hard work and effort. Since this was on our own remote property there was a lot of extra details to manage. She did it with ease. The best part was her joining in and dancing at our wedding. That shows her commitment to everyone having a great time and making it a great success.

  Joyce is the best wedding planner you will find. She works so hard to make things happen and will go out of her way to make it perfect. I planned my Arizona wedding from Texas and she really helped when it came to picking a venue. She toured a couple of resorts for me and gave me detailed and honest reviews of each place. She even got me a smoking deal for my photographer. I could not have planned my wedding from 1000 miles away if it wasn't for her.

  Joyce takes her job very seriously and delivers services with a high degree of professionalism and acute understanding of what needs to be accomplished. She navigated us through the maze of wedding planning with ease, and greatly reduced the potential stress. Joyce is meticulous in her work, very conscientious, yet also enjoyable to work with. She clearly loves the work, and her enthusiasm is infectious. One has the feeling that she cares personally about the success of the event, beyond just what would be expected from a business standpoint. The investment of dollars is well worth it - I (mother of the bride) could actually enjoy the celebration!
