Brittany was AMAZING. She was somehow there and nowhere all at once. I was hesitant about having a day of coordinator, but Brittany is all good vibes. I cannot stress this enough: do not skip a day of coordinator. She did SO MUCH that I thought family would do but I am so glad I didn’t go that route. She took care of set up, coordinating the flow of the evening, and tear down. Our venue was one room so we had to transition the space and she handled all of that. If there was an issue, I would just text her and it was taken care of asap. My mom said, “Brittany was amazing. I would literally pay for her to fly anywhere to help with any event. She was efficient, had an amazing attitude no matter how much was coming at her, and she was fun to be around. She worked her butt off all night and was calm, cool, and collected the entire time.FOR 12 HOURS.” We had a 200 person wedding with our chaotic family, but Brittany was not phased for one minute.
I just literally LOVED her. I promise if you hire her, you will absolutely not be disappointed. -

We don’t even know how we would have pulled off our wedding without Brittany and her amazing team, Dede and Colleen! They made everything run smoothly, kept us on schedule, managed vendors, and helped the wedding party navigate the day. Their communication, professionalism, and attention to detail were outstanding. They were proactive, organized, and solved any issue before it became a problem. They made us feel completely supported and reduced so much stress. We highly recommend them to anyone getting married. They are absolutely one of the most important vendors you can have! -

As a wedding DJ we work alongside the day of coordinator to make the wedding flow from ceremony to the last dance. Kendra was on it from decor, time management and clean up. I was so impressed on how cordial and professional she is.

We hired Brittany as our day-of coordinator, but what we got was so much more. From the start, she was incredibly responsive and helpful in reviewing vendor contracts/event orders, helping us build out our timeline, and offering smart questions to ask that hadn’t even crossed my mind. She took a true partnership approach! The weekend of the wedding, Brittany was a total rockstar. She coordinated both our welcome party the night before and the full wedding day with grace and precision. She arrived promptly, immediately sorted through all of our supplies, favors, and decor, and brought it all from our Airbnb to the venue. And without much direction at all, just ran with it and brought our vision to life. Our venue was very DIY, and we had asked some of our friends and family to help with setup. Brittany delegated like a pro, looping everyone in, giving them clear (and fun!) tasks, and making the whole thing feel easy and collaborative. She expertly ran our ceremony rehearsal (we would’ve been a mess without her guidance here - eek!), seamlessly flipped the layout from ceremony to reception, and made everything look stunning. She even recorded all our toasts and dances and shared them with us which was such a sweet, unexpected touch. At the end of the night, she packed everything up, and then sent us a text with where everything was stored, and flagged anything we needed to take care of the next morning. She was my brain, my eyes, my ears all weekend so that we could just be present and enjoy the moment. I can’t recommend her enough. Thank you BB!!!

Brittany was absolutely amazing. At first I was a bit skeptical, coz Brittany said this is her first year of business, and I never met her before my wedding. But Brittany told me she’s been in construction business for over decades, which need very strong operations skills, so I took a chance. After wedding was done I was so grateful feel so lucky I chose her. Britanny arrived prior to noon and stayed till after 10 pm, also brought an assistant with her. She’s very on point we drafted a customized agenda which was realistic and easy to follow. Even though there’s tons of activities, she made sure we have time to EAT. I have 6 bridesmaids and 6 groomsmen everyone was constantly running around, Brittany was able to locate everyone. The setup of flower arch, table flowers, and cards were so pretty and perfect. Brittany is extremely good at communication, every time she finishes setup she comes back and check with me if it’s what I wanted, and adjust accordingly. She also recommended extra long sparkles sticks for sparkle send off, which was a huge success, we took so many pretty pictures. Honestly, Brittany you’re a pro, and I’m so thankful everything went out perfectly because of you! -

Rain wedding
Brittany executed my vision, listening to all of my wants and needs throughout the entire day and even meeting up for coffee with me ahead of the big day to review everything. My wedding (at a 100% outdoor venue) got an unexpected rain storm in August and Brittany pivoted flawlessly. I literally love her and am so thankful for her being there for us. -

Brittany is absolutely amazing! She was so on point with the timeline, ceremony, and set up/tear down! Also, I so appreciated how much she checked in on how I was feeling and how helpful and kind she was with both families! Will recommend to everyone! -

Brittany was a great addition to our day. As the bride I didn't interact with her much (which is a good thing, she kept questions away from me!) but family members involved with planning said she was a huge help and very professional. Would definitely recommend hiring Brittany for your event! -

Just a perfect fit!
We absolutely love Brittany! She's a fantastic, professional, proactive, flexible, patient and thoughtful! We're very happy with our decision to hire her! We hired Brittany for a partial planning consultation on the day of. She checked in with us monthly and provided helpful guidelines and suggestions. She even has a great checklist to help us with planning! She listened and she respected the decision we made. On the day of, she was extremely patient and proactive. She knew her role very well, she did a great job helping with all the decor, helping vendors with setup, and everything during the wedding. She made our wedding day go very smoothly and we didn't have to worry at all. -

Bb’s was the Best!!!
We loved having Brittany as our day of planner. She was extremely hard working, cheerful, kind, and did an amazing job for us. She was in the background but got things done. The venue looked beautiful and we would highly recommend Brittany. I am the mother of the bride and I had a carefree lovely day and Brittany had a lot to do with that. She was so professional and I am so glad we hired her!!! -

Best person to hire!
Brittany was such a big help on our daughter’s wedding day. She is the best! She is extremely professional and did an amazing job and our venue looked beautiful. She is easy to talk to and very calm and handled everything so I didn’t have to worry about anything on the day of the wedding. I looked at other DOC and Brittany was by far the most communicative and reasonable, and she brought an assistant to help with the set-up. -
