BBZ went above and beyond!
BBZ went above and beyond for my wedding! I booked with them for 2 separate events/dates and couldn't have been more pleased with their service! We booked a classic car for our church ceremony and the driver was attentive, prompt and made us feel so special! He even had a bottle of champagne with glasses to celebrate! We also used them for our ceremony/reception event to transport the party for pictures and they were able to accommodate with a party bus when the Denali's air conditioning did not work- all thanks to Cassandra! We highly recommend their service and will definitively use them for future events. We are so thankful!

Safe and Perfect Getaway Car
My husband and I booked BBZ as our getaway car from our wedding! We drove from New Jersey to a hotel in Manhattan! Our driver was on time and ready for us to go after our formal sparkler exit! He was incredibly professional! Our ride was smooth, and gentle and we got to our destination safely! He was lovely, and helped us take our bags out of the car, he had a very clean car, and was a great driver! I highly recommend! Will be booking with BBZ in the future!!!

My wife and I booked BBZ as our getaway car from our wedding. We drove from New Jersey to a hotel in Manhattan. Excellent service, prompt arrival, clean car and safe driver. He even was perfectly positioned for our sparkler sendoff!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Amazing, friendly, and reliable
BBZ was amazing for our large wedding! We had a 24 person bridal party, 2 sets of parents and bride and groom all ride in a spacious party bus after out ceremony! The drivers were great, showed up on time and got us to our reception with plenty of time to spare! We also rented 2 coach buses through BBZ for our guest transportation to and from hotel which worked amazing! I would highly recommend using BBZ!

Super reliable and great service!
I used BBZ Limo for my wedding on October 19th, 2024 at Hudson House. We had our guests stay at the Residence Inn Hotel in Jersey City and BBZ Limo provided a limo and a bus from the hotel to the venue for the guests staying at the hotel. The limo and the bus made multiple trips. The limo and bus driver were great and attentive and on time for all the pickups from the various locations. Everything went smoothly and we were extremely pleased with their service. Highly recommend!

Great Transportation Service!
We had an excellent experience with BBZ limo! They provided both a limo and an executive SUV for our bridal party, and everything was perfect. The vehicles were clean, professional, and made our day feel even more special. The service was responsive and easy to work with, ensuring everything ran smoothly as we traveled both to the church, and from the church to the venue. We couldn’t have asked for a better transportation service for our wedding day!

Affordable + Reliable Wedding Day Transportation
We hired BBZ Limo for our September 2023 wedding as they were one of the most responsive and affordable wedding day transportation companies in the area. Without a doubt, BBZ delivered efficient, reliable, and luxurious ride services for us, our parents, and our wedding parties!
For background, our wedding day timeline and transportation was complicated as we needed 4 separate rides from the hotel to the wedding venue and 2 separate rides from the wedding venue to the hotel. Our contact person was flexible and willing to work with us to accommodate our various pick-up and drop-off times. The drivers were ready for us, polite, and respectfully quiet during our rides. The vehicles were new, modern, and immaculately clean.
Our only criticism was the day of communication, and we wish they would have communicated directly with our wedding coordinator instead of attempting to reach me (the bride) on our wedding day as I was, of course, not near my phone. Like we said, the drivers were in the right places at the right time, so there was no chance we would have missed them. We still highly recommend BBZ Limousine if you have an event in the greater New York City area!

Prompt, on time, and clean
BBZ was very accommodating given that we were a rescheduled wedding. Their drivers were very professional, the cars were clean, and they worked well with our photographers. Last minute I thought I was going to need an additional shuttle a week before my wedding. They were more than happy to accommodate my large party on such a short amount of time for a very reasonable price. I then realized I no longer needed the shuttle service and they were so kind and understanding when I had to cancel the one service. All the shuttles arrived on time and got us to our destinations on time as well. 10/10 would recommend for weddings, parties, or basic transportation needs.

Stellar Transportation
BBZ made our wedding seamless for us as the bride/groom, all guests, family and bridal party!
We used BBZ for multiple transportation needs on the day of. The team was able to help us coordinate multiple pick up and drop off destinations, shuttles, limos, party buses and car services. We had a shuttle bus to take all guests from the hotel to the church in half hour increments. The team had a separate party bus at the venue waiting for the bridal party to get ready and shuttle everyone to the church. They set up the same party bus to take ALL guests from the church to the venue! This was huge for all of our out of town guests visiting.
My father and I had a Rolls Royce to bring us to the church together, then this car doubled for my husband and I to the venue. The BBZ staff had champagne available to toast with a red carpet !! HOW MAGICAL. We exited the church into the vehicle for a fabulous moment together as husband and wife.
At the end of the night, a small shuttle came back for any guests returning to the hotel. It made a few trips to make the wedding process that much more seamless.
Would highly recommend BBZ to any couple !! Efficient, professional and top class for your wedding day.

Great Limo!
We used BBZ Limo service for 11/16/19 wedding and were very satisfied. Driver was pleasant, prompt, drove safely and did not get lost. They even had a bottle of champagne waiting for us for our drive from the ceremony to the reception. Cadillac Escalade was clean, cool lights and was perfect size for ourselves and bridal party. Total of 12 adults fit comfortably. Price was reasonable. Would recommend!

WOW! What a great experience! Everyone was so helpful throughout the planning/booking part. And they were very easy to reach and responsive leading up to my wedding day. In addition, they were on time for pick up the day of the wedding and very helpful. I even had both drivers help me with my wedding train as I was waiting in the cold outside the chapel door--ready to open the door for me to walk down the aisle. All around, a wonderful experience. Driven In Style From Start To Finish
My husband and I got married on October 20th. We had a bridal party of 20 people and ultimately needed three limos to fulfill all of our needs. We booked BBZ for a gorgeous and grand party bus, a stunning classic Rolls Royce, and a spacious family limo. The staff at BBZ is second to none! They constantly checked in on us to reconfirm the scheduling of all of our vehicles in the weeks leading up to the wedding. I felt totally secure and confident in their service.
On the day of our wedding, they arrived early at every milestone. Before I left for the church, it started to rain. The drivers made sure I made it safely and dry into our Rolls Royce. I felt like a princess.
They went above and beyond for us every step of the way. Their staff was accommodating and friendly. We also booked the limo to stay after our wedding as our getaway car, and even after 11:30 pm, the BBZ staff was still smiling at us, ready to assist in any way possible.
I can not thank this amazing company enough for everything they did. Our bridal party, family, and guests were blown away by their professionalism. Thank you, BBZ!

Everyone was well-dressed and professional. They let us take our time and were not pushy. We arrived to our destinations safely and the drivers were very professional and helpful even after we were rived and they’re driving duties were over. The carpet and champagne was a great extra touch, as well as the beverages on board. And the ability to play our music of choice. We would definitely recommend you to anyone for any type of event that needs to transport many people! The SUV was equally nice. The driver even helped me wrangle guests so we could start our First Look.

The most fun party bus for a wedding!
BBZ limo was amazing! We needed transportation for our entire bridal party, so we rented a party bus to take us to our wedding and the reception. Despite the groomsmen running late that morning (due to the photographers), BBZ limo made up lost time and safely got us all to the venue on time! The driver was a great DJ - he played just the right cheerful and relaxing music as he drove me and my bridesmaids to our wedding. After the wedding, he turned up the music so that we had a celebratory dance party on the way to our reception! The limo was clean, comfortable, and very punctual. They even provided us with some champagne, as well as cups. Highly recommend!

The service we received from BBZ on our wedding day was amazing! We requested a classic Rolls Royce and party bus. BBZ limo had a wide variety of options to fit an array of bridal party sizes! I was extremely pleased to hear that they had a 34-person party bus to accommodate our large bridal party. On the day of, BBZ limo was punctual and professional. The Rolls Royce and party bus came in immaculate condition. The driver of the Rolls Royce, Pat, was outstanding! Pat went above and beyond to make sure my parents and I were comfortable and well taken care of. At the end of the ceremony, Pat surprised us with a red carpet and champagne toast in front of the Rolls Royce! The service from BBZ was exceptional, I highly recommend!

After contacting multiple limousine companies, we knew BBZ would be the perfect match. From start to finish, BBZ was responsive, orderly and went above and beyond to ensure we ran on schedule. My wedding was on 7/20, where we hit a record-high heatwave of 110-degrees. Carlos made sure I was hydrated and even physically fanned my parents and I as we waited for the procession line to begin. Great drivers!
We had a really great experience with BBZ for our wedding! I cannot say enough good things about our drivers, Steve and Carlos. They arrived to multiple stops on time, drove safely, offered us cold water bottles, helped my dad out with his bowtie and boutonniere, and helped with the doors at the church. Steve was even blocking me from guests view while Carlos was fixing my train right before I walked down the aisle! Our venue was not far from the church and we were ahead of schedule so the drivers took a scenic route I didn’t know about which was really lovely. It really seemed like they cared about making our day the best it could be and I truly appreciate it! The only issue that occurred was the Rolls Royce we wanted broke down two days before our wedding, but BBZ communicated that to us as soon as they knew and provided a different Rolls Royce on the day of with a discount. Sam was very courteous and professional through what could have been a difficult situation. We highly recommend booking BBZ, they went above and beyond to make our day perfect!

Great service, on time and with exactly what we had reserved. Clean and beautiful 30 passenger bus. We also had an old classic Rolls Royce... on a 100 degree day! Their Rolls Royce has AIR CONDITION. That was worth it’s weight in gold. Not easy to find but so glad we had it! Everyone in the company was great to work with, friendly and on top of their game. If you want it done right I would highly recommend using BBZ!

BBZ is fantastic. We requested the RR Phantom and it was prompt and emaculate. BBZ Limo did not disappoint. We used their limo and party bus services for our September wedding and they were great! The vehicles were clean and their limos were stocked with champagne for our wedding party. They were very prompt and drove us to our wedding venue in a timely manner without getting lost (that is always my biggest fear). The entire process was flawless. They followed up to confirm all details, arrived early, drivers were very professional and accommodating. Had a 1954 Rolls and 2 8 passenger limos. BBZ was accommodating to make multi trips in the alloetd time In the Very old Rolls Royce the air conditioning was working, but not like a new car (to be expected).

We got married in October 2016. BBZ had the exact car that we wanted, a 1960 Rolls Royce. The price was VERY reasonable. They are great people and very easy to work with. Most companies we researched offered a three-hour base package with the option for additional hours. BBZ offered four hours to start, and the cost was lower than competitors' costs. On the day of our wedding, our driver, Ryan, was on time and professional. He was the last person to see my wife before she entered the church, and he made her feel even more special and even more excited. He brought us to our destinations safely. He really helped make our day perfect from the very first minute.
I spoke with Carlos on the phone several times prior to our event to ask a few questions. Each conversation we had kept me confident and excited that I had hired the right company, and their day-of service fulfilled their commitment.

The first day we met with BBZ, they were professional, accommodating, and made us feel like we were their most important customers. Choosing them as our wedding transportation company quickly became a very easy decision. BBZ did an excellent job of serving as our limo, specialty car, and shuttle for our wedding. The drivers were extremely caring and friendly, the cars were “brand new” clean, and their prices were very fair when compared to other companies we had met with. The drivers went out of their way for our family, friends, and us throughout the day. This was especially true when the shuttle driver over heard that we had forgotten something important and offered to make a special un-planned trip for the forgotten item. This summed up how thoughtful their services were and was greatly appreciated and generous. They went out of their way for us to make our day special and perfect. We highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for their services and truly appreciate everything that they did for us on our special day.

I was so pleased with BBZ Limo. I had heard many horror stories about limo companies being late or rude, running out of gas, cars breaking down, etc., but none of that was the case with BBZ. We booked the Rolls Royce Silver Cloud for our wedding and the car was very clean and in excellent condition. What impressed us the most that day, however, was the service.
Our driver, Arthur, was prompt, very professional, and incredibly attentive. Even though he had to take us to several locations, he was prepared with directions and knew exactly the best routes to take. We arrived on time (if not early) to all of our destinations and Arthur was such a pleasure throughout the duration. Each time I had to get in or out of the limo, he held my bouquet and helped me with my dress. Arthur checked in with us often to make sure we were alright and had enough champagne. He certainly went above and beyond to ensure we had the most enjoyable trip. I look forward to using BBZ Limo again in the future.

The service was impeccable and they were beyond attentive to our every need. They provided us 2 limos for the bridal party and a limo for our parents. We enjoyed a Rolls Royce for ourselves. If you are looking, like I was, for a vintage Black and Silver Rolls Royce, this is the place to go. After I searched all over, I came across BBZ and found that they had the car I was looking for. We booked them after taking a look at the Rolls and the other limos they provide. Don't come here if you are looking for a white limo - they only have black and that was exactly was I was looking for. BBZ provided professional drivers who arrived on time and were ever so helpful on my wedding day - even helping at the church opening the doors. My husband and I were intent on having a Rolls Royce for our wedding, which brought us to BBZ. We went with the Silver Wraith (and two stretch limos). Everyone commented on how cool and classic the car was. In addition, our drivers were the best, providing such great service, preparation and professionalism. At one point on the way to the ceremony, I had forgotten some important things at my hotel. My driver brought us back to the hotel and to the ceremony just in time. He even guided the bridal party in walking down the aisle. In addition, we anticipated traffic as our reception location was near the Lincoln Tunnel and would be starting around rush hour on a Friday evening. We left the church after most guests but ended up arriving earlier! We would definitely recommend BBZ to anyone.

Great experience. We had two limos. One we got for the minimum of 3 hours and we ordered a limo based on trip purposes. It was the only limo company in the area that did that. For the price we paid, we got a great value. Highly recommend.

BBZ Limo was reliable for the day of the wedding. They were there exactly when they were supposed to at the hotel and brought everyone to the venue as planned. The people at BBZ were easy to work with.

We used them because they have black stretches. All the popular limousine companies have all-white fleets, and I don't care for white limousines. BBZ keeps their cars in a garage, so they were in excellent condition inside and out.
We told them that we didn't want the champagne included in the wedding package because we were bringing a bottle we got as an engagement gift. However, they misinterpreted that to mean we weren't drinking anything, so there weren't any glasses in our car! Thankfully, the other car had glasses.
I also wondered if they could have taken a better route to get to the park where we had our post-ceremony pictures taken. But I suppose we would have been stuck in traffic no matter what.
Aside from those hiccups, we were very happy with them.

I would definitely recommend BBZ Limos. The cars were in excellent condition and the staff was most impressive. They were so attentive and assisted in ways that exceeded my expectation such as guiding my Dad and I before we were to walk down the aisle and helping with staying on track with our timing and schedule. The drivers were very pleasant and we were very happy with their service.

I would like to compliment Kristyne on helping me out on booking all 4 of my vehicles with BBZ, but I just can't at this point. She has yet to respond to me in regards to my wedding night mishap.
My wedding was at the Venetian and I had a room block at the Marriott, with over 100 people staying over night. I was assured that I would be getting a 32 passenger shuttle bus at the end of the evening to bring my guests back to the hotel. As I took the last shuttle back I was shocked to see the shuttle was not what I paid for. 20 people the MOST would be able to squeeze onto this shuttle. Are you kidding me? This is what I supplied for my guests- what an embarrassment!! I later found out that guests took an Uber back to the hotel because the shuttle was not big enough and they didn't want to wait longer.
Still waiting to hear back ...I should dispute the entire cost of the vehicles because of such lack of professionalism.

Deceptive services and very poor customer service
We booked a 1930 convertible Rolls Royce and was assured that they have it in their fleet even though it was not on their website. We had received stock pictures of the vehicle and wanted to go and see it for ourselves. We had a reservation to go and see the vehicle. When we arrived they apologized stating that the vehicle was out on a wedding and that someone did not enter our appointment in the system. The person asked us to come the next day instead. Then the person called and moved the appt for later the next day because the limo driver will be there to show us all the vehicle features. We were excited and arrived the next day. The person again apologized and now the excuse was that the driver brought the wrong RR to the garage. They now offered to drive us more than 45-min each way to show us the vehicle knowing very well that I was from out of town (living in Maryland) and was headed back the same day. Upon request the person promised us a facetime with the vehicle within an hour. We waited and called and each time was assured that we will receive a call momentarily, which never happened. Needless to say, the call never came. The attendant also admitted that 1930 convertible RR was not in their fleet but was being borrowed from another fleet!!
If they can not even tell you the truth about what vehicles they have and are not honest about showing us the car we reserved, how can we trust that the right car will show up at the wedding?? Better go with someone who is honest, trust worthy!!

To reiterate our earlier conversation. I am terribly sorry we were not able to show you the vehicle you were interested in viewing. As I explained on the phone, much like airlines that co-share flights, we work with other companies and based on demand, assist each other in fulfilling client request. That being said, our agent did not note you were coming to the office and as a result the vehicle was not available for you to see. As you know from being at our facility, we are very much a real company with real vehicles. We are proud to own the largest leisure facility and fleet in the state of New Jersey. I am terribly sorry for your experience and per your request, we refunded your non-refundable deposit and offered you a 30% discount should you decide to book with us in the future. We have been in business for over 100 yrs and though your experience was certainly less than desirable and unfortunate, it is not indicative of how we conduct our business and treat our clients. Again our sincerest apologies for the the inconvenience.

Do not use them, you can't trust them! I hired BBZ for my wedding about a month ago. There were multiple issues that arose during our experience with them. The first issue - the bus came to pick my wife up, and half way to the church the bus driver pulled over the bus, and went to the back of the party bus to confirm that he had picked up the correct wedding party. Shouldn't this have been done as they boarded the bus? Not half way through the trip. Second issue - the contract included a red carpet, champagne, and ice bucket outside the church after the ceremony. Of course that wasn't there, so we can forget that nice picture and nice moment. The last and most stressful issue - while away on our honeymoon, the company charged my card an extra 382 dollars for "overtime." As part of our contract, we had the bus until 5:30 PM, when it dropped us off at the venue. We arrived at the venue around 5:20 PM - within our time limits. The BBZ driver claimed that he did not drop us off until 7PM. Mind you, our cocktail hour started at 7PM. How could we have been dropped off at 7PM and still have time for our pictures before guests arriving?! We called to dispute the charge, and had multiple pieces of evidence to support our claim, including the venue manager who was vouching for us, confirming that we arrived before 5:30PM. However, when we called to dispute this, the person said that they would call us back. I have called multiple times and have received no response back. DON'T TRUST THIS COMPANY!
