  Reliable and Professional

  Very professional and reliable! We are very glad we worked with Connect BBC for our wedding transportation. The drivers made us feel safe driving in a busy city. The fleet is modern, well-kept, and very clean. The drivers were extremely attentive. Didn't have to worry about a thing. We also thought they were excellently priced. Thank you, Connect BBC!

  Point to Point for our Anniversary

  We used Connect for our 50th Wedding Anniversary. They came on time, to two locations, delivered us through a storm from DC to Great Falls, VA, and then returned to take us home. The price was very reasonable, the chauffeur was masked and very polite, and best of all they took out the worry over driving and parking. We highly recommend Connect BBC. Christine in DC

  We had a great experience with this shuttle vendor, our guests were picked up and dropped off at the hotel without any issue!

  I had a large wedding with a lot of out of town guests. So I chose BBC because they were competitively priced and gave me lot's of options as far as vehicles. They were able to provide shuttles for my guests from the airport to the hotel (where my wedding took place) and an SUV to pick up my bridesmaids and I. The driver was very pleasant and very quick. He helped each and every one of us in and out of the vehicle. My out of town guests were very pleased with the shuttles and mentioned they were clean and on time. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone that needs professional ground transportation.

  BBC was a great choice for transportation for our wedding day. The company was very flexible as they made several last-minute changes for us a week before our event. The company never complained and was always very respectful and kind to us when we had to make changes. Our driver showed up on time and was very prompt with every single trip he had to make, as he had to make a few for our wedding party. The driver mentioned that he had 25 years of experience with driving in our area, and it definitely showed! He was extremely courteous, complementary, and showed a genuine respect and concern for our day. BBC was easy to deal with in terms of payment. The gas and gratuity was included in our final bill which was great. It is always nice to see an all inclusive, upfront, no strings attached invoice when dealing with the stressors of wedding planning. Great, reliable choice for transportation for the Northern Virginia area.

  BBC is a great choice- professional, on time, friendly, and a great value for the price! The shuttle we used was brand new and the driver was willing to stop anywhere we wanted him to (even when we wanted him to stop next to a snow covered field so the guys could get out and snowball fight!). We definitely recommend BBC and will use them again.

  True professionals from the start! Showed up on time, limos were clean, always had directoins on hand, and drivers were very nice. Wonderful company!

  Great company to work with and very competitively priced. They were there on time and followed all of my instructions to the T (i asked them to pick up 15 minutes early and wait for 20 minutes to leave). Would definitely use again and would highly recommend. their customer service is great as well. Odessa was a doll!

  Horrible shuttle service

  DO NOT USE FOR YOUR WEDDING!! We hired BBC Express to transport guests back and forth between the hotel and reception venue all night long. Not only did they NOT make multiple trips back and forth as promised, one of the buses LEFT EARLY and my guests were stranded at the end of the night. I had to stay for an hour and a half later on my wedding night to help guests find ubers and other transportation back to the hotel. This company is disrespectful and unorganized and I would not use them again.

  We used BBC Express for both mini bus rentals to use as shuttles between hotel and venue, and for limo services.
  
  Dealing with them to get information and have questions answered was difficult. It seemed that often times they did not understand the questions we were asking, or would give us several different quotes, none of which were entirely clear.
  
  We ended up booking our shuttles through them because they were willing to charge us for one-way transfers, and would not require us to keep the shuttle sitting at our venue for 5+ hours, while charging us for it. This was the best thing about their company, and was ultimately why we chose them.
  
  For convenience sake, we went with them for the limo as well. Both the limo driver, and the bus drivers showed up to the hotel on time. However, their promptness is one of the only good things I can say regarding their service. The limo driver was unsure of where to go, making two wrong turns, and was very rude to the bridal party. He yelled at us about knocking on the windows to give him instructions, even though he clearly did not know what he was supposed to be doing. He was also put out when we informed him of an additional trip we'd like to make, even though we were still well within the 3 hour time block we had paid for. I found his behavior both rude, and unprofessional.
  
  Following our wedding day, the company got in touch with us to let us know that the buses would require an additional cleaning charge, but they wanted to go over these charges with us first. When we returned from our honeymoon, my husband tried to contact them for 3 weeks without ever getting in touch with anyone. When the extra charge finally showed up, he was forced to go above our sales rep, and speak to the manager for a clarification of the charges, and the manager knew nothing, and also seemed annoyed to be dealing with the situation.
  
  Overall, I would NOT recommend this company, unless you are only concerned about low cost, and do not care about the quality of service. Even then, don't be surprised if they tack on additional charges to what they intially quote you.

  Our wedding was a few weeks ago. We hired BBC to shuttle us and our guests from the hotel to the ceremony, and then back. The Shuttle was to first pick up me and my bridesmaids, then come back for the guests. Our driver's name was Ray. The ceremony was at the DC War memorial. Ray drove us to RFK Stadium, which is 30 minutes out of the way in the opposite direction of the memorial. Then he got lost and my bridesmaid had to pull up directions on google maps and navigate for him. He made us so late that he didn't have enough time to go back to pick the guests up. So from the road we had to call our guests and tell them to instead to call an uber to bring them to the ceremony. It defeated the whole purpose of having a shuttle. The driver noted that he "knew he was driving the wrong place, but was required by the company to follow what was on the GPS no matter what" (the company later told us that this is untrue). He never once apologized. In all fairness, when we brought these issues up to management, they did their best to provide us with a pretty generous discount. It still doesn't make up for the stress and anxiety is caused me to be late to my own wedding and to have to coordinate guests calling ubers last minute. I do not recommend this company.

  Unreliable

  NEVER SHOWED UP to pick up our wedding guests and transport them to the venue. I had a confirmation email the morning of my wedding with the pickup time and multiple conversations with the liaison to confirm transportation for our wedding day. When it came time for them to pick up our guests, the buses never showed up. We called them to ask where they were and they told us there must have been a mistake and there were no buses available to bring our guests. Our guests had to scramble last minute to drive themselves or Uber to our venue. Because of this, not only did we inconvenience our guests but we had to delay the start of our wedding by 30 minutes. We did not get to make up this time at the end of the night so we dealt just lost precious time. I would never recommend this company.
