  BC Clark is the epitome of quality customer service. We designed my ring and Mitchell brought it to life-he was so responsive through everything and not once did I feel like I was being neglected or put on the back burner. One of my stones came loose and they fixed right away-we come here for anything from birthday presents to graduation gifts and my family has used them for years. If you want something done right and you want to be treated well BC Clark is the place for you! Sometimes things take a bit longer however, I would rather have something THIS IMPORTANT done right and look beautiful than someone who hurried through the process just to rush me a so-so product. Everything about this place is wonderful-highly HIGHLY recommend!!

  Paul was so helpful in assisting my husband in selecting my engagement ring. It's a beautiful ring that I love. Paul also was great for helping us order our wedding bands and making sure we have the right inscription.

  Worked with Brooke at the Penn Square location and she was such a doll to work with! She has a great memory and knew exactly what you looked at previously. My ring is GORGEOUS and to die for! I had my husband's band custom made after another ring I liked but thought it was too skinny for his big hands. They did an amazing job and it looked just the way I wanted it. I will definitely be going back for all my jewelry needs. They have beautiful pieces and amazing customer service. I love BC Clark!!!!

  I used my grandmothers ring for my engagement ring. BC Clark was the only jeweler I would trust to resize the ring. They not only resized it but refinished it and cleaned it beautifully!!!!

They also donated 3% of the total cost to our church, where we also had the ceremony. It was wonderful! We love our rings, and we can go at any time to have the rings cleaned or buffed.
  
  They also, of course, have the deal that if it rains one inch on your wedding day, your ring is free. Unfortunately, it didn't rain on our wedding!

  My fiance purchased my engagement ring from BC Clark and we ordered our wedding bands from them as well and we are very satisfied with our purchases. I will say that it took months longer than they said it would to get our bands in after ordering them, so Im glad we ordered months in advance to avoid the stress of not getting them in time,
