BBBgem made it easy!
Shopping for and purchasing a wedding set for my fiancee was causing me anxiety. I stumbled upon the bbbgem website, and I'm so glad I did! I was able to find the perfect engagement ring and matching band. I am very pleased with the price, promptness of their customer service, and quick turn around. I would definitely buy from bbbgem again! -

When I saw this ring shape on bbbgem page I knew immediately it was the ring for me, it is that perfect blend of modern and vintage/traditional that I like. I had a tough time making a decision and approached bbbgem, the result is stunning and I love the fact that I can now wear the white gold jewellery with it. The customer represent was great answering all my questions and assuring me when I was becoming anxious about the ring’s arrival. He was very accommodating to my requests and I could not be happier with the result. Thank you so much bbb gem your work is impeccable.

I was so excited for my wedding bands that I ordered from BBBGems for my wedding in October. I actually ordered two because I thought I would decide between the two when I saw them in person.
I'll tell you about the experience with the first ring first. The first ring I ordered in June and it arrived in late July but was stainless instead of yellow gold. I contacted the BBBGems and they apologized, offering to let me keep the stainless ring while they sent a yellow gold ring. I finally received the yellow gold ring in late September after sending several email asking for an update. The ring is pretty but I cannot wear the ring with my wedding band, unfortunately. Where the band touches my engagement ring (also yellow gold), it tarnishes my engagement band badly.
As for the second ring, I loved the design so much. I went with yellow gold and moissanite. I also ordered this ring in June. The ring came about two months later and I was in love. About four weeks after having the ring one of the side stones fell out. I asked BBBGems if I could send it back for repairs before my wedding. The stated they don't do that due to the value of the rings and the risk of sending them back and forth in the mail (even though I offered to pay shipping and insurance). They offered to send me a bag of loose stones instead. I told them I don't live near a jeweler and would prefer to send it back to the original maker. They still refused. I accepted the "bag of stones" and waited until I was in San Diego visiting my mom to find a jeweler. The repair jeweler was baffled I would be given a bag of stones and the repair cost $100. The repair jeweler explained that there was a prong issue with the ring and the stone would more than likely keep falling out. Sure enough, three days later, and two days before my wedding (hadn't even been wearing the ring), the stone fell back out. I had a ring missing a stone for my wedding. I contacted BBBGems telling them what the repair jeweler told me and how the ring had a fault and the ring would need to be rebuilt in order to hold a stone long term. I waited several weeks after sending that from BBBGems but never heard from them again. I spent over $1000 on the ring and was hoping to buy more jewelry from them. Now I have two dud rings and no way to get repairs....oh, and a bag of stones...I have that too I guess. -

Extremely Disappointed
Engagement opal ring didn't last a year before stone fell out/drastically changed color. Barely worn because of medical job, and such a disappointment. When I contacted customer service, was told there was nothing they could do because it had been longer than 30 days. I understand accidents happen, but the discoloration was incredible. It was never in water as they suggested and then the stone completely fell out. We aren't even married yet, now shopping for a new ring elsewhere. Waste of money. -
